请参阅图4,本发明实施例中,具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,包括箱体1、支撑板11和散热框,散热框分为第一散热框5和第二散热框17,所述箱体1底端安装有滑轮2,箱体1上端左侧安装有控制面板3,箱体1内侧顶端左侧安装有导向板4;箱体1上端右侧设有出风口24,出风口24外侧安装有第一散热框5,第一散热框5内侧左端安装有散热鳍片8,散热鳍片8外侧安装有第一风扇9,第一散热框5内侧顶端安装有第一温度检测器7,第一散热框5右侧安装有第一过滤网6;箱体1内侧中部安装有支撑板11,支撑板11底端设有第二温度检测器10,支撑板11的剖面形状为倒三角形,支撑板11上均匀分布有多个散热孔,支撑板11的形状方便空气流通,避免带走箱体1内侧的热量,提高散热效率。本实施例中的其他结构和实施例1中的结构相同。
本发明的工作原理是:
具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱中箱体1底端设有滑轮2,方便电控箱进行移动,箱体1上端右侧的第一散热框5便于对箱体1内侧的热空气进行有效排出,散热鳍片8和第一风扇9能够有效吸附和排出箱体1内侧的热量;第二散热框17通过限位螺钉19安装在固定导轨16上,方便进行拆卸安装;第二散热框17内侧的第三风扇20、集风罩21、通风管22和半导体制冷片23便于对进入箱体1的空气进行降温,能够快速的降低箱体1内侧的温度,输气管14和喷气头15能够使箱体1内侧进行均匀降温,避免出现散热不均匀的现象;限位筒12和第二风扇13方便箱体1内侧空气的流通,导向板4便于在进风口15和出风口24形成空气流通,方便进行散热。本发明结构合理,操作简单,便于对电控箱进行散热,散热装置安装在电控箱外侧,避免散热装置的热量进入电控箱内侧。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,包括箱体(1)、支撑板(11)和散热框,散热框分为第一散热框(5)和第二散热框(17),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)上端右侧设有出风口(24),出风口(24)外侧安装有第一散热框(5),第一散热框(5)内侧左端安装有散热鳍片(8),散热鳍片(8)外侧安装有第一风扇(9),第一散热框(5)内侧顶端安装有第一温度检测器(7),第一散热框(5)右侧安装有第一过滤网(6);箱体(1)左端外侧安装有固定导轨(16),固定导轨(16)内侧安装有第二散热框(17),第二散热框(17)左右两侧安装有限位螺钉(19),箱体(1)左侧底端设有进风口(25),第二散热框(17)左侧安装有第二过滤网(18),第二过滤网(18)右侧安装有第三风扇(20),第三风扇(20)右侧设有集风罩(21),集风罩(21)右端设有通风管(22),通风管(22)内侧设有半导体制冷片(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内侧中部安装有支撑板(11),支撑板(11)底端设有第二温度检测器(10),箱体(1)内侧底端设有输气管(14),输气管(14)顶端安装有喷气头(15),箱体(1)内部左右两侧安装有限位筒(12),限位筒(12)内侧安装有第二风扇(13),通风管(22)右端连接输气管(14)左端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)底端安装有滑轮(2),箱体(1)上端左侧安装有控制面板(3),箱体(1)内侧顶端左侧安装有导向板(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述导向板(4)内侧的形状为圆弧状,导向板(4)固定安装在箱体(1)内侧的左上角,导向板(4)的长度和箱体(1)内侧的宽度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述限位筒(12)内侧的直径和第二风扇(13)的直径相同,限位筒(12)和第二风扇(13)均设有四个,分为四组均匀分布在箱体(1)内侧中部左右两端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述第一散热框(5)固定安装在箱体(1)右侧上端,第一过滤网(6)和第二过滤网(18)的材质相同均为活性炭滤网。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述输气管(14)的形状为圆形,输气管(14)安装在箱体(1)内侧底端中部,输气管(14)上端均匀分布有多个喷气头(15)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的具有外部散热装置的温度控制设备电控箱,其特征在于,所述固定导轨(16)内侧和第二散热框(17)右侧凹凸连接,第二散热框(17)左右两侧均设有螺孔,螺孔内侧和限位螺钉(19)外侧螺纹连接。
