本实用新型涉及永磁直线电机的技术领域,特别是涉及一种直线驱动电机。
背景技术
永磁直线电机作为其中一种常用的驱动部件,其工作原理是通过磁感组件在通电的情况下会产生行波磁场,此时,位于永磁直线电机内部的磁钢会与行波磁场产生磁感交互,并产生相应的推力,即在该推力作用下实现永磁直线电机上的滑动座与基座产生相对滑动。但是,磁钢传统的布置方式会使得在永磁直线电机两端所产生的推力出现波动,从而影响了滑动座与基座相对滑动的效果。
有益效果
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种直线驱动电机,能够解决永磁直线电机两端会产生推力波动的问题。

一种直线驱动电机,所述直线驱动电机包括:滑动本体、磁生机构与磁性组件,所述磁生机构与所述磁性组件磁性配合并用于驱动所述滑动本体进行动作,所述磁性组件包括第一磁性件、第二磁性件与多个第三磁性件,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与多个所述第三磁性件均沿滑动本体的动作方向在所述滑动本体上间隔设置,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与多个所述第三磁性件均与所述磁生机构磁性配合,所述第一磁性件靠近所述滑动本体沿所述动作方向的其中一端,所述第二磁性件靠近所述滑动本体的沿所述动作方向的另一端,多个所述第三磁性件位于所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件之间,所述第一磁性件的安装厚度与所述第二磁性件的安装厚度均低于所述第三磁性件的安装厚度;或所述第一磁性件的端部表面宽度与所述第二磁性件的端部表面宽度均小于所述第三磁性件的端部表面宽度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述滑动本体包括基座与滑动座,所述滑动座与所述基座滑动配合,所述滑动座与所述基座配合形成安装腔,所述磁生机构与所述磁性组件装设在所述安装腔中,所述磁生机构装设在所述滑动座上,所述磁性组件装设在所述基座上,或所述磁生机构装设在所述基座上,所述磁性组件装设在所述滑动座上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述基座包括安装基板、第一拼接板与第二拼接板,所述第一拼接板与所述安装基板的其中一侧安装配合,所述第二拼接板与所述安装基板的另一侧安装配合,所述第一拼接板与所述第二拼接板相对且间隔设置,所述第一拼接板与所述第二拼接板均与所述滑动座滑动配合。

在其中一个实施例中,所述直线驱动电机还包括霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器装设在所述滑动座或所述基座上,所述霍尔传感器用于检测所述滑动座与所述基座的相对位移。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:上述直线驱动电机在使用时,通过磁生机构与磁性组件磁性配合,从而实现滑动本体自身进行动作。即磁生机构在通电情况下会产生磁场,此时磁性组件会对磁场的磁感线进行切割,从而产生了用于驱动滑动本体自身进行动作的推力。在实现磁生机构与磁性组件磁性配合时,可以将磁生机构装设在滑动本体的动作部(指滑动本体进行动作的部位)上,将磁性组件装设在滑动本体的基面(指滑动本体上与动作部位相对应的固定部分)上。或者将磁生机构装设在滑动本体的基面上,将磁性组件装设在滑动本体的动作部上。进一步地,磁性组件通过第一磁性件、第二磁性件与多个第三磁性件实现与磁生机构的磁性配合,且第一磁性件、第二磁性件与多个第三磁性件均沿滑动本体的滑动方向在滑动本体上间隔设置,从而使得滑动本体自身进行动作的整个过程中能够得到持续的推力。上述直线驱动电机通过将第一磁性件的安装厚度与第二磁性件的安装厚度均低于第三磁性件的安装厚度,或第一磁性件的端部表面宽度与第二磁性件端部表面宽度均小于第三磁性件的端部表面宽度,从而能够有效降低滑动本体两端的推力波动。

如图1至图3所示,在一个实施例中,直线驱动电机包括:滑动本体100、磁生机构200与磁性组件300,磁生机构200与磁性组件300磁性配合并用于驱动滑动本体100自身进行动作,磁性组件300包括第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330,第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330均沿滑动本体100的动作方向在滑动本体100上间隔设置,第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330均与磁生机构200磁性配合,第一磁性件310靠近滑动本体100的沿所述动作方向Y其中一端,第二磁性件320靠近滑动本体100沿所述动作方向Y的另一端,多个第三磁性件330位于第一磁性件310与第二磁性件320之间,第一磁性件310的安装厚度与第二磁性件320的安装厚度均低于第三磁性件330的安装厚度;安装厚度指的是第一磁性件310,第二磁性件320或第三磁性件330在沿垂直于滑动本体100的动作方向Y的Z方向上的厚度。或第一磁性件310的端部表面宽度与第二磁性件320的端部表面宽度均小于第三磁性件330的端部表面宽度。端部表面宽度指的是第一磁性件310,第二磁性件320或第三磁性件330在沿平行于滑动本体100的动作方向Y的方向上的宽度或在垂直于滑动本体100的动作方向Y的X方向上的宽度。
上述直线驱动电机在使用时,通过磁生机构200与磁性组件300磁性配合,从而实现滑动本体100自身进行动作。即磁生机构200在通电情况下会产生磁场,此时磁性组件300会对磁场的磁感线进行切割,从而产生了用于驱动滑动本体100自身进行动作的推力。在实现磁生机构200与磁性组件300磁性配合时,可以将磁生机构200装设在滑动本体100的动作部(指滑动本体100进行动作的部位)上,将磁性组件300装设在滑动本体100的基面(指滑动本体100上与动作部位相对应的固定部分)上。或者将磁生机构200装设在滑动本体100的基面上,将磁性组件300装设在滑动本体100的动作部上。进一步地,磁性组件300通过第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330实现与磁生机构200的磁性配合,且第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330均沿滑动本体100的滑动方向Y在滑动本体100上间隔设置,从而使得滑动本体100自身进行动作的整个过程中能够得到持续的推力。上述直线驱动电机通过将第一磁性件310的安装厚度与第二磁性件320的安装厚度均低于第三磁性件330的安装厚度,或第一磁性件310的端部表面宽度与第二磁性件320端部表面宽度均小于第三磁性件330的端部表面宽度,从而能够有效降低滑动本体100两端的推力波动。
在一个实施例中,磁生机构200指在通电情况下可以产生磁场。例如:铁芯与一个以上的绕组卷设配合。第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330可以为磁钢或磁铁。
在一个实施例中,第一磁性件310与第二磁性件320在滑动本体100内部的安装厚度相一致,即第一磁性件310与第三磁性件330具有第一厚度差,第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330也具有第一厚度差。此时第一厚度差的具体数值可以通过仿真方法(指运用各种模型和技术对实际问题进行建模,并通过试验已解决相应的实际问题)进行确定。
在一个实施例中,第一磁性件310的端部表面宽度指第一磁性件310朝向磁生机构200的端部的宽度。第二磁性件320的端部表面宽度指第二磁性件320朝向磁生机构200的端部的宽度。第三磁性件330的端部表面宽度指第三磁性件330朝向磁生机构200的端部的宽度。例如:第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330可以为矩形端部,则第一磁性件310与第二磁性件320在滑动本体100内部的端部表面宽度相一致,即第一磁性件310与第三磁性件330具有第一宽度差,第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330也具有第一宽度差。此时第一宽度差的具体数值可以通过仿真方法(指运用各种模型和技术对实际问题进行建模,并通过试验已解决相应的实际问题)进行确定。
如图2至图4所示,在一个实施例中,滑动本体100包括基座110与滑动座120,滑动座120与基座110滑动配合,滑动座120与基座110配合形成安装腔130,磁生机构200与磁性组件300装设在安装腔130中,磁生机构200装设在滑动座120上,磁性组件300装设在基座110上,或磁生机构200装设在基座110上,磁性组件300装设在滑动座120上。具体地,在选择滑动座120与基座110时,需要根据磁生机构200在通电情况下所能产生的磁场范围,以确定滑动座120与基座110之间的间隔距离,从而保证磁性组件300在装设到滑动座120或基座110上后,磁性组件300能够有效切割磁生机构200的磁场(另外,这仅仅是其中一种实施方式,还可以根据磁生机构200在通电情况下所能产生的磁场范围,确定磁性组件300在滑动座120或基座110上的安装厚度。)进一步地,在对磁生机构200与磁性组件300进行装设时,可以根据实际需要灵活选择磁生机构200与磁性组件300在滑动本体100上的安装位置,例如:磁生机构200装设在滑动座120上,磁性组件300装设在基座110上,或磁生机构200装设在基座110上,磁性组件300装设在滑动座120上。
如图1所示,在一个实施例中,基座110包括安装基板111、第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113,第一拼接板112与安装基板111的其中一侧安装配合,第二拼接板113与安装基板111的另一侧安装配合,第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113相对且间隔设置。第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113均与滑动座120滑动配合。具体地,通过安装基板111、第一拼接板112、第二拼接板113与滑动座120围成上述安装腔130,通过控制第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113的安装高度,确定滑动座120与安装基板111之间的间隔距离。进一步地,第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113可以与安装基板111卡接固定或螺纹固定。即当需要改变滑动座120与基座110之间的间隔距离时,只需更换不同安装高度的第一拼接板112与第二拼接板113,无需将基座110进行整体更换。
如图1所示,在一个实施例中,第一拼接板112上设有第一滑槽1121,第二拼接板113上设有第二滑槽1131,第一拼接板112通过第一滑槽1121与滑动座120滑动配合,第二拼接板113通过第二滑槽1131与滑动座120滑动配合。具体地,第一拼接板112上的第一滑槽1121可以根据滑动座120的侧部进行对应开设,一方面保证了第一拼接板112与滑动座120的滑动配合效果,另一方面也使得第一拼接板112与滑动座120的对应安装更加方便。第二拼接板113上的第二滑槽1131可以根据滑动座120的侧部进行对应开设,一方面保证了第二拼接板113与滑动座120的滑动配合效果,另一方面也使得第二拼接板113与滑动座120的对应安装更加方便。这仅仅是其中一种实施方式,例如:直线驱动电机还包括第一滑轨140与第二滑轨150,第一滑轨140至少部分收容于第一滑槽1121内并与第一拼接板112安装配合,滑动座120靠近第一拼接板112的一侧与第一滑轨140滑动配合,第二滑轨150至少部分收容于第二滑槽1131内并与第二拼接板113安装配合,滑动座120靠近第二拼接板113的一侧与第二滑轨150滑动配合。上述这种实施方式可以有效降低第一拼接板112与滑动座120之间的滑动摩擦力,及可以有效降低第二拼接板113与滑动座120之间的滑动摩擦力。
如图1所示,在一个实施例中,滑动座120靠近第一拼接板112的一侧设有第三滑槽121,滑动座120靠近第二拼接板113的一侧设有第四滑槽122,滑动座120通过第三滑槽121与第一滑轨140滑动配合,滑动座120通过第四滑槽122与第二滑轨150滑动配合。具体地,滑动座120靠近第一拼接板112的一侧通过第三滑槽121与第一滑轨140滑动配合,滑动座120靠近第二拼接板113的一侧侧通过第四滑槽122与第二滑轨150滑动配合。即使得第一滑轨140能够伸入到滑动座120内部与滑动座120滑动配合,以及第二滑轨150能够伸入到滑动座120内部与滑动座120滑动配合。上述这种实施方式能够避免滑动座120与基座110在滑动连接时留有缝隙,提高了滑动座120与基座110的贴合度,同时也能够有效避免杂质进入到滑轨上(避免直线驱动电机出现异响)。
如图3至图5所示,在一个实施例中,磁生机构200包括铁芯座210与绕组件,绕组件绕设在铁芯座210上,铁芯座210装设在滑动座120上或基座110上。具体地,铁芯座210上间隔设有两个以上的安装柱211,即绕组线圈220可以一一对应的绕设在安装柱211上。即可以通过控制在铁芯座210上加装绕组线圈220的个数来控制磁生机构200的磁感应强度。
如图1所示,在一个实施例中,磁性组件300还包括磁轨340,磁轨340由导磁材料制成,可以将磁感应线完全封闭在安装腔130内,避免磁泄露。磁轨340沿滑动本体100的动作方向Y装设在滑动本体100内部,第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330均间隔装设在磁轨340上,第一磁性件310位于磁轨340沿滑动本体的动作方向Y的其中一端,第二磁性件320位于磁轨340沿滑动本体的动作方向Y的另一端,当铁芯座210装设在滑动座120上时,磁轨340装设在基座110上,且铁芯座210装有绕组的一面朝向磁轨340装有第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330的一面;当铁芯座210装设在基座110上时,磁轨340装设在滑动座120上,且铁芯座210装有绕组的一面朝向磁轨340装有第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与第三磁性件330的一面。
具体地,根据安装需要,为了避免磁生机构200与磁性组件300之间所产生的推力出现波动,多个第三磁性件330需要满足在滑动本体100内部的安装高度相一致,因此,通过磁轨340可以为第三磁性件330提供一个平整的安装面。另外,可以在磁轨340装入滑动本体100之前完成第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330在磁轨340上的安装。相较于直接将第一磁性件310、第二磁性件320与多个第三磁性件330直接装设在滑动座120或基座110上的安装方式,本实施例的这种实施方式安装更加方便,且能够有效降低磁性组件300在安装时所出现的误差。
如图1和图5所示,在一个实施例中,直线驱动电机还包括栅尺400与栅尺读头500,栅尺400装设在基座110上,栅尺读头500装设在滑动座120上,且栅尺读头500的感应端对应朝向栅尺400;或栅尺400装设在滑动座120上,栅尺读头500装设在基座110上,且栅尺读头500的感应端对应朝向栅尺400。具体地,滑动座120与基座110在进行相对移动时,栅尺读头500与栅尺400之间也会产生相对位移,此时栅尺读头500可以通过栅尺400上的测量值进行读取,从而获得滑动座120与基座110的位移变化情况,即可以根据栅尺读头500所反馈的信息结果判断直线驱动电机的工作情况。这仅仅是其中一种实施方式,例如:还可以利用霍尔传感器来检测滑动座120与基座110的相对位移。

  1. 一种直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述直线驱动电机包括:滑动本体、磁生机构与磁性组件,所述磁生机构与所述磁性组件磁性配合并用于驱动所述滑动本体进行动作,所述磁性组件包括第一磁性件、第二磁性件与多个第三磁性件,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与多个所述第三磁性件均沿所述滑动本体的动作方向在所述滑动本体上间隔设置,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与多个所述第三磁性件均与所述磁生机构磁性配合,所述第一磁性件靠近所述滑动本体沿所述动作方向的其中一端,所述第二磁性件靠近所述滑动本体沿所述动作方向的另一端,多个所述第三磁性件位于所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件之间,所述第一磁性件的安装厚度与所述第二磁性件的安装厚度均低于所述第三磁性件的安装厚度;或所述第一磁性件的端部表面宽度与所述第二磁性件的端部表面宽度均小于所述第三磁性件的端部表面宽度。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述第一拼接板上设有第一滑槽,所述第二拼接板上设有第二滑槽,所述第一拼接板通过所述第一滑槽与所述滑动座滑动配合,所述第二拼接板通过所述第二滑槽与所述滑动座滑动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述直线驱动电机还包括第一滑轨与第二滑轨,所述第一滑轨至少部分收容于所述第一滑槽内并与所述第一拼接板安装配合,所述滑动座靠近所述第一拼接板的一侧与所述第一滑轨滑动配合,所述第二滑轨至少部分收容于所述第二滑槽内并与所述第二拼接板安装配合,所述滑动座靠近所述第二拼接板的一侧与所述第二滑轨滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述滑动座靠近所述第一拼接板的一侧设有第三滑槽,所述滑动座靠近所述第二拼接板的一侧设有第四滑槽,所述滑动座通过所述第三滑槽与所述第一滑轨滑动配合,所述滑动座通过所述第四滑槽与所述第二滑轨滑动配合。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述磁生机构包括铁芯座与绕组件,所述绕组件绕设在所述铁芯座上,所述铁芯座装设在所述滑动座上或所述基座上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述磁性组件还包括磁轨,所述磁轨沿所述滑动本体的动作方向装设在所述滑动本体内部,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与所述第三磁性件均间隔装设在所述磁轨上,所述第一磁性件位于所述磁轨沿所述滑动本体的动作方向的其中一端,所述第二磁性件位于所述磁轨沿所述滑动本体的动作方向的另一端,当所述铁芯座装设在所述滑动座上时,所述磁轨装设在所述基座上,且所述铁芯座装有所述绕组件的一面朝向所述磁轨装有所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与所述第三磁性件的一面;当所述铁芯座装设在所述基座上时,所述磁轨装设在所述滑动座上,且所述铁芯座装有所述绕组件的一面朝向所述磁轨装有所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件与所述第三磁性件的一面。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述直线驱动电机还包括栅尺与栅尺读头,所述栅尺装设在所述基座上,所述栅尺读头装设在所述滑动座上,且所述栅尺读头的感应端对应朝向所述栅尺;或所述栅尺装设在所述滑动座上,所述栅尺读头装设在所述基座上,且所述栅尺读头的感应端对应朝向所述栅尺。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的直线驱动电机,其特征在于,所述直线驱动电机还包括霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器装设在所述滑动座或所述基座上,所述霍尔传感器用于检测所述滑动座与所述基座的相对位移。
