背景技术
中空铝条是生产中空玻璃的必备材料之一,它的质量直接关系到中空玻璃的使用效果,使用年限及保温隔热功能。其主要作用是在中空玻璃中起到将两边或多片玻璃均匀隔开,有效支撑的作用。
但是由于铝条在生产加工过程中还存在着一些不足之处,铝条在生产加工过程中需要对其进行传输,将其传输到相应位置处进行后续加工,然后传统的传输方式一般采用直接推进,但是推进的长度有限,主要看液压气缸的可调长度,因此具有一定的局限性,同时铝条在输送的时候还需要保持一定的稳定性,从而保证铝条后期的加工不受影响,为此本发明提出一种铝条生产用输送装置来进解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种铝条生产用输送装置,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种铝条生产用输送装置,包括工件、限位装置、限位框架和夹持装置,其特征在于:所述限位框架的前后两侧下端均设置有侧连接板,其中两个侧连接板上等距设置有多个定位销轴,所述限位框架的内部等间距开设有多个横向的放置槽,每个所述放置槽的内部均设置有第三液压气缸,所述第三液压气缸的一端通过伸缩杆连接有夹持装置,所述限位框架的顶部远离夹持装置的一端设置有限位装置;所述限位框架的上方放置有多个工件,其中工件的一端与夹持装置可拆卸固定,另一端贯穿限位装置;所述夹持装置包含有定位架、第二液压气缸和滑动杆,所述定位架呈U型结构,且U型结构的两端开设有凹槽,凹槽内部贯穿有滑动杆,所述滑动杆朝向定位架内部的一端设置有挤压板,且滑动杆的另一端连接有第二液压气缸,所述第二液压气缸设置在定位架上且位于滑动杆的下方。
优选的,所述挤压板的内侧设置有挤压垫,且挤压垫采用橡胶材质。
优选的,所述限位装置包含有限位板,所述限位板上等距开设有多个滑动槽,且滑动槽的内部设置有定位板,所述定位板的一端中间位置处通过伸缩竖杆贯穿限位板连接有第一液压气缸,且第一液压气缸位于限位板的外侧。
优选的,多个所述滑动槽的数量与放置槽的数量相同。

本发明的工作原理如下:

在操作过程中,工件1在限位装置2内滑动,在此过程中,用户可通过第一液压气缸21带动定位板23下移,使得定位板23与工件1接触,当工件1移动的时候,定位板23不仅可对工件1起到限位的作用,同时定位板23上设置有滚珠25,不影响工件1的移动。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述挤压板(63)的内侧设置有挤压垫(62),且挤压垫(62)采用橡胶材质。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述限位装置(2)包含有限位板(22),所述限位板(22)上等距开设有多个滑动槽(26),且滑动槽(26)的内部设置有定位板(23),所述定位板(23)的一端中间位置处通过伸缩竖杆贯穿限位板(22)连接有第一液压气缸(21),且第一液压气缸(21)位于限位板(22)的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:多个所述滑动槽(26)的数量与放置槽(4)的数量相同。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:所述定位板(23)朝向滑动槽(26)开口的一侧开设有多个定位槽(24),且多个定位槽(24)内均传动连接有滚珠(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:多个所述滑动槽(26)与多个夹持装置(6)相对应,且相应位置的滑动槽(26)和夹持装置(6)位于同一条直线上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝条生产用输送装置,其特征在于:多个所述滑动槽(26)与工件(1)相匹配。
