请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,包括车体1,车体1顶部的一端安装有操作室2,车体1顶部的另一端安装有支撑架18,操作室2内部一侧设置有操作台19,该操作台的使用型号为JG-128C,支撑架18的顶部安装有传动仓39,传动仓39内部底端的中间位置处设置有转轴B34,转轴B34外侧的底部安装有皮带轮C38,皮带轮C38的外侧套设有与其相互配合的皮带36,传动仓39内部底端的一侧安装有伺服电机D35,该电机的使用型号为Y90S-2,伺服电机D35的输出端的外侧安装有皮带轮B37,皮带轮C38通过皮带36与皮带轮B37相互连接,转轴B34的顶部安装有吊臂底盘3,吊臂底盘3的顶部安装有吊臂5,吊臂5底部的一侧设置有配重槽4,防止吊臂5掉落,吊臂5内部一端的中间位置处安装有伺服电机A8,该电机的使用型号为Y90S-2,伺服电机A8输出端的外侧设置有盘线轮9,对吊绳26进行收集,吊臂5内部远离配重槽4一侧的顶部设置有调节槽A11,调节槽A11内部的两侧设置有丝杠轴A14,丝杠轴A14的外侧套设有与其相互配合的丝杠套管A13,调节槽A11的一侧安装有伺服电机B10,该电机的使用型号为Y90S-2,伺服电机B10的输出端延伸至调节槽A11的内部,伺服电机B10的输出端与丝杠轴A14的一侧相互固定,丝杠套管A13的底部安装有安装板15,安装板15内部的两端设置有转轴A16,转轴A16的外侧安装有皮带轮A12,吊臂5内部靠近调节槽A11的一侧安装有滑轨A20,且滑轨A20的内部设置有与其相互配合的滑块A17,滑块A17的顶部与安装板15的底部相互固定,盘线轮9的外侧设置有吊绳26,吊绳26的一端延伸至皮带轮A12的外侧,吊绳26的底部安装有安装仓27,安装仓27的底部安装有调节槽B23,安装仓27内部底端的中间位置处安装有伺服电机C25,该电机的使用型号为Y90S-2,且伺服电机C25的输出端延伸至调节槽B23 的内部,调节槽B23内部的顶部设置有调节仓29,调节仓29内部顶端和底部的中间位置处设置有丝杠轴B28,丝杠轴B28的外侧套设有与其相互配合的U字型连接板24,U字型连接板24的底部贯穿调节仓29的内部,U字型连接板24的底部安装有套管32,调节槽B23内部底端的两侧对称安装有滑轨B30,滑轨B30的内部设置有与其相互配合的滑块B31,滑块B31远离滑轨B30的一侧与套管32相互固定,调节槽B23外侧四角处铰接有铰接板A22,铰接板A22底部铰接有爪臂21,套管32外侧底部的四角处铰接有铰接板B33,铰接板B33的底部与爪臂21一端的中间位置处相互铰接,操作台19通过导线分别与伺服电机A8、伺服电机B10、伺服电机C25和伺服电机D35电连接。装置中的操作台19、伺服电机A8、伺服电机B10、伺服电机C25和伺服电机D35为现有技术,其组成结构和连接方式与现有装置完全相同。
在本实施中,爪臂21由L型结构制成,便于抓取,且爪臂21内侧的底部设置有防滑纹,防止滑落,安装仓27内部四角处皆设置有减震消音棉,减震消音的效果,吊臂5的顶部安装有支撑柱6,支撑柱6的顶部设置有连接杆7,连接杆7远离支撑柱6的一端与吊臂5顶部的两侧相互固定,支撑更加的稳定,安装板15由U字型结构制成,方便对转轴A16进行安装,配重槽4的一侧设置有舱门,方便置物。
工作原理:该装置用电部件皆由蓄电池进行供电,装置在使用时,首先接通电源,打开操作台19,通过操作台19打开伺服电机D35,通过伺服电机D35带动皮带轮B37、皮带36、皮带轮C38和转轴B34的转动,将吊臂5转动至指定位置处,通过操作台19打开伺服电机B10,通过伺服电机B10带动丝杠轴A14转动,从而对丝杠套管A13的位置进行调节,通过滑块B17和滑轨A20的相互滑动,将安装板15、转轴A16和皮带轮A12调节至指定位置处,从而对夹取的 范围进行调节,通过操作台19打开伺服电机C25,通过伺服电机C25带动丝杠轴B28进行转动,从而将U字型连接板24调节至指定位置处,通过滑轨B30和滑块B31的相互滑动,将套管32调节至指定位置处,对爪臂21和铰接板B33的倾斜位置进行调节,进而通过爪臂21对悬吊物进行夹持操作,通过操作台19打开伺服电机A8,带动盘线轮9转动,可对吊绳26的长度进行收放操作,进而对悬吊的高度进行调节。

  1. 一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,包括车体(1),其特征在于:所述车体(1)顶部的一端安装有操作室(2),所述车体(1)顶部的另一端安装有支撑架(18),所述操作室(2)内部一侧设置有操作台(19),所述支撑架(18)的顶部安装有传动仓(39),所述传动仓(39)内部底端的中间位置处设置有转轴B(34),所述转轴B(34)外侧的底部安装有皮带轮C(38),所述皮带轮C(38)的外侧套设有与其相互配合的皮带(36),所述传动仓(39)内部底端的一侧安装有伺服电机D(35),所述伺服电机D(35)的输出端的外侧安装有皮带轮B(37),所述皮带轮C(38)通过皮带(36)与皮带轮B(37)相互连接,所述转轴B(34)的顶部安装有吊臂底盘(3),所述吊臂底盘(3)的顶部安装有吊臂(5),所述吊臂(5)底部的一侧设置有配重槽(4),所述吊臂(5)内部一端的中间位置处安装有伺服电机A(8),所述伺服电机A(8)输出端的外侧设置有盘线轮(9),所述吊臂(5)内部远离配重槽(4)一侧的顶部设置有调节槽A(11),所述调节槽A(11)内部的两侧设置有丝杠轴A(14),所述丝杠轴A(14)的外侧套设有与其相互配合的丝杠套管A(13),所述调节槽A(11)的一侧安装有伺服电机B(10),所述伺服电机B(10)的输出端延伸至调节槽A(11)的内部,所述伺服电机B(10)的输出端与丝杠轴A(14)的一侧相互固定,所述丝杠套管A(13)的底部安装有安装板(15),所述安装板(15)内部的两端设置有转轴A(16),所述转轴A(16)的外侧安装有皮带轮A(12),所述吊臂(5)内部靠近调节槽A(11)的一侧安装有滑轨A(20),且滑轨A(20)的内部设置有与其相互配合的滑块A(17),所述滑块A(17)的顶部与安装板(15)的底部相互固定,所述盘线轮(9)的外侧设置有吊绳(26),所述吊绳(26)的一端延伸至皮带轮A(12)的外侧,所述吊绳(26)的底部安装有安装仓(27),所述安装仓(27)的底部安装有调节槽B(23),所述安装仓(27)内部底端的中间位 置处安装有伺服电机C(25),且伺服电机C(25)的输出端延伸至调节槽B(23)的内部,所述调节槽B(23)内部的顶部设置有调节仓(29),所述调节仓(29)内部顶端和底部的中间位置处设置有丝杠轴B(28),所述丝杠轴B(28)的外侧套设有与其相互配合的U字型连接板(24),所述U字型连接板(24)的底部贯穿调节仓(29)的内部,所述U字型连接板(24)的底部安装有套管(32),所述调节槽B(23)内部底端的两侧对称安装有滑轨B(30),所述滑轨B(30)的内部设置有与其相互配合的滑块B(31),所述滑块B(31)远离滑轨B(30)的一侧与套管(32)相互固定,所述调节槽B(23)外侧四角处铰接有铰接板A(22),所述铰接板A(22)底部铰接有爪臂(21),所述套管(32)外侧底部的四角处铰接有铰接板B(33),所述铰接板B(33)的底部与爪臂(21)一端的中间位置处相互铰接,所述操作台(19)通过导线分别与伺服电机A(8)、伺服电机B(10)、伺服电机C(25)和伺服电机D(35)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,其特征在于:所述爪臂(21)由L型结构制成,且爪臂(21)内侧的底部设置有防滑纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,其特征在于:所述安装仓(27)内部四角处皆设置有减震消音棉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,其特征在于:所述吊臂(5)的顶部安装有支撑柱(6),所述支撑柱(6)的顶部设置有连接杆(7),所述连接杆(7)远离支撑柱(6)的一端与吊臂(5)顶部的两侧相互固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,其特征在于:所述安装板(15)由U字型结构制成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童娱乐用雪地塔吊,其特征在于:所述配重槽(4)的一侧设置有舱门。
