Abstract

柔性滑动供电组件、按摩靠垫及其控制方法,柔性导电轨道(1)上设置有两条或两条以上的固定槽(4),固定槽(4)内嵌入式安装有导电条(2);滑动导电组件(3)安装在柔性导电轨道(1)上,滑动导电组件(3)与导电条(2)滑动电连接,导电条(2)对应电连接至电源和控制器(9)。柔性导电轨道(1)能单向大弧度弯曲适应不同形状的按摩椅,适应性好,普通靠垫和曲线靠垫都可使用;柔性导电轨道(1),隧道式滑动导电组件(3)可以做成标准部件,多种靠垫通用,降低开发费用,方便组装;柔性导电轨道(1)采用隧道式探针管控套结构进行连接,滑动导向时固定可靠;一个控制器(9)可连接多个带有隧道式滑动导电组件(3)的按摩机芯(5),减少导线用量,彻底解决按摩靠垫导线断线和绞缠按摩头的问题。

Description

柔性滑动供电组件、按摩靠垫及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩器领域,具体涉及一种柔性滑动供电组件、按摩靠垫及其控制方法。
背景技术
按摩器属于一种常规保健器材。按摩器若干个软触按摩头,可放松肌肉、舒缓神经、促进血液循环,可缓解疲劳、明显减轻各种慢性疼痛、急性疼痛和肌肉酸痛,放松身体减轻压力。行走按摩靠垫作为一种按摩器,安装使用方便,被广泛用于汽车座椅、或者办公椅、或者沙发上。
随着人民生活水平的提高,市场上对行走按摩靠垫的需求越来越多样化,为了能让行走按摩靠垫适合放在各类座椅上进行按摩,对行走按摩靠垫越来越要求轻薄。传统的按摩机芯行走时,由于弹弓导线直径太大,在符合人体曲线的同时无法做到让按摩靠垫做的更薄。
若采用专用模具改善固定导电导轨占用空间大的问题,按摩靠垫需要根据座椅形状进行订制,开发成本高,开发周期长。当整体更薄时,导轨可能易出现断续性接触不良等问题和脱轨问题。
同时现有按摩靠垫为了同时按摩多个区域,通常会设置多组机芯,在通过控制供电主板连接通电或通讯多个机芯的时候,每个连接机芯都需要一个导线去连接,导致机芯越多导线越多,加工难度大,组装维护成本高。
现有的按摩靠垫按摩机芯的上下行走现有技术主要靠以下三种 方式进行行走时的导电连接:
第一种是导线连接,利用导线弯曲折叠和展开而随着按摩机芯的上下行走,由于导线的行动轨迹不能固定,不能有效避开人体能挤压的位置,所以在受到外力和人体的挤压后会改变运动轨迹,或者导致不能弯曲和展开,从而使导线断裂或缠绕在按摩头上,导致产品发生故障不良,并且导线经常折叠和展开会导致导线里面的铜丝断裂
第二种方式是弹弓导线连接,但是弹弓导线因为是螺旋式的,所以会增加导线的直径,在比较薄的靠垫壳上面运动时会容易受到人体挤压造成故障,并且同样存在经常拉伸和弯曲使里面的铜丝断裂现象
第三种是固定导电导轨连接,这种导电连接方法,需要每种不周形状的按摩椅订制设计专用导电导轨,开专用模具制造,并且固定导电导轨占用空间大、开发成本高,开发周期长;按摩机芯移动或导轨上有杂物时易出现断续性接触不良等问题和脱轨问题。
现在也有采用带电导轨的按摩椅,如ZL201820665485.X一种按摩椅机芯的新型导电结构,其导轨为刚性结构,无法用于按摩靠垫这类具有一定柔性的按摩器。同时由于是刚性结构,为了满足不同型号设备的使用,其必须进行定制模具,成本会大幅增加。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种结构稳定、接触良好、制造成本低的柔性滑动供电组件、按摩靠垫及其控制方法。
为实现该技术目的,本发明的方案是:一种柔性滑动供电组件,包括柔性导电轨道、滑动导电组件,所述柔性导电轨道上设置有两条 或两条以上的固定槽,所述固定槽内嵌入式安装有导电条;
所述滑动导电组件安装在柔性导电轨道上,所述滑动导电组件与导电条滑动电连接,所述导电条对应电连接至电源和控制器。
作为优选,所述滑动导电组件包括有探针管控套、导电探针和电路板,所述探针管控套内安装有电路板,所述电路板上电连接有复数根导电探针;
所述探针管控套中部为连接套口,所述连接套口能探针管控套安装在柔性导电轨道上,所述导电探针从连接套口探出与柔性导电轨道上的导电条电连接。
作为优选,所述探针管控套一侧设置有固定连接按摩机芯的连接部,所述每根导电条对应电连接一根或者一根以上的导电探针;
所述导电探针由铜销、弹簧和导线组合而成。
作为优选,所述靠垫本体背壳轨道上嵌入式安装有一个或一个以上磁铁,所述按摩机芯电路板上安装有霍尔开关,霍尔开关通过感应磁铁发出的磁场能确定按摩机芯位置。
作为优选,所述固定槽为凹字形,所述固定槽包括固定部和开口部,所述固定部的宽度、厚度均与导电条相当,所述开口部的宽度小于导电条的宽度,所述开口部的厚度小于导电探针伸出的高度。
一种按摩靠垫,采用柔性滑动供电组件,所述柔性导电轨道固定安装在靠垫本体上,所述靠垫本体另一侧还设置有齿条,所述柔性导电轨道和齿条之间安装有一个或者一个以上的按摩机芯;
所述按摩机芯一侧与齿条啮合,所述按摩机芯另一侧固定安装有 滑动导电组件,所述按摩机芯通过滑动导电组件与导电条电连接。
作为优选,所述柔性导电轨道的固定槽朝内设置,所述探针管控套的电路板和导电探针一侧朝外设置,所述按摩机芯上的按摩头朝外设置;
所述探针管控套的上表面和下表面均为圆弧形曲面结构。
一种控制方法,按摩靠垫,柔性导电轨道上设置有三条导电条,其中两条用于供电,第三条用于信号控制,所述导电条还电连接有控制器,所述电路板上还电连接有MCU,具体步骤如下:
S1、控制,通过手机或者控制器发出指令,指令通过通讯协议进行编码,编码后的指令后经过指定导电条传输给MCU,MCU解码指令控制按摩机芯进行指定动作;
S2、反馈,按摩机芯切换模式或者停止工作时,通过MCU将状态进行编码,编码后的状态经过指定导电条传输给控制器,通过控制器上的CPU进行解码获得按摩机芯的工作状态。
作为优选,还包括步骤S3、定位,MCU通过电路板上的霍尔开关感应靠垫本体背壳轨道上的磁铁,MCU确定按摩机芯位置后,通过MCU将位置信息进行编码,编码后的位置信息经指定导电条传输给控制器,通过控制器上的CPU进行解码获得按摩机芯的位置信息。
本发明的有益效果,本申请滑动供电组件中的柔性导电轨道是用高韧性工程塑料制造,柔性导电轨道可以单向大孤弯曲适应不同形状按摩椅,适应性好,普通靠垫和曲线靠都可使用;柔性导电轨道,隧道滑动传电组件可以做成标准部件,多种靠垫通用,减小开发周期, 降低开发费用,方便组装,减少物料种类,降低产品成本;柔性导电轨道采用隧道式探针管控套结构进行连接,在滑动导向时固定可靠,彻底解决脱轨问题;每条导电条对应两个导电探针,并联的导电探针接触传电稳定性好,解决现有固定导电轨道易出现接触不良问题;本申请的柔性导电轨道,只需要3根导电条就可让一个控制器连接多个带有隧道式滑动传电组件的按摩机芯,减少导线用量,彻底解决按摩靠垫导线断线和绞按摩头问题;柔性导电轨道外形规范,结构紧凑,可以根据机芯固定行动轨迹。滑动导电组件位于侧面,滑动导电组件的电路板凸起一端位于内侧,同时滑动导电组件上下端部均为圆弧形,可以避开容易让人体挤压到的位置,产品质量更稳定,按摩更舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1-6所示,本发明所述的具体实施例为一种柔性滑动供电组件,包括柔性导电轨道1、滑动导电组件3,所述柔性导电轨道1上 设置有两条或两条以上的固定槽4,所述固定槽4内嵌入式安装有导电条2;
所述滑动导电组件3安装在柔性导电轨道1上,所述滑动导电组件3与导电条2滑动电连接,所述导电条2对应电连接至电源和控制器9。
所述滑动导电组件3包括有探针管控套301、导电探针302和电路板303,所述探针管控套301内安装有电路板303,所述电路板303上电连接有复数根导电探针302;本申请的探针管控套为隧道式结构,隧道式的探针管控套既能保障组件不从柔性导电轨道上松脱掉落,也能保障导电探针在振动时始终保持稳定的电连接状态;使用时受到挤压,探针管控套也能随柔性导电轨道一起移动,保持稳定电连接。而传统的导电轨道采用刚性轨道,无法适应按摩器的振动环境和受挤压的使用场景。
所述探针管控套301中部为连接套口304,所述连接套口304能探针管控套安装在柔性导电轨道1上,所述导电探针302从连接套口304探出与柔性导电轨道1上的导电条2电连接。
所述探针管控套301一侧设置有固定连接按摩机芯5的连接部305,所述每根导电条2对应电连接一根或者一根以上的导电探针302;所述导电探针302由铜销、导线和弹簧组合而成。同时多根导电探针能够增加接触面积,能够满足大电流的需求。
所述靠垫本体背壳按摩机芯5运行轨道上嵌入式安装有一个或一个以上磁铁6,所述按摩机芯5的电路板上安装有霍尔开关,霍尔 开关通过感应磁铁6发出的磁场能确定按摩机芯位置。
所述固定槽4为凹字形,所述固定槽4包括固定部401和开口部402,所述固定部401的宽度、厚度均与导电条2相当,所述开口部402的宽度小于导电条2的宽度,所述开口部402的厚度小于铜销伸出的高度。
一种按摩靠垫,采用柔性滑动供电组件,所述柔性导电轨道固定安装在靠垫本体8上,所述靠垫本体8另一侧还设置有齿条7,所述柔性导电轨道1和齿条7之间安装有一个或者一个以上的按摩机芯5;
所述按摩机芯5一侧与齿条7啮合,所述按摩机芯5另一侧固定安装有滑动组3件,所述按摩机芯5通过滑动导电组件3与导电条电连接。
所述柔性导电轨道1的固定槽4朝内设置,所述探针管控套301的电路板303和导电探针302一侧朝外设置,所述按摩机芯5上的按摩头朝外设置;
所述探针管控套301的上表面和下表面均为圆弧形曲面结构。
一种控制方法,按摩靠垫,柔性导电轨道上设置有三条导电条,其中两条用于供电,第三条用于信号控制,所述导电条还电连接有控制器,所述电路板上还电连接有MCU,具体步骤如下:
S1、控制,通过手机或者控制器发出指令,指令通过通讯协议进行编码,编码后的指令后经过指定导电条传输给MCU,MCU解码指令控制按摩机芯进行指定动作;
S2、反馈,按摩机芯切换模式或者停止工作时,通过MCU将状态 进行编码,编码后的状态经过指定导电条传输给控制器,通过控制器上的CPU进行解码获得按摩机芯的工作状态。
还包括步骤S3、定位,MCU通过电路板上的霍尔开关感应靠垫本体背壳轨道上的磁铁,MCU确定按摩机芯位置后,通过MCU将位置信息进行编码,编码后的位置信息经指定导电条传输给控制器,通过控制器上的CPU进行解码获得按摩机芯的位置信息。
传统的按摩靠垫的机芯在上下行走按摩时连接导线容易因折弯断掉。解决按摩靠垫机芯在上下行走按摩时,连接弹弓导线直径大,做超薄结构的时候弹弓线的直径过大,在人体靠上去的时候会压住弹弓导线,导致不能伸缩而扯断现有的固定导电导轨适用性差,不同按摩靠垫需要设计专用导电导轨使用,要开专模做它的导电导轨。现有的导轨导电装置是压轨式固定,导电装置沿导电轨运动时容易跳动导致断续性接触不良,影响供电和信号传输,致部分信号丢失;压轨式固定导轨有脱轨风险;如ZL201820665485.X一种按摩椅机芯的新型导电结构,其导电组件也无法适用于柔性导电轨道,强行组合,导电组件受到挤压非常容易发生脱轨或者接触不良。现有导轨传电或信号是用单个碳刷(或导电柱)与导轨上的导电金属条接触传电,传电装置当遇到导电条上有灰尘等杂物时,容易跳动导致断续性接触不良,影响供电和信号传输,致部分迅号丢失。
本申请的柔性导电轨道是用高韧性工程塑料制造,柔性导电轨道可以单向大孤弯曲适应不同形状按摩椅,适应性好,普通靠垫和曲线靠都可使用;柔性导电轨道、隧道式滑动传电组件可以做成标准部件, 多种靠垫通用,减小开发周期,降低开发费用,方便组装,减少物料种类,降低产品成本。柔性导电轨道采用隧道式探针管控套结构进行连接,在滑动导向时固定可靠,彻底解决脱轨问题;每条导电条对应两个导电探针,并联的导电探针接触传电稳定性好,解决现有固定导电轨道易出现接触不良问题。本申请的柔性导电轨道,只需要3根导电条就可让一个控制器连接多个带有隧道滑动传电组件的按摩机芯,减少导线用量,彻底解决按摩靠垫导线断线和绞按摩头问题。柔性导电轨道外形规范,结构紧凑,可以根据机芯固定行动轨迹。滑动导电组件位于侧面,滑动导电组件的电路板凸起一端位于内侧,同时滑动导电组件上下端部均为圆弧形,可以避开容易让人体挤压到的位置,产品质量更稳定,按摩更舒适。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种柔性滑动供电组件,其特征在于:包括柔性导电轨道、滑动导电组件,所述柔性导电轨道上设置有两条或两条以上的固定槽,所述固定槽内嵌入式安装有导电条;
    所述滑动导电组件安装在柔性导电轨道上,所述滑动导电组件与导电条滑动电连接,所述导电条对应电连接至电源和控制器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性滑动供电组件,其特征在于:所述滑动导电组件包括有探针管控套、导电探针和电路板,所述探针管控套内安装有电路板,所述电路板上电连接有复数根导电探针;
    所述探针管控套中部为连接套口,所述连接套口能探针管控套安装在柔性导电轨道上,所述导电探针从连接套口探出与柔性导电轨道上的导电条电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性滑动供电组件,其特征在于:所述探针管控套一侧设置有固定连接按摩机芯的连接部,所述每根导电条对应电连接一根或者一根以上的导电探针。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性滑动供电组件,其特征在于:所述柔性导电轨道上嵌入式安装有一个或一个以上磁铁,所述电路板上安装有霍尔开关,霍尔开关通过感应磁铁发出的磁场能确定按摩机芯位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性滑动供电组件,其特征在于:所述固定槽为凹字形,所述固定槽包括固定部和开口部,所述固定部的宽度、厚度均与导电条相当,所述开口部的宽度小于导电条的宽度,所述开口部的厚度小于导电探针伸出的高度。
  6. 一种按摩靠垫,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-5任一项的柔性滑动供电组件,所述柔性导电轨道固定安装在靠垫本体上,所述靠垫本体另一侧还设置有齿条,所述柔性导电轨道和齿条之间安装有一个或者一个以上的按摩机芯;
    所述按摩机芯一侧与齿条啮合,所述按摩机芯另一侧固定安装有滑动导电组件,所述按摩机芯通过滑动导电组件与导电条电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩靠垫,其特征在于:所述柔性导电轨道的固定槽朝内设置,所述加持套的电路板和导电探针一侧也朝内设置,所述按摩机芯上的按摩头朝外设置;
    所述探针管控套的上表面和下表面均为圆弧形曲面结构。
  8. 一种控制方法,其特征在于:根据权利要求1-3任一项的按摩靠垫,柔性导电轨道上设置有三条导电条,其中两条用于供电,第三条用于信号控制,所述导电条还电连接有控制器,所述电路板上还电连接有MCU,具体步骤如下:
    S1、控制,通过手机或者控制器发出指令,指令通过通讯协议进行编码,编码后的指令后经过指定导电条传输给MCU,MCU解码指令控制按摩机芯进行指定动作;

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤S3、定位,MCU通过电路板上的霍尔开关感应靠垫本体背壳轨道上的 磁铁,MCU确定按摩机芯位置后,通过MCU将位置信息进行编码,编码后的位置信息经指定导电条传输给控制器,通过控制器上的CPU进行解码获得按摩机芯的位置信息。
