Claims (10)
- 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括:底座,其上开设有进气口;储液件,配接于所述底座上,且其内形成用于储存气溶胶形成基质的储液腔;以及雾化组件,配接于所述底座上;所述雾化组件包括固定座及雾化芯,所述固定座内形成有与所述储液腔及所述进气口连通的雾化腔,所述雾化芯配接于所述雾化腔内并雾化由所述储液腔提供的气溶胶形成基质,且雾化后形成的烟雾在所述进气口引入的气体的带动下输出;其中,所述固定座上构造形成有回气通道,所述回气通道连通于所述进气口与所述储液腔之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述固定座包括基座及封液件,所述基座支撑于所述底座上且其内腔构造形成所述雾化腔,所述基座的外壁面开设有回气槽;所述封液件套装于所述基座外并将所述回气槽围合形成所述回气通道。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述回气槽沿所述基座外壁面的周向迷宫式设置。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述基座的顶部开设有出烟孔,所述基座的外壁面还构造有连通气道,所述连通气道连通于所述雾化腔与所述出烟孔之间。
- 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述回气通道的进气端连通于所述连通气道与所述雾化腔连通的下端,所述回气通道的出气端与所述储液腔连通。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述封液件分别被构造形成所述储液腔的底部。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述封液件为套装于所述基座外的封液硅胶。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座包括底壁及由所 述底壁的外缘朝同一方向延伸形成的侧壁,所述侧壁相对的两内侧面上凸出形成有两个凸台,所述雾化组件支撑于所述两个凸台上;所述雾化器包括吸液件,所述吸液件设置于所述两个凸台之间且位于所述雾化组件的下方。
- 如权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化芯密封件,所述雾化芯套装于所述雾化芯密封件内并与所述雾化芯密封件一同支撑于所述两个凸台上;所述封液件上开设有第一进液孔,所述基座上开设有第二进液孔,所述雾化芯密封件上开设有第三进液孔;其中,所述第一进液孔、所述第二进液孔以及所述第三进液孔共同连通形成引流所述储液腔内气溶胶形成基质流向所述雾化芯的进液通道。
- 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于:所述气溶胶发生装置包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
