Description
本发明涉及农业设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备及其方法。
土壤改良,是指运用土壤学、生物学、生态学等多学科的理论与技术,排除或防治影响农作物生育和引起土壤退化等不利因素,改善土壤性状,提高土壤肥力,为农作物创造良好土壤环境条件的一系列技术措施的统称。
现有的用于农业改良土壤的农业设备在喷洒药剂时,药剂大部分喷洒在土壤表面,与土壤的混合不够均匀,很难满足人们对农业改良土壤设备的使用需求;因此,我们提出了一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备及其方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在用于农业改良土壤的农业设备在喷洒药剂时,药剂大部分喷洒在土壤表面,与土壤的混合不够均匀,很难满足人们对农业改良土壤设备的使用需求的缺点,而提出的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备及其方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

S3:进料板铲出被粉碎的土壤,在进料板移动的过程中,土壤不断堆积移动,土壤被移动到第二链条上;
S4:水泵将水箱内的药剂通过喷头喷洒在第二链条上的土壤上;
S5:电机带动第三齿轮转动,第三齿轮带动第二链条传动土壤;
S6:转轴带动第三锥形齿轮转动,第三锥形齿轮带动第四锥形齿轮转动,第四锥形齿轮带动搅拌轴转动,搅拌轴带动搅拌板转动,搅拌板带动搅拌柱转动,搅拌柱对第二链条上的土壤进行搅动,土壤和药剂充分混合;
S7:充分混合的土壤被第二链条传输至出料板上,出料板将其洒落在地面上,完成土壤改良。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于设置了粉碎轴、粉碎刀、第一齿轮、第一链条、第二齿轮、第一锥形齿轮、第二锥形齿轮,能够在电动机和转轴的带动下对土壤进行粉碎,便于与药剂的混合;
2、由于设置了第三锥形齿轮、第四锥形齿轮、搅拌轴、搅拌板、搅拌柱、第二链条、第三齿轮、第四齿轮,能够在电动机和转轴的带动下对土壤和药剂进行充分混合,从而提高土壤改良效果。
本发明能够将药剂和土壤充分混合,提高土壤改良效果,且能够满足人们对农业改良土壤设备的使用需求。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体(1)上开设有传动槽,且转轴(10)、第一锥形齿轮(8)、第二锥形齿轮(9)、第三锥形齿轮(11)和第四锥形齿轮(12)均转动安装于传动槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体(1)的底部开设有混合槽,且搅拌轴(13)、搅拌板(14)、搅拌柱(15)、第二链条(16)、第三齿轮(17)和第四齿轮(18)均转动安装于混合槽内,所述进料板(19)和出料板(20)均固定安装于混合槽内,且喷头(21)固定安装于混合槽的顶部内壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体(1)上开设有水泵腔,且水泵(22)固定安装于水泵腔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体(1)上开设有电机腔,且电动机(24)固定安装于电机腔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述进料板(19)和出料板(20)均倾斜设置,且进料板(19)和出料板(20)均与第二链条(16)相配合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备,其特征在于,所述进料板(19)用于将土壤传输至第二链条(16)上,且第二链条(16)用于将土壤传输至出料板(20)上。
- 一种用于农业改良土壤的农业设备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:推动设备本体(1)移动,同时启动电机、电动机(24)和水泵(22);S2:电动机(24)带动转轴(10)转动,转轴(10)带动第二锥形齿轮(9)转动,第二锥形齿轮(9)带动第一锥形齿轮(8)转动,第一锥形齿轮 (8)带动第二齿轮(7)转动,第二齿轮(7)通过第一链条(6)带动第一齿轮(5)转动,第一齿轮(5)带动粉碎轴(3)转动,粉碎轴(3)带动粉碎刀(4)转动,对土壤进行粉碎;S3:进料板(19)铲出被粉碎的土壤,在进料板(19)移动的过程中,土壤不断堆积移动,土壤被移动到第二链条(16)上;S4:水泵(22)将水箱(23)内的药剂通过喷头(21)喷洒在第二链条(16)上的土壤上;S5:电机带动第三齿轮(17)转动,第三齿轮(17)带动第二链条(16)传动土壤;S6:转轴(10)带动第三锥形齿轮(11)转动,第三锥形齿轮(11)带动第四锥形齿轮(12)转动,第四锥形齿轮(12)带动搅拌轴(13)转动,搅拌轴(13)带动搅拌板(14)转动,搅拌板(14)带动搅拌柱(15)转动,搅拌柱(15)对第二链条(16)上的土壤进行搅动,土壤和药剂充分混合;S7:充分混合的土壤被第二链条(16)传输至出料板(20)上,出料板(20)将其洒落在地面上,完成土壤改良。
