一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,包括倾撒装置(1),倾撒装置(1)的上表面固定连接有固定块(2),固定块(2)的上表面固定连接有钩环(3),倾撒装置(1)的内壁固定安装有农药储液罐(4),所述农药储液罐(4)的下表面固定安装有水泵(5)。该可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置还设置有电磁转轴(19)、分液管(8)和高压喷头(9),通过电磁转轴(19)带动分液管(8)进行转动,由分液管(8)两端的高压喷头(9)喷出农药,对农作物进行全面喷洒,解决了现有喷药装置不能全方位喷洒的问题,有效的提升了防虫防病的效果,通过倾撒装置顶部钩环的设置,使得农业农药倾撒装置可以通过无人机等机器进行吊装,由机器带动农业农药倾撒装置对农作物进行喷洒,与人工喷洒相比,有效的解决了农民亲自下地喷洒农药,费时费力的情况。

一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置 技术领域
本发明涉及农用机械技术领域,具体为一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置。
背景技术
中国是一个传统的农业大国,农业生产具有悠久的历史,农业是利用动植物的生长繁殖来获得产品的物质生产部门。它一般要依靠土地才能进行。农业生产是自然再生产同经济再生产密切结合的物质生产过程,农作物往往需要喷洒农药;目前,对于农作物病虫防治主要采用农药喷洒的方式进行防治,现有的农作物病虫防治喷药装置不能对农作物进行全方位的农药喷洒,会大大的降低病虫防治效果,而且大多数喷洒装置由于地里路面不平,还需要农民亲自下地去喷洒农药,非常不方便,又费时费力。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,包括倾撒装置,所述倾撒装置的上表面固定连接有固定块,所述固定块的上表面固定连接有钩环,所述倾撒装置的内壁固定安装有农药储液罐,诉讼农药储液罐的下表面固定安装有水泵,所述水泵的下方开设有出液口,所述出液口的内部设置有输液管,所述水泵通过输液管与分液管固定连接,所述分液管的两端均固定连接有高压喷头。
优选的,所述钩环的一侧设置有农药进液筒,所述农药进液筒的底部固定连接有进液管,所述钩环的另一侧设置有控制台。
优选的,所述倾撒装置的下表面设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的下表面固定连接有防滑垫,所述防滑垫的材质为橡胶。
优选的,所述支撑杆的上方设置有伸缩筒,所述伸缩筒的内壁设置有伸缩杆,所述伸缩筒通过伸缩杆与支撑杆固定连接。
优选的,所述伸缩杆的一侧开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内壁设置有滑块。
优选的,所述倾撒装置的下表面固定连接有电磁转轴,所述电磁转轴的一端固定连接有固定带,所述电磁转轴通过固定带与分液管固定连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是。
1、本发明通过电磁转轴、分液管和高压喷头的设置,通过电磁转轴带动分液管进行转动,由分液管两端的高压喷头喷出农药,对农作物进行全面喷洒,解决了现有的喷药装置不能全方位喷洒,有效的提升了防虫防病的效果。
2、本发明通过倾撒装置顶部钩环的设置,使得倾撒装置可以通过无人机等机器进行吊装,由机器带动倾撒装置对农作物进行喷洒,不用再人工喷洒,有效的解决了农民亲自下地喷洒农药,费时费力的情况。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,包括倾撒装置1,倾撒装置1的上表面固定连接有固定块2,通过固定块2对钩环3进行固定,固定块2的上表面固定连接有钩环3,通过钩环3对倾撒装置1进行吊接,倾撒装置1的内壁固定安装有农药储液罐4,通过农药储液罐4对农药进行储存,诉讼农药储液罐4的下表面固定安装有水泵5,通过水泵5带动农药储液罐4中的农药流向输液管7,水泵5的下方开设有出液口6,通过出液口6将输液管7导出装置外,出液口6的内部设置有输液管7,通过输液管7带动农药流向分液管8,水泵5通过输液管7与分液管8固定连接,通过分液管8将农药分向不同方向,分液管8的两端均固定连接有高压喷头9,通过高压喷头9将农药喷出。
进一步,钩环3的一侧设置有农药进液筒10,通过农药进液筒10将农药灌入倾撒装置1内,农药进液筒10的底部固定连接有进液管11,通过进液管11将由农药进液筒10进入装置内的农药导向农药储液罐4,钩环3的另一侧设置有控制台12,通过控制台12对喷药停止进行控制。
进一步,倾撒装置1的下表面设置有支撑杆13,通过支撑杆13可在倾撒装置1放置在地面时对倾撒装置1进行支撑,支撑杆13的下表面固定连接有防滑垫14,防滑垫14的材质为橡胶。
进一步,支撑杆13的上方设置有伸缩筒15,伸缩筒15的内壁设置有伸缩杆16,通过伸缩筒15和伸缩杆16对支撑杆13进行收缩,伸缩筒15通过伸缩杆16与支撑杆13固定连接。
进一步,伸缩杆16的一侧开设有滑槽17,滑槽17的内壁设置有滑块18,通过滑槽17和滑块18对支撑杆13收缩进行固定。
进一步,倾撒装置1的下表面固定连接有电磁转轴19,通过电磁转轴19带动分液管8转动,电磁转轴19的一端固定连接有固定带20,通过固定带20对分液管8进行固定,电磁转轴19通过固定带20与分液管8固定连接。
工作原理:在倾撒装置1使用过程中,通过农药进液筒10将农药倒入,通过进液管11流入农药储液罐4内,将倾撒装置1通过吊装装置吊起,收起支撑杆13,启动装置,通过电磁转轴19、分液管8和高压喷头9的设置,通过电磁转轴19带动分液管8进行转动,由分液管8两端的高压喷头9喷出农药,对农作物进行全面喷洒,解决了现有的喷药装置不能全方位喷洒,有效的提升了防虫防病的效果。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,其特征在于:所述倾撒装置(1)的下表面设置有支撑杆(13),所述支撑杆(13)的下表面固定连接有防滑垫(14),所述防滑垫(14)的材质为橡胶。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(13)的上方设置有伸缩筒(15),所述伸缩筒(15)的内壁设置有伸缩杆(16),所述伸缩筒(15)通过伸缩杆(16)与支撑杆(13)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可进行吊接的农业农药倾撒装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(16)的一侧开设有滑槽(17),所述滑槽(17)的内壁设置有滑块(18)。
