现有的农业种植用打药机不便于药物均匀喷洒,不便于保证药效的发挥,不便于节省人力,不能很好的满足人们的使用需求,针对上述情况,在现有的农业种植用打药机基础上进行技术创新。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种农业种植用打药机,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的农业种植用打药机不便于药物均匀喷洒,不便于保证药效的发挥,不便于节省人力,不能很好的满足人们的使用需求问题。

2、本实用新型中通过将喷洒装置安装在车上提供了更好的劳动力,比起以往的人力喷洒装置节约了人力,也是为了使人与药物分离保护人的安全,而且配备农药原材料也可以随时存放更加方便了农药的配制节约时间;
3、本实用新型中通过将水箱一起携带,解决了由于喷洒过程因为农作物还未喷洒完需要水源时得不到及时有水的问题,这一设计不用担心因为水不充分,而且是农药配制的原材料,从根本也加快了农药的喷洒,节约了时间。

本实用新型中:药水泵5与出药软管6通过焊接相连,且出药软管6与控制开关7可拆卸,并且控制开关7的上方活动连接有喷杆8和喷头9可拆卸;药水在喷出来时首先在出药软管6有一定的缓水压作用可以保护喷杆8使喷杆8使用时间更久,喷头9的设计是为了当长时间喷洒药物造成喷头9损坏时方便更换喷头9,不用整个更换有利于节约成本。

其次,将药物从药箱10中取出加入农药箱4,用水箱16中的水进行综合达到喷洒所需的浓度,侧喷壁11和旋转喷口12同时也需要装配同样的农药,前端喷头9将药物均匀喷洒,旋转喷口12也将药物均匀喷洒,当喷洒不能很好的将药物发挥时转头14会将药物通过砖地送入所需的地方使药效发挥更加彻底;再其次,水箱16在工作时提供水使工作更加方便喷洒完成后进行清洗直接从水箱16取水;
最后关闭控制阀17拔掉水管18工作结束。
