所述玻璃20透光区域的背面镀有反射涂层,不透光区域的背面镀有半透半反涂层;在显示屏30不工作的时候,反射涂层及半透半反涂层可以起到反射作用,此时玻璃20的透光区域和不透光区域共同作为镜子使用,通过玻璃20可以看到健身者98自身的镜像;在显示屏30工作时,显示屏30所播放的内容可以透过半透半反涂层向外投放,通过玻璃20的前方可以看到显示屏30所播放的内容,也可以看到玻璃20反射的影像,在健身时,还可以将显示屏播放的影 像与健身者98反射的影像进行叠加。
请重点结合图3所示,所述边框10包括第一框体11及第二框体12,第一框体11与第二框体12连接,第一框体11可以采用金属或塑料材质加工而成,第二框体12为四个条状结构,分别与玻璃20的四个边相对应,第二框体12通过钣金件冲压而成,在玻璃20的后侧边缘部位设置有丝印钱,在安装时先将条状结构的第二框体12与玻璃20后侧的丝印线21对齐,通过泡棉胶62将条状的第二框体12粘接在玻璃20的后侧边缘,再将(带有玻璃20的)第二框体12与第一框体11通过螺钉64进行固定,安装完成后,所述玻璃20及显示屏30均位于边框10所围区域以内,玻璃20与边框10连接且所述显示屏30的正面与所述玻璃20的后表面相对。边框10采用第一框体11及第二框体12的分体式结构,可以方便的对玻璃20进行维护及更换。
请重点结合图1、图2、图5及图6所示,所述扬声器40位于所述玻璃20的后侧,在玻璃20的侧部边缘与边框10之间形成条缝50,该条缝50朝向前方且外露,扬声器40的出音口43与条缝50相通。所述玻璃20具有前表面及后表面,所述扬声器40的出音口43朝向所述玻璃20的后表面,优先的可以朝向该健身镜的正前方。本实施例所述显示屏30位于玻璃20的后侧,在显示屏30及玻璃20的外侧设有边框10,在边框10与玻璃20之间形成条缝50,而扬声器40位于玻璃20的后侧,不会增加整个产品的尺寸,也不会影响显示屏30的显示效果,扬声器40所发出的声音通过边框10与玻璃20之间的条缝50传出,并且声音传出后直接朝向前方,其声音的体验效果非常理想。
该扬声器40的安装结构重点见图5、图6所示,该扬声器40呈长条状,其两端各设有一个支耳44,支耳44上设有安装孔441,安装孔441的方向朝向扬声器40的侧部,螺钉64穿过安装孔441后,将扬声器40安装于第一框体11的内侧部,第一框体11可以采用金属型材,或者注塑加工的塑料条,为方便扬声器40的安装,可以在第一框体11的内侧部局部开设有安装槽112。所述第二框体12具有与所述玻璃20平行的安装表面121,所述玻璃20的后表面通过泡棉胶62粘接于第二框体12的安装表面121上,在第二框体12上开设有出音孔1211,所述扬声器40的正前方设有泡棉体61,在泡棉体61上设有过音孔611,该过音孔611与所述出音孔1211相对,所述泡棉胶62在扬声器40处断开,第二框体12、玻璃20及相隔的两条泡棉胶62之间形成让位通道,所述扬声器40的出音口43通过所述出音孔1211、过音孔611及让位通道63与所述条缝50相通;该泡棉体61可以围住扬声器40出音口43的周边区域,减少声音的损耗。将扬声器40设置于玻璃20的后侧,通过前述的传声通道95将声音从玻璃20的后侧部传出至玻璃20的前侧,达到良好的声音体验效果。所述条缝50可以设置于平板显示装置两侧的竖向边框上,也可以设置于上下的两个横向边框上。
所述条缝50沿所述边框10的纵向方向延伸,所述条缝的长度长于所述扬声器40纵向长度的两倍,可选的,所述条缝50沿所述边框10的纵向方向延伸至边框10的侧端。该结构具有以下几个优点:可以方便产品的加工及安装;可以增加产品整体的视觉流畅、简洁的效果;可以增加声音传出的范围,也可以方便的对扬声器40的安装位置进行灵活的调整。
所述第二框体12的内侧面具有向外侧方向扩展的扩展斜面111,使所述条缝50向前侧形成喇叭形的槽口,该喇叭形的纵向槽口可以增加声音散发的效果,还可以使产品更显流畅、简洁,外形更美观。
如图3、图4所示,所述显示屏30的后侧下部通过显示固定下架81与所述边框10连接,并将所述显示屏30下部压紧,显示屏30的后侧中部通过两个显示固定中架82与所述边框10连接,并将所述显示屏30中部压紧,显示屏30的后侧上部通过第一显示固定上架83、第二显示固定上架84与所述边框10连接,并将所述显示屏30上部压紧;控制主板91通过第一主板固定架89、第二主板固定架90连接于显示屏30的后侧,位于上方的第一主板固定架89上设有摄像支架93及麦板94,在摄像支架93上设有摄像头92,在麦板94上设有取音元件,通过摄像头92可以获取健身者的影像,通过取音元件可以获取健身时的现场声音。电源板86通过电源固定架85安装于显示屏30的后侧,在电源板86上安装有电源模块,插接端子88通过端子板87安装于显示屏30的后侧,插接端子88与控制主板91电性连接。前述的显示固定下架81、显示固定中架82、第一显示固定上架83、第二显示固定上架84、第一主板固定架89、第二主板固定架90等采用螺钉64与边框10或显示屏30进行连接固定,通过后壳71盖住显示屏30、玻璃20后侧以及前述电气部件。
本健身镜可以用于健身者98进行健身,并播放教学视频,传统的健身镜的扬声器的高度不合理,主要表现在:A、健身者98在健身时会出现蹲、躺、站等各种动作,现有的健身镜无法适应健身者98的高度变化;B、在播放教学视频时,老师99的嘴部高度与扬声器的位置没有进行有效的匹配,影响声音的体验效果,如图7所示,本实施例对此进行了以下改进:
(在此先进行说明:图7中,除附图标记20、72、98、41、42、99、30外,其余均为高度尺寸值,单位为毫米)
1、本实施例在边框10的两侧分别安装扬声器40,上部的两个为第一扬声器41,下部的两个为第二扬声器42;所述第一扬声器41位于所述显示屏30顶端与底端之间,所述第二扬声器42位于所述显示屏30底端的下方所在区域;本实施例中,所述第二扬声器42距所述边框10底端的距离小于750毫米,可选的,所述第二扬声器42距所述边框10底端的距离为500毫米至700毫米。
第一扬声器41、第二扬声器42分别位于不同的高度,第一扬声器41位于所述显示屏30顶端与底端之间所在区域,第一扬声器41与健身者98站立时耳朵的高度基本持平,也可以更好的与显示屏中的老师99的位置基本匹配,可以更好的实现音像合一,第二扬声器42与健身者98在蹲屈或躺卧时的高度相匹配,可以适用健身者98的不同健身姿态,具有更好的使用体验。
2、所述第一扬声器41距所述显示屏30顶端的距离为显示屏30高度的15%至50%。可选的:所述第一扬声器41距所述显示屏30顶端的距离为显示屏30高度的20%至30%。在本实施例中,所述第一扬声器41距所述显示屏30顶端的距离为显示屏30高度的23%。
第一扬声器41距所述显示屏30顶端的距离为显示屏30高度的15%至50%,即:将第一扬声器41设置于显示屏30上部区域,这样,显示屏30中老师99的嘴部高度与第一扬声器41的高度基本持平,可以更好的实现音像合一,给健身者98带来更好的使用体验。
本实施例中,控制主板91位于前述容置空间内且分别与所述显示屏30、第一扬声器41、第二扬声器42、摄像头92、取音元件等电性连接;通过控制主板91可以控制显示屏30、第一扬声器41、第二扬声器42的不同播放模式,如在该该控制主板91向所述显示屏30发送第一视频数据流时,向所述第一扬声器41发送第一音频数据流;该控制主板91向所述显示屏30发送第二视频数据流时,向所述第二扬声器42发送第二音频数据流。本申请还可以根据显示屏30所播放的视频确定选择第一扬声器41或第二扬声器42进行播放,以满足在播放不同视频时的不同音频播放效果。如显示屏30在播放瑜伽视频的时候,控制主板91向第二扬声器42发送音频信号,通过下部的第二扬声器42进行播放;如显示屏30在播放舞蹈动作的时候,控制主板91向第一扬声器41发送音频信号,通过下部的第一扬声器41进行播放。
实施例二
如图8所示,本实施例中,在泡棉胶62上与过音孔611相对应位置开设有让位缺621,所述第二框体12、玻璃20及泡棉胶62之间在该让位缺621处形成让位通道,以方便声音向前侧传递,在让位缺621的内侧设有挡边622,以减少声音的损耗。
本申请文件中,前方可以是正前方,也可以是侧前方。
前述实施例中的产品尺寸,仅仅是为了方便技术方案的说明而进行的列举,前述尺寸不是绝对的。

Claims (11)

  1. 健身镜,包括边框、玻璃、显示屏、第一扬声器、第二扬声器及后壳,所述玻璃及所述后壳均安装于所述边框上,所述玻璃具有透光区域以及非透光区域,所述透光区域位于玻璃的上部,所述透光区域的背面镀有反射涂层,所述不透光区域的背面镀有半透半反涂层;所述显示屏及第一扬声器、第二扬声器位于所述边框、玻璃及后壳之间形成的容置空间内,且所述显示屏与所述玻璃的透光区域相对,所述第一扬声器位于所述显示屏顶端与底端之间所在区域,所述第二扬声器位于所述显示屏底端的下方所在区域。
  2. 如权利要求1所述健身镜,其中,所述第一扬声器、第二扬声器均安装于所述边框上,且所述第二扬声器距所述边框底端的距离小于750毫米。
  3. 如权利要求2所述健身镜,其中,所述第二扬声器距所述边框底端的距离为600毫米至700毫米。
  4. 如权利要求1所述健身镜,其中,所述第一扬声器的数量为两个,两个所述第一扬声器分别设置于所述显示屏的左右两侧。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述健身镜,其中,所述扬声器位于所述玻璃的后侧,在所述玻璃的侧部边缘与所述边框之间形成条缝,该条缝朝向前方,所述扬声器的出音口与所述条缝相通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述健身镜,其中,所述玻璃具有前表面及后表面,所述扬声器的出音口朝向所述玻璃的后表面。
  7. 如权利要求5所述健身镜,其中,所述边框上与所述扬声器出音口相对的位置开设有出音孔。
  8. 如权利要求5所述健身镜,其中,所述边框包括第一框体及第二框体,所述第一框体与所述第二框体连接,所述扬声器的其中一个侧部安装于所述第一框体的内侧部,所述第二框体具有与所述玻璃平行的安装表面,所述玻璃安装于所述第二框体的安装表面上,所述出音孔设于所述第二框体上。
  9. 如权利要求5所述健身镜,其中,所述条缝沿所述边框的纵向方向延伸,所述条缝的长度长于所述扬声器纵向长度的两倍。
  10. 如权利要求5所述健身镜,其中,所述边框的内侧面具有向外侧方向扩展的扩展斜面,使所述条缝向前侧形成喇叭形的槽口。
  11. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述健身镜,还包括有控制主板,该控制主板位于前述容置空间内,且分别与所述显示屏、第一扬声器、第二扬声器电性连接;
    所述控制主板向所述显示屏发送第一视频数据流时,所述控制主板同时向 所述第一扬声器发送第一音频数据流;所述控制主板向所述显示屏发送第二视频数据流时,所述控制主板同时向所述第二扬声器发送第二音频数据流。
