在当前平交道口中,由工作人员进行安全防护,列车通过平交道口前,由工作人员封闭平交道口,列车通过平交道口后,工作人员再重新开放平交道口。有人值守的平交道口效率较为低下,还要占用大量的人力资源。
因此,亟需一种自动化的平交道口安全防护方案。

针对上述问题,本发明提出一种平交道口安全防护方法,包括:
向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令;
根据关闭命令执行情况,确定平交道口的保护状态,所述保护状态包括受保护状态或未保护状态;

本发明实施例提供一种平交道口安全防护方法,以实现平交道口自动安全防护。如图1所示,方法包括:
向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令;
根据关闭命令执行情况,确定平交道口的保护状态,所述保护状态包括受保护状态或未保护状态;
获取平交道口信息,所述保护状态为未保护状态时,所述平交道口信息包括停车标志和平交道口限速;
所述保护状态为未保护状态时,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,先停车再通过平交道口或不停车通过平交道口。
示例性地,本发明实施例所述的平交道口安全防护方法可以由如图2所示的平交道口安全防护系统来实现。
如图2所示,所述平交道口安全防护系统由地面设备、车载设备以及信号系统等组成。具体地,平交道口安全防护系统包括平交道口防护系统、联锁(CBI,Computer Based Interlocking)、列控中心(TCC,Train Control Center)、列车车载系统,根据道路情况,还包括信号系统如无线闭塞中心(RBC,Radio Block Center)和/或轨道电路、轨旁电子单元、应答器 等。
其中,平交道口防护系统用于对平交道口进行自动防护,能够接收道口命令进行道口防护动作,如根据关闭命令自动关闭道口,进入受保护状态或未保护状态,根据开放命令自动打开道口;平交道口防护系统还根据动作结果反馈道口状态,在本发明实施例中即为平交道口的保护状态。具体地,平交道口防护系统与TCC相连,向TCC报告道口状态,TCC将道口状态发送给CBI,CBI将平交道口状态发给RBC。
本发明实施例中,根据列车与平交道口的位置关系,向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令,即列车进入平交道口附近的指定距离,向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令。
对于可以使用无线传输数据的线路,列车上的车载设备通过无线将列车位置实时发送给RBC。RBC根据列车位置和列车前方的道口位置之间的关系确定向平交道口发送命令的时机,RBC依次通过CBI和TCC将平交道口命令发送给平交道口防护系统。在另外的实施例中,RBC仅发送列车位置到CBI,由CBI根据列车位置信息发送道口命令到TCC,或者发送列车位置信息到TCC,由TCC发送道口命令到平交道口防护系统。平交道口防护系统执行道口命令,并将最新的平交道口信息和道口状态通过TCC发送到CBI,再由CBI发送给RBC,RBC将平交道口信息通过无线发送给列车上的车载设备。在本发明实施例中,平交道口信息包含道口状态,即道口保护状态。在另外的实施例中也可以分别发送对应的平交道口信息和道口状态。如果平交道口防护系统执行命令成功,平交道口的道口状态为受保护状态,RBC向车载设备发送的平交道口信息包括平交道口受保护的状态。如果平交道口防护系统执行命令失败或平交道口故障,RBC向车载设备发送的平交道口信息中的保护状态为未保护状态。
对于不能使用无线传输数据的线路,TCC通过轨道电路等方式检测到的列车位置和列车前方的道口位置之间的关系,在列车到达平交道口前一定距离时,将道口命令发送给平交道口防护系统。平交道口防护系统执行道口命令,并将最新的道口状态发送给TCC。TCC通过轨旁电子单元将平交道 口信息传递到地面有源应答器,列车经过有源应答器时,通过电磁感应方式接受到平交道口信息。如果平交道口防护系统执行命令成功,TCC通过有源应答器向车载设备发送的平交道口信息中道口状态为受保护状态。如果平交道口防护系统执行命令失败或平交道口故障,TCC通过有源应答器向车载设备发送的平交道口信息中道口状态为未保护状态。
列车接近平交道口时,地面设备(RBC或TCC)向平交道口防护系统发送平交道口关闭命令,关闭平交道口,为列车通过做准备。列车完全越过平交道口后,地面设备(RBC或TCC)向平交道口防护系统发送平交道口开放命令,重新开放平交道口。
下面对平交道口防护系统接收到道口命令后的安全防护过程进行说明。
平交道口防护系统根据道口命令的关闭命令执行道口关闭并反馈道口状态。
如果平交道口防护系统自动关闭成功,平交道口保护状态为受保护状态,车载设备不需要对平交道口进行额外的安全防护,直接根据地面设备提供的线路数据控制列车速度,安全通过平交道口。在平交道口受保护状态下,平交道口信息不需要包含限速信息、平交道口前停车区域信息、停车标志等。
如果平交道口防护系统执行命令失败或平交道口故障,则反馈平交道口保护状态为未保护状态。地面设备通过平交道口信息反馈保护状态及列车自行通过平交道口所需要的其他信息。
本发明实施例根据平交道口的保护状态向列车提供不同类型的平交道口信息,实现不同级别的安全防护。
本发明实施例中,地面设备向车载设备发送的平交道口信息包含平交道口编号、平交道口区域信息、平交道口前的停车区域信息、平交道口保护状态、停车标志、平交道口限速,即平交道口允许速度。
其中,平交道口编号用于标识平交道口,在一个实施例中,联锁系统可以控制多个平交道口,列车也会经过多个平交道口,并存在持续接收平交道口信息的情况,因此,通过平交道口编号对平交道口进行区分,车载 设备根据平交道口编号更新对应平交道口的信息。车载设备收到一条新的平交道口信息时,新收到的平交道口编号与之前收到的平交道口编号相同,新收到的平交道口信息替代之前收到的平交道口信息。
车载设备还获取平交道口区域信息及相应的停车区域信息。本发明实施例中,在通过平交道口起点、平交道口长度、平交道口前停车区域长度来表示平交道口区域信息和停车区域信息。如图3所示,平交道口终点=平交道口起点+平交道口长度,停车区域终点=平交道口起点,停车区域起点=平交道口起点-停车区域长度。在另外的实施例中,也可以在平交道口信息中通过平交道口起点(或停车区域终点)、平交道口终点、停车区域起点来表示平交道口区域信息和停车区域信息。本发明实施例对确定这两个区域的具体参数不做限制。图3示出了列车从平交道口一个方向驶向平交道口时的停车区域和平交道口区域,列车从平交道口另一个方向驶向平交道口的情况下,停车区域与平交道口区域的关系与此对称,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明实施例中的一个方向的安全防护方案得出另一个方向的安全防护方案。
车载设备从无线或有源应答器收到平交道口信息时,对于受保护的平交道口,车载设备不再增加额外防护,根据地面设备提供的线路数据(已包含平交道口的限速信息)控制列车速度,安全通过平交道口。
车载设备收到平交道口信息后,如果平交道口保护状态为不受保护,车载设备使用平交道口信息。当平交道口不受保护时,车载设备将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,以监控列车运行,列车通过平交道口的最高速度不能超过平交道口限速。平交道口前停车标志用于表示列车通过平交道口前是否需要停车,因此存在不停车通过平交道口和先停车再通过平交道口两种方式。
对于不受保护的平交道口,车载设备需要根据平交道口前停车标志决定是否需要在平交道口前停车。如果平交道口前停车标志为停车,则车载设备控制列车在平交道口前停车,再通过平交道口。如果平交道口前停车标志为不停车,则车载设备控制列车降低速度,以低速不停车通过平交道 口。
当停车标志为停车,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,先停车再通过平交道口,包括:
车载设备获取平交道口区域信息和平交道口前的停车区域信息,控制列车在停车区域停车;之后,车载设备控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。
具体地,将平交道口区域起点,即停车区域终点作为列车的行车许可终点进行监控,控制列车前端在停车区域内停车。即当列车停车后,列车前端位于平交道口前的停车区域。本发明实施例中,列车前端具体为列车估计前端,在另外的实施例中,列车前端也可以为最大安全前端或最小安全前端。车载设备不再将平交道口起点作为临时行车许可终点进行监控,而是从列车估计前端开始,将平交道口限制速度纳入最限制速度曲线。其中,最限制速度曲线为车载设备将线路限速、临时限速、最大列车运行速度等各种限速信息进行融合得到限速曲线,不失一般性地,取每一个区域内的最低限速,组成最限制速度曲线。平交道口限速区域作为一种特殊的临时限速区域,临时限速区域起点为列车估计前端,限速区域终点为平交道口区域终点,临时限速区域的允许速度为平交道口限速。通过车载设备给出限速,允许司机依据限速控制列车运行,车载设备根据限速对列车运行进行安全防护。如果列车停在停车区域前,没有停在停车区域内,车载设备不将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线。这种情况下,控制列车根据允许速度继续运行,将列车停在停车区域内,之后再将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线。
如果平交道口前停车标志为不停车,车载设备获取平交道口区域信息和平交道口前的停车区域信息;车载设备或司机对列车进行降速,在平交道口区域起点前,当列车当前位置的指定速度到达平交道口限速时,车载设备从当前位置到平交道口终点区域内,将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,车载设备控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。列车运行控制过程中涉及多种速度,如列车当前运行速度、最大常用制动 速度等,本发明实施例中,选择最大常用制动速度作为判断列车是否达到第一阶段的目标,即在平交道口区域起点前将指定速度降到平交道口限速。当满足该第一阶段的目标时,进入第二阶段,即列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。通过将最大常用制动速度作为列车在停车区域的运行控制目标,能够保障列车在通过平交道口时安全可控,并提高了列车经过平交道口的效率。
具体地,车载设备将平交道口起点,即停车区域终点作为临时行车许可终点进行监控,车载设备,如ATP(Automatic Train Protection,列车自动保护系统)或司机控制列车降速。列车逐渐靠近平交道口区域并持续降速的过程中,列车最大常用制动速度也逐渐降低,当满足列车最大常用制动速度降到平交道口限制速度时,车载设备不再将平交道口起点作为临时行车许可终点进行监控,而是从列车前端开始,将平交道口限制速度纳入最限制速度曲线,本发明实施例中列车前端具体为列车估计前端。此时,平交道口也作为一种特殊的临时限速区域,限速区域起点为列车估计前端,限速区域终点为平交道口区域终点,限速区域的允许速度为平交道口限速,将所述平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,控制列车经过所述平交道口限速区域。
本发明实施例通过停车标志和限速信息能够支持平交道口以停车和不停车两种方式安全、高效、自动地通过平交道口。通过设置列车行驶监控点,将限速纳入最限制速度曲线,能够提高列车通过平交道口的效率。
越过平交道口终点后,允许速度不再受平交道口限速影响,而是由最限制速度曲线决定,列车可以加速运行。
如果列车前方的平交道口故障,地面设备向车载设备发送平交道口信息,并标记平交道口未保护状态,车载需要遵守平交道口限速,低速通过平交道口。首先将列车速度降下来,或停车再运行,或低速运行,司机观察列车前方的道口进行了人工保护和其他方式的保护,将以比较低的速度通过平交道口。由于列车速度很低,一旦司机观察到意外情况,司机可以施加制动,将列车及时停下来。如果在列车越过平交道口前,故障的平交 道口恢复正常,地面设备向车载设备发送编号相同的平交道口信息,并标记平交道口为受保护状态,即保护状态由未保护状态更新为受保护状态。车载设备接收到新的平交道口信息,新的平交道口信息替代旧的平交道口信息。由于新的平交道口信息表示平交道口受保护状态,车载设备停止将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,允许速度抬升,列车可以加速运行。本发明实施在列车经过平交道口阶段持续接收平交道口信息,监控平交道口保护状态,能够在保障安全的前提下提高列车通过道口的效率。
对于没有安装平交道口防护系统的平交道口,地面设备通过RBC或TCC向列车上的车载设备发送平交道口未保护状态的平交道口信息,由车载设备将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,主动进行安全防护。
基于相同的发明构思,本发明实施例还提供一种平交道口安全防护系统。如图4所示,系统包括:
命令发送模块,用于向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令;
状态判断模块,用于根据关闭命令执行情况,确定平交道口的保护状态,所述保护状态包括受保护状态或未保护状态;
信息获取模块,用于获取平交道口信息,保护状态为未保护状态时,平交道口信息包括停车标志和平交道口限速;
列车控制模块,用于在保护状态为未保护状态时,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,先停车再通过平交道口或不停车通过平交道口。
本发明实施例中,命令发送模块为地面设备,地面设备获取列车位置后,根据列车位置与平交道口的关系发送道口命令,如列车接近平交道口时,发送关闭命令到平交道口防护系统。不失一般性地,地面设备为TCC。
平交道口根据关闭命令执行关闭,并反馈或通过地面设备采集关闭执行结果,获取平交道口的保护状态。地面设备将平交道口的保护状态发送到列车。列车通过状态判断模块确定平交道口的保护状态。具体地,状态判断模块设置在车载设备中。列车还通过车载设备中的列车控制模块获取平交道口信息。列车控制模块根据保护状态和平交道口信息控制列车运行通过平交道口。本发明实施例中,命令发送模块与车载设备数据连接,具 体地,通过联锁系统、RBC、应答器等实现交互。命令发送模块与车载设备中状态判断模块、信息获取模块相连接,列车控制模块也与信息获取模块和状态判断模块相连接。进一步地,具体地,状态判断模块与信息获取模块相连接,通过解析获取的平交道口信息确定保护状态。本发明实施例中,列车车载设备作为列车控制模块控制列车运行,也可以由司机通过列车控制模块控制列车按照限速等行驶要求通过平交道口。列车控制模块为能够实现列车控制的设备,对于驾驶方式不做限定,如自动驾驶或人工驾驶。
其中,平交道口信息进一步地还包括:平交道口编号、平交道口保护状态、平交道口区域信息、平交道口前的停车区域信息。

    向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令;
    根据关闭命令执行情况,确定平交道口的保护状态,所述保护状态包括受保护状态或未保护状态;
    获取平交道口信息,所述保护状态为未保护状态时,所述平交道口信息包括停车标志和平交道口限速;

    控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,控制列车在停车区域停车包括:
    将平交道口区域起点作为列车的行车许可终点进行监控,控制列车前端停在停车区域内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域包括:
    列车前端停在停车区域后,将列车前端作为平交道口限速区域起点,将平交道口区域终点作为平交道口限速区域终点,将所述平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,控制列车经过所述平交道口限速区域。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,所述停车标志为不停车,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,不停车通过平交道口包括:
    获取平交道口区域信息和平交道口前的停车区域信息;
    控制列车在平交道口区域起点前将指定速度降到平交道口限速;
    控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,控制列车在平交道口区域起点前将指定速度降到平交道口限速包括:
    将平交道口区域起点作为临时行车许可终点进行监控;
    控制列车降速,直到列车最大常用制动速度降到平交道口限速。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域包括:
    当满足列车最大常用制动速度降到平交道口限制速度时,将列车前端作为平交道口限速区域起点,将平交道口区域终点作为平交道口限速区域终点,将所述平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,控制列车经过平交道口限速区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,所述平交道口信息还包括:
    平交道口编号、所述平交道口保护状态、平交道口区域信息、平交道口前的停车区域信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,
    所述保护状态为受保护状态时,根据地面设备提供的线路数据控制列车速度,安全通过平交道口。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,获取平交道口信息包括:
    车载设备持续接收平交道口信息,并更新之前接收的平交道口信息;
    根据平交道口信息,当保护状态由未保护状态更新为受保护状态时,停止将平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,允许列车提速运行。
  11. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的平交道口安全防护方法,其特征在于,
    对于没有安装平交道口防护系统的平交道口,由地面设备向车载设备 发送平交道口为未保护状态的平交道口信息。
  12. 一种平交道口安全防护系统,其特征在于,包括:
    命令发送模块,用于向平交道口防护系统发送关闭命令;
    状态判断模块,用于根据关闭命令执行情况,确定平交道口的保护状态,所述保护状态包括受保护状态或未保护状态;
    信息获取模块,用于获取平交道口信息,所述保护状态为未保护状态时,所述平交道口信息包括停车标志和平交道口限速;
    列车控制模块,用于在所述保护状态为未保护状态时,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,先停车再通过平交道口或不停车通过平交道口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的平交道口安全防护系统,其特征在于,所述停车标志为停车,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,先停车再通过平交道口包括:
    获取平交道口区域信息和平交道口前的停车区域信息;
    控制列车在停车区域停车;
    控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的平交道口安全防护系统,其特征在于,控制列车在停车区域停车包括:
    将平交道口区域起点作为列车的行车许可终点进行监控,控制列车前端停在停车区域内。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的平交道口安全防护系统,其特征在于,控制列车以不超过平交道口限速的速度经过平交道口区域包括:
    列车前端停在停车区域后,将列车前端作为平交道口限速区域起点,将平交道口区域终点作为平交道口限速区域终点,将所述平交道口限速纳入最限制速度曲线,控制列车经过所述平交道口限速区域。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的平交道口安全防护系统,其特征在于,所述停车标志为不停车,根据所述停车标志和平交道口限速,不停车通过平交道口包括:
    获取平交道口区域信息和平交道口前的停车区域信息;
