作为本发明再进一步的方案:壳体的顶部设置有加工组件,加工组件包括转把和第二螺杆,第二螺杆的一端通过轴承与壳体的左侧壁转动连接,第二螺杆的另一端贯穿壳体的右侧壁,并且固定连接有转把,第二螺杆的外部套设有第一螺纹块,第二螺杆和第一螺纹块之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块的下方固定连接有安装座,安装座上安装有打磨设备。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:过滤腔的中部固定安装有隔板,隔板的一侧固定安装有抽风机,抽风机通过导气管与壳体的内腔连通,过滤组件关于隔板的水平中轴线对称设置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:过滤组件包括过滤网安装座和灰尘收集槽,过滤网安装座内安装有过滤网,过滤网安装座的底部设置有用于收集灰尘的灰尘收集槽,过滤网安装座内设置有第三螺杆,第三螺杆的一端与过滤腔的上壁转动连接,第三螺杆的外部套设有第二螺纹块,第二螺纹块和第三螺杆之间通过螺纹连接,第二螺纹块的两侧对称固定连接有两个用于清洁过滤网安装座的清理组件。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:清理组件包括伸缩套筒和定位杆,伸缩套筒套设在定位杆上,伸缩套筒和定位杆之间滑动连接,伸缩套筒内安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的一端与定位杆固定连接,伸缩套筒的端部固定安装有清洁块。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明实施例设置了过滤组件,过滤组件对灰尘进行过滤,保证了壳体内的洁净度,同时高度调节组件的设置实现了对工作台高度的调节,方便了对不同型号配件的加工处理,提高了加工效率。

实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中,一种健身器材配件加工用工作台,包括基座1和壳体2,基座1的底部固定在壳体2上,壳体2内设有工作台16,工作台16的底表面固定安装在升降座6上,升降座6上设有用于调节升降座6高度的高度调节组件,壳体2内对称设有两个过滤腔8,过滤腔8内对称设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件22。
工作台16的两侧和壳体2的内壁滑动连接;
如图3所示,高度调节组件包括液压缸3和水平齿条4,液压缸3固定安装在壳体2的侧壁上,液压缸3的伸缩端固定连接有水平齿条4,水平齿条4远离液压缸3的一端铰接有推杆5,推杆5远离水平齿条4的一端铰接有升降座6,水平齿条4和壳体2的下表面滑动连接,壳体2的下表面实现了对水平齿条4的限位;
升降座6的下方固定连接有减震弹簧7,减震弹簧7的底部固定在壳体2的下表面上,减震弹簧7的设置实现了对升降座6的缓冲保护。
如图4所示,壳体2的底部设有空气释放腔9,空气释放腔9内设有第一螺杆11,第一螺杆11的外部套设有活塞板12,第一螺杆11和活塞板12之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺杆11的底部贯穿空气释放腔9的下壁,并且固定连接有齿轮10,齿轮10的底部通过轴承与壳体2的下表面转动连接,齿轮10和水平齿条4之间啮合传动;
如图5所示,空气释放腔9的内壁对称设置有用于对活塞板12限位的定位座13,定位座13采用弹性体材质,空气释放腔9的侧壁对称设置有用于进气的进气口14,空气释放腔9的上表面开设有排气口15,进气口14和排气口15内分别设置有单向阀;
需要调节工作台16的高度时,开启液压缸3,液压缸3带动水平齿条4移动,水平齿条4带动推杆5和升降座6移动,从而实现了对工作台16高度的调节,方便了对不同型号配件的加工处理,提高了加工效率;
同时当工作台16升降时,水平齿条4带动齿轮10和第一螺杆11转动,第一螺杆11带动活塞板12上下移动,从而使得活塞板12将空气释放腔9内的空气送入壳体2内,实现了对工作台16上表面灰尘的处理,同时加速壳体2内空气的流通,避免了灰尘吸附在配件上。
壳体2的顶部设置有加工组件,加工组件包括转把17和第二螺杆18,第二螺杆18的一端通过轴承与壳体2的左侧壁转动连接,第二螺杆18的另一端贯穿壳体2的右侧壁,并且固定连接有转把17,第二螺杆18的外部套设有第一螺纹块19,第二螺杆18和第一螺纹块19之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块19的下方固定连接有安装座20,安装座20上安装有打磨设备。
如图6所示,过滤腔8的中部固定安装有隔板,隔板的一侧固定安装有抽风机21,抽风机21通过导气管与壳体2的内腔连通,过滤组件22关于隔板的水平中轴线对称设置。
实施例2
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中,一种健身器材配件加工用工作台,包括基座1和壳体2,基座1的底部固定在壳体2上,壳体2内设有工作台16,工作台16的底表面固定安装在升降座6上,升降座6上设有用于调节升降座6高度的高度调节组件,壳体2内对称设有两个过滤腔8,过滤腔8内对称设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件22。
工作台16的两侧和壳体2的内壁滑动连接;
如图3所示,高度调节组件包括液压缸3和水平齿条4,液压缸3固定安装在壳体2的侧壁上,液压缸3的伸缩端固定连接有水平齿条4,水平齿条4远离液压缸3的一端铰接有推杆5,推杆5远离水平齿条4的一端铰接有升降座6,水平齿条4和壳体2的下表面滑动连接,壳体2的下表面实现了对水平齿条4的限位;
升降座6的下方固定连接有减震弹簧7,减震弹簧7的底部固定在壳体2的下表面上,减震弹簧7的设置实现了对升降座6的缓冲保护。
如图4所示,壳体2的底部设有空气释放腔9,空气释放腔9内设有第一螺杆11,第一螺杆11的外部套设有活塞板12,第一螺杆11和活塞板12之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺杆11的底部贯穿空气释放腔9的下壁,并且固定连接有齿轮10,齿轮10的底部通过轴承与壳体2的下表面转动连接,齿轮10和水平齿条4之间啮合传动;
如图5所示,空气释放腔9的内壁对称设置有用于对活塞板12限位的定位座13,定位座13采用弹性体材质,空气释放腔9的侧壁对称设置有用于进气的进气口14,空气释放腔9的上表面开设有排气口15,进气口14和排气口15内分别设置有单向阀;
需要调节工作台16的高度时,开启液压缸3,液压缸3带动水平齿条4移动,水平齿条4带动推杆5和升降座6移动,从而实现了对工作台16高度的调节,方便了对不同型号配件的加工处理,提高了加工效率;
同时当工作台16升降时,水平齿条4带动齿轮10和第一螺杆11转动,第一螺杆11带动活塞板12上下移动,从而使得活塞板12将空气释放腔9内的空气送入壳体2内,实现了对工作台16上表面灰尘的处理,同时加速壳体2内空气的流通,避免了灰尘吸附在配件上。
壳体2的顶部设置有加工组件,加工组件包括转把17和第二螺杆18,第二螺杆18的一端通过轴承与壳体2的左侧壁转动连接,第二螺杆18的另一端贯穿壳体2的右侧壁,并且固定连接有转把17,第二螺杆18的外部套设有第一螺纹块19,第二螺杆18和第一螺纹块19之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块19的下方固定连接有安装座20,安装座20上安装有打磨设备。
如图6所示,过滤腔8的中部固定安装有隔板,隔板的一侧固定安装有抽风机21,抽风机21通过导气管与壳体2的内腔连通,过滤组件22关于隔板的水平中轴线对称设置;
如图7-8所示,过滤组件22包括过滤网安装座23和灰尘收集槽24,过滤网安装座23内安装有过滤网,过滤网安装座23的底部设置有用于收集灰尘的灰尘收集槽24,过滤网安装座23内设置有第三螺杆26,第三螺杆26的一端与过滤腔8的上壁转动连接,第三螺杆26的外部套设有第二螺纹块25,第二螺纹块25和第三螺杆26之间通过螺纹连接,第二螺纹块25的两侧对称固定连接有两个用于清洁过滤网安装座23的清理组件27;
如图9所示,清理组件27包括伸缩套筒30和定位杆31,伸缩套筒30套设在定位杆31上,伸缩套筒30和定位杆31之间滑动连接,伸缩套筒30内安装有缓冲弹簧29,缓冲弹簧29的一端与定位杆31固定连接,缓冲弹簧29的设置实现了对伸缩套筒30的缓冲保护,伸缩套筒30的端部固定安装有清洁块28。
需要对过滤网进行清洁时,转动第三螺杆26,第三螺杆26带动第二螺纹块25上下移动,从而使得第二螺纹块25带动清理组件27上下移动,从而实现了对过滤网的清洁,提高了过滤网的过滤效率。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:需要对过滤网进行清洁时,转动第三螺杆26,第三螺杆26带动第二螺纹块25上下移动,从而使得第二螺纹块25带动清理组件27上下移动,从而实现了对过滤网的清洁,提高了过滤网的过滤效率,同时抽风机21启动能够将壳体2内的灰尘抽入过滤腔8内,过滤组件22对灰尘进行过滤,保证了壳体2内的洁净度。
需要调节工作台16的高度时,开启液压缸3,液压缸3带动水平齿条4移动,水平齿条4带动推杆5和升降座6移动,从而实现了对工作台16高度的调节,方便了对不同型号配件的加工处理,提高了加工效率;
同时当工作台16升降时,水平齿条4带动齿轮10和第一螺杆11转动,第一螺杆11带动活塞板12上下移动,从而使得活塞板12将空气释放腔9内的空气送入壳体2内,实现了对工作台16上表面灰尘的处理,同时加速壳体2内空气的流通,避免了灰尘吸附在配件上。
本发明实施例设置了过滤组件22,过滤组件22对灰尘进行过滤,保证了壳体2内的洁净度,同时高度调节组件的设置实现了对工作台16高度的调节,方便了对不同型号配件的加工处理,提高了加工效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种健身器材配件加工用工作台,包括基座(1)和壳体(2),基座(1)的底部固定在壳体(2)上,壳体(2)内设有工作台(16),工作台(16)的底表面固定安装在升降座(6)上,其特征在于,升降座(6)上设有用于调节升降座(6)高度的高度调节组件,壳体(2)内对称设有两个过滤腔(8),过滤腔(8)内对称设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,工作台(16)的两侧和壳体(2)的内壁滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,高度调节组件包括液压缸(3)和水平齿条(4),液压缸(3)固定安装在壳体(2)的侧壁上,液压缸(3)的伸缩端固定连接有水平齿条(4),水平齿条(4)远离液压缸(3)的一端铰接有推杆(5),推杆(5)远离水平齿条(4)的一端铰接有升降座(6),水平齿条(4)和壳体(2)的下表面滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,升降座(6)的下方固定连接有减震弹簧(7),减震弹簧(7)的底部固定在壳体(2)的下表面上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,壳体(2)的底部设有空气释放腔(9),空气释放腔(9)内设有第一螺杆(11),第一螺杆(11)的外部套设有活塞板(12),第一螺杆(11)和活塞板(12)之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺杆(11)的底部贯穿空气释放腔(9)的下壁,并且固定连接有齿轮(10),齿轮(10)的底部通过轴承与壳体(2)的下表面转动连接,齿轮(10)和水平齿条(4)之间啮合传动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,空气释放腔(9)的内壁对称设置有用于对活塞板(12)限位的定位座(13),定位座(13)采用弹性体材质,空气释放腔(9)的侧壁对称设置有用于进气的进气口(14),空气释放腔(9)的上表面开设有排气口(15),进气口(14)和排气口(15)内分别设置有单向阀。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,壳体(2)的顶部设置有加工组件,加工组件包括转把(17)和第二螺杆(18),第二螺杆(18)的一端通过轴承与壳体(2)的左侧壁转动连接,第二螺杆(18)的另一端贯穿壳体(2)的右侧壁,并且固定连接有转把(17),第二螺杆(18)的外部套设有第一螺纹块(19),第二螺杆(18)和第一螺纹块(19)之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块(19)的下方固定连接有安装座(20),安装座(20)上安装有打磨设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,过滤腔(8)的中部固定安装有隔板,隔板的一侧固定安装有抽风机(21),抽风机(21)通过导气管与壳体(2)的内腔连通,过滤组件(22)关于隔板的水平中轴线对称设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,过滤组件(22)包括过滤网安装座(23)和灰尘收集槽(24),过滤网安装座(23)内安装有过滤网,过滤网安装座(23)的底部设置有用于收集灰尘的灰尘收集槽(24),过滤网安装座(23)内设置有第三螺杆(26),第三螺杆(26)的一端与过滤腔(8)的上壁转动连接,第三螺杆(26)的外部套设有第二螺纹块(25),第二螺纹块(25)和第三螺杆(26)之间通过螺纹连接,第二螺纹块(25)的两侧对称固定连接有两个用于清洁过滤网安装座(23)的清理组件(27)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的健身器材配件加工用工作台,其特征在于,清理组件(27)包括伸缩套筒(30)和定位杆(31),伸缩套筒(30)套设在定位杆(31)上,伸缩套筒(30)和定位杆(31)之间滑动连接,伸缩套筒(30)内安装有缓冲弹簧(29),缓冲弹簧(29)的一端与定位杆(31)固定连接,伸缩套筒(30)的端部固定安装有清洁块(28)。
