拉手安装时基本都会用到螺丝固定。螺丝固定时需要用到安装工具,导致拉手的安装工艺复杂,费时多,拉手的总体安装工时长,安装效率低。

本申请实施例提供了一种拉手和门体组件,拉手安装到门体上时无需用到螺丝和安装工具,安装方便,提高了拉手的安装效率。
一种拉手,包括第一拉手部、第二拉手部和固定块,所述第一拉手部上设有第一卡扣部,所述第二拉手部上设有第二卡扣部,所述固定块上设有限位部;
所述第一拉手部和所述第二拉手部设置成分别安装在门体的两侧,且所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部设置成分别穿过所述门体上的拉手安装孔,并与所述门体卡接;所述固定块与所述第二拉手部固定,且所述限位部限位所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部。
一种门体组件,包括门体和上述的拉手,所述拉手安装至所述门体。
本申请实施例提供的拉手,其第一拉手部和第二拉手部分别从两侧卡接至门体的拉手安装孔,固定块与第二拉手部固定,且固定块的限位部限位第一卡扣部和第二卡扣部,防止第一卡扣部和第二卡扣部与门体脱离卡接,使得第一拉手部和第二拉手部与门体的卡接连接牢固,进而提高了拉手安装的可靠性。
拉手安装到门体的过程中无需用到安装工具,使得拉手的安装方便,提 高了拉手的安装效率。

下文中将结合附图对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1-图4所示,本申请实施例提供了一种拉手,可安装于各种门体6上,如玻璃门、木门、金属门等。
如图5a-图8所示,该拉手包括第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3,第一拉手部1上设有第一卡扣部10,第二拉手部2上设有第二卡扣部20,固定块3上设有限位部31。
如图11-图16所示,第一拉手部1和第二拉手部2设置成分别安装在门体6的两侧,且第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20设置成分别穿过门体6上的拉手安装孔61,并与门体6卡接;固定块3与第二拉手部2固定,且限位部31限位第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20。
该拉手中,第一拉手部1和第二拉手部2分别放置到门体6的两侧,且第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20分别从两侧穿过门体6上的拉手安装孔61,使第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20均与门体6卡接;固定块3与第二拉手部2固定,且固定块3的限位部31限位第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20,防止第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20发生位移导致与门体6脱离卡接,使得第一拉手部1与门体6之间的卡接连接牢固、第二拉手部2与门体6之间的卡接连接牢固,进而提高了拉手安装的可靠性。
拉手的安装过程中无需用到安装工具,使得拉手的安装方便,提高了拉手的安装效率。
如图7和图8所示,第二拉手部2上可以设有第三卡扣部23,固定块3上可以设有第四卡扣部32,固定块3的第四卡扣部32与第二拉手部2的第三卡扣部23可以通过卡接的方式进行固定。
固定块3与第二把手部2可以通过第四卡扣部32与第三卡扣部23的卡 接进行固定,使得固定块3与第二把手部2之间的固定方便。拉手的第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3均可以利用卡扣进行卡接固定,无需使用安装工具,使得拉手的安装方便,提高了拉手的安装效率。
如图6和图12所示,第一卡扣部10可以包括多个第一卡扣11,多个第一卡扣11可以设置成分别卡接在拉手安装孔61的第一侧和第二侧;如图7和图14所示,第二卡扣部20可以包括第二卡扣21,第二卡扣21可以卡接在拉手安装孔61的第三侧;如图16所示,限位部31可以插入多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21围成的限位腔内,且多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21均可以被限位部31进行接触限位,即限位部31可以与多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21接触并对多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21进行限位。
如图6和图11所示,多个第一卡扣11可以设置在相对的两侧,即多个第一卡扣11可以设置成分别卡接在拉手安装孔61的相对的第一侧和第二侧。
第一卡扣部10可以包括设置在第一拉手部1的两侧上的多个第一卡扣11,第二卡扣部20可以包括设置在第二拉手部2的两侧上的第二卡扣21,且多个第一卡扣11可以卡接在拉手安装孔61的相对的第一侧和第二侧(即图14和图16中垂直纸面向外的一侧和垂直纸面向内的一侧),第二卡扣21可以卡接在拉手安装孔61的第三侧(即图14和图16中的下侧),第三侧可以位于第一侧和第二侧之间,并与第一侧和第二侧相邻,使得多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21能够配合形成U形的限位腔(在图14和图16中,U形的限位腔的开口向上,且左右两侧贯通),限位部31可插入限位腔内,并且能够与多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21接触,以对多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21进行限位,从而防止第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21发生位移或变形,增强第一拉手部1和第二拉手部2卡接的可靠性。
第一拉手部1的两侧均可以设置有多个第一卡扣11,且在第一拉手部1的任一侧,多个第一卡扣11可以相对设置,如图11中所示的:在第一拉手部1两侧的端部均可以设置多个第一卡扣11,该多个第一卡扣11可以相对的设置在每个端部的两侧;或者多个第一卡扣11可以设置在相邻的两侧,即该多个第一卡扣11可以在第一拉手部1的一侧相邻设置,此时第二卡扣21可以设置为与其中一侧的第一卡扣11相对,后一种情况在图中未示出,但这 种情况下,多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21同样能够配合形成U形的限位腔,并可以同限位部31进行配合。本申请实施例对第一卡扣11、第二卡扣21以及限位部31的配合形式不作限制。
如图6和图7所示,第一卡扣部10可包括相对设置的两个第一卡扣11,第二卡扣部20可以包括一个第二卡扣21。设置在一侧的第一卡扣11可有两个或更多个,第二卡扣21可有两个或更多个。
如图6-图8所示,多个第一卡扣11上均可以设有第一限位配合面111,第二卡扣21上可以设有第二限位配合面211,限位部31上可以设有与第一限位配合面111和第二限位配合面211配合的第三限位配合面311,第一限位配合面111、第二限位配合面211和第三限位配合面311均可以设置为圆弧面。本申请实施例对第一限位配合面111、第二限位配合面211和第三限位配合面311的形状不作限制。
多个第一卡扣11上的第一限位配合面111和第二卡扣21上的第二限位配合面211均可以设置为圆弧面,使得形成的限位腔的内壁面可为圆弧面,限位部31插入限位腔后,圆弧状的第三限位配合面311可以与限位腔的圆弧状的内壁面相接触并适配,以便于对第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21进行限位,防止第一拉手部1和第二拉手部2发生晃动或脱落。
第一限位配合面111、第二限位配合面211和第三限位配合面311的圆弧面的中心线可以重合,且圆弧面的半径大致相等,或者,第一限位配合面111和第二限位配合面211的圆弧面的半径可以大致相等,且略大于第三限位配合面311的圆弧面的半径(即限位部31与限位腔之间采用过盈配合)或略小于第三限位配合面311的圆弧面的半径(即限位部31与限位腔之间采用间隙配合),以便通过第一限位配合面111以及第二限位配合面211与第三限位配合面311的接触,实现限位部31对第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21的限位。本申请实施例对第一限位配合面111、第二限位配合面211和第三限位配合面311的圆弧面的配合形式不作限制。
如图7和图8所示,第二拉手部2上可以设有倾斜的第一滑动导向面24,固定块3上可以设有与第一滑动导向面24相配合的倾斜的第二滑动导向面33。固定块3可以设置成安装时第二滑动导向面33沿着第一滑动导向面24 滑动,使限位部31滑动插入限位腔内。
如图7所示,第一滑动导向面24可以设置在背离第二卡扣21的一侧,且沿着朝向第一拉手部1的方向,第一滑动导向面24可以向靠近第二卡扣21的一侧倾斜。如图7-图8和图15-图16所示,第一滑动导向面24和第二滑动导向面33均可以设置为斜平面,且第二滑动导向面33的倾斜方向与第一滑动导向面24的倾斜方向一致,斜率一致,以便固定块3滑动安装到位时,第二滑动导向面33与第一滑动导向面24能够相互贴合。
当固定块3滑动安装时,固定块3的第二滑动导向面33可以沿着第二拉手部2的第一滑动导向面24滑动,并逐渐朝向第一拉手部1所在的一侧和第二卡扣21所在的一侧斜向位移,使得限位部31逐渐插入限位腔内。当固定块3滑动到位(如与门体6相抵)时,第三卡扣部23与第四卡扣部32能够卡接,限位部31可以插入到限位腔内,并与第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21均接触以进行限位。
如图7、图15和图16所示,通过第一滑动导向面24的设置,使得在第二拉手部2的端部形成缺口,固定块3的形状可设置为与该缺口的形状相适配,使得固定块3能够在卡接固定到第二拉手部2上后,可填充第二拉手部2的缺口,在对两个拉手部进行限位的同时,也使得拉手整体的外观美观。
如图8和图16所示,限位部31上可以设有倾斜的插接导向面312,插接导向面312可以设置在背离第二卡扣21的一侧,且插接导向面312的倾斜方向可以与第一滑动导向面24的倾斜方向一致(即相同)。
在固定块3滑动安装的过程中,限位部31逐渐插入限位腔内,通过插接导向面312的设置,能够便于限位部31插入限位腔内,更加易于安装。
如图8所示,插接导向面312可以设置为斜平面,且插接导向面312的倾斜方向可以与第一滑动导向面24的倾斜方向一致,斜率一致。插接导向面312不限于斜平面,也可设置为弧面;插接导向面312的斜率与第一滑动导向面24的斜率可相同或不同。本申请实施例对插接导向面312的形状设置不作限制。
如图6所示,第一拉手部1的端部可以设有第一避让凹槽12,第一卡扣部10的一端可以连接至第一避让凹槽12的底壁,另一端可以伸出第一避让 凹槽12。如图7所示,第二拉手部2的端部可以设有第二避让凹槽22,第二卡扣部20的一端可以连接至第二避让凹槽22的底壁,另一端可以伸出第二避让凹槽22。
如图12-图16所示,拉手安装时,第一拉手部1的端部和第二拉手部2的端部可以分别与门体6的两侧面相抵。第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20可以分别伸出第一避让凹槽12和第二避让凹槽22,以便穿过门体6的拉手安装孔61后与门体6进行卡接。第一避让凹槽12可对第二卡扣部20进行避让,第二避让凹槽22可对第一卡扣部10进行避让。
如图7所示,第三卡扣部23可以设置在第二避让凹槽22的内侧壁面上。
如图7所示,第三卡扣部23可包括两个第三卡扣,且分别设置在第二避让凹槽22的相对的两内侧壁面上;如图8所示,第四卡扣部32可以包括相对设置的两个第四卡扣,两个第四卡扣分别设置为能够与两个第三卡扣相卡接。
如图5a-图5b和图11-图16所示,拉手还可以包括设置在门体6和第一拉手部1之间的第一密封垫4、以及设置在门体6和第二拉手部2之间的第二密封垫5。
第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5可以分别夹紧在门体6的一侧面和第一拉手部1的端面之间、以及门体6的另一侧面与第二拉手部2的端面之间,通过第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5可分别对第一拉手部1与门体6之间的间隙、第二拉手部2与门体6之间的间隙进行密封,使拉手可适用于不同厚度的门体6,提高了拉手的通用性。
如图9、图10、图14和图16所示,第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5上可以分别设有第一通孔41和第二通孔51,第一卡扣部10可以在穿过第一通孔41和第二通孔51后与第二密封垫5卡接,第二卡扣部20可以在穿过第二通孔51和第一通孔41后与第一密封垫4卡接。
第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20可以分别与第二密封垫5和第一密封垫4卡接,降低了对门体6上拉手安装孔61的孔径大小的要求,使拉手可适用于具有不同孔径的拉手安装孔61的门体6,提高了拉手的通用性。
第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20可以分别与第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5卡接,或者可以分别与门体6的两侧面卡接。
如图10所示,第二通孔51的一侧可以设置成避让限位部31的避让凹部53。
避让凹部53的设置,可在固定块3滑动安装的过程中对限位部31进行避让,以便限位部31能够顺利地滑动插入多个第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21形成的限位腔内,安装过程的体验更好。
如图6、图7、图9和图16所示,第一通孔41的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,且接触面可以为圆弧面;和/或,如图6、图7、图10和图16所示,第二通孔51的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,且接触面可以为圆弧面。
第一通孔41的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,和/或,第二通孔51的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,以便通过第一通孔41和第二通孔51中的至少一者对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,防止由于第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20发生晃动,可能导致的第一卡扣部10与第一密封垫4脱离卡接,第二卡扣部20与第二密封垫5脱离卡接。
如图16所示,第一密封垫4的第一通孔41的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位,且第二密封垫5的第二通孔51的内周面可以与第一卡扣部10的外表面和第二卡扣部20的外表面均接触,并可以对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20进行限位。
第一密封垫4的第一通孔41和第二密封垫5的第二通孔51中的至少一者可防止第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20发生晃动,固定块3的限位部31可防止第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20发生内缩变形,第一密封垫4的第一 通孔41和第二密封垫5的第二通孔51中的至少一者、以及固定块3相配合,可有效防止第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20脱离卡接状态,提高了拉手固定的牢固性。
如图9和图10所示,第一密封垫4上可以设有环绕第一通孔41的第一环形凸台42,第二密封垫5上可以设有环绕第二通孔51的第二环形凸台52。如图12、图14和图16所示,第一环形凸台42可以伸入第一避让凹槽12内,第二环形凸台52可以伸入第二避让凹槽22内,第一卡扣部10可以卡接在第二环形凸台52上,第二卡扣部20可以卡接在第一环形凸台42上。
第一环形凸台42和第二环形凸台52可以分别伸入第一避让凹槽12和第二避让凹槽22内,以便对第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5进行定位。
如图9和图10所示,第一环形凸台42和第二环形凸台52可设置为防转凸筋,其外周面可设置为非圆环形,如可设置为矩形环状,以便能够对第一环形凸台42和第二环形凸台52进行周向定位。
如图9和图10所示,第一密封垫4的形状及尺寸与第二密封垫5的形状及尺寸可以相同,其中的第一通孔41和第二通孔51的也可以相同,以便提高第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5的通用性,简化拉手的安装操作。第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5可以对称安装在门体6的两侧。
如图15和图16所示,支撑在第二拉手部2的第一滑动导向面24上的固定块3,可与门体6配合夹紧第二密封垫5。固定块3的端面上可设有凹槽,以容纳第二环形凸台52的位于第二避让凹槽22外的部分(见图13)。
第一拉手部1的两端部均可以设有第一卡扣部10,第二拉手部2的两端部均可以设有第二卡扣部20和第三卡扣部23,两个固定块3分别通过第四卡扣部32卡接至第二拉手部2两端的第三卡扣部23,每一个固定块3的限位部31可以将本限位部所在的一端的第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20限位。
第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3均可以为一体成型的塑料件。如,第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3可采用ABS塑料制成。
第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3或者可以设置为分体式装配结构,如第一卡扣部10、第二卡扣部20、第三卡扣部23和第四卡扣部32可以 设置为塑料件,而第一拉手部1、第二拉手部2和固定块3的其他部分可以采用不同材料制成。
第一密封垫4和第二密封垫5可设置为胶垫,如可以为软胶垫。
本申请实施例还提供了一种门体组件,包括门体6和上述的拉手,拉手安装至门体6。
门体组件可为浴室的门体组件,门体组件的门体6可为玻璃门。
下面结合附图说明本申请实施例的拉手的安装过程。
首先,如图11和图12所示,把第一密封垫4套在第一拉手部1的第一卡扣部10上,套时注意第一密封垫4的方向,使第一密封垫4的第一环形凸台42插入第一拉手部1的第一避让凹槽12内;然后,将第一卡扣部10对准门体6上的拉手安装孔61并推入,使第一卡扣部10穿过拉手安装孔61,第一密封垫4与门体6接触,再把第二密封垫5套在穿过拉手安装孔61的第一卡扣部10上。
随后,如图13和图14所示,把第二拉手部2的第二卡扣部20从门体6的另一侧对准门体6的拉手安装孔61推入,使第二拉手部2的端面与第二密封垫5贴紧。
最后,如图15和图16所示,把固定块3沿着第二拉手部2的第一滑动导向面24滑动,使固定块3的限位部31逐渐插入第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20围成的限位腔内。当固定块3上的第四卡扣部32卡接在第二拉手部2的第三卡扣部23上,并有卡接的声音时安装完成。此时,固定块3的限位部31完全插入限位腔内,并能够对第一卡扣部10和第二卡扣部20限位,同时固定块3的端面与第二密封垫5紧贴。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供了一种可实现快装的拉手,两个拉手部通过卡接加固定块塞紧的方式进行安装和固定限位,安装过程中不需要使用任何工具,也无需用螺丝固定,提高了安装效率,且提高了拉手安装的合格率,减少客诉。拉手部与门体之间用密封垫填充满,减少了间隙,提高了拉手对不同厚度的门体的适应性。该拉手的结构简单,制造便捷,成本便宜;且该拉手能够实现模块化设计,通用性高,适用于多种门体。

  1. 一种拉手,其中,包括第一拉手部、第二拉手部和固定块,所述第一拉手部上设有第一卡扣部,所述第二拉手部上设有第二卡扣部,所述固定块上设有限位部;
    所述第一拉手部和所述第二拉手部设置成分别安装在门体的两侧,且所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部设置成分别穿过所述门体上的拉手安装孔,并与所述门体卡接;所述固定块设置成与所述第二拉手部固定,且所述限位部限位所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉手,其中,所述第一卡扣部包括多个第一卡扣,多个所述第一卡扣设置成分别卡接在所述拉手安装孔的第一侧和第二侧,所述第二卡扣部包括第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣设置成卡接在所述拉手安装孔的第三侧,所述限位部插入多个所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣围成的限位腔内,且与多个所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣接触并对多个所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣进行限位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉手,其中,多个所述第一卡扣上均设有第一限位配合面,所述第二卡扣上设有第二限位配合面,所述限位部上设有与所述第一限位配合面和所述第二限位配合面配合的第三限位配合面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉手,其中,所述第一限位配合面、所述第二限位配合面和所述第三限位配合面均设置为圆弧面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的拉手,其中,所述第二拉手部上设有倾斜的第一滑动导向面,所述固定块上设有与所述第一滑动导向面相配合的倾斜的第二滑动导向面,所述固定块的所述第二滑动导向面设置成在安装时沿着所述第一滑动导向面滑动,使所述限位部滑动插入所述限位腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拉手,其中,所述第一拉手部的两侧均设置有多个所述第一卡扣,且在所述第一拉手部的任一侧,多个所述第一卡扣相对设置,所述第一滑动导向面设置在背离所述第二卡扣的一侧,且沿着朝向所 述第一拉手部的方向,所述第一滑动导向面向靠近所述第二卡扣的一侧倾斜。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉手,其中,所述限位部上设有倾斜的插接导向面,所述插接导向面设置在背离所述第二卡扣的一侧,且所述插接导向面的倾斜方向与所述第一滑动导向面的倾斜方向一致。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的拉手,其中,所述第二拉手部上设有第三卡扣部,所述固定块上设有第四卡扣部,所述第四卡扣部与所述第三卡扣部通过卡接的方式固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拉手,其中,所述第一拉手部的端部设有第一避让凹槽,所述第一卡扣部的一端连接至所述第一避让凹槽的底壁,另一端伸出所述第一避让凹槽;
    所述第二拉手部的端部设有第二避让凹槽,所述第二卡扣部的一端连接至所述第二避让凹槽的底壁,另一端伸出所述第二避让凹槽,所述第三卡扣部设置在所述第二避让凹槽的内侧壁面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的拉手,还包括设置在所述门体和所述第一拉手部之间的第一密封垫、以及设置在所述门体和所述第二拉手部之间的第二密封垫。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的拉手,其中,所述第一密封垫和所述第二密封垫上分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一卡扣部穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔后与所述第二密封垫卡接,所述第二卡扣部穿过所述第二通孔和所述第一通孔后与所述第一密封垫卡接,且所述第二通孔的一侧形成避让所述限位部的避让凹部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的拉手,其中,所述第一通孔的内周面与所述第一卡扣部的外表面和所述第二卡扣部的外表面均接触,并对所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部进行限位,且接触面为圆弧面;和/或,
    所述第二通孔的内周面与所述第一卡扣部的外表面和所述第二卡扣部的外表面均接触,并对所述第一卡扣部和所述第二卡扣部进行限位,且接触面为圆弧面。
  13. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的拉手,其中,所述第一拉手部、所述第二拉手部和所述固定块均为一体成型的塑料件。
  14. 一种门体组件,其中,包括门体和如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的拉手,所述拉手安装至所述门体。
