Abstract
一种可折叠引进机构,包括引进梁I(1)、引进梁II(2)、支撑组件,引进梁I(1)固定在特殊节(5)的下方,其一端与引进梁II(2)的一端铰接,支撑组件用于引进梁II(2)平放与折叠后的支撑。支撑组件包括拉杆I(3)和拉杆II(4),拉杆I(3)一端固定在特殊节(5)的上部,另一端与引进梁II(2)铰接,用于引进梁II(2)平放时的支撑。拉杆II(4)一端固定在特殊节(5)的上部,另一端与引进梁II(2)铰接,用于引进梁II(2)折叠时的支撑。上述结构可以扩大起重臂上吊钩的行程,增加最大吊重量。
Description
本发明涉及塔式起重机技术领域,具体涉及一种可折叠引进机构。
塔机的引进机构是塔机自顶升安装过程中的重要结构,安装塔机时需要利用引进机构将标准节引入爬升架内,引进的标准节与下方标准节采用销轴安装的方式,达到提升塔机高度加快安装进程的目的。现有技术中,通过采用的引进机构,因其引进梁为一体式,导致起重臂上的吊钩的最小工作幅度受限,最大起重量减小,同时实际安装所需空间大,不稳定,需在安装空间内移动较大幅度才能安装,费时费力,且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可折叠引进机构,以解决现有技术中存在的占用吊钩移动空间及安装不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种可折叠引进机构,包括引进梁I、引进梁II、支撑组件,所述引进梁I固定在特殊节的下方,其一端与所述引进梁II的一端铰接,支撑组件用于所述引进梁II平放与折叠后的支撑。
进一步地,所述支撑组件包括拉杆I,所述拉杆I一端固定在所述特殊节的上部,另一端与所述引进梁II铰接,用于所述引进梁II平放时的支撑。
进一步地,所述支撑组件还包括拉杆II,其一端固定在所述特殊节的上部,另一端与所述引进梁II铰接,用于所述引进梁II折叠时的支撑。
进一步地,所述引进梁I和所述引进梁II通过销轴连接。
进一步地,所述引进梁I与所述特殊节的下方通过销轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过将引进梁设置为可折叠式,一是为起重臂上的吊钩提供了更多的行走距离,其起吊物重量可进一步提高;二是当引进梁II折叠起来时,可以使整个起重机的支撑架更稳定;三是由于引进梁I与特殊节之间,引进梁I与引进梁II之间均是通过销轴连接,其拆卸比较方便,也便于运输。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种可折叠引进机构,包括引进梁I1、引进梁II2、支撑组件,引进梁I1固定在特殊节5的下方,其一端与引进梁II2的一端铰接,支撑组件用于引进梁II2平放与折叠后的支撑。其中引进梁I1和引进梁II2是一种H型钢,它们主要起滑道的作用,在两个引进梁的边侧挂设有引进小车,引进小车用于将待安装的标准节送到特殊节5下方的空间内。特殊节5是标准节和回转支座的过度节,是一中空框架支撑结构,内部中空的长方体,其下方设置有两个横梁,引进梁I1设置于横梁中间位置的下面,与两个横梁保持垂直,并通过销轴与横梁连接,这样,引进小车其行程就可以沿伸到特殊节内部,继而其吊运的待安装标准节也可以进入爬升架内部,其中销轴连接,便于拆卸与安装。
支撑组件包括拉杆I3,拉杆I3一端固定在特殊节5的上部的横梁中间位置,另一端与引进梁II2铰接,用于引进梁II2平放时的支撑。其中,引进梁I1和引进梁II2通过销轴连接,一是便于折叠,二是便于拆卸与安装。如图2所示,支撑组件还包括拉杆II4,其一端固定在特殊节5的上部,另一端与引进梁II2铰接,用于引进梁II2折叠时的支撑。
上述两个引进梁设置成可折叠方式,由于引进梁II2的长度一般在三米左右,这样起重臂上的吊钩在通向标准节方向的行程增加,吊钩的起吊重物的能力得到加强,这在现实的起吊作业中起到很好的扩能作用。另外,引进梁一般较重,引进梁II2工作完成,折叠起来后,可以加强起重机的稳定性。
拉杆I3和拉杆II4的长度不一样,引进机构工作时,用拉杆I3,引进机构工作完成后,引进梁折叠起来,换成拉杆II4。

- 当然,支撑组件也可以采用钢丝绳与动滑轮的方式,同样可以起到采用拉杆支撑的作用。上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于此,在所属技术领域的技术人员所具备的知识范围内,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下可以作出的各种变化,都处于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
