如图1至图5所示,一种具有除尘功能的风选机,包括机架(图中未示出),以及设置在机架上的风选机本体1和除尘机构,其中机架的底部安装有行走轮,便于整个装置的移动和搬运。
如图1所示,风选机本体1的顶部设有出尘口,除尘机构包括第一除尘器11、第二除尘器12、排风通道13和控制器(图中未示出)。其中,出尘口处设有排气切换装置2,该排气切换装置2能够交替导通出尘口与第一除尘器11、出尘口与第二除尘器12,使得第一除尘器11和第二除尘器12能够交替运行,而风选机本体1能够连续运行,提高除尘效率。
如图4所示,具体地,排气切换装置2包括外壳3,外壳3的侧部通过连接管4与出尘口连接;外壳3的顶部通过第一含尘进气管5与第一除尘器11连接,第一含尘进气管5的两端分别为第一入口6和第一出口,第一入口6位于外壳3的内部,第一出口位于第一除尘器11的内部;外壳3的底部通过第二含尘进气管7与第二除尘器12连接,第二含尘进气管7的两端分别为第二入口8和第二出口,第二入口8位于外壳3的内部,第二出口位于第二除尘器12的内部;具体地,第二入口8位于第一入口6的正下方。
排气切换装置2还包括活动地设于第一入口6与第二入口8之间的活动封板10,活动封板10具有第一工作位置及第二工作位置,当处于第一工作位置时,活动封板10封堵第二入口8,出尘口与第一除尘器11连通;当处于第二工作位置时,活动封板10封堵第一入口6,出尘口与第二除尘器连通。
排气切换装置2还包括用于驱动活动封板10在第一工作位置与第二工作位置之间转换的驱动装置。本实施例中,驱动装置为输出轴朝下地设置的驱动气缸9,驱动气缸9设于外壳3的顶部,该驱动气缸9的输出轴贯穿外壳3并延伸至外壳3的内部,活动封板10连接在输出轴上,活动封板10能够沿上下方向运动地设于第一入口6与第二入口8之间。外壳3的顶部还设有供输出轴通过的通孔,通孔与输出轴之间设置有密封环30。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,第一除尘器11和第二除尘器12的结构相同,均包括除尘室14、设置在除尘室14顶部的净气室15、设置在除尘室14底部的集灰斗31、设置在除尘室14内的布袋支架16、安装在布袋支架16底部的多个开口向上的布袋滤芯17,以及 设置在除尘室14内的反冲清灰装置。其中,集灰斗31的底部设有卸灰阀32,布袋滤芯17的开口与净气室15密封连接,第一含尘进气管5的第一出口、第二含尘进气管7的第二出口分别与除尘室14连接,且均位于布袋滤芯17的外部。除尘室14内还设有用于检测布袋滤芯17对布袋支架16压力的压力传感器18。上述控制器与压力传感器18及驱动气缸9电性连接,控制器能够接收来自压力传感器18的检测信号,并控制驱动气缸9驱动活动封板10在第一工作位置与第二工作位置之间转换。
除尘室14包括相对设置的第一侧壁19和第二侧壁20,该第一侧壁19和第二侧壁20的内侧分别设有支撑块21,两个支撑块21的上表面位于同一水平面上,布袋支架16水平地设置在两个支撑块21的上方,每个支撑块21与布袋支架16之间均设有上述压力传感器18。
具体地,支撑块21与布袋支架16这两个部件中的一个部件上固定连接有沿上下方向延伸的导杆22,另一个部件上开设有滑孔,导杆22沿上下方向滑动地插设在滑孔内,导杆22与滑孔之间还连接有用于提供驱使两者相互靠近或远离所需作用力的弹性件。本实施例中,导杆22固定连接在支撑块21顶部,滑孔开设在布袋支架16上,弹性件为支撑弹簧23。
压力传感器18具有压力测量端,压力传感器18固定连接在支撑块21与布袋支架16这两个部件中的一个部件上,压力测量端抵顶在另一个部件上。本实施例中,压力传感器18固定在支撑块21的顶部,压力测量端抵顶在布袋支架16的底部。
上述控制器还与反冲清灰装置电性连接,反冲清灰装置具有待机状态及清灰状态,当第一除尘器11的反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,活动封板10处于第二工作位置,第二除尘器12的反冲清灰装置处于待机状态;当第二除尘器12的反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,活动封板10处于第一工作位置,第一除尘器11的反冲清灰装置处于待机状态。
如图2所示,反冲清灰装置包括设置在布袋支架16上方的喷吹管24、沿喷吹管24的长度方向间隔地设置的多根的喷吹支管29,以及设置在喷吹管24一端部的电磁脉冲阀25,具体地,喷吹支管29与布袋滤芯17一一对应,每根喷吹支管29的出风口与对应的布袋滤芯17的内腔相连通,电磁脉冲阀25设置在除尘室14的外部并与控制器电性连接。
如图1所示,排风通道13内设有风机26,该排风通道13与第一除尘器11的净气室15之间连接有第一净气出气管27,排风通道13与第二除尘器12的净气室15之间连接有第二净气出气管28。
下面阐述本实施例的具有除尘功能的风选机的具体工作过程:
使用时,首先驱动气缸9输出轴的活塞杆处于伸出状态,活动封板10处于第一工作位置,此时第一除尘器11处于工作状态,从出尘口排出的含尘空气通过第一含尘进气管5排入第一除尘器11的除尘室14内,细小的粉尘随着气流漂移到布袋滤芯17时被捕捉过滤, 清洁的空气则穿过布袋滤芯17并进入净气室15,之后通过第一净气出气管27进入排风通道13,最后从排风通道13排出,实现了风选机的除尘。
随着粉尘不断地被捕捉,第一除尘器11中布袋滤芯17的重量将逐渐增加,导致布袋支架16作用于压力传感器18的压力逐渐增大,当该压力大于压力传感器18预设的压力值时,压力传感器18将发送信号至控制器,控制器接收到该信号时将控制第一除尘器11中的反冲清灰装置转换为清灰状态。
具体地,由控制器控制第一除尘器11的反冲清灰装置中的电磁脉冲阀25打开,从而通过喷吹管24以及喷吹支管29将堆积在布袋滤芯17上的灰尘吹落入集灰斗31中;并且,控制器在接收到来自压力传感器18的信号时,还将控制驱动气缸9的输出轴缩回,从而驱动活动封板10转换至第二工作位置,此时第二除尘器12处于工作状态,从出尘口排出的含尘空气将通过第二含尘进气管7排入第二除尘器12的除尘室14内,由第二除尘器12进行除尘工作。
直到第二除尘器12中布袋支架16作用于压力传感器18的压力大于其预设的压力值时,控制器将控制第二除尘器12中的反冲清灰装置转换为清灰状态,同时控制器将控制驱动气缸9的活塞杆再次伸出,活动封板10再次转换至第一工作位置,第一除尘器11处于工作状态。通过使第一除尘器11和第二除尘器12循环交替工作,有效提高了除尘效率。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种具有除尘功能的风选机,其结构合理,除尘效果好,有利于提高粮食品质,且减少对环境的污染。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:包括机架,以及设置在所述机架上的风选机本体和除尘机构,所述风选机本体具有出尘口,所述除尘机构至少包括第一除尘器和第二除尘器,所述风选机还包括能够交替导通所述出尘口与所述第一除尘器、所述出尘口与所述第二除尘器的排气切换装置,所述排气切换装置设于所述出尘口、所述第一除尘器及所述第二除尘器三者之间;
    所述机架的底部安装有行走轮;
    所述排气切换装置与所述第一除尘器之间连接有具有第一入口的第一含尘进气管,所述排气切换装置与所述第二除尘器之间连接有具有第二入口的第二含尘进气管,所述排气切换装置包括活动地设于所述第一入口与所述第二入口之间的活动封板,所述活动封板具有第一工作位置及第二工作位置,当所述活动封板处于第一工作位置时,所述活动封板封堵所述第二入口,所述出尘口与所述第一除尘器连通;当所述活动封板处于第二工作位置时,所述活动封板封堵所述第一入口,所述出尘口与所述第二除尘器连通;所述排气切换装置还包括用于驱动所述活动封板在所述第一工作位置与所述第二工作位置之间转换的驱动装置;
    所述第一入口与所述第二入口沿上下方向间隔且相对地设置,所述活动封板能够沿上下方向运动地设于所述第一入口与所述第二入口之间;
    所述第一除尘器与所述第二除尘器均包括除尘室、设置在所述除尘室顶部的净气室、设置在所述除尘室内的布袋支架、安装在所述布袋支架底部的多个开口向上的布袋滤芯、设置在所述除尘室内的反冲清灰装置,所述布袋滤芯的开口与所述净气室密封连接,所述第一含尘进气管具有与所述除尘室连接且位于所述布袋滤芯外部的第一出口,所述第二含尘进气管具有与所述除尘室连接且位于所述布袋滤芯外部的第二出口,所述除尘室内还设有用于检测所述布袋滤芯对所述布袋支架的压力的压力传感器,所述除尘机构还包括且用于接收所述压力传感器的检测信号并控制所述活动封板在所述第一工作位置与所述第二工作位置之间转换的控制器,所述控制器与所述压力传感器及所述驱动装置电性连接;
    所述除尘机构还包括排风通道,所述排风通道包括风机、连接在所述风机与所述第一除尘器的所述净气室之间的第一净气出气管,以及连接在所述风机与所述第二除尘器的所述净气室之间的第二净气出气管;
    所述除尘室的底部设有集灰斗,所述集灰斗的底部设有卸灰阀;
    所述除尘室包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁的内侧均设有支撑块,所述布袋支架设于两个所述支撑块之间,所述布袋支架与每个所述支撑块之间均设有所述压力传感器;
    两个所述支撑块的上表面位于同一水平面上,所述布袋支架水平地设置在两个所述支撑块的上方;
    所述支撑块与所述布袋支架这两个部件中的一个部件上固定连接有沿上下方向延伸的导杆,另一个部件上开设有滑孔,所述导杆沿上下方向滑动地插设在所述滑孔内,所述导杆与所述滑孔之间还连接有用于提供驱使两者相互靠近或远离所需作用力的弹性件;
    所述压力传感器具有压力测量端,所述压力传感器固定连接在所述支撑块与所述布袋支架这两个部件中的一个部件上,所述压力测量端抵顶在另一个部件上;
    所述控制器还与所述反冲清灰装置电性连接,所述反冲清灰装置具有待机状态及清灰状态,当所述第一除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,所述活动封板处于第二工作位置,所述第二除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于待机状态;当所述第二除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,所述活动封板处于第一工作位置,所述第一除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于待机状态;
    所述反冲清灰装置包括设置在所述布袋支架上方的喷吹管、沿所述喷吹管的长度方向间隔地设置的多根的喷吹支管,以及设置在所述喷吹管一端部的电磁脉冲阀,所述喷吹支管与所述布袋滤芯一一对应,每根所述喷吹支管的出风口与对应的所述布袋滤芯的内腔相连通,所述电磁脉冲阀与所述控制器电性连接。
  2. 一种具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:包括机架,以及设置在所述机架上的风选机本体和除尘机构,所述风选机本体具有出尘口,所述除尘机构至少包括第一除尘器和第二除尘器,所述风选机还包括能够交替导通所述出尘口与所述第一除尘器、所述出尘口与所述第二除尘器的排气切换装置,所述排气切换装置设于所述出尘口、所述第一除尘器及所述第二除尘器三者之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述机架的底部安装有行走轮。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述排气切换装置与所述第一除尘器之间连接有具有第一入口的第一含尘进气管,所述排气切换装置与所述第二除尘器之间连接有具有第二入口的第二含尘进气管,所述排气切换装置包括活动地设于所述第一入口与所述第二入口之间的活动封板,所述活动封板具有第一工作位置及第二工作位置,当所述活动封板处于第一工作位置时,所述活动封板封堵所述第二入口,所述出尘口与所述第一除尘器连通;当所述活动封板处于第二工作位置时,所述活动封板封堵所述第一入口,所述出尘口与所述第二除尘器连通;所述排气切换装置还包括用于驱动所述活动封板在所述第一工作位置与所述第二工作位置之间转换的驱动装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述第一入口与所述第二入口沿上下方向间隔且相对地设置,所述活动封板能够沿上下方向运动地设于所述第一入口与所述第二入口之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述第一除尘器与所述第二除尘器均包括除尘室、设置在所述除尘室顶部的净气室、设置在所述除尘室内的布袋支架、安装在所述布袋支架底部的多个开口向上的布袋滤芯、设置在所述除尘室内的反冲清灰装置,所述布袋滤芯的开口与所述净气室密封连接,所述第一含尘进气管具有与所述除尘室连接且位于所述布袋滤芯外部的第一出口,所述第二含尘进气管具有与所述除尘室连接且位于所述布袋滤芯外部的第二出口,所述除尘室内还设有用于检测所述布袋滤芯对所述布袋支架的压力的压力传感器,所述除尘机构还包括且用于接收所述压力传感器的检测信号并控制所述活动封板在所述第一工作位置与所述第二工作位置之间转换的控制器,所述控制器与所述压力传感器及所述驱动装置电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述除尘机构还包括排风通道,所述排风通道包括风机、连接在所述风机与所述第一除尘器的所述净气室之间的第一净气出气管,以及连接在所述风机与所述第二除尘器的所述净气室之间的第二净气出气管。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述除尘室的底部设有集灰斗,所述集灰斗的底部设有卸灰阀。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述除尘室包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁的内侧均设有支撑块,所述布袋支架设于两个所述支撑块之间,所述布袋支架与每个所述支撑块之间均设有所述压力传感器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:两个所述支撑块的上表面位于同一水平面上,所述布袋支架水平地设置在两个所述支撑块的上方。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述支撑块与所述布袋支架这两个部件中的一个部件上固定连接有沿上下方向延伸的导杆,另一个部件上开设有滑孔,所述导杆沿上下方向滑动地插设在所述滑孔内,所述导杆与所述滑孔之间还连接有用于提供驱使两者相互靠近或远离所需作用力的弹性件。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述压力传感器具有压力测量端,所述压力传感器固定连接在所述支撑块与所述布袋支架这两个部件中的一个部件上,所述压力测量端抵顶在另一个部件上。
  13. 根据权利要求6至12任一项所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述控制器还与所述反冲清灰装置电性连接,所述反冲清灰装置具有待机状态及清灰状态,当所述第一除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,所述活动封板处于第二工作位置,所述第二除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于待机状态;当所述第二除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于清灰状态时,所述活动封板处于第一工作位置,所述第一除尘器的所述反冲清灰装置处于待机状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于:所述反冲清灰装置包括设置在所述布袋支架上方的喷吹管、沿所述喷吹管的长度方向间隔地设置的多根的喷吹支管,以及设置在所述喷吹管一端部的电磁脉冲阀,所述喷吹支管与所述布袋滤芯一一对应,每根所述喷吹支管的出风口与对应的所述布袋滤芯的内腔相连通,所述电磁脉冲阀与所述控制器电性连接。
  15. 一种具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于,包括机架,以及设置在所述机架上的风选机本体和除尘机构;
    所述风选机本体的顶部设有出尘口,所述出尘口处设有排气切换装置,所述排气切换装置包括外壳,所述外壳的侧部和所述出尘口之间设有连接管,所述外壳的顶部设有第一含尘进气管,所述第一含尘进气管的两端分别为第一入口和第一出口,所述第一入口位于所述外壳的内部,所述外壳的底部设有第二含尘进气管,所述第二含尘进气管的两端分别为第二入口和第二出口,所述第二入口位于所述外壳的内部,且所述第二入口位于所述第一入口的正下方,所述外壳的顶部还设有输出轴朝下的驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的输出轴贯穿所述外壳并延伸至所述外壳的内部,且所述驱动气缸的输出轴连接有活动封板,所述活动封板位于所述第一入口和第二入口之间;
    所述除尘机构包括第一除尘器、第二除尘器、排风通道和控制器,所述第一除尘器和第二除尘器均包括除尘室、设置在所述除尘室顶部的净气室、设置在所述除尘室内的布袋支架、安装在所述布袋支架底部的多个布袋滤芯、设置在所述除尘室内的压力传感器,以及设置在所述除尘室内的反冲清灰装置;所述除尘室包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁的内侧均设有支撑块,两个所述支撑块均位于所述布袋支架的下方,且每个所述支撑块的顶部均设有贯穿所述布袋支架的导杆,所述布袋支架设有供所述导杆贯穿的滑孔,所述布袋支架和所述支撑块之间连接有套设于所述导杆的支撑弹簧,所述压力传感器固定在所述支撑块的顶部,所述压力传感器设有用于与所述布袋支架的底部接触抵顶的压力测量端;所述反冲清灰装置包括设置在所述布袋支架上方的喷吹管,所述喷吹管的一端延伸至所述除尘室的外部并连接有电磁脉冲阀,所述第一除尘器的除尘室和所述第一含尘进气 管的第一出口连接,所述第二除尘器的除尘室和所述第二含尘进气管的第二出口连接;所述控制器分别与所述驱动气缸、所述压力传感器和所述电磁脉冲阀电性连接;
    所述排风通道内设有风机,所述排风通道和所述第一除尘器的净气室之间连接有第一净气出气管,所述排风通道和所述第二除尘器的净气室之间连接有第二净气出气管。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于,所述喷吹管上连接有与所述布袋滤芯一一对应的多根喷吹支管,每根所述喷吹支管位于对应布袋滤芯的出风口处。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于,所述外壳的顶部设有供所述驱动气缸的活塞杆贯穿的通孔,所述通孔内固定有套设于所述活塞杆的密封环。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于,所述除尘室的底部设有集灰斗,所述集灰斗的底部设有卸灰阀。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的具有除尘功能的风选机,其特征在于,所述机架的底部安装有行走轮。
