Description
本实用新型涉及一种电气控制箱,尤其涉及一种防爆型电气控制箱,属于电气控制设备技术领域。
电气控制箱是包含一个或多个低压开关设备以及与之相关的控制、测量、信号、保护、调节等部件的设备,主要用于工业设备控制、商场办公等场合。现有技术中常用的防爆型电气控制箱通过采用密封油槽将密封式设于底座上,但这种的防爆型电气控制箱仍存在一些安全隐患和不足。比如在拆装维护时,需要将密封罩从油槽内取出,密封罩浸入油槽内的部位会粘附大量的密封油,若拿取不当,就会滴落的到处都是;另外,目前的电气控制箱内安装的检测装置和报警装置,虽能够及时检测到箱体内的环境异常,并对箱体内的异常环境进行警示,但工作人员在打开箱体进行维修检查时仍存在较大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防爆型电气控制箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种防爆型电气控制箱,包括密封座、密封罩和箱体,所述密封罩密封式卡合固设于密封座上,所述箱体卡合固定于密封座上并位于所述密封罩内部,所述箱体的顶端上固设有一灭火装置,该灭火装置包括一用于容纳灭火材料且位于所述箱体顶面的灭火容器;所述箱体的顶面上开设有与所述灭火容器的内部相连通的流通管道,且所述流通管道位于所述箱体内部的一端上设有若干个均匀分布的喷头;所述箱体的外周侧上定位设有一预处理装置,该预处理装置包括一能够将箱体内部的空气单向抽取至密封罩外侧的真空泵。

1、本专利通过在油槽的顶端入口处加装一周含密封部、清理部和遮掩部的胶条,该胶条采用硅胶或橡胶等具有弹性的材质制成,遮掩部利用自身弹性形 成单向槽口,没有外力挤压时,遮掩部可以遮掩覆盖住油槽槽口,避免灰尘或杂志落入油槽内;在安装密封罩时,利用材质的弹性形变挤压在油槽两侧面的密封部,一方面可以起到密封效果,另一方面还可在打开密封罩时对油槽内的密封油起到防护效果;位于上端的清理部可以在密封罩2插入或者取出时清理掉密封罩2表面附带的灰尘杂质或密封油渍,增强使用稳定性;
2、本实用新型还在箱体的顶部设有灭火容器,灭火容器内装有灭火材料,在箱体内设有喷头,灭火容器的输出端与喷头相连接,可以在外部检测装置检测到箱体内的环境(温度、湿度和气体浓度)发生变化时,利用灭火容器内的灭火材料通过喷头喷出对箱体内的环境进行改善,避免发生爆炸或火灾,增强防爆箱体的整体安全性;
3、本实用新型不仅设置有防爆结构,还加装了预处理装置,双重结合进一步增强了防爆箱的安全性,避免因防爆箱故障而出现安全隐患,预处理装置采用真空泵,在内部检测装置检测到箱体内环境异常时,可以通过打开真空泵,将箱体内抽成真空状态,制造一个不易爆炸的箱体环境。

请参阅图1~4,本具体实施例详细记载了一种防爆型电气控制箱。该防爆 型电器包括密封座1、密封罩2和箱体3,密封罩2密封式卡合固设于密封座1上,箱体3卡合固定于密封座1上并位于密封罩2的内部。
上述密封罩2具体的设置方式为:密封座1上开设有与密封罩相匹配的油槽11,密封罩2的底端密封式卡合固定于油槽内。密封罩2密封卡合固定的方式为:油槽11相对的两内侧壁上均粘接固定有一呈双层复合结构的胶条13,该胶条包括贴合于油槽内侧壁下半部的密封部和贴合于油槽内侧壁上半部的清理部,该密封部和清理部一体成型。其中清理部的顶端与所述油槽的顶端入口齐平,且该清理部的顶端沿水平方向延伸形成遮掩部,该遮掩部能够遮掩覆盖所述油槽的槽口。通过在油槽的顶端入口处加装一周含密封部、清理部和遮掩部的胶条,该胶条采用硅胶或橡胶等具有弹性的材质制成,遮掩部利用自身弹性形成单向槽口,没有外力挤压时,遮掩部可以遮掩覆盖住油槽槽口,避免灰尘或杂志落入油槽内;在安装密封罩时,利用材质的弹性形变挤压在油槽两侧面的密封部,一方面可以起到密封效果,另一方面还可在打开密封罩时对油槽内的密封油起到防护效果;位于上端的清理部可以在密封罩2插入或者取出时清理掉密封罩2表面附带的灰尘杂质或密封油渍,增强使用稳定性。
油槽11的内部灌注有密封油,密封罩的底端卡合固设于油槽内两胶条的清理胶条之间,密封油的使用能够使密封罩2的密封效果更好更强。此外,密封罩2的周壁外侧上形成有充气口21。
上述箱体3具体的设置方式为:密封座1上位于油槽的内侧处固设有与箱体相匹配的安装座12,箱体3的底端卡合固定于安装座上。此外,箱体3的内部设有供填充砂粒材料的隔层31,一旦箱体内发生在规定使用条件下产生电弧、发生火焰、外壳壁或砂粒材料表面过热的情况时,隔层能够保证不会点燃周围的爆炸性混合物。
上述箱体3的顶端上固设有一灭火装置4。该灭火装置包括一用于容纳灭火材料且位于箱体顶面的灭火容器41,箱体3的顶面上开设有与灭火容器41的内部相连通的流通管道42,此外箱体3的顶面上还开设有连通灭火容器41和流通管道42的连通孔301。在本具体实施例中,流通管道42和连通孔301均设于箱体3的顶壁的内部,其中连通孔301开设于靠近箱体顶壁的上表面处, 其中流通管道42开设于靠近箱体顶壁的下表面处。此外,流通管道42位于箱体3内部的一端上设有若干个均匀分布的喷头43,具体的,若干喷头43形成于箱体3的顶面内侧上,且该若干喷头均与流通管道连通。这样,灭火材料从灭火容器内部依次经由连通孔301和流通管道42后进入喷头43,由喷头喷洒至箱体3的内部。
上述箱体3的外周侧上定位设有一预处理装置5,该预处理装置包括一能够将箱体3内部的空气单向抽取至密封罩2外侧的真空泵51。其具体的设置结构为:真空泵51固设于箱体3的外周侧壁上,且该真空泵的抽气端固设有一抽气管52,该抽气管的另一端贯穿箱体并延伸至箱体的内部;真空泵51的输出端固设有一出气管53,该出气管的另一端贯穿密封罩并延伸至密封罩的外侧。同时,在出气管53的输出端上螺接固定有一单向阀54。该预处理装置能够利用抽气管52将箱体3内空气抽出,再通过出气管53将抽取的空气排出箱体3,同时单向阀54可以避免空气回流。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
使用时,先在油槽11内注入密封油,然后将箱体3安装到密封座1的安装座12上,完成箱体3的安装固定;再将灭火装置4的灭火容器41安装到箱体3的上方,结合箱体3内部顶端安装的流通管道42和喷头43,完成灭火装置4的安装固定;最后将密封罩2卡合置入密封座1的油槽11内,完成防爆型电气控制箱的安装固定。在箱体3内装有环境监测装置,当检测到箱体3内的环境异常时,如温度、湿度和气体浓度等发生变化时,可以通过报警器警示工作人员。工作人员打开预处理装置5,利用真空泵51的抽气管52对箱体3进行抽真空操作,利用出气管53将抽出的空气排出,使箱体3内形成真空环境,成为一个不易爆炸的箱体环境,此时再打开密封罩2对箱体3进行检修;若发现短路火花或其他异常情况,可以打开灭火装置4,将灭火容器41内的灭火材料通过流通管道42从喷头43喷出,喷洒在箱体3内的每个角落,利用灭火容器41内的灭火材料通过喷头43喷出对箱体3内的环境进行改善,避免发生爆炸或火灾,增强防爆箱体3的整体安全性。

Claims (10)
- 一种防爆型电气控制箱,包括密封座(1)、密封罩(2)和箱体(3),所述密封罩密封式卡合固设于密封座上,所述箱体卡合固定于密封座上并位于所述密封罩内部,其特征在于:所述箱体(3)的顶端上固设有一灭火装置(4),该灭火装置包括一用于容纳灭火材料且位于所述箱体顶面的灭火容器(41);所述箱体(3)的顶面上开设有与所述灭火容器(41)的内部相连通的流通管道(42),且所述流通管道(42)位于所述箱体(3)内部的一端上设有若干个均匀分布的喷头(43);所述箱体(3)的外周侧上定位设有一预处理装置(5),该预处理装置包括一能够将箱体(3)内部的空气单向抽取至密封罩(2)外侧的真空泵(51)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述真空泵(51)固设于所述箱体(3)的外周侧壁上,且该真空泵的抽气端固设有一抽气管(52),该抽气管的另一端贯穿所述箱体并延伸至箱体的内部;所述真空泵(51)的输出端固设有一出气管(53),该出气管的另一端贯穿所述密封罩并延伸至密封罩的外侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述出气管(53)的输出端上螺接固定有一单向阀(54)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(3)的顶面上开设有连通孔(301),该连通孔连通所述灭火容器(41)和所述流通管道(42)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述喷头(43)形成于箱体(3)的顶面内侧上,且该若干喷头均与所述流通管道连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述密封座(1)上开设有与所述密封罩相匹配的油槽(11),所述密封罩(2)的底端密封式卡合固定于油槽内;所述密封座(1)上位于所述油槽的内侧处固设有与所述箱体相匹配的安装座(12),所述箱体(3)的底端卡合固定于所述安装座上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述油槽(11)相对的两内侧壁上均粘接固定有一呈双层复合结构的胶条(13),该胶条包括贴合于油槽内侧壁下半部的密封部和贴合于油槽内侧壁上半部的清理部,该密封 部和清理部一体成型。
- 根据权利要求7所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:清理部的顶端与所述油槽的顶端入口齐平,且该清理部的顶端沿水平方向延伸形成遮掩部,该遮掩部能够遮掩覆盖所述油槽的槽口。
- 根据权利要求8所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述油槽(11)的内部灌注有密封油,且所述密封罩的底端卡合固设于油槽内两胶条的密封部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气控制箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(3)的内部设有供填充砂粒材料的隔层(31)。
