Abstract

ワイヤハーネス(10)は、ワイヤハーネス本体(11)の経路における直線部(11s)を規制する第1経路規制部材(21)と、ワイヤハーネス本体(11)の経路における屈曲部(11c)を規制する第2経路規制部材(31)と、ワイヤハーネス本体(11)の周方向において第2経路規制部材(31)と係合する係合部材(51)とを備える。第2経路規制部材(31)は、凹部としての貫通孔(45)を有している。第1挿入口(22)内に配置された係合部材(51)は、貫通孔(45)に嵌合する凸部(52)を有している。

Description

ワイヤハーネス
 本開示は、ワイヤハーネスに関するものである。
 例えば特許文献1に、車両用のワイヤハーネスが開示されている。同ワイヤハーネスは、電線及び電線を覆う外装部材を有するワイヤハーネス本体と、外装部材に外周に取り付けられ、ワイヤハーネス本体の経路を規制する経路規制部材とを備える。同経路規制部材は、ワイヤハーネス本体の経路における直線状をなす部分を規制する直線規制部と、ワイヤハーネス本体の経路における屈曲する部分を規制する屈曲規制部の両方を含んで構成されている。
特開2019-53894号公報
 上記のようなワイヤハーネスにおいて、経路規制部材における屈曲規制部に対する直線規制部の位置を調整可能にすることが望まれている。
 そこで、屈曲規制部に対する直線規制部の位置を調整可能にしたワイヤハーネスを提供することを目的とする。
 本開示のワイヤハーネスは、車体に取り付けられるワイヤハーネスであって、電線及び前記電線を覆う外装部材を有するワイヤハーネス本体と、前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において直線状をなす部分である直線部の経路を規制する第1経路規制部材と、前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において屈曲する部分である屈曲部の経路を規制する第2経路規制部材と、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第2経路規制部材と係合する係合部材と、を備え、前記第1経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の長さ方向に沿うとともに前記第1経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びる開口である挿入口を有し、前記係合部材は、前記挿入口内に配置されており、前記第2経路規制部材は、凸部または凹部である第1係合部を有し、前記係合部材は、前記第1係合部に凹凸嵌合し、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第1係合部と係合する第2係合部を有している。
 本開示によれば、屈曲規制部に対する直線規制部の位置を調整可能にしたワイヤハーネスを提供することが可能となる。

 [本開示の実施形態の説明]
 最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
 本開示のワイヤハーネスは、
 [1]車体に取り付けられるワイヤハーネスであって、電線及び前記電線を覆う外装部材を有するワイヤハーネス本体と、前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において直線状をなす部分である直線部の経路を規制する第1経路規制部材と、前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において屈曲する部分である屈曲部の経路を規制する第2経路規制部材と、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第2経路規制部材と係合する係合部材と、を備え、前記第1経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の長さ方向に沿うとともに前記第1経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びる開口である挿入口を有し、前記係合部材は、前記挿入口内に配置されており、前記第2経路規制部材は、凸部または凹部である第1係合部を有し、前記係合部材は、前記第1係合部に凹凸嵌合し、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第1係合部と係合する第2係合部を有している。
 この構成によれば、ワイヤハーネスは、ワイヤハーネス本体の経路における直線部を規制する第1経路規制部材と、ワイヤハーネス本体の経路における屈曲部を規制する第2経路規制部材とを備える。このため、ワイヤハーネス本体の長さ方向において、第2経路規制部材に対する第1経路規制部材の位置を調整可能となる。
 また、この構成によれば、第1経路規制部材の挿入口は、第1経路規制部材の長さ方向に延びる開口であるとともに、第1経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びている。これにより、電線の長さ方向の端部にコネクタを取り付けるなどの端末処理を行った後、外装部材に対して挿入口から第1経路規制部材を取り付けることが可能である。このように、第1経路規制部材を後付け可能であるため、ワイヤハーネスの組立作業性を向上させることが可能となる。
 また、ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において第2経路規制部材に係合する係合部材が、第1経路規制部材の挿入口内に配置されている。この構成によれば、係合部材を第1経路規制部材の挿入口に対して第1経路規制部材の周方向に接触可能に構成できる。これにより、係合部材が第1経路規制部材の周方向への回転を規制するため、第1経路規制部材の周方向への回転を抑制できる。
 [2]前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において、前記係合部材の寸法は前記挿入口の寸法よりも小さい。
 この構成によれば、係合部材は、第1経路規制部材の挿入口内において、ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向に沿って移動可能である。従って、ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において係合部材に対する第1経路規制部材の相対的な位置の調整が可能となる。
 [3]前記第1係合部及び前記第2係合部のいずれか一方が凹部であり、前記第1係合部及び前記第2係合部のいずれか他方が凸部であり、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において、前記凹部の寸法は前記凸部の寸法よりも大きい。
 この構成によれば、凸部が凹部内においてワイヤハーネス本体の周方向に沿って移動可能である。従って、ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において、第2経路規制部材に対する係合部材及び第1経路規制部材の相対的な位置の調整が可能となる。
 [4]前記第2経路規制部材は、複数の前記第1係合部を有し、前記複数の第1係合部は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向に互いにずれて配置されている。
 この構成によれば、第2経路規制部材における複数の第1係合部のうちのどの第1係合部に係合部材の第2係合部を嵌合させるかを、ワイヤハーネス本体の屈曲部における経路に応じて選択可能となる。このため、ワイヤハーネスにおけるレイアウトの自由度を向上できる。
 [5]前記第2経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の外周を囲む包囲部を有し、前記包囲部は、前記第2経路規制部材における本体部の一部と、前記本体部に連結される蓋部と、を有し、前記第1係合部は、前記蓋部に設けられている。
 この構成によれば、包囲部が本体部と蓋部とに分かれていることで、包囲部を含む第2経路規制部材を第1経路規制部材に後付け可能となる。これにより、ワイヤハーネスの組立作業性をより一層向上できる。
 [6]前記第1経路規制部材における前記挿入口を第1挿入口として、前記本体部は、前記第2経路規制部材の長さ方向に沿うとともに前記第2経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びる開口である第2挿入口を有し、前記蓋部は、前記第2挿入口を、前記第2経路規制部材の長さ方向において部分的に覆っている。
 この構成によれば、第2挿入口は、第2経路規制部材の長さ方向に延びる開口であるとともに、第2経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びている。これにより、電線の長さ方向の端部にコネクタを取り付けるなどの端末処理を行った後、外装部材に対して挿入口から第2経路規制部材を取り付けることが可能である。このように、第2経路規制部材を後付け可能であるため、ワイヤハーネスの組立作業性をより向上させることが可能となる。
 [7]前記車体は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体が組み付けられる組付面を有し、前記蓋部は、前記本体部よりも前記組付面に近くなるように配置される。
 この構成によれば、第2経路規制部材において、第1経路規制部材の挿入口内に配置された係合部材に係合する第1係合部が、車体の組付面により近い蓋部に設けられている。また、第1経路規制部材は、周方向における挿入口の位置が第2経路規制部材及び係合部材によって位置決めされる。すなわち、この構成によれば、第1経路規制部材の挿入口が第2経路規制部材の蓋部側、すなわち車体の組付面側を向くように構成できる。従って、第1経路規制部材の挿入口が、車体の組付面とは反対側を向くことを抑制できる。
 [8]前記第1経路規制部材は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において前記屈曲部の両側に設けられた一対の前記直線部に対してそれぞれ設けられ、前記係合部材は、一対の前記第1経路規制部材の前記挿入口にそれぞれ設けられている。この構成によれば、ワイヤハーネス本体の長さ方向において第2経路規制部材の両側に配置された各第1経路規制部材における位置の調整が可能となる。
 [9]前記第1経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の周方向の両端部であり前記挿入口を形成する第1端部及び第2端部と、前記第1端部及び前記第2端部の少なくとも一方の内面から突出して前記外装部材の外面に接触する突出部と、を有している。
 この構成によれば、第1経路規制部材は、第1端部及び第2端部の少なくとも一方の内面から突出して外装部材の外面に接触する突出部を有している。このため、挿入口を通じた外装部材からの第1経路規制部材の脱離を好適に抑制できる。
 [10]前記突出部は、前記第1端部の先端及び前記第2端部の先端の少なくとも一方の先端における内面から突出している。
 この構成によれば、例えば、突出部が第1端部の先端や第2先端部の先端から僅かに離れた位置の内面から突出している場合に比べて、挿入口を通じた外装部材からの経路規制部材の脱離をより抑制できる。
 [本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示のワイヤハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。各図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張または簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率については各図面で異なる場合がある。また、本明細書における「直交」は、厳密に直交の場合のみでなく、本実施形態における作用ならびに効果を奏する範囲内で概ね直交の場合も含まれる。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
 なお、本明細書の説明で使用される「筒状」は、周方向全周にわたって連続して周壁が形成されたものだけではなく、複数の部品を組み合わせて筒状をなすものや、C字状のように周方向の一部に切り欠きなどを有するものも含む。また、「筒状」の形状には、円形、楕円形、及び、尖ったまたは丸い角を有する多角形が含まれる。また、本明細書の説明で使用される「環状」という用語は、ループを形成する任意の構造、または端部のない連続形状、並びに、C字形のようなギャップを有する、一般的にループ形状の構造を指すことがある。なお、「環状」の形状には、円形、楕円形、及び、尖ったまたは丸い角を有する多角形が含まれるが、これらに限定されない。
 (ワイヤハーネス10の全体構成)
 図1に示すワイヤハーネス10は、例えば、車両Vに設けられた機器同士を接続するものである。ワイヤハーネス10は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス10の長さ方向の中間部が車両Vの床下などの車室外を通るように車両Vに配置されている。
 ワイヤハーネス10は、ワイヤハーネス本体11を備えている。ワイヤハーネス本体11は、車両Vに設けられた第1機器M1及び第2機器M2同士を電気的に接続する。第1機器M1及び第2機器M2の一例としては、第1機器M1が車両Vの後方寄りの箇所に配置された高圧バッテリであり、第2機器M2が車両Vの前方寄りの箇所に配置されたインバータである。高圧バッテリとしての第1機器M1は、例えば、百ボルト以上の電圧を供給可能なバッテリである。インバータとしての第2機器M2は、車両走行の動力源となる車輪駆動用の図示しないモータに接続される。インバータは、高圧バッテリの直流電力から交流電力を生成し、その交流電力をモータに供給する。ワイヤハーネス本体11は、二次元状または三次元状に曲がる経路に沿って配線される。
 (ワイヤハーネス本体11の構成)
 図5に示すように、ワイヤハーネス本体11は、電線12及び外装部材13を有している。
 電線12は、例えば複数設けられている。電線12は、例えば被覆電線である。すなわち、電線12は、芯線14と、芯線14の外周を被覆する絶縁被覆15とを有している。芯線14は、例えば、容易に撓むことが可能な柔軟導体にて構成されている。なお、当該柔軟導体の一例としては、複数の金属素線を撚り合わせた撚り線である。芯線14の材料としては、例えば、銅系やアルミニウム系などの金属材料を用いることができる。
 絶縁被覆15は、例えば、芯線14の外周面を全周に亘って被覆している。絶縁被覆15は、例えば、合成樹脂などの絶縁材料によって構成されている。絶縁被覆15は、例えば、芯線14に対する押出成形によって形成することができる。
 外装部材13は、全体として長尺の筒状をなしている。外装部材13の内部空間には、複数の電線12が挿通されている。すなわち、外装部材13は、複数の電線12の外周を一括して包囲している。外装部材13は、例えば、飛翔物や水滴から各電線12を保護する。各電線12の一端部は前記第1機器M1に接続され、電線12の他端部は前記第2機器M2に接続される。電線12は、高電圧・大電流に対応可能な高圧電線である。
 外装部材13は可撓性を有し、容易に屈曲可能である。可撓性を有する外装部材13の例としては、例えば、合成樹脂製のコルゲートチューブなどが挙げられる。コルゲートチューブは、その長さ方向において径が大小繰り返す蛇腹形状をなす。すなわち、コルゲートチューブは、その長さ方向において交互に連なる凹部及び凸部を有している。なお、外装部材13の構成材料としては、例えば、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ABS樹脂などの合成樹脂を用いることができる。
 図2に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10は、一対の第1経路規制部材21と、第2経路規制部材31と、一対の係合部材51とを備えている。なお、図1においては、第1経路規制部材21、第2経路規制部材31及び係合部材51の図示を省略している。
 各第1経路規制部材21及び第2経路規制部材31は、外装部材13の外周に取り付けられている。詳しくは、第1経路規制部材21は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路のうちの直線状をなす部分である直線部11sにおいて、外装部材13の外周に取り付けられている。第1経路規制部材21は、直線部11sにおけるワイヤハーネス本体11の経路を規制する。
 第2経路規制部材31は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路のうちの屈曲する部分である屈曲部11cにおいて、外装部材13の外周に取り付けられている。第2経路規制部材31は、屈曲部11cにおけるワイヤハーネス本体11の経路を規制する。第1経路規制部材21は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路において屈曲部11cの両側に設けられた一対の直線部11sに対してそれぞれ設けられている。各第1経路規制部材21及び第2経路規制部材31は、ワイヤハーネス本体11が自重などで撓んで所定の経路から外れないように外装部材13を補助する。
 (第1経路規制部材21の構成)
 図5に示すように、第1経路規制部材21は、外装部材13の外周面における周方向の一部を覆っている。例えば、第1経路規制部材21は、外装部材13の外周における半分よりも大きい範囲を覆う。また、第1経路規制部材21は、外装部材13の長さ方向に沿って延びている。
 第1経路規制部材21は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に延びる開口である第1挿入口22を有している。また、第1経路規制部材21は、第1経路規制部材21の周方向の両端部であって第1挿入口22を形成する第1端部23及び第2端部24を有している。また、第1経路規制部材21は、第1端部23と第2端部24とを繋ぐ部位である中間部25を有している。言い換えると、第1経路規制部材21は、外装部材13の周方向の一部を覆うように形成された中間部25と、中間部25の両端部に設けられた第1端部23及び第2端部24と、第1端部23及び第2端部24によって形成される第1挿入口22とを有している。
 第1端部23と第2端部24とは、第1経路規制部材21の周方向に互いに離間する状態で対向する。そして、第1端部23と第2端部24との間の間隙が第1挿入口22として構成される。
 第1挿入口22は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に沿うとともに第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって延びている。第1挿入口22の開口幅、すなわち、第1端部23と第2端部24との最短距離は、外装部材13の外径よりも小さい。第1挿入口22には、外装部材13が第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に直交する方向に沿って挿入される。
 中間部25は、第1経路規制部材21の主部分を構成している。中間部25の横断面形状は、例えば円弧状をなしている。なお、中間部25の径方向の厚さは、例えば、周方向において一様である。なお、第1経路規制部材21の横断面形状は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって一様である。また、中間部25の横断面における中心軸線Cは例えば直線をなす。すなわち、第1経路規制部材21は、一方向に直線状に延びる形状をなしている。
 第1経路規制部材21の横断面において、中間部25の中心軸線Cを通過する第1端部23の接線を接線T1とし、中心軸線Cを通過する第2端部24の接線を接線T2とする。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における第1挿入口22の寸法θ1は、中心軸線Cを中心とする第1挿入口22の開き角度、すなわち接線T1と接線T2がなす角度である。第1挿入口22の寸法θ1は、例えば、60°から120°の範囲内である。
 第1経路規制部材21は、第1端部23及び第2端部24のそれぞれの内面から突出する突出部26を有している。各突出部26の横断面形状は、例えば半円形状をなしている。各突出部26は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に沿って延びている。また、各突出部26は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向の全長にわたって延びている。
 各突出部26は、外装部材13に向かって突出している。各突出部26は、外装部材13の外面に接触している。そして、各突出部26は、例えば、外装部材13を押圧する。外装部材13は、各突出部26と中間部25とによって弾性的に挟まれている。これにより、外装部材13に対する第1経路規制部材21の連結が強固となる。従って、外装部材13の外周に取り付けられた第1経路規制部材21が、外装部材13の長さ方向において移動することが抑制されている。
 なお、外装部材13が第1経路規制部材21の内部に挿入された状態では、第1挿入口22の開口幅が元の幅、すなわち第1経路規制部材21の未挿入時の幅に戻るとは限らない。詳しくは、第1経路規制部材21が元の形状に戻ろうとする弾性変形が外装部材13に阻害されることで、第1挿入口22の開口幅が元の幅よりも僅かに大きな幅となることもある。また、外装部材13が第1経路規制部材21の内部に挿入された状態で、第1経路規制部材21の押圧によって外装部材13が撓んだ状態となることにより、第1挿入口22の開口幅が元の幅に戻ることもある。すなわち、外装部材13が第1経路規制部材21の内部に挿入された状態での上記開口幅は、外装部材13や第1経路規制部材21の剛性や撓み易さ等に基づいた大きさとなる。
 第1経路規制部材21において、第1端部23の周方向の先端23a、及び第2端部24の周方向の先端24aの各々は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向から見て湾曲している。言い換えると、第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aの横断面形状は、湾曲形状とされている。なお、第1挿入口22は、第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aにて形成されている。また、突出部26は、第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aのそれぞれにおける内面から突出している。
 なお、第1経路規制部材21の材料としては、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリアセタールなどの合成樹脂を用いることができる。第1経路規制部材21は、例えば、押出成形や射出成形などの周知の方法によって成形することができる。
 (第2経路規制部材31の構成)
 図2及び図3に示すように、第2経路規制部材31は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の屈曲部11cにおける外装部材13に取り付けられる。第2経路規制部材31は、屈曲部11cの形状に沿って屈曲している。なお、第2経路規制部材31の材料としては、例えば合成樹脂を用いることができる。第2経路規制部材31は、例えば射出成形などの周知の方法によって成形することができる。
 第2経路規制部材31は、本体部32と、一対の包囲部33とを備えている。
 本体部32は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の屈曲部11cの経路に沿って延びている。本体部32は、外装部材13の外周面における周方向の一部を覆っている。本体部32は、例えば略半円筒状をなしている。すなわち、本体部32は、外装部材13の外周におけるおよそ180°の範囲を覆っている。
 本体部32は、本体部32の周方向の両端部である第3端部34及び第4端部35を有している。また、本体部32は、第3端部34と第4端部35とによって形成される第2挿入口36を有している。第2挿入口36は、第3端部34と第4端部35との間の開口である。第2挿入口36は、第2経路規制部材31の長さ方向に延びる開口である。また、第2挿入口36は、第2経路規制部材31の全長にわたって延びている。図4に示すように、第2挿入口36の開口方向から見て、第3端部34及び第4端部35は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の屈曲部11cに沿って屈曲している。第2挿入口36の開口幅、すなわち、第3端部34と第4端部35との最短距離は、外装部材13の外径と同等、もしくは外装部材13の外径よりも若干大きい。第2挿入口36には、外装部材13が第2経路規制部材31の長さ方向に直交する方向に沿って挿入される。
 図2及び図3に示すように、包囲部33は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における第2経路規制部材31の両端部にそれぞれ設けられている。
 包囲部33は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における本体部32の端部32aと、蓋部41とを有している。蓋部41は、例えば、本体部32の端部32aに対して一体に形成されている。蓋部41は、例えば略半円筒状をなしている。蓋部41は、本体部32の端部32aにおいて、第2挿入口36を覆っている。包囲部33は、蓋部41と本体部32の端部32aとによって、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向の端部の外周を包囲している。
 包囲部33は、例えば、本体部32の端部32aと蓋部41とを繋ぐヒンジ部42を有している。ヒンジ部42は、端部32aの周方向一端と蓋部41の周方向一端とを繋いでいる。端部32aの周方向他端にはロック部43が設けられている。蓋部41の周方向他端には爪部44が設けられている。
 蓋部41は、ヒンジ部42を軸として、図3に示す開位置と、図2に示す閉位置との間を回動可能である。蓋部41は、閉位置において、本体部32の端部32aの上部開口を覆う。また、蓋部41が閉位置にある状態で、爪部44はロック部43に引っ掛かる。これにより、蓋部41が閉位置で保持される。このように、本体部32の端部32aと蓋部41とが互いに連結される。端部32aと蓋部41とが連結された状態において、包囲部33は、ワイヤハーネス本体11及び第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向の端部の外周をまとめて囲む環状をなす。蓋部41は、閉状態において、第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22を覆っている。
 図4及び図5に示すように、第2経路規制部材31の蓋部41は、第1係合部としての貫通孔45を有している。貫通孔45は、例えば、外装部材13の径方向に沿って蓋部41を貫通する。なお、本実施形態では、蓋部41は、1つの貫通孔45を有している。貫通孔45は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21の周方向に沿って延びる長孔である。
 (係合部材51の構成)
 図5に示すように、係合部材51は、第1挿入口22内に配置されている。すなわち、係合部材51は、第1挿入口22を構成する第1端部23及び第2端部24に対して第1経路規制部材21の周方向に接触可能である。また、係合部材51は、蓋部41の閉状態において、外装部材13の外周面と蓋部41との間に位置する。係合部材51は、例えば、外装部材13の外周面に接している。なお、係合部材51は、例えば合成樹脂にて構成されている。
 前記中間部25の中心軸線Cに直交する係合部材51の断面において、中心軸線Cを通過する係合部材51の周方向一端の接線をT3とし、中心軸線Cを通過する係合部材51の周方向他端の接線をT4とする。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における係合部材51の寸法θ2は、中心軸線Cを中心とする係合部材51の占有角度、すなわち接線T3と接線T4がなす角度である。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、係合部材51の寸法θ2は第1挿入口22の寸法θ1よりも小さく設定されている。これにより、係合部材51は、第1挿入口22内において、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向に沿って移動可能である。
 係合部材51は、閉状態の蓋部41に対向する面から蓋部41側に突出する凸部52を有している。凸部52は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に直交する方向に沿って延びている。凸部52は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21の周方向における係合部材51の端部に設けられている。
 凸部52は、蓋部41に設けられた貫通孔45に嵌合されている。つまり、凸部52は、第1係合部としての貫通孔45に凹凸嵌合する第2係合部である。凸部52は、嵌合する貫通孔45に対して包囲部33の周方向に接触可能である。従って、包囲部33の周方向において、包囲部33と係合部材51とが相対移動可能な範囲は、長孔である貫通孔45内を凸部52が移動できる範囲に限定される。また、凸部52は、嵌合する貫通孔45に対してワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に接触可能である。
 前記中間部25の中心軸線Cに直交する凸部52の断面において、中心軸線Cを通過する凸部52の周方向一端の接線をT5とし、中心軸線Cを通過する凸部52の周方向他端の接線をT6とする。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における凸部52の寸法θ3は、中心軸線Cを中心とする凸部52の占有角度、すなわち接線T5と接線T6がなす角度である。
 一方、前記中間部25の中心軸線Cに直交する貫通孔45の断面において、中心軸線Cを通過する貫通孔45の周方向一端の接線をT7とし、中心軸線Cを通過する貫通孔45の周方向他端の接線をT8とする。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における貫通孔45の寸法θ4は、中心軸線Cを中心とする貫通孔45の占有角度、すなわち接線T7と接線T8がなす角度である。
 そして、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、貫通孔45の寸法θ4は、凸部52の寸法θ3よりも大きい。これにより、凸部52が貫通孔45内においてワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向に沿って移動可能である。すなわち、凸部52が貫通孔45内に位置する範囲内で、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において係合部材51が蓋部41に対して相対移動可能である。
 なお、本実施形態では、第1経路規制部材21は、係合部材51に対して周方向には係合するものの、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に沿った方向においては係合部材51に係合していない。従って、第1経路規制部材21、第2経路規制部材31、及び係合部材51をワイヤハーネス本体11に取り付けた状態で、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における第1経路規制部材21の位置を調整可能である。なお、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における第1経路規制部材21の位置を調整した後には、第1経路規制部材21は、例えば、粘着テープや締め付けバンドなどの帯状の部材によって外装部材13に固定される。従って、ワイヤハーネス10を車体の組付面Aに組み付けるときには、第1経路規制部材21がワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向にずれないようになっている。
 本実施形態の作用について説明する。
 ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路において、第1経路規制部材21が取り付けられた直線部11sでは、第1経路規制部材21の剛性によって、ワイヤハーネス本体11が自重などによって撓むことが抑制される。また、第2経路規制部材31が取り付けられた屈曲部11cでは、第2経路規制部材31の剛性によって、ワイヤハーネス本体11が自重などによって撓むことが抑制される。
 図5に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10は、車体の組付面Aに沿って配置される。そして、ワイヤハーネス10は、図示しない固定部材によって組付面Aに固定される。なお、ワイヤハーネス10の経路において、前記固定部材による組付面Aへの固定点は、例えば、第1経路規制部材21と、第2経路規制部材31と、外装部材13において第1経路規制部材21及び第2経路規制部材31が設けられていない箇所の少なくとも1つに設定される。
 ワイヤハーネス10が組付面Aに組み付けられた状態において、包囲部33の蓋部41は、本体部32よりも組付面Aに近い位置にある。車両Vが地面上にあり、また、組付面Aが車両Vの床下にある場合には、組付面Aは地面に面する。従って、第2経路規制部材31の本体部32は、蓋部41よりも地面側に位置する。
 ここで、第1経路規制部材21における第1挿入口22の周方向の位置は、蓋部41及び蓋部41と係合する係合部材51によって位置決めされる。従って、第1挿入口22が蓋部41側、すなわち組付面A側を向くように構成される。すなわち、第1経路規制部材21は、外装部材13の地面側を覆っている。これにより、第1経路規制部材21によって、例えば飛翔物や水滴から外装部材13を好適に保護できる。これにより、ワイヤハーネス本体11の耐久性の向上に寄与できる。
 また、ワイヤハーネス10が組付面Aに組み付けられた状態において、第2経路規制部材31の本体部32は、外装部材13の地面側を覆っている。これにより、本体部32によって、例えば飛翔物や水滴から外装部材13を好適に保護できる。これにより、ワイヤハーネス本体11の耐久性の向上に寄与できる。
 本実施形態の効果について説明する。
 (1)第1経路規制部材21は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路における直線部11sを規制する。第2経路規制部材31は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路における屈曲部11cを規制する。第1経路規制部材21と第2経路規制部材31とは互いに別部材である。このため、第2経路規制部材31に対する第1経路規制部材21の位置を調整可能となる。
 第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に延びる開口であるとともに第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって延びている。これにより、電線12の長さ方向の端部にコネクタを取り付けるなどの端末処理を行った後、外装部材13に対して第1挿入口22から第1経路規制部材21を取り付けることが可能である。このように、第1経路規制部材21を後付け可能であるため、ワイヤハーネス10の組立作業性を向上させることが可能となる。
 ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において第2経路規制部材31に係合する係合部材51は、第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22内に配置されている。この構成によれば、係合部材51を第1挿入口22に対して第1経路規制部材21の周方向に接触可能に構成できる。これにより、係合部材51が第1経路規制部材21の周方向への回転を規制するため、第1経路規制部材21の周方向への回転を抑制できる。
 (2)ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、係合部材51の寸法θ2は第1挿入口22の寸法θ1よりも小さい。この構成によれば、係合部材51は、第1挿入口22内において、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向に沿って移動可能である。従って、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において係合部材51及び第2経路規制部材31に対する第1経路規制部材21の相対的な位置の調整が可能となる。
 (3)ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、第1係合部としての貫通孔45の寸法θ4は、第2係合部としての凸部52の寸法θ3よりも大きい。この構成によれば、凸部52が貫通孔45内に位置する範囲内で、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において係合部材51が蓋部41に対して相対移動可能である。従って、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、第2経路規制部材31に対する係合部材51及び第1経路規制部材21の相対的な位置の調整が可能となる。
 (4)第2経路規制部材31は、第1経路規制部材21の外周を囲む包囲部33を有している。包囲部33は、第2経路規制部材31における本体部32の端部32aと、端部32aに連結される蓋部41とを有している。そして、貫通孔45は、蓋部41に設けられている。この構成によれば、包囲部33が本体部32と蓋部41とに分かれていることで、包囲部33を含む第2経路規制部材31を第1経路規制部材21に後付け可能となる。これにより、ワイヤハーネス10の組立作業性をより一層向上できる。
 (5)本体部32は、第2経路規制部材31の長さ方向に沿うとともに第2経路規制部材31の全長にわたって延びる開口である第2挿入口36を有している。そして、蓋部41は、本体部32の端部32aにおいて、第2挿入口36を覆っている。これにより、電線12の長さ方向の端部にコネクタを取り付けるなどの端末処理を行った後、外装部材13に対して第2挿入口36から第2経路規制部材31を取り付けることが可能である。このように、第2経路規制部材31を後付け可能であるため、ワイヤハーネス10の組立作業性をより向上させることが可能となる。
 (6)包囲部33において、蓋部41は、本体部32よりも組付面Aに近くなるように配置される。この構成によれば、第1挿入口22内に配置された係合部材51に係合する包囲部33の貫通孔45が、組付面Aにより近い蓋部41に設けられている。また、第1経路規制部材21は、周方向における第1挿入口22の位置が係合部材51によって位置決めされる。すなわち、この構成によれば、第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22が蓋部41側、すなわち組付面A側を向くように構成できる。従って、第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22が、組付面Aとは反対側を向くことを抑制できる。その結果、第1経路規制部材21によって、外装部材13を好適に保護できる。
 (7)第1経路規制部材21は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路において屈曲部11cの両側に設けられた一対の直線部11sに対してそれぞれ設けられている。また、係合部材51は、一対の第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22にそれぞれ設けられている。この構成によれば、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向において第2経路規制部材31の両側に配置された各第1経路規制部材21における位置の調整が可能となる。
 (8)第1経路規制部材21は、第1経路規制部材21の周方向の両端部であり第1挿入口22を形成する第1端部23及び第2端部24を有している。そして、第1経路規制部材21は、第1端部23及び第2端部24のそれぞれの内面から突出して外装部材13の外面に接触する突出部26を有している。このため、第1挿入口22を通じた外装部材13からの第1経路規制部材21の脱離を好適に抑制できる。従って、第1経路規制部材21が自身の突出部26によって外装部材13に外周に仮固定されるため、外装部材13に仮固定された第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22に係合部材51を配置する際の作業性が向上する。その結果、ワイヤハーネス10の組立作業性をより向上できる。
 (9)突出部26は、第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aのそれぞれにおける内面から突出している。この構成によれば、例えば、突出部26が第1端部23の先端23aや第2端部24の先端24aから僅かに離れた位置の内面から突出している場合に比べて、第1挿入口22を通じた外装部材13からの第1経路規制部材21の脱離をより抑制できる。
 (10)第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aの各々が、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向から見て湾曲している。このため、外装部材13を、各先端23a,24aにて形成される第1挿入口22から第1経路規制部材21の内部にスムーズに挿入することができるようになる。また、外装部材13を第1挿入口22から第1経路規制部材21の内部に挿入する際、外装部材13が損傷し難くなる。
 (11)第1経路規制部材21の横断面形状は、第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって同一である。こうした構成によれば、第1経路規制部材21の原料を長さ方向に押し出す押出成形機を用いることで、第1経路規制部材21を容易に製造することができる。また、単一の押出成形機を用いて、長さ方向の寸法が異なる複数種類の第1経路規制部材21を製造することができる。
 (12)突出部26は、第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって延びている。こうした構成によれば、第1経路規制部材21の曲げ剛性を高めることができる。また、突出部26が第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって外装部材13の外面に接触する。このため、第1挿入口22を通じた外装部材13からの第1経路規制部材21の脱離を、第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって抑制できる。
 本実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。本実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
 ・上記実施形態の第2経路規制部材31が、複数の貫通孔45を有する構成であってもよい。その場合、例えば、図6に示すように、複数の貫通孔45を、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向に互いにずれて配置してもよい。
 図6に示す構成では、各第2経路規制部材31の蓋部41は、例えば3つの貫通孔45を有している。3つの貫通孔45は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に互いにずれて配置されている。ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における各貫通孔45の中心位置は、同周方向に互いにずれている。また、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における各貫通孔45の投影が、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に隣り合うもの同士で重なっている。
 同構成によれば、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における第1経路規制部材21の向きが変更可能である。詳述すると、係合部材51の凸部52が、複数の貫通孔45のうちのどれに嵌合されるかによって、ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向における第1経路規制部材21の向きが変わる。
 図6に示すように、3つの貫通孔45を、包囲部33の周方向においてヒンジ部42に近い側から順に、貫通孔45a、貫通孔45b及び貫通孔45cとする。
 図6及び図7に示す状態では、各係合部材51において、凸部52が貫通孔45aに嵌合している。この状態では、第1経路規制部材21の第1挿入口22の開口方向が、第2経路規制部材31の第2挿入口36の開口方向に対して同じ向きを向いている。
 一方、図8及び図9に示す状態では、一方の係合部材51において、凸部52が貫通孔45bに嵌合している。この状態では、一方の第1経路規制部材21における第1挿入口22の開口方向が、第2経路規制部材31の第2挿入口36の開口方向に対して同じ向きにならない。
 このように、同構成によれば、第1経路規制部材21を第2経路規制部材31に対して周方向に位置決めしながらも、第1経路規制部材21の周方向の向きを変更可能である。これにより、ワイヤハーネス本体11の屈曲する経路に応じて、第1挿入口22が組付面A側を向くように第1経路規制部材21の周方向の向きを変更することが可能となる。その結果、ワイヤハーネス10におけるレイアウトの自由度向上に寄与できる。
 なお、複数の貫通孔45の配置及び数は、図6に示す構成に限定されるものではなく、適宜変更可能である。例えば、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向における各貫通孔45の投影が互いに重ならないように、各貫通孔45を配置してもよい。
 ・係合部材51において、外装部材13に対向する面から突出する凸部を設け、当該凸部を外装部材13としてのコルゲートチューブの凹部に嵌合させてもよい。このような構成によれば、係合部材51の当該凸部が、コルゲートチューブの凹部に対してコルゲートチューブの長さ方向に係合する。従って、外装部材13の長さ方向において、係合部材51と外装部材13とが相対的に移動しにくくなる。
 ・上記実施形態では、凸部52は、第1経路規制部材21の周方向における係合部材51の端部に設けられているが、これ以外に例えば、第1経路規制部材21の周方向における係合部材51の中央部に凸部52を設けてもよい。
 ・ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、第1係合部としての貫通孔45の寸法θ4を、第2係合部としての凸部52の寸法θ3と略同等としてもよい。
 ・ワイヤハーネス本体11の周方向において、係合部材51の寸法θ2を第1挿入口22の寸法θ1と略同等としてもよい。
 ・上記実施形態では、係合部材51の凸部52に嵌合する第1係合部としての貫通孔45が、包囲部33における蓋部41に設けられている。しかしながら、これに限らず、貫通孔45を例えば本体部32の端部32aに設けてもよい。この構成によれば、第1挿入口22が本体部32の端部32a側を向く位置で第1経路規制部材21を周方向に位置決めすることが可能となる。
 ・上記実施形態では、第2係合部としての凸部52に凹凸嵌合する第1係合部を、蓋部41を貫通する貫通孔45としたが、これ以外に例えば、当該第1係合部を、蓋部41を貫通しない凹部としてもよい。
 ・上記実施形態では、第2経路規制部材31の第1係合部を貫通孔45とし、係合部材51の第2係合部を凸部52として、第1係合部と第2係合部とが凹凸嵌合する構成としたが、それらの凹凸関係を逆にしてもよい。この場合、第2経路規制部材31は、例えば、蓋部41から係合部材51に向かって突出する第1係合部としての凸部を有する。そして、係合部材51は、当該第1係合部としての凸部に嵌合する第2係合部としての凹部を有する。この構成によっても、上記実施形態と略同様の効果を得ることができる。
 ・上記実施形態の包囲部33では、本体部32の端部32aと蓋部41とが互いに一体に形成されているが、これに特に限定されるものではなく、本体部32の端部32aと蓋部41とが分離していてもよい。
 ・上記実施形態の突出部26は、第1端部23の先端23aから突出するが、これに限らず、第1経路規制部材21の周方向において、突出部26を第1端部23の先端23aよりも第1挿入口22から離した位置に設けてもよい。また、上記実施形態の突出部26は、第2端部24の先端24aから突出するが、これに限らず、第1経路規制部材21の周方向において、突出部26を第2端部24の先端24aよりも第1挿入口22から離した位置に設けてもよい。
 ・第1経路規制部材21において、突出部26を第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向において部分的に設けてもよい。
 ・第1経路規制部材21において、第1端部23の突出部26及び第2端部24の突出部26の少なくとも一方を省略してもよい。
 ・第1経路規制部材21において、中間部25の内面から突出して外装部材13の外面に接触する第2の突出部を設けてもよい。この構成によれば、外装部材13の外面に、突出部26と第2の突出部とを共に接触させることが可能であり、その結果、第1経路規制部材21のがたつきを抑制できる。
 ・第1経路規制部材21において、中間部25の外周面に長さ方向に沿って延びる溝を設けてもよい。この構成によれば、中間部25が溝を起点として外周側に変形しやすくなることで、第1挿入口22を広がりやすくすることが可能となる。その結果、第1経路規制部材21の組付性の向上に寄与できる。
 ・第1経路規制部材21において、中間部25の径方向の厚さが周方向において変わるように構成してもよい。
 ・第1経路規制部材21における中間部25の形状は、円弧状に限定されるものではなく、例えば楕円弧形状などに変更可能である。また、第2経路規制部材31の内周面の形状は、円弧状に限定されるものではなく、例えば楕円弧形状などに変更可能である。
 ・上記実施形態において、外装部材13に長さ方向に沿って延びるスリットを設け、当該スリットに第1経路規制部材21を固定可能な構成としてもよい。
 ・ワイヤハーネス10に設けられる第2経路規制部材31の数は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の経路に応じて適宜決められるものであり、第2経路規制部材31の数は単数、または複数である。
 ・上記実施形態では、第1経路規制部材21は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向において第2経路規制部材31の両側にそれぞれ設けられたが、同長さ方向において、第1経路規制部材21を第2経路規制部材31の片側のみに設けてもよい。
 ・上記実施形態では、電線12を高圧電線としたが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば、電線12を低圧電線としてもよい。

 ・図5に示すように、第1経路規制部材21の第1端部23の先端23a及び第2端部24の先端24aが、係合部材51の周方向両端部と対向してもよい。係合部材51が第1挿入口22内に配置されるとともに、第1経路規制部材21が包囲部33に包囲された状態で、第1端部23と係合部材51との間及び第2端部24と係合部材51との間に周方向の隙間が形成されてもよい。
 ・図4に示すように、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に沿った係合部材51の長さ方向幅は、ワイヤハーネス本体11の長さ方向に沿った包囲部33の長さ方向幅よりも小さくてもよく、図6に示すように、係合部材51の当該長さ方向幅は、包囲部33の当該長さ方向幅よりも大きくてもよい。なお、係合部材51の寸法θ2を係合部材51の周方向幅として参照することがある。同様に、第1挿入口22の寸法θ1を第1挿入口22の周方向幅として参照し、凸部52の寸法θ3を凸部52の周方向幅として参照し、貫通孔45の寸法θ4を貫通孔45の周方向幅として参照することがある。
 ・図5に示すように、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向から見て、第1端部23の先端23aの表面は、第1端部23の突出部26の表面と滑らかに連続する円弧状であってもよい。言い換えると、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向から見て、第1端部23の先端23a及び突出部26は、同一の円周上に広がる円弧状表面を有してもよい。同様に、第2端部24の先端24aの表面は、第2端部24の突出部26の表面と滑らかに連続する円弧状であってもよい。言い換えると、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向から見て、第2端部24の先端24a及び突出部26は、同一の円周上に広がる円弧状表面を有してもよい。なお、第1端部23を第1縁部として参照し、第2端部24を第2縁部として参照することがある。また、第1端部23の突出部26を第1突出部として参照し、第2端部24の突出部26を第2突出部として参照することがある。
 ・図2に示すように、第1挿入口22は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向に沿うとともに第1経路規制部材21の全長にわたって直線状に延びた第1溝であり、当該第1溝は、第1経路規制部材21の長さ方向の両端に開口してもよい。図2及び図5に示すように、係合部材51が第1挿入口22内に配置されるとともに、第1経路規制部材21が包囲部33に包囲された状態で、第1挿入口22の全体が、組付面Aが設けられた側、例えば地面と反対側を向いていてもよい。第1経路規制部材21を、ワイヤハーネス本体11の直線部11sの経路を規定する第1経路規定部材として参照することがある。
 ・図2に示すように、第2挿入口36は、第2経路規制部材31の長さ方向に沿って屈曲した第2溝であり、当該第2溝は、第2経路規制部材31の長さ方向の両端に開口してもよい。図2及び図5に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10が組付面Aに組み付けられた状態で、第2挿入口36の全体が、組付面Aが設けられた側、例えば地面と反対側を向いていてもよい。第2経路規制部材31を、ワイヤハーネス本体11の屈曲部11cの経路を規定する第2経路規定部材として参照することがある。

Claims (10)

  1.  車体に取り付けられるワイヤハーネスであって、
     電線及び前記電線を覆う外装部材を有するワイヤハーネス本体と、
     前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において直線状をなす部分である直線部の経路を規制する第1経路規制部材と、
     前記外装部材の外周に取り付けられ、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において屈曲する部分である屈曲部の経路を規制する第2経路規制部材と、
     前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第2経路規制部材と係合する係合部材と、を備え、
     前記第1経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の長さ方向に沿うとともに前記第1経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びる開口である挿入口を有し、
     前記係合部材は、前記挿入口内に配置されており、
     前記第2経路規制部材は、凸部または凹部である第1係合部を有し、
     前記係合部材は、前記第1係合部に凹凸嵌合し、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において前記第1係合部と係合する第2係合部を有している、ワイヤハーネス。
  2.  前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において、前記係合部材の寸法は前記挿入口の寸法よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  3.  前記第1係合部及び前記第2係合部のいずれか一方が凹部であり、
     前記第1係合部及び前記第2係合部のいずれか他方が凸部であり、
     前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向において、前記凹部の寸法は前記凸部の寸法よりも大きい、請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  4.  前記第2経路規制部材は、複数の前記第1係合部を有し、
     前記複数の第1係合部は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の周方向に互いにずれて配置されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  5.  前記第2経路規制部材は、前記第1経路規制部材の外周を囲む包囲部を有し、
     前記包囲部は、前記第2経路規制部材における本体部の一部と、前記本体部に連結される蓋部と、を有し、
     前記第1係合部は、前記蓋部に設けられている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  6.  前記第1経路規制部材における前記挿入口を第1挿入口として、
     前記本体部は、前記第2経路規制部材の長さ方向に沿うとともに前記第2経路規制部材の全長にわたって延びる開口である第2挿入口を有し、
     前記蓋部は、前記第2挿入口を、前記第2経路規制部材の長さ方向において部分的に覆っている、請求項5に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  7.  前記車体は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体が組み付けられる組付面を有し、
     前記蓋部は、前記本体部よりも前記組付面に近くなるように配置される、請求項5または請求項6に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  8.  前記第1経路規制部材は、前記ワイヤハーネス本体の経路において前記屈曲部の両側に設けられた一対の前記直線部に対してそれぞれ設けられ、
     前記係合部材は、一対の前記第1経路規制部材の前記挿入口にそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  9.  前記第1経路規制部材は、
     前記第1経路規制部材の周方向の両端部であり前記挿入口を形成する第1端部及び第2端部と、
     前記第1端部及び前記第2端部の少なくとも一方の内面から突出して前記外装部材の外面に接触する突出部と、
    を有している、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  10.  前記突出部は、前記第1端部の先端及び前記第2端部の先端の少なくとも一方の先端における内面から突出している、請求項9に記載のワイヤハーネス。
