现有技术中,电视的遥控器只能控制与其匹配的电视,并不能控制其他的家用电器,想要控制家用电器例如空调时还需要使用自带的遥控器,用户需要使用多个遥控器才能控制家用电器,为用户的使用带来了不便。

本申请根据用户的生物特征信息确定用户是否具有操作权限;若是,则在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面。本发明通过在遥控器上设置显示屏,可在显示界面显示不同的操控界面,用户仅使用一台遥控设备即可控制家中多种智能设备,更方便用户,而且改变了以往结构较为单一的遥控器,赋予遥控器更多的功能。此外,设置操作权限,使得具有操作权限的用户才可使用遥控设备。

本申请提供一种智能设备控制方法、遥控设备及可读存储介质,为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
请参看图1,图1为本申请所提供的遥控设备的硬件结构示意图。所述遥控设备在硬件结构上可以包括通信模块10、存储器20以及处理器30等部件。在所述遥控设备中,所述处理器30分别与所述存储器20以及所述通信模块10连接,所述存储器20上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序同时被处理器30执行,所述计算机程序执行时实现下述方法实施例的步骤。
通信模块10,可通过网络与外部通讯设备连接。通信模块10可以接收外部通讯设备发出的请求,还可以发送请求、指令及信息至所述外部通讯设备。所述外部通讯设备可以是用户终端或其他系统服务器等等。
存储器20,可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器20可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序等;存储数据区可包括数据库,存储数据区可存储根据遥控设备的使用所创建的数据或信息等。此外,存储器20可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其它易失性固态存储器件。
处理器30,是遥控设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个遥控设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器20内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器20内的数据,执行遥控设备的各种功能和处理数据,近而对遥控设备进行整体监控。处理器30可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选地,处理器30可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器30中。
尽管图1未示出,但上述遥控设备还可以包括电路控制模块,用于与电源连接,保证其他部件的正常工作。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的遥控设备结构并不构成对遥控设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
基于上述硬件结构,提出本申请方法各个实施例。
请参照图2,图2为本申请智能设备控制方法第一实施例的流程示意图,在该实施例中,所述方法应用于遥控设备,所述方法包括:
步骤S10,根据用户的生物特征信息确定用户是否具有操作权限;
本实施例中的遥控设备设置摄像装置、扬声器、麦克风、触摸显示屏、功能按键、红外发射装置、蓝牙模块、指纹识别装置等。用户的生物特征信息包括人脸信息、指纹信息等,遥控设备可通过摄像装置获取用户的人脸信息,或通过指纹识别装置获取用户的指纹信息,根据获取到的用户的人脸信息或指纹信息确定用户是否具有操作权限,其中,操作权限可由用户自行设置,用户设置操作权限时可预先录入人脸信息或者指纹信息。例如,在获取到用户的人脸信息后,将获取到的人脸信息与预先录入的人脸信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则确定该用户具有操作权限。通过设置操作权限,可以有效避免一些用户特别是儿童操控遥控设备,相比设置密码的方式,设置生物特征信息方式不易破解。
需要说明的是,本申请的遥控设备也可预先设置密码,通过输入密码的方式确定用户是否具有操作权限。
步骤S20,若是,则在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面。
本实施中遥控设备的显示界面可划分为多个显示区域,各显示界面显示不同的操控界面,具体地,若用户具有操作权限,则在遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面。例如,用户若想控制智能电视,可在智能电视操作界面触发相应的指令,遥控设备通过红外或蓝牙进一步将指令发送至智能电视。又例如,用户若想控制与遥控设备相连的AIoT智能设备,可在AIoT控制界面触发相应的指令,遥控设备通过网络将指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备。通过在遥控器上设置显示屏,可在显示屏的显示界面显示不同的操控界面,用户仅使用一台遥控设备即可控制家中多种智能设备,方便用户使用,而且改变了以往结构较为单一的遥控器,赋予遥控器更多的功能。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第一实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S21,接收用户基于智能电视操作界面触发的智能电视操作指令;
步骤S22,将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以使所述智能电视执行与操作指令对应的预设操作。
本实施例中显示界面的不同显示区域显示不同的操控界面,可供用户触发不同的指令,遥控设备接收用户基于智能电视操作界面触发的智能电视操作指令,例如,播放指令、音量调整指令、音视频快进快退指令、换台指令等,遥控设备通过红外或蓝牙将操作指令发送至智能电视,智能电视在接收到操作指令后根据操作指令执行对应的预设操作。具有显示屏的遥控设备,更方便用户操作,改变了以往结构较为单一的遥控器。
需要说明的是,遥控设备设置有功能按键,用户也可通过功能按键触发智能电视控制指令。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第一实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S31,接收用户基于AIoT控制界面触发的AIoT控制指令;
步骤S32,将AIoT控制指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态。
本实施中遥控设备可预先与家中智能设备进行连接,即与家中智能设备连入同一网络,具体地,有两种配网方案,Broadcast/Sniffer配网方案和Beacon/Probe Vender-specific配网方案,Broadcast/Sniffer配网方案:遥控设备可通过UDP广播或者组播方式广播路由器的SSID和密码,家中AIoT智能设备接收到该SSID和密码,从而与遥控设备加入同一网络。Beacon/Probe
Vender-specific配网方案:通过自定义beacon/probe帧的vender-specific字段,可以使AIoT智能设备和路由器在建立连接。当遥控设备与家中AIoT智能设备连入同一网络后,用户可使用遥控设备即可控制家中多种AIoT智能设备。具体地,接收用户基于AIoT控制界面触发的AIoT控制指令,其中,控制指令包括开机指令、关机指令、定时指令等等,遥控设备需要根据AIoT控制指令确定AIoT控制指令对应的设备标识,每个AIoT智能设备具有唯一的设备标识,进一步将AIoT控制指令发送至与设备标识对应的AIoT智能设备,AIoT智能设备在接收到AIoT控制指令后可调整当前工作状态,例如,接收到开机指令,确定开机指令对应的设备标识为空调的设备标识,将开机指令发送至空调,空调在接收到开机指令后将待机状态调整为开机状态。用户基于AIoT控制界面触发的AIoT控制指令,用户仅使用一个遥控设备即可控制家中多种AIoT智能设备,方便用户使用。
需要说明的是,AIoT智能设备也包括智能电视,用户也可在AIoT控制界面触发的智能电视控制指令,相比现有的红外方式、蓝牙方式,此种操作在距离智能电视较远的地方例如卧室也可以操作。红外方式、蓝牙方式相对来说更加稳定,用户可根据自己的需要选择如何控制智能电视,为用户提供更多的控制智能电视的方式。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第一实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S40,接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的遥控设备控制指令,在所述显示界面显示所述控制指令对应的显示信息。
本实施例中遥控设备具有显示屏,用户也可在通过遥控设备查看信息、播放音视频等,用户可在遥控设备界面触发设备控制指令,设备控制指令包括播放指令、同步指令、搜索指令等,遥控设备可接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的设备控制指令,在显示界面显示控制指令对应的显示信息。具有显示屏的遥控设备,更方便用户使用,改变了以往结构较为单一的遥控器,赋予遥控器更多的功能。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第四实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第五实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S40包括:
步骤S41,接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的设备播放指令,在所述显示界面显示与所述播放指令对应的音视频信息。
本实施例中设备控制指令包括播放指令、同步指令、搜索指令等,若用户触发的是设备播放指令,遥控设备接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的设备播放指令,在显示界面显示与播放指令对应的音视频信息。具有显示屏的遥控设备,用户可通过遥控设备观看音视频,改变了以往结构较为单一的遥控器,赋予遥控器更多的功能。
进一步地,步骤S41之后,还包括:
步骤S42,接收音视频信息同步指令;
步骤S43,将显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视同步播放音视频信息。
本实施例中用户可在遥控设备上观看音视频,还可在观看音视频的同时将音视频投屏至智能电视观看,具体地,接收用户触发的音视频信息同步指令,将显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,智能电视可同步播放音视频信息,实现跨屏同步播放。
本实施例中遥控设备根据跨屏播放传输协议确定音视频是否支持DLNA方式播放,若支持DLNA方式,则可获取到高清视频并通过DLNA方式进行跨屏播放;若不支持DLNA方式,则通过Miracast的方式进行跨屏播放,尽可能为用户提供更优质的画面。
进一步地,步骤S41之后,还包括:
步骤S410,向所述智能电视发送所述播放指令,以使所述智能电视查找与所述播放指令匹配的音视频信息并根据查找结果执行预设操作;
步骤S412,若接收到的智能电视发送的播放失败的反馈信息,则将显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视同步播放音视频信息。
本实施例中向智能电视发送播放指令,智能电视在接收到播放指令后,在本地查找与播放指令匹配的音视频信息,智能电视根据查找结果执行预设操作,具体地,若智能电视查找到与播放指令匹配的音视频信息后播放该音视频信息;若智能电视未查找到与播放指令匹配的音视频信息,说明智能电视不具备播放该音视频的能力,智能电视发送播放失败的反馈信息。遥控设备接收智能电视发送的播放失败的反馈信息,遥控设备将显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,智能电视可同步播放音视频信息,实现跨屏同步播放。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第一实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第六实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S50,接收所述智能电视发送的当前正在播放的视频播放信息;
步骤S51,确定本地预设数据库中是否包含与当前正在播放的视频播放信息匹配的关联信息;
步骤S52,若是,则获取关联信息并在所述显示界面显示关联信息。
本实施例中遥控设备接收智能电视发送的当前正在播放的视频播放信息,遥控设备确定本地预设数据库中是否包括与当前正在播放的视频播放信息匹配的关联信息,例如,用户正在看《清平乐》电视剧,遥控设备可在本地预设数据库中查找与《清平乐》匹配的关联信息,例如,匹配到的相关信息为电视剧中历史人物信息,获取匹配的关联信息并在显示界面显示关联信息,用户可在智能电视观看电视剧,在遥控设备上观看与电视剧、电影相关的关联信息,有效改善的用户观影体验。
本实施例中的关联信息还包括购物信息等,例如,用户在看某个视频时,遥控设备在数据库中查找到的关联信息为该视频中演员使用的物品,可将相应的物品购买链接显示在显示界面中,直接为用户推送的方式更方便用户购买。
进一步地,基于本申请智能设备控制方法的第一实施例提出本申请智能设备控制方法的第六实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10之后,还包括:
步骤S100,若否,则发送提示信息至与所述遥控设备关联的用户终端。
本实施例中遥控设备可通过摄像装置获取用户的人脸信息,或通过指纹识别装置获取用户的指纹信息,根据获取到的用户的人脸信息或指纹信息确定用户是否具有操作权限,其中,操作权限可由用户自行设置,用户设置操作权限时可预先录入人脸信息或者指纹信息,在获取到用户的人脸信息后,将获取到的人脸信息与预先录入的人脸信息进行匹配,若匹配失败,说明该用户不具备操作权限,遥控设备发送提示信息至与遥控设备关联的用户终端,用户在接收到提示信息可设置操作权限,例如,用户可设置关闭人脸识别和/或指纹识别并设定关闭时间,将包括关闭生物特征识别以及设定关闭时间的信息发送至遥控设备,遥控设备在接收到该信息后,暂时关闭人脸识别和只恨识别,在达到设定的关闭时间时,遥控设备启动人脸识别和/或者指令识别并执行锁屏操作。此方式可用于儿童,通过设置使用权限使儿童不能任意解锁遥控设备,还可为儿童设置具体的使用时间,可有效控制其使用智能设备的时间。
本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是图1的遥控设备中的存储器,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以是服务器中的存储器,也可以是如ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器)/RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、磁碟、光盘中的至少一种,所述计算机可读存储介质包括若干指令用以使得一台具有处理器的终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,终端,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
在本申请中,术语“第一”“第二”“第三”“第四”“第五”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (20)
- 一种智能设备控制方法,其中,所述方法应用于遥控设备,所述方法包括步骤:根据用户的生物特征信息确定用户是否具有操作权限;若是,则在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述用户的生物特征信息包括人脸信息和/或指纹信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面的步骤之后,还包括:接收用户基于智能电视操作界面触发的智能电视操作指令;将所述操作指令发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视执行与操作指令对应的预设操作。
- 如权利要求3所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述将所述操作指令发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视执行与操作指令对应的预设操作,包括:通过红外传输的方式或蓝牙传输的方式将指令发送至所述智能电视,以使所述智能电视执行与操作指令对应的预设操作。
- 如权利要求3或4所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述智能电视操作指令包括播放指令、音量调整指令、音视频快进快退指令、换台指令中的一种或多种。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面的步骤之后,还包括:接收用户基于AIoT控制界面触发的AIoT控制指令;将AIoT控制指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态。
- 如权利要求6所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述将AIoT控制指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态,包括:通过网络将AIoT控制指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态。
- 如权利要求6所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述AIoT智能设备包括多个,每个所述AIoT智能设备具有唯一的设备标识,其中,所述将AIoT控制指令发送至对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态,包括:将AIoT控制指令发送至与所述设备标识对应的AIoT智能设备,以供所述AIoT智能设备根据所述AIoT控制指令调整工作状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面的步骤之后,还包括:接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的遥控设备控制指令,在所述显示界面显示所述控制指令对应的显示信息。
- 如权利要求9所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的遥控设备控制指令,在所述显示界面显示所述控制指令对应的显示信息的步骤包括:接收用户基于遥控设备控制界面触发的设备播放指令,在所述显示界面显示与所述播放指令对应的音视频信息。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述显示界面显示与所述播放指令对应的音视频信息的步骤之后,还包括:接收音视频信息同步指令;将所述显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视同步播放音视频信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述将显示界面的音视频信息发送至智能电视,以使所述智能电视同步播放音视频信息,包括:根据跨屏播放传输协议确定所述音视频信息是否支持DLNA方式播放;若支持DLNA方式,则通过DLNA方式进行跨屏播放。
- 如权利要求12所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,在所述根据跨屏播放传输协议确定所述音视频信息是否支持DLNA方式播放的步骤之后,还包括:若不支持DLNA方式,则通过Miracast的方式进行跨屏播放。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述显示界面显示与所述播放指令对应的音视频信息的步骤之后,还包括:向智能电视发送所述播放指令,以使所述智能电视查找与所述播放指令匹配的音视频信息并根据查找结果执行预设操作;若接收到智能电视发送的播放失败的反馈信息,则将所述显示界面的音视频信息发送至所述智能电视,以使所述智能电视同步播放所述音视频信息。
- 如权利要求14所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述向智能电视发送所述播放指令,以使所述智能电视查找与所述播放指令匹配的音视频信息并根据查找结果执行预设操作的步骤之后,还包括:若所述智能电视查找到与所述播放指令匹配的音视频信息,则所述智能电视播放查找到的所述音视频信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述在所述遥控设备的显示界面的第一显示区域显示智能电视操作界面、第二显示区域显示AIoT控制界面、以及第三显示区域显示遥控设备控制界面的步骤之后,还包括:接收智能电视发送的当前正在播放的视频播放信息。
- 如权利要求16所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述接收智能电视发送的当前正在播放的视频播放信息的步骤之后,还包括:确定本地预设数据库中是否包含与当前正在播放的视频播放信息匹配的关联信息;若是,则获取关联信息并在所述显示界面显示所述关联信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能设备控制方法,其中,所述根据用户的生物特征信息确定用户是否具有操作权限的步骤之后,还包括:若否,则发送提示信息至与所述遥控设备关联的用户终端。
- 一种遥控设备,其中,所述遥控设备包括:通信模块、存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被对应的所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的智能设备控制方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,其中,所述可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-18中任一项所述的智能设备控制方法的步骤。
