在本发明的一个实施例中,在使用该装置时,首先通过推把2推动滚轮5将该装置移动到指定位置,然后转动升降装置6,升降装置6带动套杆3沿着套筒4向上或向下移动,进而调整该装置的高度,高度调整完成后,可调整进气装置8的角度,达到最佳吸收效果,然后开启近期装置8,进行吸收灰尘,灰尘经第一吸收器7吸收后吸收沿着连通管10到达第二吸收器9进一步吸收后排出,完成除尘效果。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述升降装置6包括转把601,所述转把601右端贯穿有稳定块602,所述稳定块602贯穿套筒4且和套筒4固定连接,所述转把601右端固定有螺纹杆603,所述螺纹杆603中部固定有限位块604,所述限位块604左右两端螺纹方向相反,所述螺纹杆602左右两侧螺纹贯穿有螺纹块605,所述螺纹块605上端贯穿有滑杆606,所述滑杆606左右两端和两个套筒4相互接近端相固定,两个所述螺纹块605铰接有铰接杆607,所述铰接杆607上端铰接有铰接块608,所述铰接块608上表面通过螺柱和L型板1中端下表面相固定。
在本发明的一个实施例中,若要使得该装置升高,转动把手601,把手601带动螺纹杆603转动,在滑杆606的作用下,螺纹块605无法跟随转动,因此两个螺纹块605做相互接近运动,进而带动两个铰接杆607下端相互接近,进而推动铰接块608向上运动,完成高度的调节。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述第一吸收器7包括水箱701,所述水箱701左下端贯穿设置有进水管702,所述水箱701中部底端固定有固定块703,所述固定块703上表面固定有过滤装置704,所述过滤装置704左端和水箱701左端内壁之间固定有限高板705,所述限高板705开设有若干流水孔706,所述固定块703左端设置有泵体707,所述泵体707左端连接有输入管708,所述泵体707右端连接有输出管709,所述输出管709贯穿固定块703,所述水箱701右下端开设有排水孔710,所述排水孔710配合设置有封口塞711。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在使用前,首先通过进水管702向水箱701中通入除尘液,直至除尘液漫过通过水箱701并漫过限高板705即可停止通入,然后开启泵体707,泵体707将吸收后的液体从输入管708抽入输出管709进而从水箱701左侧经过滤装置704过滤后,重新经限高板705的流水孔706回到进水管702左侧。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述过滤装置704包括滑套7041,所述滑套7041下端和固定块703相固定,所述滑套7041底端内壁固定有第一弹簧7042,所述第一弹簧7042上端固定有滑块7043,所述滑块7043上端固定有挡板7044,所述挡板7044贯穿滑套7041上端,所述挡板7044上端固定有配位块7045,所述配位快7045上端配合设置有过滤箱7046,所述过滤箱7046左右两端开设有连通孔7047,所述过滤箱7046中部设置有第一过滤网7048,所述配位快7045左右两侧上表面固定有配位柱7049,所述配位柱7049上端配合设置有配位槽70410,所述配位槽70410上端和水箱701上端内壁相固定,所述过滤箱7046顶端固定有拉把70411,所述拉把70411通过螺钉和水箱701顶端相固定。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在过滤时,吸收后的液体从连通孔7047流入第一过滤网过滤后,流入水箱701左侧,若要更换第一过滤网7048,先将螺柱取下,向上拉动拉把70411,拉把70411带动过滤箱7046向上运动,进而可取出更换,取出的同时,在第一弹簧7042的带动下,第一弹簧7042推动滑块7043,进而带动挡板7044向上运动,直至配位柱7049和配位槽70410配合时,完成水箱左右两侧的分割,防止两边除尘液混合。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述进气装置8包括进气口801,所述进气口801左端固定有进气管802,所述进气管802首端安装有吸风机803,所述进气管802末端设置有旋转装置804。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在进行吸收时,开启吸风机803,在吸风机803的带动下,带有灰尘的空气经进气口801流入进气管802进而流入第一吸收器7中进行吸收。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述旋转装置804包括立柱8041,所述立柱8041下端和第一吸收器7上端左侧相固定,所述立柱8041上端贯穿有推杆8042,所述推杆8042左端固定有推把8043,所述推把8043右端和立柱8041左端之间固定有螺旋在推杆8042外围的第二弹簧8044,所述推杆8042右端贯穿有U型块8045,所述U型块8045左端和立柱8041右端相固定,所述推杆8042右端配合设置有若干固定孔8046,所述固定孔8046开设在进气管802外围,所述固定孔8046右上端设置有转把8047,所述转把8047和进气管802相固定,所述进气管802下端外围固定有转块8048,所述转块8048外围配合设置有转筒8049。
在本发明的一个实施例中,若要旋转吸收角度,拉动推把8043,当推把8043离开固定孔8046时,这时可转动转把8047,转把8047带动转块8048沿着转筒8049转动,调整完成后,可松开推把8043在第二弹簧8044的作用下,推杆8042向右运动回到固定孔8046时,完成固定过程。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述第二吸收器9包括箱体901,所述箱体901右下端固定有水泵902,所述水泵902输出端固定有循环管903,所述循环管903中部设置有第二过滤网904,所述循环管903上端连接有积液箱905,所述积液箱905顶端贯穿固定有加水漏斗906,所述积液箱905下端固定有下水管907,所述下水管907下端固定有横管908,所述横管908下端固定有若干花洒909,所述箱体901左下端开设有排液口910,所述排液口910配合设置有活塞911,所述箱体901右上端贯穿固定有排气管912。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在进行第二次除尘时,首先向加水漏斗906加入足量的吸尘液,吸尘液经积液箱905沿着下水管907,进而流入花洒909进行分散喷洒,可将带有灰尘的空气进行进一步吸收,落入箱体901中的除尘液在水泵902的作用下流入循环管903中,在第二过滤网904的作用下过滤后,再次回到积液箱905中,进而可以循环使用除尘液,而带有灰尘的空气经除尘液吸收后从排气管912排入外界。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于机电切割的除尘装置,包括L型板(1),其特征在于,所述L型板(1)右端固定有推把(2),所述L型板(1)下表面固定有套杆(3),所述套杆(3)下端配合贯穿有套筒(4),所述套筒(4)底端安装有滚轮(5),两个所述套筒(3)相互接近端设置有升降装置(6),所述升降装置(6)顶端和L型板(1)下表面相固定,所述L型板(1)左端上表面固定有第一吸收器(7),所述第一吸收器(7)贯穿有进气装置(8),所述第一吸收器(7)右端设置有第二吸收器(9),所述第二吸收器(9)下端和L型板(1)右端上表面相固定,所述第一吸收器(7)和第二吸收器(9)之间连接有连通管(10),所述连通管(10)左端通至第一吸收器(7)右上端,所述连通管(10)右端通至第二吸收器(9)左下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置(6)包括转把(601),所述转把(601)右端贯穿有稳定块(602),所述稳定块(602)贯穿套筒(4)且和套筒(4)固定连接,所述转把(601)右端固定有螺纹杆(603),所述螺纹杆(603)中部固定有限位块(604),所述限位块(604)左右两端螺纹方向相反,所述螺纹杆(602)左右两侧螺纹贯穿有螺纹块(605),所述螺纹块(605)上端贯穿有滑杆(606),所述滑杆(606)左右两端和两个套筒(4)相互接近端相固定,两个所述螺纹块(605)铰接有铰接杆(607),所述铰接杆(607)上端铰接有铰接块(608),所述铰接块(608)上表面通过螺柱和L型板(1)中端下表面相固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述第一吸收器(7)包括水箱(701),所述水箱(701)左下端贯穿设置有进水管(702),所述水箱(701)中部底端固定有固定块(703),所述固定块(703)上表面固定有过滤装置(704),所述过滤装置(704)左端和水箱(701)左端内壁之间固定有限高板(705),所述限高板(705)开设有若干流水孔(706),所述固定块(703)左端设置有泵体(707),所述泵体(707)左端连接有输入管(708),所述泵体(707)右端连接有输出管(709),所述输出管(709)贯穿固定块(703),所述水箱(701)右下端开设有排水孔(710),所述排水孔(710)配合设置有封口塞(711)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置(704)包括滑套(7041),所述滑套(7041)下端和固定块(703)相固定,所述滑套(7041)底端内壁固定有第一弹簧(7042),所述第一弹簧(7042)上端固定有滑块(7043),所述滑块(7043)上端固定有挡板(7044),所述挡板(7044)贯穿滑套(7041)上端,所述挡板(7044)上端固定有配位块(7045),所述配位快(7045)上端配合设置有过滤箱(7046),所述过滤箱(7046)左右两端开设有连通孔(7047),所述过滤箱(7046)中部设置有第一过滤网(7048),所述配位快(7045)左右两侧上表面固定有配位柱(7049),所述配位柱(7049)上端配合设置有配位槽(70410),所述配位槽(70410)上端和水箱(701)上端内壁相固定,所述过滤箱(7046)顶端固定有拉把(70411),所述拉把(70411)通过螺钉和水箱(701)顶端相固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述进气装置(8)包括进气口(801),所述进气口(801)左端固定有进气管(802),所述进气管(802)首端安装有吸风机(803),所述进气管(802)末端设置有旋转装置(804)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述旋转装置(804)包括立柱(8041),所述立柱(8041)下端和第一吸收器(7)上端左侧相固定,所述立柱(8041)上端贯穿有推杆(8042),所述推杆(8042)左端固定有推把(8043),所述推把(8043)右端和立柱(8041)左端之间固定有螺旋在推杆(8042)外围的第二弹簧(8044),所述推杆(8042)右端贯穿有U型块(8045),所述U型块(8045)左端和立柱(8041)右端相固定,所述推杆(8042)右端配合设置有若干固定孔(8046),所述固定孔(8046)开设在进气管(8042)外围,所述固定孔(8046)右上端设置有转把(8047),所述转把(8047)和进气管(802)相固定,所述进气管(802)下端外围固定有转块(8048),所述转块(8048)外围配合设置有转筒(8049)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于机电切割的除尘装置,其特征在于,所述第二吸收器(9)包括箱体(901),所述箱体(901)右下端固定有水泵(902),所述水泵(902)输出端固定有循环管(903),所述循环管(903)中部设置有第二过滤网(904),所述循环管(903)上端连接有积液箱(905),所述积液箱(905)顶端贯穿固定有加水漏斗(906),所述积液箱(905)下端固定有下水管(907),所述下水管(907)下端固定有横管(908),所述横管(908)下端固定有若干花洒(909),所述箱体(901)左下端开设有排液口(910),所述排液口(910)配合设置有活塞(911),所述箱体(901)右上端贯穿固定有排气管(912)。
