一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,该过滤器包括密封组件(100)、空气过滤器(200)和鼓风组件(300),密封组件包括密封箱(110)、螺纹杆(120)、伸缩板(130)、密封板(140)和弹性件(150),鼓风组件包括扇叶(310)和电机(320);需要更换空气过滤器时,正向转动两根螺纹杆使伸缩板的底面与密封箱的底部相贴合,然后便可通过插口(113)取出空气过滤器,当空气过滤器离开插口时,密封板失去压力,就会被弹性件弹出,从而堵住插口进而起到密封的作用,使得在拆卸空气过滤器时密封箱处于一个较为密封的状态下,可有效的防止污染物暴露在空气中,进而有效的防止了污染物对周围环境的二次污染。

本发明涉及空气过滤器领域,具体而言,涉及一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器。
背景技术
在空气净化行业中,空气过滤器主要用于捕集空气中的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物,滤芯即是指空气过滤器,空气过滤器在空气净化行业中起着至关重要的作用。
但现有的大多数的过滤器必须通过过滤器的安装面与安装位置的接触才能实现密封,因而在更换或拆卸过滤器时,污染物就会暴露在空气中,极易对周围的环境造成二次污染。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足,本发明提供了一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,旨在改善极易对周围的环境造成二次污染的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,包括密封组件、空气过滤器和鼓风组件。
所述密封组件包括密封箱、螺纹杆、伸缩板、密封板和弹性件,所述密封箱的一侧开设有第一通风口,所述密封箱的另一侧开设有第二通风口,所述密封箱的顶面开设有插口,所述插口设置有若干个,所述螺纹杆设置有两根,两根所述螺纹杆均转动贯穿于所述密封箱的箱体,两根所述螺纹杆的一端均与所述密封箱的底部转动连接,两根所述螺纹杆的另一端均转动贯穿于所述密封箱的顶部,其中一根所述螺纹杆位于所述第一通风口的一侧,另外一根所述螺纹杆位于所述第二通风口的一侧,所述伸缩板设置有两块,两块所述伸缩板均位于所述密封箱的内部,两块所述伸缩板的顶面均与所述密封箱顶部的内壁固定连接,两块所述伸缩板板体的两侧均与所述密封箱的内壁相贴合,两块所述伸缩板板体的两侧均与所述密封箱的内壁滑动连接,两块所述伸缩板分别位于两根所述螺纹杆一侧,两块所述伸缩板分别与两根所述螺纹杆螺纹连接,所述密封板设置有若干块,若干块所述密封板均分别与若干个所述插口和所述密封箱的顶部滑动连接,所述弹性件设置有若干个,若干个所述弹性件的一端均与所述密封箱的顶部固定连接,若干个所述弹性件的另一端均分别与若干块所述密封板的一侧固定连接。
所述空气过滤器设置有若干个,若干个所述空气过滤器均分别滑动连接于若干个所述插口的内部,若干个所述空气过滤器均分别与若干个所述插口的内壁相贴合,若干个所述空气过滤器均滑动插接于所述密封箱的内部,若干个所述空气过滤器均位于两块所述伸缩板之间。
所述鼓风组件包括扇叶和电机,所述扇叶和所述电机均位于所述密封箱内部,所述扇叶的转轴与所述电机的输出轴固定连接,所述电 机与所述密封箱的内壁固定连接,所述扇叶位于所述第一通风口一侧。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述伸缩板均包括第一挡板、第二挡板、第三挡板、第四挡板和第五挡板,所述第一挡板的顶面均与所述密封箱顶部的内壁固定连接,所述第二挡板的顶部滑动套接于所述第一挡板的底部,所述第三挡板的顶部滑动套接于所述第二挡板的底部,所述第四挡板的顶部滑动套接于所述第三挡板的底部,所述第五挡板的顶部滑动套接于所述第四挡板的底部,两块所述第五挡板均分别与两根所述螺纹杆螺纹连接,当所述螺纹杆转动时会带动所述伸缩板伸缩。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述第一挡板、所述第二挡板、所述第三挡板和所述第四挡板的一面均开设有滑槽,所述第二挡板、所述第三挡板、所述第四挡板和所述第五挡板的内部均设置有与所述滑槽相对应的滑块,所述滑块均分别与所述滑槽滑动连接,一方面便于所述第二挡板、所述第三挡板、所述第四挡板和所述第五挡板的滑动,另一方面可防止所述第二挡板、所述第三挡板、所述第四挡板和所述第五挡板发生偏移,使得伸缩更加稳定。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述密封箱的内壁开设有卡槽,所述卡槽设置有两道,两块所述第一挡板的顶面分别与两道所述卡槽固定连接,两块所述第一挡板、两块所述第二挡板、两块所述第三挡板、两块所述第四挡板和两块所述第五挡板的两侧均分别与两道所述卡槽相贴合,两块所述第一挡板、两块第二挡板、两块第三挡板、两块第四挡板和两块第五挡板的两侧均分别与两道所述卡槽滑动连接,提高了密封性,使得密封效果更好。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述密封箱的顶部开设有限位槽,所述限位槽开设有若干个,若干个所述弹性件均分别位于若干个所述限位槽内部,所述弹性件的一端均分别与所述限位槽固定连接,所述密封板均分别与所述限位槽滑动连接,用于限定所述密封板滑动的方向,便于所述密封板对所述插口进行密封。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述第五挡板与所述螺纹杆之间均设置有连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与所述第五挡板的一侧固定连接,所述连接杆的另一端螺纹套接于所述螺纹杆的杆体,当所述螺纹杆转动时便可通过所述连接杆带动所述第五挡板滑动,进而便可带动所述伸缩板进行伸缩。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述密封箱的底面固定连接有连接板,所述连接板的板体开设有若干个螺纹孔,两根所述螺纹杆贯穿所述密封箱的一端均连接有旋转手盘,便于转动所述螺纹杆。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述电机与所述密封箱的内壁之间设置有固定杆,所述固定杆的一端与所述电机固定连接,所述固定杆的另一端与所述密封箱的内壁固定连接,用于固定所述电机。
在本发明的一种实施例中,还包括吸尘组件,所述吸尘组件包括吸尘器和吸尘管道,所述吸尘器与所述连接板的上表面固定连接,所述吸尘管道的一端与所述吸尘器的吸尘口相连通,所述吸尘管道的另一端与所述密封箱的内部相连通,用于吸收所述密封箱内部的灰尘。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述吸尘管道的管体连通有支管,所述支管设置有若干个,若干个所述支管的一端均固定贯穿于所述密封 箱的底部,若干个所述支管均与所述密封箱的内部相连通,使得吸收更加快速。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过上述设计得到的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,使用时,先反向转动两根螺纹杆,两根螺纹杆转动会带动伸缩板向密封箱的顶部收缩,使得密封箱处于一个较为开放的状态,然后打开电机带动扇叶旋转对密封箱内部进行鼓风,使空气通过若干个空气过滤器进行过滤,过滤后的空气会通过第二通风口排出,需要更换空气过滤器时,再正向转动两根螺纹杆使伸缩板的底面与密封箱的底部相贴合,使得密封箱内部处于一个较为密封的状态,然后便可通过插口取出空气过滤器,当空气过滤器离开插口时,密封板失去压力,就会被弹性件弹出,从而堵住插口进而起到密封的作用,使得在拆卸空气过滤器时密封箱处于一个较为密封的状态下,可有效的防止污染物暴露在空气中,进而有效的防止了污染物对周围环境的二次污染。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,包括密封组件100、空气过滤器200和鼓风组件300。
其中,空气过滤器200和鼓风组件300均与密封组件100相连,空气过滤器200用于过滤空气,鼓风组件300用于向密封组件100 内部鼓风,密封组件100在更换空气过滤器200起密封作用,可有效的防止更换空气过滤器200时暴露的污染物对环境造成二次污染的现象。
请参阅图1、2、3、5和6,密封组件100包括密封箱110、螺纹杆120、伸缩板130、密封板140和弹性件150,密封箱110的一侧开设有第一通风口111,用于进风,密封箱110的另一侧开设有第二通风口112,用于出风,密封箱110的顶面开设有插口113,插口113设置有若干个,密封箱110的顶部开设有限位槽116,限位槽116开设有若干个,密封箱110的底面固定连接有连接板170,连接板170的板体开设有若干个螺纹孔,用于连接其它的物体。
在具体设置时,螺纹杆120设置有两根,两根螺纹杆120均转动贯穿于密封箱110的箱体,两根螺纹杆120的一端均与密封箱110的底部转动连接,两根螺纹杆120的另一端均转动贯穿于密封箱110的顶部,两根螺纹杆120均通过轴承与密封箱110转动连接,两根螺纹杆120贯穿密封箱110的一端均连接有旋转手盘180,便于旋转两根螺纹杆120,其中一根螺纹杆120位于第一通风口111的一侧,另外一根螺纹杆120位于第二通风口112的一侧。
在本申请中,伸缩板130设置有两块,两块伸缩板130均位于密封箱110的内部,两块伸缩板130的顶面均与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,两块伸缩板130的顶面均通过焊接与密封箱110顶部固定连接,两块伸缩板130板体的两侧均与密封箱110的内壁相贴合,使得密封效果更好,两块伸缩板130板体的两侧均与密封箱110的内壁滑动连接,两块伸缩板130分别位于两根螺纹杆120一侧,两块伸缩 板130分别与两根螺纹杆120螺纹连接,当螺纹杆120转动时会带动伸缩板130伸缩,进而可使密封箱110的处于密封或开放的状态。
在本实施例中,伸缩板130包括第一挡板131、第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135,第一挡板131的顶面均与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,第一挡板131的顶面均通过焊接与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,第二挡板132的顶部滑动套接于第一挡板131的底部,第三挡板133的顶部滑动套接于第二挡板132的底部,第四挡板134的顶部滑动套接于第三挡板133的底部,第五挡板135的顶部滑动套接于第四挡板134的底部,实现了伸缩板130的伸缩,两块第五挡板135均分别与两根螺纹杆120螺纹连接,第五挡板135与螺纹杆120之间均设置有连接杆160,连接杆160的一端与第五挡板135的一侧固定连接,连接杆160的一端通过焊接与第五挡板135的一侧相连,连接杆160的另一端螺纹套接于螺纹杆120的杆体,当正向旋转螺纹杆120可通过连接杆160带动第五挡板135远离第一挡板131进而使得伸缩板130封闭密封箱110,使得密封箱110处于密封的状态,当反向旋转螺纹杆120时可通过连接杆160带动第五挡板135向第一挡板131滑动,进而使得密封箱110处于一个开放的状态,第一挡板131、第二挡板132、第三挡板133和第四挡板134的一面均开设有滑槽1311,第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135的内部均设置有与滑槽1311相对应的滑块,滑块均分别与滑槽1311滑动连接,一方面便于第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135的滑动,另一方面可防止第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135发生偏移,使得滑动更加稳定。
在本申请中,密封箱110的内壁开设有卡槽114,卡槽114设置有两道,两块第一挡板131的顶面分别与两道卡槽114固定连接,两块第一挡板131的顶面均通过焊接与两道卡槽114固定连接,两块第一挡板131、两块第二挡板132、两块第三挡板133、两块第四挡板134和两块第五挡板135的两侧均与卡槽114相贴合,使得密封的效果更好,两块第一挡板131、两块第二挡板132、两块第三挡板133、两块第四挡板134和两块第五挡板135的两侧均与卡槽114滑动连接。
在具体设置时,密封板140设置有若干块,若干块密封板140均分别与若干个插口113和密封箱110的顶部滑动连接,密封板140均分别与限位槽116滑动连接,用于限定密封板140滑动的方向,便于密封板140对插口113进行密封,弹性件150设置有若干个,若干个弹性件150的一端均与密封箱110的顶部固定连接,若干个弹性件150均分别位于若干个限位槽116内部,弹性件150的一端均分别与限位槽116固定连接,弹性件150的一端均通过焊接与限位槽116固定连接,若干个弹性件150的另一端均分别与若干块密封板140的一侧固定连接,若干个弹性件150的另一端均通过焊接与若干块密封板140的一侧一一对应相连,在弹性件150会对密封板140施加一定的弹力,便于密封板140对插口113进行密封,弹性件150为弹簧。
请参阅图1,空气过滤器200设置有若干个,若干个空气过滤器200均分别滑动插接于若干个插口113的内部,当空气过滤器200插入插口113时会对密封板140施加一定的压力,会把密封板140挤入限位槽116内部,在密封板140进入限位槽116内部的过程中会压缩弹性件150,使弹性件150处于被压缩的状态,需要更换或拆卸空气 过滤器200时,只需抽出空气过滤器200,当空气过滤器200离开插口113时,密封板140失去压力,就会被弹性件150弹出,从而堵住插口113进行起到密封的作用,若干个空气过滤器200均分别与若干个插口113的内壁相贴合,起到密封的作用,防止工作时空气从插口113空气过滤器200之间漏出,若干个空气过滤器200均滑动插接于密封箱110的内部,用于过滤空气,若干个空气过滤器200均位于两块伸缩板130之间。
请参阅图4,鼓风组件300包括扇叶310和电机320,扇叶310和电机320均位于密封箱110内部,用于向密封箱110的内部鼓风,扇叶310的转轴与电机320的输出轴固定连接,用于带动扇叶310转动,电机320与密封箱110的内壁固定连接,电机320与密封箱110的内壁之间设置有固定杆330,固定杆330的一端与电机320固定连接,固定杆330的一端通过焊接与电机320固定连接,固定杆330的另一端与密封箱110的内壁固定连接,固定杆330的另一端与密封箱110的内壁亦通过焊接相连,扇叶310位于第一通风口111一侧。
实施例2
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,包括密封组件100、空气过滤器200和鼓风组件300。
其中,空气过滤器200和鼓风组件300均与密封组件100相连,空气过滤器200用于过滤空气,鼓风组件300用于向密封组件100内部鼓风,密封组件100在更换空气过滤器200起密封作用,可有效 的防止更换空气过滤器200时暴露的污染物对环境造成二次污染的现象。
请参阅图1、2、3、5和6,密封组件100包括密封箱110、螺纹杆120、伸缩板130、密封板140和弹性件150,密封箱110的一侧开设有第一通风口111,用于进风,密封箱110的另一侧开设有第二通风口112,用于出风,密封箱110的顶面开设有插口113,插口113设置有若干个,密封箱110的顶部开设有限位槽116,限位槽116开设有若干个,密封箱110的底面固定连接有连接板170,连接板170的板体开设有若干个螺纹孔,用于连接其它的物体。
在具体设置时,螺纹杆120设置有两根,两根螺纹杆120均转动贯穿于密封箱110的箱体,两根螺纹杆120的一端均与密封箱110的底部转动连接,两根螺纹杆120的另一端均转动贯穿于密封箱110的顶部,两根螺纹杆120均通过轴承与密封箱110转动连接,两根螺纹杆120贯穿密封箱110的一端均连接有旋转手盘180,便于旋转两根螺纹杆120,其中一根螺纹杆120位于第一通风口111的一侧,另外一根螺纹杆120位于第二通风口112的一侧。
在本申请中,伸缩板130设置有两块,两块伸缩板130均位于密封箱110的内部,两块伸缩板130的顶面均与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,两块伸缩板130的顶面均通过焊接与密封箱110顶部固定连接,两块伸缩板130板体的两侧均与密封箱110的内壁相贴合,使得密封效果更好,两块伸缩板130板体的两侧均与密封箱110的内壁滑动连接,两块伸缩板130分别位于两根螺纹杆120一侧,两块伸缩板130分别与两根螺纹杆120螺纹连接,当螺纹杆120转动时会带动伸缩板130伸缩,进而可使密封箱110的处于密封或开放的状态。
在本实施例中,伸缩板130包括第一挡板131、第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135,第一挡板131的顶面均与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,第一挡板131的顶面均通过焊接与密封箱110顶部的内壁固定连接,第二挡板132的顶部滑动套接于第一挡板131的底部,第三挡板133的顶部滑动套接于第二挡板132的底部,第四挡板134的顶部滑动套接于第三挡板133的底部,第五挡板135的顶部滑动套接于第四挡板134的底部,实现了伸缩板130的伸缩,两块第五挡板135均分别与两根螺纹杆120螺纹连接,第五挡板135与螺纹杆120之间均设置有连接杆160,连接杆160的一端与第五挡板135的一侧固定连接,连接杆160的一端通过焊接与第五挡板135的一侧相连,连接杆160的另一端螺纹套接于螺纹杆120的杆体,当正向旋转螺纹杆120可通过连接杆160带动第五挡板135远离第一挡板131进而使得伸缩板130封闭密封箱110,使得密封箱110处于密封的状态,当反向旋转螺纹杆120时可通过连接杆160带动第五挡板135向第一挡板131滑动,进而使得密封箱110处于一个开放的状态,第一挡板131、第二挡板132、第三挡板133和第四挡板134的一面均开设有滑槽1311,第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135的内部均设置有与滑槽1311相对应的滑块,滑块均分别与滑槽1311滑动连接,一方面便于第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135的滑动,另一方面可防止第二挡板132、第三挡板133、第四挡板134和第五挡板135发生偏移,使得滑动更加稳定。

在具体设置时,密封板140设置有若干块,若干块密封板140均分别与若干个插口113和密封箱110的顶部滑动连接,密封板140均分别与限位槽116滑动连接,用于限定密封板140滑动的方向,便于密封板140对插口113进行密封,弹性件150设置有若干个,若干个弹性件150的一端均与密封箱110的顶部固定连接,若干个弹性件150均分别位于若干个限位槽116内部,弹性件150的一端均分别与限位槽116固定连接,弹性件150的一端均通过焊接与限位槽116固定连接,若干个弹性件150的另一端均分别与若干块密封板140的一侧固定连接,若干个弹性件150的另一端均通过焊接与若干块密封板140的一侧一一对应相连,在弹性件150会对密封板140施加一定的弹力,便于密封板140对插口113进行密封,弹性件150为弹簧。
请参阅图1,空气过滤器200设置有若干个,若干个空气过滤器200均分别滑动插接于若干个插口113的内部,当空气过滤器200插入插口113时会对密封板140施加一定的压力,会把密封板140挤入限位槽116内部,在密封板140进入限位槽116内部的过程中会压缩弹性件150,使弹性件150处于被压缩的状态,需要更换或拆卸空气过滤器200时,只需抽出空气过滤器200,当空气过滤器200离开插口113时,密封板140失去压力,就会被弹性件150弹出,从而堵住插口113进行起到密封的作用,若干个空气过滤器200均分别与若干 个插口113的内壁相贴合,起到密封的作用,防止工作时空气从插口113空气过滤器200之间漏出,若干个空气过滤器200均滑动插接于密封箱110的内部,用于过滤空气,若干个空气过滤器200均位于两块伸缩板130之间。
请参阅图4,鼓风组件300包括扇叶310和电机320,扇叶310和电机320均位于密封箱110内部,用于向密封箱110的内部鼓风,扇叶310的转轴与电机320的输出轴固定连接,用于带动扇叶310转动,电机320与密封箱110的内壁固定连接,电机320与密封箱110的内壁之间设置有固定杆330,固定杆330的一端与电机320固定连接,固定杆330的一端通过焊接与电机320固定连接,固定杆330的另一端与密封箱110的内壁固定连接,固定杆330的另一端与密封箱110的内壁亦通过焊接相连,扇叶310位于第一通风口111一侧。
请参阅图1和7,该带自密封装置的空气过滤器还包括吸尘组件400,吸尘组件400包括吸尘器410和吸尘管道420,用于吸收更换空气过滤器200时密封箱110内部扬起的灰尘,吸尘器410与连接板170的上表面固定连接,吸尘器410通过螺栓与连接板170的上表面相连,吸尘管道420的一端与吸尘器410的吸尘口相连通,吸尘管道420的一端与吸尘器410的吸尘口固定连接,吸尘管道420的另一端与密封箱110的内部相连通,打开吸尘器410便可对密封箱110内部的灰尘进行吸收,吸尘管道420的管体连通有支管421,支管421设置有若干个,若干个支管421的一端均固定贯穿于密封箱110的底部,若干个支管421均与密封箱110的内部相连通,使得吸收更加快速有效。
具体的,该带自密封装置的空气过滤器的工作原理:使用时,先通过旋转手盘180反向转动两根螺纹杆120,两根螺纹杆120转动会通过连接杆160带动两块第五挡板135分别向两块第一挡板131滑动,持续旋转两根螺纹杆120直至第一挡板131完全缩进第五挡板135内部,使得密封箱110处于一个较为开放的状态,然后打开电机320带动扇叶310旋转对密封箱110内部进行鼓风,使空气通过若干个空气过滤器200进行过滤,过滤后的空气会通过第二通风口112排出,需要更换空气过滤器200时,再通过旋转手盘180正向转动两根螺纹杆120使两块第五挡板135远离第一挡板131直至第五挡板135的底面与卡槽114相贴合为止,使得密封箱110内部处于一个较为密封的状态,然后便可通过插口113取出空气过滤器200,取出空气过滤器200的过程中还可打开吸尘器410对扬起的灰尘进行吸收,当空气过滤器200离开插口113时,密封板140失去压力,就会被弹性件150弹出,从而堵住插口113进而起到密封的作用,使得在拆卸空气过滤器200时密封箱110处于一个较为密封的状态下,可有效的防止污染物暴露在空气中,进而有效的防止了污染物对周围环境的二次污染。
需要说明的是,电机320具体的型号规格需根据该装置的实际规格等进行选型确定,具体选型计算方法采用本领域现有技术,故不再详细赘述。
电机320的供电及其原理对本领域技术人员来说是清楚的,在此不予详细说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,包括
    密封组件(100),所述密封组件(100)包括密封箱(110)、螺纹杆(120)、伸缩板(130)、密封板(140)和弹性件(150),所述密封箱(110)的一侧开设有第一通风口(111),所述密封箱(110)的另一侧开设有第二通风口(112),所述密封箱(110)的顶面开设有插口(113),所述插口(113)设置有若干个,所述螺纹杆(120)设置有两根,两根所述螺纹杆(120)均转动贯穿于所述密封箱(110)的箱体,两根所述螺纹杆(120)的一端均与所述密封箱(110)的底部转动连接,两根所述螺纹杆(120)的另一端均转动贯穿于所述密封箱(110)的顶部,其中一根所述螺纹杆(120)位于所述第一通风口(111)的一侧,另外一根所述螺纹杆(120)位于所述第二通风口(112)的一侧,所述伸缩板(130)设置有两块,两块所述伸缩板(130)均位于所述密封箱(110)的内部,两块所述伸缩板(130)的顶面均与所述密封箱(110)顶部的内壁固定连接,两块所述伸缩板(130)板体的两侧均与所述密封箱(110)的内壁相贴合,两块所述伸缩板(130)板体的两侧均与所述密封箱(110)的内壁滑动连接,两块所述伸缩板(130)分别位于两根所述螺纹杆(120)一侧,两块所述伸缩板(130)分别与两根所述螺纹杆(120)螺纹连接,所述密封板(140)设置有若干块,若干块所述密封板(140)均分别与若干个所述插口(113)和所述密封箱(110)的顶部滑动连接,所述弹性件(150)设置有若干个,若干个所述弹性件(150)的一端均与所述密封箱(110) 的顶部固定连接,若干个所述弹性件(150)的另一端均分别与若干块所述密封板(140)的一侧固定连接;
    空气过滤器(200),所述空气过滤器(200)设置有若干个,若干个所述空气过滤器(200)均分别滑动连接于若干个所述插口(113)的内部,若干个所述空气过滤器(200)均分别与若干个所述插口(113)的内壁相贴合,若干个所述空气过滤器(200)均滑动插接于所述密封箱(110)的内部,若干个所述空气过滤器(200)均位于两块所述伸缩板(130)之间;
    鼓风组件(300),所述鼓风组件(300)包括扇叶(310)和电机(320),所述扇叶(310)和所述电机(320)均位于所述密封箱(110)内部,所述扇叶(310)的转轴与所述电机(320)的输出轴固定连接,所述电机(320)与所述密封箱(110)的内壁固定连接,所述扇叶(310)位于所述第一通风口(111)一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述伸缩板(130)包括第一挡板(131)、第二挡板(132)、第三挡板(133)、第四挡板(134)和第五挡板(135),所述第一挡板(131)的顶面均与所述密封箱(110)顶部的内壁固定连接,所述第二挡板(132)的顶部滑动套接于所述第一挡板(131)的底部,所述第三挡板(133)的顶部滑动套接于所述第二挡板(132)的底部,所述第四挡板(134)的顶部滑动套接于所述第三挡板(133)的底部,所述第五挡板(135)的顶部滑动套接于所述第四挡板(134)的底部,两块所述第五挡板(135)均分别与两根所述螺纹杆(120)螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述第一挡板(131)、所述第二挡板(132)、所述第三挡板(133)和所述第四挡板(134)的一面均开设有滑槽(1311),所述第二挡板(132)、所述第三挡板(133)、所述第四挡板(134)和所述第五挡板(135)的内部均设置有与所述滑槽(1311)相对应的滑块,所述滑块均分别与所述滑槽(1311)滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述密封箱(110)的内壁开设有卡槽(114),所述卡槽(114)设置有两道,两块所述第一挡板(131)的顶面分别与两道所述卡槽(114)固定连接,两块所述第一挡板(131)、两块所述第二挡板(132)、两块所述第三挡板(133)、两块所述第四挡板(134)和两块所述第五挡板(135)的两侧均分别与两道所述卡槽(114)相贴合,两块所述第一挡板(131)、两块第二挡板(132)、两块第三挡板(133)、两块第四挡板(134)和两块第五挡板(135)的两侧均分别与两道所述卡槽(114)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述密封箱(110)的顶部开设有限位槽(116),所述限位槽(116)开设有若干个,若干个所述弹性件(150)均分别位于若干个所述限位槽(116)内部,所述弹性件(150)的一端均分别与所述限位槽(116)固定连接,所述密封板(140)均分别与所述限位槽(116)滑动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述第五挡板(135)与所述螺纹杆(120)之间均设置有连接杆(160),所述连接杆(160)的一端与所述第五挡板(135)的 一侧固定连接,所述连接杆(160)的另一端螺纹套接于所述螺纹杆(120)的杆体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述密封箱(110)的底面固定连接有连接板(170),所述连接板(170)的板体开设有若干个螺纹孔,两根所述螺纹杆(120)贯穿所述密封箱(110)的一端均连接有旋转手盘(180)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述电机(320)与所述密封箱(110)的内壁之间设置有固定杆(330),所述固定杆(330)的一端与所述电机(320)固定连接,所述固定杆(330)的另一端与所述密封箱(110)的内壁固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,还包括吸尘组件(400),所述吸尘组件(400)包括吸尘器(410)和吸尘管道(420),所述吸尘器(410)与所述连接板(170)的上表面固定连接,所述吸尘管道(420)的一端与所述吸尘器(410)的吸尘口相连通,所述吸尘管道(420)的另一端与所述密封箱(110)的内部相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种带自密封装置的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述吸尘管道(420)的管体连通有支管(421),所述支管(421)设置有若干个,若干个所述支管(421)的一端均固定贯穿于所述密封箱(110)的底部,若干个所述支管(421)均与所述密封箱(110)的内部相连通。
