Description
本发明涉及椰子加工技术领域,具体涉及一种青椰削皮成型机。
椰子在我国的种植历史已有两千多年,种植地主要分布在海南省,以海南文昌、三亚、万宁和陵水等市县为主要产区。海南是我国唯一的椰子产业规模化地区,而由此发展起的椰子种植、加工、运输、储存、销售等相关产业年产值高达70多亿元。由于青椰本身体积大,椰汁取出后易变质,而椰汁在青椰内有较长的保存时间,因此,在青椰进一步加工前需要将青椰削皮成型,以达到保存椰汁、减小体积的目的,而青椰削皮成型的过程作为椰子加工前的关键工序在技术层面上来说仍是目前的一大难题,国内青椰去皮成型过程几乎没有是使用一个成型的机器完成的,大都是采用人力的方法削皮取汁,这样的方式存在卫生保障差、安全性低以及工作效率低等问题;且现有的青椰去皮装置都是需要进行人工将椰料扎入推送装置上,需要进行停机上料,不能实现同时上料和去皮。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种青椰削皮成型机,旨在解决上述青椰去皮卫生保障差、安全性低以及工作效率低,且不能实现同时上料和去皮的问题。
本发明提供了一种青椰削皮成型机,包括支架、旋转推送装置、切断装置、切削装置以及送料装置,所述旋转推送装置设于所述支架的一侧,所述支架的另一侧设有工作槽,所述切断装置设于所述支架两侧并位于所述工作槽的一端; 所述切削装置设于所述支架两侧并位于所述工作槽的另一端;所述送料装置设于所述支架的一侧,所述送料装置的一侧设有间歇驱动装置,所述间歇驱动装置通过连接所述送料装置,以驱动所述送料装置进行间歇转动送料。

实施例1:
如图1至图6所示,本发明提供了一种青椰削皮成型机,包括支架1、旋转推送装置、切断装置、切削装置以及送料装置,旋转推送装置设于支架1的一侧,支架1的另一侧设有工作槽2,工作槽2截面为半圆形结构。切断装置设于支架1两侧并位于工作槽2的一端,以对去皮后的青椰进行切断尾部,以使去皮后的青椰通过工作槽2间的出料孔进行出料。切削装置设于支架1两侧并位于工作槽2的另一端,以对进入工作槽2内的青椰进行切削去皮。送料装置设于支架1的一侧,并位于工作槽2的前端。送料装置的一侧设有间歇驱动装置,间歇驱动装置通过连接送料装置,以驱动送料装置进行间歇转动送料。通过设置旋转推送装置、切断装置以及切削装置,实现了对青椰皮去除的智能一体化,解决了人力去椰皮效率低的问题,且有效提高卫生性、大大降低了劳动强度,有效提高了人员工作安全性。
具体地,送料装置包括限位板21、转杆22、送料盒23以及滚轮24,限位板21固定连接于支架1的一面,间歇驱动装置设于限位板21的另一面,转杆22与间歇驱动装置进行连接。送料盒23可转动设于转杆22的两端,送料盒23为截面半圆形结构的盒体,送料盒23的一侧设有挡板26,以降低青椰从倾斜的滑道进入到送料盒23时出现跌落的问题出现。限位板21上设有环形限位槽25,滚轮24可转动位于环形限位槽25内,以通过间歇驱动装置驱动转杆22进行转动,从而使铰接或者轴承连接于转杆22两端上的送料盒23绕限位板21圆心进行转动。送料盒23在绕限位板21圆心进行转动的过程中,通过滚轮24在环形限位槽25内进行运动,以实现送料盒23自身的转动,从而使送料盒23的开口始终竖直向上。通过设置送料装置,并结合间歇驱动装置进行间歇上料,有效 避免了需要人工进行停机上料的操作,青椰上料和去皮可同步进行,进一步提高了青椰的去皮效率,自动化程度高,大大降低了人工劳动力成本。
具体地,旋转推送装置包括第一电机31、减速器32、第一电动推杆33以及固定板34,第一电机31设于支架1上,减速器32的输入端连接于第一电机31的输出端,第一电动推杆33连接于减速器32的输出端,固定板34连接于第一电动推杆33的端部,固定板34上均布设有多个锥子341。减速器32固定在支架1上,用于降低第一电机31的转速,第一电动推杆33通过轴承与减速器32固定在同一轴线上,固定板34固定在第一电动推杆33上与第一电动推杆33一起绕轴转动,通过锥子341将青椰扎入固定板34上进行固定,从而使固定板34带动青椰进行转动。第一电动推杆33为多级推杆,第一电动推杆33内部含动力源使第一电动推杆33本身可沿着杆的方向运动,固定板34受推杆沿杆方向的力对青椰进行固定。
具体地,切削装置为两组,两组切削装置沿水平面相对应设于支架1两侧并位于切断装置前端。每组切削装置包括第二电机41、曲柄连杆机构42以及去表皮刀具43,两个第二电机41分别设于工作槽2两侧,每组切削装置由一个第二电机41控制切削进给量。曲柄连杆机构42连接于第二电机41的输出端,两个去表皮刀具43分别位于工作槽2内两侧,去表皮刀具43与曲柄连杆机构42进行铰接。第二电机41固定在支架1上为去表皮机构提供旋转动力,曲柄连杆机构42与第二电机41的输出端进行铰接。曲柄连杆机构42包括曲柄和连杆,曲柄与连杆进行铰接,曲柄铰接于第二电机41的输出端,第二电机41通过连接外接电源驱动曲柄旋转带动连杆运动。去表皮刀具43与连杆进行铰接,以跟随连杆运动,从而推动去表皮刀具43向工作槽2的中心线靠拢,以对青椰的表皮进行切除。进一步地,工作槽2两侧的去表皮刀具43的刀刃互相平行,且不 位于同一个平面上,以使工作槽2两侧的去表皮刀具43能够保持与青椰外表面相切的方向进行进给切除表皮。进一步地,工作槽2分成三段槽口式,槽口边缘供切削装置上的刀具在沿着原定方向上运动,工作槽2在切削装置和旋转推送装置的配合下能实现完整的切削青椰皮的作用。
具体地,切断装置为两组,两组切断装置沿水平面相对应设于工作槽2两侧并位于推送装置前端。每组切断装置包括切断刀51和第二电动推杆52,两个第二电动推杆52分别设于工作槽2的两侧,两个切断刀51分别设于工作槽2内两侧并位于锥子341的前端,切断刀51连接于第二电动推杆52的输出端。以通过切断刀51对青椰的前端和后端进行切除。当固定板34从送料装置上将青椰扎取后,青椰的头部在第一电动推杆33的推动下首先进入到切断装置区域,此时,第二电动推杆52接通电源进行工作,以推动切断刀51对青椰的头部进行切除。切除头部的青椰在第一电动推杆33的作用下进入到切削装置区域进行表皮的切削,切削表皮完成后,第二电动推杆52再次推动切断刀51进行运动,以将青椰的底部切除,此时,青椰从固定板34上掉落,以通过工作槽2底部的出料口5进行出料。
具体地,间歇驱动装置包括第三电机61、转盘62以及间歇盘63,第三电机61设于限位板21上,转盘62连接于第三电机61的输出端,间歇盘63与转杆22进行连接。间歇盘63上沿间歇盘63平面互相垂直设有四个导向槽631,转盘62上设有导向凸起621,导向凸起621通过第三电机61转动与导向槽631进行转动配合,以带动间歇盘63进行间歇转动。从而可实现上料和青椰扎取固定于固定板34上进行同步,进一步提高青椰的去皮效率,减少削皮成型机的停机操作时间,提高青椰的加工速度。
具体地,限位板21位于固定板34一侧设有用于通过青椰的圆孔211,送料 盒23的底部通过圆板铰接于转杆22的端部,当送料盒23的青椰跟随送料盒23运动至圆孔211处时,第一电动推杆33伸出以使固定板34上的锥子341对青椰进行扎取固定。此时,转杆22转动角度90度,以使送料盒23脱离圆孔211,第一电动推杆33推动固定板34将插好后的青椰通过圆孔211进入工作槽2内的切削装置区域进行去皮。
实施例2:
如图4所示,结合实施例1的技术方案,本实施例中,环形限位槽25包括第一环形限位槽251和第二环形限位槽252,第一环形限位槽251设于限位板21的竖直平面下端,第二环形限位槽252设于限位板21的竖直平面上端。第一环形限位槽251和第二环形限位槽252为凹槽结构。滚轮24包括第一滚轮241和第二滚轮242,第一滚轮241设于送料盒23的上侧,第二滚轮242设于送料盒23的下侧,第一滚轮241沿竖直方向设于送料盒23的下端,第二滚轮242沿竖直方向设于送料盒23的上端。第一滚轮241位于第一环形限位槽251内,第二滚轮242位于第二环形限位槽252内。第一滚轮241结合第一环形限位槽251对送料盒23的上端进行限位,第二滚轮242结合第二环形限位槽252对送料盒23的下端进行限位,以保持送料盒23在跟随转杆22进行转动的过程中始终开口向上。且通过设置第一滚轮241和第二滚轮242,可有效防止送料盒23通过位于工作槽2内前端的限位板21上的圆孔211时出现晃动的问题出现。当转杆22带动送料盒23通过圆孔211的过程中,第一滚轮241脱离第一环形限位槽251时,第二滚轮242通过在第二环形限位槽252内运动以对送料盒23进行限位。当送料盒23上端的第二滚轮242脱离第二环形限位槽252进入到圆孔211内时,此时送料盒23下端的第一滚轮241进入到第一环形限位槽251内,以通过第一滚轮241对送料盒23进行限位,以使送料盒23在通过圆孔211时 依然能够保持开口向上,有效降低了第一电动推杆33与送料盒23进行干涉的问题出现。通过设置环形限位槽25和滚轮24,有效保证了送料盒23在限位板21跟随转杆22进行转动的过程中,送料盒23的开口始终朝上,以便于青椰的进料和出料,有效降低了青椰在跟随送料盒23进行转动的过程中出现掉落的问题。
实施例3:
如图3所示,结合实施例1和实施例2的技术方案,本实施例中,青椰削皮成型机还包括挡椰板3,挡椰板3的一侧连接于工作槽2的端部。挡椰板3上设有滑槽30,去表皮刀具43包括矩形部431和三角形部432,矩形部431铰接于曲柄连杆机构42上,三角形部432连接于矩形部431的端部,三角形部432的端部位于滑槽30内。去表皮刀具43末端的三角形部432嵌入挡椰板3上滑槽30中,故去表皮刀具43在挡椰板3滑槽30中沿着滑槽30方向移动。第二电动推杆52固定在支架1上,内含动力源供推杆沿着杆的方向移动,切断刀51固定在第二电动推杆52上,内含动力源供推杆沿着杆的方向移动,切断刀51工作时沿着杆的方向朝靠近工作槽2中轴线的方向切削青椰底皮至一平面,故青椰皮最终在去表皮刀具43和去底皮刀具的作用下切削成钻石型。进一步地,工作槽2两侧的去表皮刀具43为对称式且具有弹性的特殊刀具,在其受连杆的带动下同时受挡椰板3槽口的约束最终在槽口内沿直线平动,实现了去表皮刀具43在沿着滑槽30朝靠近工作槽2中轴线方向运动时均能切削的作用。
实施例4:
如图6所示,结合实施例1至实施例3的技术方案,本实施例中,青椰削皮成型机还包括去皮杆4,去皮杆4固定连接于减速器32上,固定板34上相对应于去皮杆4处设有通孔,通孔与去皮杆4进行间隙配合。固定板34在第一电 动推杆33收缩运动的过程中,固定板34通过去皮杆4将扎在锥子341上的青椰底皮推出,以便于锥子341对下一个需要去皮的青椰进行扎取固定,提高青椰在落料和上料的衔接效率。

Claims (10)
- 一种青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,包括支架(1)、旋转推送装置、切断装置、切削装置以及送料装置,所述旋转推送装置设于所述支架(1)的一侧,所述支架(1)的另一侧设有工作槽(2),所述切断装置设于所述支架(1)两侧并位于所述工作槽(2)的一端;所述切削装置设于所述支架(1)两侧并位于所述工作槽(2)的另一端;所述送料装置设于所述支架(1)的一侧,所述送料装置的一侧设有间歇驱动装置,所述间歇驱动装置通过连接所述送料装置,以驱动所述送料装置进行间歇转动送料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述送料装置包括限位板(21)、转杆(22)、送料盒(23)以及滚轮(24),所述限位板(21)固定连接于所述支架(1)的一面,所述间歇驱动装置设于所述限位板(21)的另一面,所述转杆(22)与所述间歇驱动装置进行连接;所述送料盒(23)可转动设于所述转杆(22)的两端;所述限位板(21)上设有环形限位槽(25),所述滚轮(24)可转动位于所述环形限位槽(25)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述旋转推送装置包括第一电机(31)、减速器(32)、第一电动推杆(33)以及固定板(34),所述第一电机(31)设于所述支架(1)上,所述减速器(32)的输入端连接于所述第一电机(31)的输出端,所述第一电动推杆(33)连接于所述减速器(32)的输出端,所述固定板(34)连接于所述第一电动推杆(33)的端部,所述固定板(34)上均布设有多个锥子(341)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述切削装置为两组,两组所述切削装置沿水平面相对应设于所述支架(1)两侧并位于所述切断装置前端;每组所述切削装置包括第二电机(41)、曲柄连杆机构(42)以及去表皮刀具(43),两个所述第二电机(41)分别设于所述工作槽(2)两侧, 所述曲柄连杆机构(42)连接于所述第二电机(41)的输出端,两个所述去表皮刀具(43)分别位于所述工作槽(2)内两侧,所述去表皮刀具(43)与所述曲柄连杆机构(42)进行铰接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述切断装置为两组,两组所述切断装置沿水平面相对应设于所述工作槽(2)两侧并位于所述推送装置前端;每组所述切断装置包括切断刀(51)和第二电动推杆(52),两个所述第二电动推杆(52)分别设于所述工作槽(2)的两侧,两个所述切断刀(51)分别设于所述工作槽(2)内两侧并位于所述锥子(341)的前端,所述切断刀(51)连接于所述第二电动推杆(52)的输出端。
- 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述间歇驱动装置包括第三电机(61)、转盘(62)以及间歇盘(63),所述第三电机(61)设于所述限位板(21)上,所述转盘(62)连接于所述第三电机(61)的输出端,所述间歇盘(63)与所述转杆(22)进行连接;所述间歇盘(63)沿盘平面互相垂直设有四个导向槽(631),所述转盘(62)上设有导向凸起(621),所述导向凸起(621)通过所述第三电机(61)转动与所述导向槽(631)进行转动配合,以带动所述间歇盘(63)进行间歇转动。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述限位板(21)位于所述固定板(34)一侧设有用于通过青椰的圆孔(211)。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,所述环形限位槽(25)包括第一环形限位槽(251)和第二环形限位槽(252),所述第一环形限位槽(251)设于所述限位板(21)的竖直平面下端,所述第二环形限位槽(252)设于所述限位板(21)的竖直平面上端;所述滚轮(24)包括第一滚轮(241)和第二滚轮(242),所述第一滚轮(241)沿竖直方向设于所述送料 盒(23)的下端,所述第二滚轮(242)沿竖直方向设于所述送料盒(23)的上端,所述第一滚轮(241)位于所述第一环形限位槽(251)内,所述第二滚轮(242)位于所述第二环形限位槽(252)内。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,还包括挡椰板(3),所述挡椰板(3)的一侧连接于所述工作槽(2)的端部;所述挡椰板(3)上设有滑槽(30),所述去表皮刀具(43)包括矩形部(431)和三角形部(432),所述矩形部(431)铰接于所述曲柄连杆机构(42)上,所述三角形部(432)连接于所述矩形部(431)的端部,所述三角形部(432)的端部位于所述滑槽(30)内。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的青椰削皮成型机,其特征在于,还包括去皮杆(4),所述去皮杆(4)固定连接于所述减速器(32)上,所述固定板(34)上相对应于所述去皮杆(4)处设有通孔,所述通孔与所述去皮杆(4)进行间隙配合。
