- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,在满足以下触发条件中的至少一者的情况下,所述判断模块停止基于第一资源对应的第三资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件,和/或所述上报模块将所述第二资源集合上报给高层;其中,所述触发条件包括:所述第二资源集合中所述第二资源的数量占所述第一资源的比例不低于预设比例;所述第二资源集合中所述第二资源的数量不低于预设数量门限;已经检测的所述第三资源个数不低于预设检测数量门限;所述检测窗口中的检测比例不低于预设检测比例门限;当前RSRP门限为预定RSRP值。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,将所述第二资源集合上报给高层的时机由以下上报时机中的至少一种确定,所述上报时机包括:数据包到达时刻;数据包到达之后经过预定时间间隔的时刻;满足触发条件的时刻;满足触发条件的时刻之后经过预定时间间隔的时刻。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块用于:在满足以下第一时机中的至少一者的情况下,基于第一资源对应的第三资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件,其中,所述第一时机包括:数据包到达之前;数据包到达之后;将所述第二资源集合上报给高层之后。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块还用于:在将所述 第二资源集合上报给高层之后,满足以下第二时机的情况下,通过高层进行资源选择或重选,其中,所述第二时机包括:数据包到达之前;数据包到达之后;将所述第二资源集合上报给高层之后。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块还用于:在满足以下条件中的至少一者的情况下,触发基于第一资源对应的第三资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件,其中,所述条件包括:资源池的CR或CBR大于预设门限;所述终端设备触发资源选择;所述终端设备触发重估、抢占或资源重选;所述终端设备接收预定指示。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块还用于:基于第一窗口中的第一资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件,其中,所述第一窗口在所述检测窗口内,所述第一窗口的起始位置为以下位置中的一者:所述检测窗口的起始位置;所述检测窗口的起始位置之后的预定时隙;执行目标操作的目标时刻的位置,其中,所述目标操作包括:重估或抢占检测;执行目标操作的目标时刻之后的预定时隙,其中,所述目标操作包括:重估或抢占检测。
- 如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一窗口的长度由终端或网络设备通过预定参数配置或预配置。
- 如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一窗口的长度是针对以下第一因素中的至少一者配置的,所述第一因素包括:每个资源池、每个优先级、每个服务质量QoS、per CR、per CBR、每个逻辑信道、每个逻辑信道组、每个通信范围、每个组大小、每个省电模式、每个资源配置方案。
- 如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一窗口的长度与以下第二因素中的至少一者相关,所述第二因素包括:所述第一窗口的资源数占所述第一资源的比例;所述第一窗口的资源数占所述第三资源数的比例;非所述第一窗口的资源数;非所述第一窗口的资源数占所述第一资源的比例;非所述第一窗口的资源数占所述第三资源数的比例;非所述第一窗口的资源数占所述第一资源的比例的限制。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块用于:从所述检测窗口的头部开始,基于第一资源对应的第三资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件;或从所述第一窗口的头部开始,基于第一资源对应的第三资源,判断所述第一资源是否满足目标条件。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述选择模块用于:从所述检测窗口的头部开始,将第二资源添加入第二资源集合;或从所述第一窗口的头部开始,将第二资源添加入第二资源集合。
- 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述选择模块用于:在将第二资源添加入第二资源集合之前,将所述第二资源集合初始化为空集。
- 一种终端设备,其中,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的资源选择的方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,其中,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令, 所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的资源选择的方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的资源选择的方法的步骤。
- 一种芯片,其中,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的资源选择的方法的步骤。
