Abstract
L'ensemble roue (10) comprend une unité de moteur de moyeu (12) présentant au moins deux aimants (14). L'ensemble roue (10) comprend en outre un arbre (16) traversant l'unité de moteur de moyeu (12). La jante (11) est montée au-dessus de l'unité de moteur de moyeu (12). La jante (11) est constituée d'un premier composant (18) et d'un second composant (20), le premier composant (18) présentant des éléments de support intégrés (22). Avec la jante décrite ci-dessus (11), l'entrée des matériaux étrangers comme de l'eau/des particules de saleté est empêchée lorsque la jante (11) scelle l'unité de moteur de moyeu (12). La nouvelle conception de la jante (11) ne nécessite pas de couvercle séparé pour fermer l'unité de moteur de moyeu (12), de sorte que les vis utilisées pour fixer le couvercle ne sont pas nécessaires pendant l'assemblage de l'unité de moteur (12). La partie rotor/rotative préfabriquée sur la jante (11) élimine un processus de soudage requis entre les parties.
