现有的固定式仓储货架通常采用人工焊接的方式,但是在焊接过程中会出现大量的难闻有害气体,对工作人员身体造成影响,因此我们提出一种仓储货架的焊接装置,用于解决上述问题。
发明内容

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述放置板(8)的顶部开设有横槽(11),且横槽(11)的两侧固定安装有第一滑杆(12),第一滑杆(12)的外侧滑动安装有第一滑块(13),且第一滑块(13)的顶部固定安装在移动固定柱(14)的底部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述软管(23)的顶部固定安装有传动板(36),且传动板(36)的顶部固定安装在连接柱(34)的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述横槽(11)的一侧内壁上固定安装有第一弹簧(15),且第一弹簧(15)的一端固定安装在第一滑块(13)的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(25)的一侧固定安装有抽风机(27),且过滤箱(25)内设有活性炭(26)和净化灯,过滤箱(25)固定安装在第二支柱(3)的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述旋转杆(18)的外侧固定安装有轴承(37),且轴承(37)固定安装在第二支柱(3)的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在 于,所述第二支柱(3)的一侧开设有滑槽,且滑槽的顶部和底部固定安装有第二滑杆,且第二滑杆的外侧滑动安装有第二滑块,第二滑块的一侧固定安装在连接杆(35)的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储货架的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的底部转动安装有四个滚轮(19),且四个滚轮(19)上均设有刹车片。
