牙刷是一种清洁用具,是人们日常生活中必不可少的生活用品,在使用时,通过将牙膏涂抹在牙刷的刷毛上,然后反复洗刷牙齿的各个部位。由于牙刷是需要和人的口腔紧密接触,因此牙刷的清洁极为重要。
根据实际的需要,市面上出现可消毒的牙刷盒,当牙刷不使用时,将牙刷放置于盒体内,并将盖体盖设在盒体上,通过盖体侧壁的杀菌装置对牙刷进行杀菌消毒,实现清洁。
由于牙刷的刷毛是与牙齿紧密接触的部分,因此其清洁极为重要,但是,现有技术中的牙刷盒,盖体的杀菌装置与刷体的刷毛具有一定间隙,对牙刷刷毛的杀菌消毒效果差。

上述提供的杀菌灯为紫外线灯,通过发出紫外光线,实现杀菌消毒。另外,本实施例给出的第一插腔10a为矩形腔体,以便于刷头31可以嵌合在第一插腔10a内稳定插设,当然,根据刷头31的形状,第一插腔10a也可是圆形形状等,其对应的杀菌侧壁11只要是与刷毛相对布置即可,不再赘述。

请结合参阅图1和图3,本发明一实施例中,第一插腔10a还具有两个相对布置的卡位侧壁12,两个卡位侧壁12分别接驳于杀菌侧壁11,每一卡位侧壁12朝另一卡位侧壁12凸出有卡位条121,两卡位条121相对布置。
此处所设的两个卡位条121位于刷头31和刷毛之间的位置,这样,便于刷头31的稳定固定,也方便刷毛的位置正对于杀菌侧壁11。
另外,座体10还具有第二插腔10b,第二插腔10b用于供牙刷的刷柄32插入。当所放置的牙刷为电动牙刷时,电动牙刷可分拆为刷头31和刷柄32,这样,在座体10上所设置的第二插腔10b可以用来固定刷柄32,减小该消毒底座的竖向延伸长度,便于放置。本实施例中给出的第二插腔10b的形状为圆柱状,以配合圆柱状的刷柄32,使刷柄32稳定放置,根据需要,第一插腔10a也可是方形形状或弧面状等,不再赘述。
本实施例中,在第二插腔10b的底部嵌设有无线充电结构,第二插腔10b的底部设有定位柱,用于嵌设在刷柄32的底部定位,这样,该消毒底座还可同时对该刷柄32进行充电,使用方便,根据需要,第二插腔10b的底部也可以为充电触针,以配合不同类型的电动牙刷的刷柄32,不再赘述。
本实施例给出的上述刷头31或刷柄32是放置于消毒底座上方的,刷头31或刷柄32通过重力稳定固定在消毒底座上。或者,在第一插腔10a的两侧侧壁分别可伸缩的设有第一卡位块,在刷头31插入第一插腔10a内后,两个第一卡位块卡嵌在刷头31远离第一插腔10a底壁的两侧,限制刷头31脱离第一插腔10a;同样的,第二插腔10b的两侧侧壁分别可伸缩的设有第二卡位块,在刷柄32插入第二插腔10b后,两个第二卡位块卡嵌在刷柄32的两侧侧壁,限制刷柄32脱离第二刷腔;这样,根据需要可不限该消毒底座的设置方位,如将消毒底座设置在上方或侧放,均可保证其内的刷头31和刷柄32的稳定固定,避免脱离。
请结合参阅图1和图2,消毒底座还包括罩体20,罩体20罩设于座体10,座体10和罩体20之间形成有放置腔,放置腔用于容纳牙刷。
通过所设的罩体20可避免外部的灰尘进入,以对内部的刷头31或刷柄32进行保护,同时,该罩体20还可作为水杯进行使用。
本实施例中,所给出的罩体20为与座体10对应的圆柱状结构,当然,根据实际需求,其形状不限于此处所给出的结构,如其还可以为长方体状,或顶部是弧面状的结构,不再赘述。
作为另外实施例,罩体20的内部还可设有杀菌结构,以进一步进行杀菌消毒。
请结合参阅图1和图2,并且,座体10具有朝向罩体20的放置表面,放置表面的外周形成有固定凹槽10c,罩体20的端部置于固定凹槽10c内。
这样,以便于罩体20固定于座体10上,具体的,上述固定凹槽10c为环状缺口,罩体20罩设于座体10上时,罩体20的外侧壁于座体10的外侧壁平滑过渡,第一插腔10a位于放置腔的底部。
罩体20的端部设有多个第一磁吸块,固定凹槽10c内设有多个第二磁吸块,第一磁吸块与第二磁吸块磁吸连接。这样,罩体20和座体10之间通过磁吸连接实现固定,方便安装或拆卸。
或者,座体10的侧壁和罩体20之间可通过卡扣结构相连接,即在罩体20的内侧壁凸出有卡勾,在座体10的侧壁形成有卡孔,实现安装或拆卸。
或者,罩体20和座体10还可通过螺纹连接,即,在座体10的顶部具有外螺纹,在罩体20的内侧壁具有内螺纹,直线罩体20和座体10之间的连接固定。当然,罩体20和座体10之间的可拆连接不限于上述固定方式,凡是可实现罩体20和座体10之间的可拆连接均可运用到本发明中。
此外,为了固定上述刷头31或刷柄32,罩体20的内侧壁抵接于刷头31或刷柄32,这样,当罩体20固定于座体10上后,无论座体10的方位如何,均可保证内部的刷头31或刷柄32稳定固定,避免脱离第一插腔10a或第二插腔10b。
请结合参阅图4,座体10内设有主板14,主板14上设有供电接口141,供电接口141伸出于座体10的侧壁,主板14电性连接于杀菌灯。
这样,通过该供电接口141可对内部的杀菌灯实现供电,并且,该主板14电性连接于上述无线充电结构,以同时可对刷柄32进行充电。进一步的,在该座体10内还设有蓄电池,该蓄电池与主板14电性连接,在通过供电接口141供电时,同时对蓄电池进行充电,当不再通过供电接口141供电后,可通过该蓄电池对内部的杀菌灯或充电结构充电,以便于该消毒底座携带使用,更为便携;本实施例中,该供电接口141为USB接口,且在座体10的侧壁设有可活动的USB保护垫,以避免灰尘进入,当然,该供电接口141还可以为Type-c接口等,不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 消毒底座,其特征在于,包括座体,所述座体中具有顶部开口的第一插腔,所述第一插腔用于供牙刷的刷头插入;所述第一插腔具有杀菌侧壁,所述刷头的刷毛朝向所述杀菌侧壁布置,所述杀菌侧壁内设有杀菌灯。
- 如权利要求1所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述杀菌侧壁为透明壁,所述杀菌灯位于所述座体内,所述杀菌灯朝向所述第一插腔的杀菌侧壁布置。
- 如权利要求2所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述座体内设有第一插槽,所述第一插槽的槽底连通于所述第一插腔,所述杀菌侧壁嵌设于所述第一插槽内。
- 如权利要求3所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述座体内还设有第二插槽,所述第二插槽与所述第一插槽相对布置,所述第二插槽内嵌设有灯体电路板,所述杀菌灯设于所述灯体电路板上。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述第一插腔还具有两个相对布置的卡位侧壁,两个所述卡位侧壁分别接驳于所述杀菌侧壁,每一所述卡位侧壁朝另一所述卡位侧壁凸出有卡位条,两个所述卡位侧壁上卡位条相对布置。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述座体还具有顶部开口的第二插腔,所述第二插腔用于供牙刷的刷柄插入。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述消毒底座包括罩体,所述罩体罩设于所述座体,所述座体和所述罩体之间形成有放置腔,所述第一插腔位于所述放置腔的底部,所述放置腔用于容纳牙刷。
- 如权利要求7所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述座体具有朝向所述罩体的放置表面,所述第一插腔的顶部开口形成在所述放置表面上;所述放置表面的外周形成有固定凹槽,当所述罩体罩设在座体上后,所述罩体的端部置于所述固定凹槽内。
- 如权利要求8所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述罩体的端部设有多个第一磁吸块,所述固定凹槽内设有多个第二磁吸块,所述第一磁吸块与所述第二磁吸块磁吸连接。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的消毒底座,其特征在于,所述座体内设有主板,所述主板上设有供电接口,所述供电接口伸出于所述座体的侧壁,所述主板电性连接于所述杀菌灯。
