在上述不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置中,所述纵向移动结构包括顶部伸缩杆15和打磨圈12,所述上方处理箱体1顶部固定有顶部伸缩杆15,所述顶部伸缩杆15端部固定有打磨圈12,所述上方处理箱体1后方设置有进出口,所述打磨圈12内部设置有打磨结构。首先利用顶部伸缩杆15伸长,使得打磨圈12内部套接有储物桶,随后利用打磨结构进行打磨。
在上述不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置中,所述打磨结构包括内部气缸16、打磨固定板17和打磨凸起27,所述打磨圈12内部固定有内部气缸16,所述内部气缸16端部固定有打磨固定板17,所述打磨固定板17侧边均匀设置有打磨凸起27。首先利用内部气缸16带动打磨固定板17进行移动,使得对储物桶进行夹持,随后利用打磨凸起27进行打磨。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,本实施例的改进点在于:所述底部支撑柱4侧边固定有废水收集箱7,所述废水收集箱7的输入端设置在出口管道9底部,所述废水收集箱7的输出端设置有废水出口5,所述废水收集箱7内部滑动设置有过滤网8,所述过滤网8上方设置有提拉把手6。废水经过过滤网8进行过滤,随后经过废水出口5进行排出,利用提拉提拉把手6,使得过滤网8能够取出进行清理。
本发明的工作原理是:将储物桶放置在滑动板19上,利用吸盘18对储物桶底部进行吸附,同时利用底部伸缩杆24带动夹持板23相向移动,使得夹持板23夹持在储物桶的外壁上,使得滑动安19底部的滑块26在滑槽20内部滑动,从而实现较为稳固的夹持作用,利用顶部伸缩杆15伸长,使得打磨圈12内部套接有储物桶,利用内部气缸16带动打磨固定板17进行移动,使得对储物桶进行夹持,随后利用打磨凸起27进行打磨,同时底部电机3驱动底部转轴进而带动固定件19,使得固定件10夹持储物桶进行转动,使得对储物桶进行转动打磨,利用水流冲洗结构将储物桶表面的废物冲洗掉。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置通过设置有打磨结构、纵向移动结构,使得能够边打磨边下降调整打磨的高度,使得打磨更为全面,同时利用吸盘和夹持板对储物桶进行夹持,避免在打磨过程中造成的储物桶位置的晃动,而且装置上设置有水流清洗结构,使得能够将废渣从储物桶上清除,使得清理效果更佳。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,包括上方处理箱体(1)、底部支撑柱(4)和处理结构,其特征在于,所述底部支撑柱(4)上方固定有上方处理箱体(1),所述上方处理箱体(1)上设置有处理结构,所述处理结构包括纵向移动结构、打磨结构、水流冲洗结构、固定件(10)和转动结构,所述上方处理箱体(1)内部底端设置有转动结构,所述转动结构端部设置有固定件(10),所述上方处理箱体(1)内部设置有水流冲洗结构,所述上方处理箱体(1)顶部设置有纵向移动结构,所述纵向移动结构端部设置有打磨结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述转动结构包括底部电机(3)和底部转轴,所述底部电机(3)固定安装在所述上方处理箱体(1)内部底端,所述底部电机(3)驱动连接底部转轴,所述底部转轴端部设置有固定件(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述固定件(10)包括吸盘(18)、滑动板(19)、滑槽(20)、固定板(21)、夹持弹簧(22)、夹持板(23)、底部伸缩杆(24)、外部软套(25)和滑块(26),所述底部转轴侧边对称固定有底部伸缩杆(24),所述底部伸缩杆(24)端部固定有夹持板(23),相邻夹持板(23)之间固定有夹持弹簧(22),所述夹持弹簧(22)外部固定有外部软套(25),所述夹持弹簧(22)上方设置有滑动板(19),所述滑动板(19)固定在所述夹持板(23)侧边,所述滑动板(19)的端部底端固定有滑块(26),所述底部转轴端部固定有固定板(21),所述固定板(21)上方开设有滑槽(20),所述滑槽(20)和所述滑块(26)滑动连接,所述滑动板(19)上方均匀设置有吸盘(18)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述水流冲洗结构包括水流出口(14)、进水管道(13)、废水引导箱体(2)和出口管道(9),所述上方处理箱体(1)底部固定有废水引导箱体(2),所述废水引导箱体(2)内部设置有斗状的引导板,所述斗状引导板的出口设置有出口管道(9),所述底部转轴和所述废水引导箱体(2)转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述纵向移动结构包括顶部伸缩杆(15)和打磨圈(12),所述上方处理箱体(1)顶部固定有顶部伸缩杆(15),所述顶部伸缩杆(15)端部固定有打磨圈(12),所述上方处理箱体(1)后方设置有进出口,所述打磨圈(12)内部设置有打磨结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述打磨结构包括内部气缸(16)、打磨固定板(17)和打磨凸起(27),所述打磨圈(12)内部固定有内部气缸(16),所述内部气缸(16)端部固定有打磨固定板(17),所述打磨固定板(17)侧边均匀设置有打磨凸起(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的不锈钢储物桶加工用表面清理装置,其特征在于,所述底部支撑柱(4)侧边固定有废水收集箱(7),所述废水收集箱(7)的输入端设置在出口管道(9)底部,所述废水收集箱(7)的输出端设置有废水出口(5),所述废水收集箱(7)内部滑动设置有过滤网(8),所述过滤网(8)上方设置有提拉把手(6)。
