Description
本发明属于作物灌溉技术领域,具体是指一种农作物灌溉设备。
为农作物所需水分的技术措施,为了保证作物正常生长,获取高产稳产,必须供给作物以充足的水分。在自然条件下,往往因降水量不足或分布的不均匀,不能满足作物对水分要求。因此,必须人为地进行灌溉,以补天然降雨之不足,灌溉,即用水浇地,灌溉原则是灌溉量、灌溉次数和时间要根据药用植物需水特性、生育阶段、气候、土壤条件而定,要适时、适量,合理灌溉,但是传统的灌溉设备一般体积都比较大,需要铺设较长的管道进行灌溉,对于一些面积不是很大的农作物进行灌溉时,铺设管道显得就过于繁琐,成本较高,但是采用人工灌溉,人工成本也较高,灌溉效率较低,而且灌溉大多数都是灌溉浇灌在作物表面,一部分水分无法进入作物根系中,造成浪费。
发明内容
为了解决上述难题,本发明提供了一种通过旋转灌溉组件,对农作物根部进行旋转灌溉的农作物灌溉设备。
为了实现上述功能,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种农作物灌溉设备,包括移动轮、支撑柱、支撑板、搅拌装置、旋转灌溉组件、储液仓、进液口、抽水管、水泵、送水管和分液仓,所述支撑柱设于支撑板下两端,所述移动轮设于支撑柱下,所述分液仓设于支撑板下,所述旋转灌溉组件设于分液仓下,所述水泵设于支撑柱侧面上,所述储液仓设于支撑柱侧面上且设于水泵下,所述进液口设于储液仓顶部,所述搅拌装置设于储液仓外侧下端,所述抽水管一端连接于水泵下,所述抽水管另一端连接设于储液仓内,所述送水管一端连接于水泵上,所述送水管另一端贯穿支撑柱设于分液管内;所述旋转灌溉组件包括电机外壳一、旋转电机、传动带、灌溉管、固定套环、侧开口和底部开口,所述电机外壳一设于分液仓下,所述旋转电机设于电机外壳一内,所述灌溉管设于分液仓下,所述固定套环可转动套接于灌溉管顶部且固定设于分液仓下,固定套环确保灌溉管可以转动,同时不会发生掉落,所述传动带套接于旋转电机输出端与灌溉管上,所述底部开口贯穿设于灌溉管底壁上,所述侧开口贯穿灌溉管侧面下端,所述侧开 口以灌溉管中心线为对称轴设有两组,通过侧开口与底部开口,增加灌溉面积,提高灌溉效率。
进一步地,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌电机、电机外壳二、搅拌杆和搅拌叶,所述电机外壳二设于储液仓侧面下端,所述搅拌电机设于电机外壳二内,所述搅拌杆一端连接于搅拌电机输出端上,所述搅拌杆另一端贯穿储液仓侧壁设于储液仓内,所述搅拌叶均匀分布设于搅拌杆圆周面上,通过搅拌电机带动搅拌杆和搅拌叶转动,促进灌溉液混合,简化灌溉流程,减少工作人员劳动,提高灌溉效率。
进一步地,所述分液仓下设有连接管,所述连接管对称设有灌溉管两侧,所述连接管下设有雾化喷头,通过连接管和雾化喷头,将灌溉液喷洒在农作物表面,一方面去除农作物表面的灰尘,促进农作物光合作用,另一方面提高观赏性。
本发明采取上述结构取得有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种农作物灌溉设备操作简单,机构紧凑,设计合理,通过增设旋转灌溉组件,实现了旋转灌溉,一方面避免灌溉在农作物表面,导致资源浪费,另一方面增加灌溉面积提高,灌溉效率,同时增设雾化喷头与连接管,一方面去除农作物表面的灰尘,促进农作物光合作用,另一方面提高观赏性。

如图1-2所述,本发明一种农作物灌溉设备,包括移动轮1、支撑柱2、支撑板3、搅拌装置4、旋转灌溉组件5、储液仓6、进液口7、抽水管8、水泵9、送水管10和分液仓11,所述支撑柱2设于支撑板3下两端,所述移动轮1设于支撑柱2下,所述分液仓11设于支撑板3下,所述旋转灌溉组件5设于分液仓11下,所述水泵9设于支撑柱2侧面上,所述储液仓6设于支撑柱2侧面上且设于水泵9下,所述进液口7设于储液仓6顶部,所述搅拌装置4设于储液仓6外侧下端,所述抽水管8一端连接于水泵9下,所述抽水管8另一端连接设于储液仓6内,所述送水管10一端连接于水泵9上,所述送水管10另一端贯穿支撑柱2设于分液管内;所述旋转灌溉组件5包括电机外壳一12、旋转电机13、传动带14、灌溉管15、固定套环16、侧开口17和底部开口18,所述电机外壳一12设于分液仓11下,所述旋转电机13设于电机外壳一12内,所述灌溉管15设于分液仓11下,所述固定套环16可转动套接于灌溉管15顶部且固定设于分液仓11下,所述传动带14套接于旋转电机13输出端与灌溉管15上,所述底部开口18贯穿设于灌溉管15底壁上,所述侧开口17贯穿灌溉管15侧面下端,所述侧开口17以灌溉管15中心线为对称轴设有两组。
所述搅拌装置4包括搅拌电机19、电机外壳二20、搅拌杆21和搅拌叶22,所述电机外壳二20设于储液仓6侧面下端,所述搅拌电机19设于电机外壳二20内,所述搅拌杆21一端连接于搅拌电机19输出端上,所述搅拌杆21另一端贯穿储液仓6侧壁设于储液仓6内,所述搅拌叶22均匀分布设于搅拌杆21圆周面上。
所述分液仓11下设有连接管23,所述连接管23对称设有灌溉管15两侧,所述连接管23下设有雾化喷头24。
具体使用时,将设备移动至需要灌溉的农作物处,首先通过进液口7,向储液仓6内注入水与灌溉原料,启动搅拌电机19,搅拌电机19带动搅拌杆21与搅拌叶22转动,促进水与灌溉原料混合,简化灌溉流程,减少工作人员劳动,提高灌溉效率,之后推动设备在农作物上方移动,同时启动水泵9与旋转电机13,水泵9通过抽水管8抽取储液仓6的灌溉溶液,之后通过送水管10送入分液仓11内灌溉溶液流入连接管23与灌溉管15内,灌溉溶液流入连接管23内,从雾化喷头24喷出, 去除农作物表面的灰尘,促进农作物光合作用,灌溉溶液流入灌溉管15内,旋转电机13带动灌溉管15转动,最终灌溉液从灌溉管15下端的侧开口17与底部开口18流出,同时对位于灌溉管15两侧与下方的农作物进行灌溉,灌溉溶液直接浇灌在农作物根部,减少了不必要的浪费。

- 一种农作物灌溉设备,其特征在于:包括移动轮、支撑柱、支撑板、搅拌装置、旋转灌溉组件、储液仓、进液口、抽水管、水泵、送水管和分液仓,所述支撑柱设于支撑板下两端,所述移动轮设于支撑柱下,所述分液仓设于支撑板下,所述旋转灌溉组件设于分液仓下,所述水泵设于支撑柱侧面上,所述储液仓设于支撑柱侧面上且设于水泵下,所述进液口设于储液仓顶部,所述搅拌装置设于储液仓外侧下端,所述抽水管一端连接于水泵下,所述抽水管另一端连接设于储液仓内,所述送水管一端连接于水泵上,所述送水管另一端贯穿支撑柱设于分液管内;所述旋转灌溉组件包括电机外壳一、旋转电机、传动带、灌溉管、固定套环、侧开口和底部开口,所述电机外壳一设于分液仓下,所述旋转电机设于电机外壳一内,所述灌溉管设于分液仓下,所述固定套环可转动套接于灌溉管顶部且固定设于分液仓下,所述传动带套接于旋转电机输出端与灌溉管上,所述底部开口贯穿设于灌溉管底壁上,所述侧开口贯穿灌溉管侧面下端,所述侧开口以灌溉管中心线为对称轴设有两组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物灌溉设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括搅拌电机、电机外壳二、搅拌杆和搅拌叶,所述电机外壳二设于储液仓侧面下端,所述搅拌电机设于电机外壳二内,所述搅拌杆一端连接于搅拌电机输出端上,所述搅拌杆另一端贯穿储液仓侧壁设于储液仓内,所述搅拌叶均匀分布设于搅拌杆圆周面上。
