Description
本实用新型涉及生活垃圾分类处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种分类垃圾桶。
随着生活水平的提高,人们的卫生环保意识越来越强,为了充分利用资源,人们对于垃圾分类越来越重视,垃圾桶可以回收人们日常生活中的垃圾,避免了垃圾的随意丢放,有利于为人们创造健康整齐的室内环境。
为了将厨余垃圾和其他垃圾分离出来,市政采用三类方式对垃圾进行分类,第一种是采用独立的大型垃圾桶,不同垃圾桶采用不同的颜色并在桶体上标注投掷的垃圾类型,将垃圾分为红色的有害垃圾、绿色的厨余垃圾、黑色的其他垃圾等;第二种是设置一个外桶,在外桶内设置2个以上的内胆,外桶上对应内胆位置标注垃圾属性;第三种是设置一个固定架,固定架内放置2个以上的桶体,并在桶体外壁标注垃圾属性。
其中,现阶段的办公场所以及公共场所置办的都是第二种垃圾桶。现有的第二种垃圾桶的具体结构参照公告号为CN210259742U的中国专利公开的一种便于垃圾分类出来的垃圾桶,包括垃圾桶主体、垃圾桶内桶、连接圈和桶盖,所述垃圾桶主体内部下方设有防滑点,所述垃圾桶主体内部设有垃圾桶内桶,所述垃圾桶内桶上方设有提手,所述提手与垃圾桶内桶两侧铰接,所述垃圾桶主体上端设有连接圈,所述连接圈一侧设有弹簧扣卡槽,所述连接圈另一侧对称设有桶盖铰接座,所述桶盖铰接座上设有铰接轴,所述铰接轴上设有扭簧,所述连接圈下端外侧设有防滑条,所述连接圈与垃圾桶主体上端配合,所述桶盖下方一侧设有弹簧卡扣,所述桶盖下方另一侧设有铰接座槽,所述铰接座槽内侧壁上设有铰接轴插孔。
上述结构中,垃圾内桶设置2个以上用于分类放置不同的垃圾,现有的结构都类似与上述结构,在内桶外还设置一个垃圾桶主体用于将上述的内桶连伟一体,这样,从外观上看,整洁美观,且在移动时较为方便。
但是,一个垃圾桶主体(外桶)需要能够完全收纳所有的内桶,其所需的生产材料消耗巨大,基本占整体的1/3以上,这显然会显著增加垃圾桶的生产成本,故,有必要设置一款在保持上述良好的分类功能和美观整洁的外观的同时显著降低造价的垃圾桶。
本实用新型针对现有技术分类垃圾桶造价高的缺点,提供了一种分类垃圾桶,在保持外观整洁美观的同时显著降低其整体的造价。
一种分类垃圾桶,包括分类收集桶和桶盖,分类收集桶包括两个以上的桶体,所有的桶体上均设置有磁吸结构,相邻的桶体通过磁吸结构相互吸附拼接成一个外壁平整的整体。
作为优选,磁吸结构包括于每个桶体的至少一侧壁面上对应固定的磁铁,当两个桶体的侧壁相互靠近时,两个桶体自动吸附固定,此时,吸附后的两个桶体外壁齐平。
作为优选,桶体的侧壁向内凹陷有一凹槽,在桶体内于凹槽上端向下凹陷有容置槽,磁铁内置于容置槽内。
作为优选,容置槽沿凹槽上端面长度方向均匀设置两个以上。
作为优选,在容置槽开口处于磁铁上方水平设置有避免磁铁掉出的限位片。
作为优选,在凹槽上端面设置有截面为三角形的加强块,容置槽向下延伸至加强块内部。
作为优选,桶体内铰接设置有提手。
作为优选,桶体开口处向外水平延伸有一个用于搭接提手的台阶面,每个桶体内对称设置有一对提手,提手相背的一侧搭接于桶体两端的台阶面上。
作为优选,桶体的两侧上端向内凹陷有一配合槽,配合槽底部设置有供提手端部铰接的配合孔。
作为优选,桶盖包括与相互吸附呈一体的分类收集桶的外壁扣合的主盖、于主盖上对应下方桶体设置的若干投掷口以及于投掷口处铰接设置的转动盖板。
本实用新型由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下技术效果:通过磁吸结构将两个以上的桶体相互吸附拼接成分类收集桶,每个桶体可单独放置一类垃圾,只需设置一个桶盖即可,桶盖上的投掷口个数与桶体个数一致,投掷口设置方式参照桶体的拼接方式,这种设置无需增设外桶就能将不同的桶体相互固定形成一个外表平整美观的分类收集桶,有效减少生产材料,从而降低成产成本,该分类垃圾桶在保持美观整洁的同时,便于移动并显著降低整体的造价。

以上附图中各数字标号所指代的部位名称如下:1、桶体;11、台阶面;12、凹槽;13、加强块;14、配合槽;15、容置槽;2、桶盖;3、投掷口;4、转动盖板;5、提手;6、磁铁;7、限位片。
一种分类垃圾桶,参照图1-图3所示,包括分类收集桶和桶盖2,分类收集桶包括两个以上的桶体1,所有的桶体1上均设置有磁吸结构,相邻的桶体1通过磁吸结构相互吸附拼接成一个外壁平整的整体,桶盖2设置有一个且能够与吸附拼接后的分类收集桶的外壁扣合。
本方案中,分类收集桶设置有两个,且磁吸结构设置在其相对的一侧,具体结构为,在两个桶体1相对的一侧对应凹陷有一凹槽12,在凹槽12上端面沿凹槽12上端面间隔设置2个以上截面为三角形的加强块13,基于成本考虑,加强块13设置有两个且对称设置于凹槽12上端面的两侧。在桶体1内于加强块13正上方凹陷有延伸至加强块13内的容置槽15,而磁吸结构为内嵌于容置槽15内的磁铁6。
为了避免磁铁6的掉落,在容置槽15的开口处于磁铁6上方水平设置有限位片7。
桶盖2包括与相互吸附呈一体的分类收集桶的外壁扣合的主盖、于主盖上对应下方桶体1设置的若干投掷口3以及于投掷口3处铰接设置的转动盖板4,转动盖板4的两侧中央与投掷口3的两侧中央铰接,通过触碰转动盖板4的任意一端均能实现转动盖板4端部的向下运动并露出局部的桶体1。
为了便于垃圾的倾倒,桶体1内对称铰接有一对提手5,在桶体1开口处向外水平延伸有一个用于搭接提手5的台阶面11,提手5的铰接处位于桶体1中部且提手5相背的一端搭接于桶体1两端的台阶面11上,为了便于桶盖2的扣合,桶体1的两侧上端向内凹陷有一配合槽14,配合槽14底部设置有供提手5端部铰接的配合孔,这样,提手5端部不会触碰到桶盖2。
本方案通过在桶体1之间增设磁吸结构将两个桶体1相互吸附拼接成分类收集桶,每个桶体1可单独放置一类垃圾,只需设置一个桶盖2即可,桶盖2上的投掷口3个数与桶体1个数一致,投掷口3设置方式参照桶体1的拼接方式,这种设置无需增设外桶就能将不同的桶体1相互固定形成一个外表平整美观的分类收集桶,有效减少生产材料,从而降低成产成本。

Claims (10)
- 一种分类垃圾桶,包括分类收集桶和桶盖(2),其特征在于:分类收集桶包括两个以上的桶体(1),所有的桶体(1)上均设置有磁吸结构,相邻的桶体(1)通过磁吸结构相互吸附拼接成一个外壁平整的整体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于,磁吸结构包括于每个桶体(1)的至少一侧壁面上对应固定的磁铁(6),当两个桶体(1)的侧壁相互靠近时,两个桶体(1)自动吸附固定,此时,吸附后的两个桶体(1)外壁齐平。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶体(1)的侧壁向内凹陷有一凹槽(12),在桶体(1)内于凹槽(12)上端向下凹陷有容置槽(15),磁铁(6)内置于容置槽(15)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:容置槽(15)沿凹槽(12)上端面长度方向均匀设置两个以上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:在容置槽(15)开口处于磁铁(6)上方水平设置有避免磁铁(6)掉出的限位片(7)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:在凹槽(12)上端面设置有截面为三角形的加强块(13),容置槽(15)向下延伸至加强块(13)内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶体(1)内铰接设置有提手(5)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶体(1)开口处向外水平延伸有一个用于搭接提手(5)的台阶面(11),每个桶体(1)内对称设置有一对提手(5),提手(5)相背的一侧搭接于桶体(1)两端的台阶面(11)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶体(1)的两侧上端向内凹陷有一配合槽(14),配合槽(14)底部设置有供提手(5)端部铰接的配合孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分类垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶盖(2)包括与相互吸附呈一体的分类收集桶的外壁扣合的主盖、于主盖上对应下方桶体(1)设置的若干投掷口(3)以及于投掷口(3)处铰接设置的转动盖板(4)。
