背景技术
目前腔镜切割吻合器被广泛应用于微创手术的器械之一,主要用于腹部外科、妇科、儿科及胸外科开放式手术中组织的切除、横断和吻合。外科手术发展至今,已经越来越倾向于微创手术。广义来讲,能够减少创伤的手术都称为微创手术,而一般认为的狭义的微创手术是指在内窥镜下进行的手术。内窥镜下的手术一般只需要在病人的身体上开几个小孔,将切除、缝合组织及辅助的器械从小孔中伸入病人体内进行手术。微创手术给病人带来的创伤小,病人可以在很短的时间内恢复,因此微创手术越来越受到人们的重视。
切割吻合器的切割刀用于切割组织,当器械完成一次击发复位后,需要更换新的钉仓组件,如果在空钉仓组件状态下击发,器械只切割不缝合(无钉),会造成二次伤害。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种切割刀保险机构,以解决避免切割刀在钉仓未安装到位时被错误击发的技术问题。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种腔内切割吻合器,以解决避免切割刀在钉仓未安装到位时被错误击发的技术问题。

关于本实施例的推钉撬2与钉仓3的切割刀槽5之间是通过以下结构配接的:在切割刀槽5靠近切割刀1的一端的槽壁上对称地设有一对凸台31;以及推钉撬2的两个侧壁上设有适于与一对凸台31一一对应配合的一对凹槽21。本实施例的推钉撬2可选采用医用高分子塑料材质制成。推钉撬2在切割刀1的推动作用下适于沿着切割刀槽5直线移动。详细来说,在推钉撬2没有受到外力作用时,推钉撬2通过凹槽21与切割刀槽5的凸 台31的配合来实现推钉撬2被限位切割刀槽5中。而由于制成推钉撬2的医用高分子塑料材质本身具有一定的弹性形变效果,如此使得推钉撬2在受到推动作用力下可以使得凹槽21突破凸台31的限位作用而使得整体的推钉撬2可以在切割刀槽5内直线移动。
再进一步具体来说,本实施例的弹性块包括U形基体61,以及与U形基体61的开口部配接的一对连接耳62;弹性基座包括贯穿一对连接耳62以与钉仓架4固连的销钉71,以及套设在销钉71上且位于一对连接耳62之间的弹簧72;弹性块适于绕着销钉71旋转。结合本实施例的附图,以弹簧72采用扭簧的情况为例,扭簧的一个端头与钉仓架4的内侧壁抵接;以及该扭簧的另一个端头与U形基体61背离钉仓3的一侧端抵接。也就是说通过扭簧的作用使得弹性块在没有受到推钉撬2的作用下使得一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块可处于沿着切割刀槽5的宽度方向封堵切割刀槽5的状态。
可选的一种实施情况下,当一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块封堵切割刀槽5时,一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体61之间存在微小的间隙,该微小的间隙小于切割刀1通过所需的空间,这样设计的意义在于,当一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块在推钉撬的作用下绕着弹性基座旋转时,一对弹性块的U形基体61在上述微小间隙的设置下不会产生相对摩擦。
还可选的一种实施情况下,当一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块封堵切割刀槽5时,一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体61彼此接触,此种情况下还需要加以说明的是,一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体61的接触面为圆弧面,如此,在圆弧面的接触中可以降低 一对弹性块分别绕着弹性基座旋转过程中的相互影响。
还需要说明的是,为了有效保证一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块可以保持对于切割刀槽5封堵情况下的稳定性,在弹性块背离钉仓3的一侧端有扭簧的其中一个端头的抵接作用,而在该弹性块朝向钉仓3的一侧端为保持弹性块处于有效位置,本实施例在钉仓架4内且位于钉仓3与U形基体61之间还凸设有适于止挡限位U形基体61的限位块41。如此,也就是说限位块41和扭簧的一个端头分别形成对于弹性块的两个侧端面的抵接作用,使得弹性块可以保持在处于封堵切割刀槽5的有效位置状态下,结合本实施例附图来说,使得弹性块可以处于垂直切割刀槽5的位置状态,使得一对弹性块共同形成对于切割刀槽5的垂直封堵效果。此外,这种情况下,即使是切割刀1要强行推开一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块,对于弹性块施加推动作用力,弹性块在限位块41的止挡作用下也不会产生向钉仓方向的旋转,从而使得弹性块可以有效保持在对于切割刀槽5的封堵状态。即对于弹性块施加作用力使得弹性块绕着弹性基座旋转的情况只能是弹性块在推钉撬2的作用下向远离钉仓3的方向绕着弹性基座旋转而实现对于切割刀槽5的封堵的解除。
本实施例的切割刀保险机构具体的实施原理如下:
在钉仓3和推钉撬2未安装到钉仓架4中合适的位置中时,此时的一对保险弹性块组件分别包括的弹性块在扭簧的作用下呈相对于切割刀槽5的垂直状态,此时弹性块封堵切割刀槽5,使得切割刀1无法越过弹性块被顺利推出。而在钉仓3随带推钉撬2安装到钉仓架4中合适的位置后,此时的推钉撬2产生对于一对保险弹性块组件分别包括的弹性块绕着销钉71且向切割刀1方向旋转,使得弹性块可以离开切割刀槽5而解除对于切割 刀槽5的封堵,这种情况下,切割刀1可以顺利沿着切割刀槽5被推出,在切割刀1被推出的过程中,切割刀1对于推钉撬2产生推动作用,使得推钉撬2可以沿着切割刀槽5直线移动。
实施例2:
在实施例1的枪头保险机构的基础上,本实施例提供了一种腔内切割吻合器,包括:实施例1的切割刀保险机构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种切割刀保险机构,适用于腔内切割吻合器,其特征在于,包括:设于腔内切割吻合器的钉仓架内且位于切割刀与钉仓之间的一对对称设置的保险弹块组件,以及在腔内切割吻合器的钉仓的切割刀槽内嵌设的推钉撬;
    所述保险弹块组件包括分别设于切割刀槽两侧的弹性基座,以及与弹性基座配接相连的弹性块;一对所述保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块适于沿着切割刀槽的宽度方向封堵切割刀槽;以及
    所述推钉撬的一端适于伸出在钉仓朝向保险弹块组件的一侧;且推钉撬伸出的端部适于顶推一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块以使得弹性块绕着弹性基座旋转后解除对切割刀槽的封堵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,在所述切割刀槽靠近切割刀的一端的槽壁上对称地设有一对凸台;以及
    所述推钉撬的两个侧壁上设有适于与一对凸台一一对应配合的一对凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,所述推钉撬采用医用高分子塑料材质制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,所述推钉撬在切割刀的推动作用下适于沿着切割刀槽直线移动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,所述弹性块包括U形基体,以及与所述U形基体的开口部配接的一对连接耳;
    所述弹性基座包括贯穿一对连接耳以与钉仓架固连的销钉,以及套设在销钉上且位于一对连接耳之间的弹簧;
    所述弹性块适于绕着销钉旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,所述弹簧采用扭簧;
    所述扭簧的一个端头与钉仓架的内侧壁抵接;以及该扭簧的另一个端头与U形基体背离钉仓的一侧端抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6任一项所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,在所述钉仓架内且位于钉仓与U形基体之间还凸设有适于止挡限位U形基体的限位块。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6任一项所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,当一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块封堵切割刀槽时,一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体之间存在间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求5或6任一项所述的切割刀保险机构,其特征在于,当一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块封堵切割刀槽时,一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体相互接触;以及
    一对保险弹块组件分别包括的弹性块的U形基体相互接触的端面为圆弧接触面。
  10. 一种腔内切割吻合器,其特征在于,如权利要求1~9任一项所述的切割刀保险机构。
