现有的技术存在以下问题:现有的装置在安装骨架时,首先需要先将布袋塞入固定板内,然后向布袋内塞入骨架,操作复杂;且现有的装置在清灰时容易使布袋破损且进行拆卸过程较为繁琐,影响工作人员使用。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,包括支架(1),其特征在于:所述支架(1)的内侧壁固定设有呈内凹结构设置的壳体(2),所述壳体(2)的底端面固定设有呈内凹结构设置的灰斗(3),所述支架(1)的左侧设有底座(4),所述底座(4)的顶端面固定设有电机(5),所述电机(5)的转动轴末端固定设有吸风机(6),所述吸风机(6)的顶端面连通有第一排放管(7),所述吸风机(6)的右端面连通有第一吸风管(8),所述第一吸风管(8)的另一端与所述壳体(2)相连通,所述壳体(2)的外侧壁前端固定设有气包(9),所述气包(9)的外侧壁顶部连通有脉冲阀(10),所述脉冲阀(10)的后端面连通有空气压缩管(12),所述空气压缩管(12)与所述壳体(2)的外侧壁前端相连通,所述壳体(2)的顶端面内侧壁右端固定设有挡板(11),所述壳体(2)的右端面下方连通有第二吸风管(18),所述空气压缩管(12)的下方设有固定板(13),所述固定板(13)与所述壳体(2)的左端面内侧壁固定连接,所述固定板(13)的顶端面开设有若干个通孔,所述固定板(13)的通孔均匀的分布在所述固定板(13)的顶端面,所述固定板(13)通孔的左侧和右侧均开设有横向设置的槽,所述固定板(13)的通孔内设有骨架(14),所述骨架(14)的外侧壁顶部的左侧和右侧均固定设有中空结构的箱体(141),所述箱体(141)相邻端面的内侧壁均固定设有弹簧(143),所述弹簧(143)的另一端固定设有弹块(142),所述弹块(142)贯穿所述箱体(141),所述弹块(142)与所述固定板(13)卡合连接,所述骨架(14)的外侧壁滑动连接有布袋(15),所述灰斗(3)的底端面连通有第二排放管(16),所述第二排放管(16)的底端面固定设有阀门(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)和所述灰斗(3)的内凹面相对。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:所述脉冲阀(10)的数量为七个,七个所述脉冲阀(10)均匀的分布在所述气包(9)的外侧壁顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:所述挡板(11)的垂直长度大于第二吸风管(18)距壳体(2)的顶端面的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:所述空气压缩管(12)与所述骨架(14)处于同一竖直面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:还包括挂钩(1301),所述挂钩(1301)呈镜像设置在所述固定板(13)底端面通孔的两侧,所述挂钩(1301)的底端面螺纹连接有螺杆(19),所述螺杆(19)贯穿所述挂钩(1301),且所述螺杆(19)的顶端面与所述布袋(15)相贴。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的稳定土生产用脉冲喷吹布袋式除尘器,其特征在于:所述固定板(13)的通孔分为两层,上层通孔大于下层通孔。
