一种正反双面清洁装置及输送装置,正反双面清洁装置包括两个分别设在输送轨道(1)上方和下方的清洁机构,清洁机构包括驱动座(2)及清洁组件,清洁组件包括支撑机构(3)、具有吸尘口(41)和出尘口(42)的除尘机构(4)、毛刷滚筒(5)、固定件(6)、风刀(7)及第一驱动机构(8),固定件(6)用于将毛刷滚筒(5)可拆卸地安装在支撑机构(3)上;吸尘口(41)至出尘口(42)之间形成出尘通道,吸尘口(41)设在毛刷滚筒(5)远离风刀(7)的一侧,毛刷滚筒(5)用于与待清洁件抵触时清扫其表面杂质,风刀(7)用于向待清洁件表面吹风,以使得其表面杂质通过吸尘口(41)进入出尘风道。该正反双面清洁装置通过设置清洁机构和压轮机构,在相对降低待输送件传输速度与延长清洁时间同时,全面清除待输送件正反两面杂质,大大改善清洁效果。

一种正反双面清洁装置及输送装置

技术领域
本发明涉及SMT或半导体封装产线自动化设备系统领域,尤其涉及一种正反双面清洁装置及输送装置。
背景技术
现有除尘机用于SMT生产线上板机和印刷机之间,在印刷之前对PCB板进行除静电和清除表面的死胶、灰尘、毛发、玻璃纤维等,降低空焊、虚焊等不良因素,因此对于后端的印刷具有重要作用。现在传统PCB板清洁,使用硅胶滚筒与粘尘纸滚动吸附的方式,但限于滚筒与粘尘纸的材质问题,不能有效清除PCB板上的灰尘,还容易出现静电和二次污染;且原有结构复杂、安装与维修较难,维护成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种正反双面清洁装置及输送装置,该技术有效的解决了不能有效清洁待清洁件表面杂质、表面静电不能消除的问题,所述技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种正反双面清洁装置,其用于清扫输送轨道上待清洁件的上表面和下表面的杂质,其包括两个分别设置在输送轨道上方和下方的清洁机构以及固定设置在输送轨道长度方向的边沿的压轮机构,
所述清洁机构包括设置在输送轨道上方的驱动座以及设置在驱动座一侧的清洁组件,所述清洁组件包括设置在驱动座下的支撑机构、设置在支撑机构上且具有吸尘口和出尘口的除尘机构、设置在除尘机构下的毛刷滚筒、设置在毛 刷滚筒长度方向两端部且与毛刷滚筒固定连接的固定件、设置在毛刷滚筒长度方向侧边的风刀以及用于驱动毛刷滚筒沿自身轴线转动的第一驱动机构;
所述支撑机构包括相对设置的第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述第二支撑板下部的两端分别设置有与其固定连接的固定板,所述固定件可拆卸地设置在对应的固定板上,使得所述毛刷滚筒可拆卸地设置在两个固定板之间;
所述吸尘口设置在毛刷滚筒远离风刀的一侧且吸尘口设置在出尘口下,所述吸尘口至出尘口之间形成出尘通道,所述毛刷滚筒包括滚筒以及植毛在滚筒外周向面上的多个毛刷,所述毛刷滚筒用于与待清洁件抵触时清扫其表面的杂质,所述风刀用于向待清洁件表面吹风,以使得其表面杂质通过吸尘口进入出尘风道;
所述清洁装置还包括两个分别设置在输送轨道上方和下方的离子风棒,且所述离子风棒设置在待清洁件输送方向的末端;
所述清洁组件还包括传动机构,所述传动机构包括与第一驱动机构连接的第一齿轮、通过传送带与第一齿轮连接的第二齿轮、与第二齿轮同轴设置的第三齿轮以及套设在毛刷滚筒一端部的第四齿轮,所述第三齿轮与第四齿轮传动配合;
所述压轮机构包括固定设置在输送轨道长度方向的边沿的固定座、与固定座连接的转接件、通过连接轴与转接件连接的压轮以及用于限制压轮脱离轴承的卡紧件,所述压轮相对连接轴转动,所述转接件的第一端与固定座转动连接,其第二端与连接轴固定连接,所述转接件的第一端部与固定座的底部保持间距,所述转接件远离压轮的侧面与固定座之间设置有弹性件,当所述压轮抵触输送轨道上的待输送件时,所述压轮相对连接轴转动且所述弹性件处于拉伸状态;所述压轮和转接件位于固定座的同一侧,或所述压轮和转接件分别设置在固定座的相对两侧;
所述固定件为带座轴承;
所述吸尘口的延伸方向与毛刷滚筒的长度方向平行,所述出尘口为圆形、方形、菱形、三角形或多边形结构;
所述清洁组件还包括传动机构,所述传动机构包括与第一驱动机构连接的第一齿轮、通过传送带与第一齿轮连接的第二齿轮、与第二齿轮同轴设置的第三齿轮以及套设在毛刷滚筒一端部的第四齿轮,所述第三齿轮与第四齿轮传动 配合;
所述清洁机构还包括设置在驱动座远离清洁组件的一侧且用于驱动清洁组件升降运动的第二驱动机构;
所述第二驱动机构包括设置在所述驱动座上且能够上下运动的伸缩杆,其中所述清洁组件设置在所述伸缩杆的下端部;
所述伸缩杆的驱动方式为电动、气动或液压;
所述第一驱动机构为电机;
所述压轮的外周向面设置有环形皮带,所述环形皮带由橡胶材质制成;
所述压轮与连接轴之间设置有轴承,使得所述压轮能够相对连接轴转动;
所述弹性件为拉簧;
所述固定座为L形结构或倒T形结构;
所述固定座的底部与转接件远离压轮的侧面均设置有紧固件,所述紧固件用于固定弹性件;
所述转接件与所述固定座通过枢轴转动连接。
本发明还提供一种输送装置,其包括输送轨道、所述的正反双面清洁装置。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
a.本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,具有模块化的清洁机构,安装时模块化安装,方便定期更换与快速安装;上下两个清洁机构分别清扫PCB板正反两面,且由风刀吹气,两者相辅能有效清除PCB板两面的杂质;
b.本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,输送方向的末端安装上下两个离子风棒,更能有效消除待清洁件两面的静电;
c.本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,不会造成静电和二次污染,结构简单,便于安装与维修,维护成本较低;
d.本发明提供的输送装置,通过设置压轮机构,相对降低待输送件的传输速度,延长清洁时间,全面清除待输送件表面灰尘,大大改善清洁效果;待输送件不会卡在间隙不会出现卡板现象,在有限长度空间内平稳传送待输送件,不会对待输送件造成伤害。

在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种正反双面清洁装置,具体结构参见图1至图7,所述正反双面清洁装置用于清扫输送轨道1上待清洁件的上表面(正面)和下表面(反面)的杂质,输送轨道1包括两个,待清洁件在两个输送轨道1之间且能够沿输送轨道1的长度方向移动,所述清洁装置其包括两个分别设置在输送轨道1上方和下方的清洁机构,两个清洁机构分别用于清扫输送件的上表面和下表面的杂质,设置在输送轨道1上方的清洁机构可称上清洁机构,设置在输送轨道1下方的清洁机构可称下清洁机构,上清洁机构与下清洁机构相对输送轨道1对称设置。
所述清洁机构包括驱动座2以及设置在驱动座2一侧的清洁组件。
所述清洁组件的具体结构如下:参见图2至图7,所述清洁组件包括设置在驱动座2下的支撑机构3、设置在支撑机构3上且具有吸尘口41和出尘口42的除尘机构4、设置在除尘机构4下的毛刷滚筒5、设置在毛刷滚筒5长度方向两端部的固定件6、设置在毛刷滚筒5长度方向侧边的风刀7以及用于驱动毛刷滚筒5沿自身轴线转动的第一驱动机构8,所述第一驱动机构8优选为电机。所述毛刷滚筒5指多个毛刷植毛在滚筒外周向面上,毛刷由柔性材料制成,如尼龙、树脂片、橡胶或硅胶,优选为尼龙材质。
所述支撑机构3的具体结构如下:参见图2至图4,所述支撑机构3包括相对设置的第一支撑板31和第二支撑板32,所述第二支撑板32下部长度方向的两端部分别设置有与其固定连接的固定板33,一个所述固定件6设置在一个固定板33上,另一个所述固定件6设置在另一个固定板33上,所述固定件6可拆卸地设置在对应的固定板33上,使得所述毛刷滚筒5可拆卸地设置在两个固 定板33之间。
所述固定件6用于将毛刷滚筒5可拆卸地安装在所述支撑机构3上,所述固定件6优选为带座轴承,带座轴承中部具有中心孔,所述带座轴承套设在毛刷滚筒5长度方向的端部,所述固定板33上设有开孔以供毛刷滚筒5的端部穿过。当安装毛刷滚筒5时,先将所述毛刷滚筒5固定在带座轴承上,再将带座轴承固定在对应的固定板33上,所述第二支撑板32下具有较大的空间可放置毛刷滚筒5。当拆卸毛刷滚筒5时,拆卸带座轴承使其脱离固定板33,可将毛刷滚筒5卸载,便于毛刷滚筒的定期更换与快速安装。
所述吸尘口41至出尘口42之间形成出尘通道(即为中空空间),参见图5至图7,所述吸尘口41设置在毛刷滚筒5远离风刀7的一侧且吸尘口41设置在出尘口42下,所述毛刷滚筒5用于与待清洁件抵触时清扫其表面的杂质,所述风刀7用于向待清洁件表面吹风(毛刷滚筒设置在风刀的出风处,风朝向毛刷滚筒),以使得其表面杂质通过吸尘口41进入出尘风道,杂质流动方向见图4箭头所指。风刀不接触待清洁件,通过风刀吹出的风吹待清洁件表面的杂质,同时毛刷滚筒5上毛刷清扫待清洁件表面,即边吹边扫,灰尘通过吸尘口41进入出尘通道,再通过抽出装置将杂质由出尘口42排出本装置,快速有效清除表面灰尘。所述毛刷滚筒与风刀两者相辅能有效清除待清洁件(PCB板)表面的杂质(灰尘),再通过两个清洁机构,能有效清除待清洁件(PCB板)正反两面的杂质(灰尘)。
所述吸尘口41的延伸方向与毛刷滚筒5的长度方向平行,使得灰尘能够顺向且快速进入吸尘口41。所述出尘口42为圆形、方形、菱形、三角形或多边形结构,优选为圆形,便于加工制作。
所述毛刷滚筒5沿自身轴线转动的具体实施方式如下:所述清洁组件还包括传动机构9,参见图1,所述传动机构9包括与第一驱动机构8连接的第一齿轮91、通过传送带与第一齿轮91连接的第二齿轮、与第二齿轮同轴设置的第三齿轮92以及套设在毛刷滚筒5一端部的第四齿轮93(第四齿轮93设置在带座轴承的外侧),所述第二齿轮与第三齿轮92套设在同一转轴上,所述第三齿轮92与第四齿轮93传动配合(啮合),在所述第一驱动机构8的驱动下,所述第一齿轮91带动第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮带动第三齿轮92,所述第三齿轮92带动第四齿轮93,进而带动毛刷滚筒5沿自身轴线转动。
所述清洁机构还包括设置在驱动座2远离清洁组件的一侧且用于驱动清洁组件升降运动的第二驱动机构10。所述第二驱动机构10包括设置在所述驱动座2上且能够上下运动的伸缩杆101,其中所述清洁组件设置在所述伸缩杆101的下端部,通过伸缩杆101的上升或下降,带动清洁组件向远离待清洁件方向移动或靠近待清洁件方向移动,进而使得毛刷滚筒5向远离待清洁件方向移动或靠近待清洁件方向移动。所述伸缩杆101的驱动方式为电动、气动或液压。
所述清洁装置还包括两个分别设置在输送轨道1上方和下方的离子风棒11,所述离子风棒11吹离子风,去除待清洁件(PCB板)表面上的静电。上方的离子风棒向下吹离子风吹向待清洁件的上表面(正面),下方的离子风棒往上吹离子风吹向待清洁件的下表面(反面),图1中,所述的输送轨道的前端为输送起始端,所述的输送机构的后端为输送方向的末端,输送方向见图1中箭头所指。即所述离子风棒设置在出口处(毛刷滚筒清扫清洁件后,待清洁件移动远离清洁组件),待清洁件的两面杂质清除后再通过离子风棒消除其两面的静电,更能有效消除待清洁件(PCB)两面的静电。
本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,具有模块化的清洁机构,安装时模块化安装,方便定期更换与快速安装;上下两个清洁机构分别清扫待清洁件(PCB板)正反两面,且由风刀吹气,两者相辅能有效清除PCB板两面的杂质;本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,输送方向的末端安装上下两个离子风棒,更能有效消除待清洁件两面的静电;本发明设计的正反双面清洁装置,不会造成静电和二次污染,结构简单,便于安装与维修,维护成本较低。
所述压轮机构的具体结构如下:参见图8至图10,所述压轮机构包括固定设置在输送轨道1长度方向的边沿的固定座12、与固定座12连接的转接件13以及通过连接轴14与转接件13连接的压轮15,所述压轮15相对连接轴14转动,所述压轮15与连接轴14同轴设置。所述转接件13的第一端与固定座12转动连接,所述转接件13的第一端部与所述固定座12优选通过枢轴转动连接,其第二端与连接轴14固定连接。所述转接件13优选为转接销。
所述转接件13的第一端部与固定座12的底部保持间距,所述转接件13远离压轮15的侧面与固定座12之间设置有弹性件,所述弹性件为拉簧。当所述压轮15未抵触输送轨道1上的待输送件18时,所述弹性件处于自然伸长状态,所述压轮轴心相对固定座所在水平面的高度为h1。当所述压轮15抵触输送轨道 1上的待输送件18时,所述压轮15相对连接轴14转动且所述弹性件处于形变状态(拉伸状态),所述压轮15被向上顶起,所述压轮轴心相对固定座所在水平面的高度为h2,h2大于h1。待输送件在皮带上输送时,所述压轮抵压待输送件,压轮、输送皮带与待输送件之间的摩擦力可使待输送件稳定的输送到下个工位。尤其针对小尺寸PCB板传输,设置压轮机构,小PCB板不会卡在间隙,不会出现卡板现象,且传输流畅,在有限长度空间内实现小PCB板平稳传输。
所述压轮15能够相对连接轴14转动的具体实施方式如下:所述压轮15与连接轴14之间设置有轴承,使得所述压轮15能够相对连接轴14转动。所述连接轴14一端固定设置在转接件上,另一端外设置有轴承,所述连接轴14将轴承内圈固定,所述压轮15套设在轴承的另一端部外,所述压轮与轴承外圈相对于轴承内圈转动。所述压轮机构还包括用于限制压轮15脱离轴承的卡紧件16,所述卡紧件16能够挡住轴承的外侧,以限制所述压轮15转动过程中脱离轴承,卡紧件16优选为卡簧,其为具有缺口的环形结构。
所述压轮15的具体结构如下:参见图10,所述压轮15包括一体成型的连接部151和抵压部152,所述连接部151和抵压部152均具有相连通的中心孔,两者同轴设置。所述轴承设置在连接部151内,所述卡紧件16设置在连接部151靠近转接件的内侧壁。所述连接部151的外圆直径大于抵压部152的内圆直径,所述抵压部用于抵触待输送件。
进一步地,所述压轮15的外周向面设置有环形皮带17,环形皮带17形成圆形结构,环形皮带17由橡胶材质制成,压轮上的圆皮带与待输送件直接接触可有效保护PCB板表面,避免划伤。
所述固定座12为倒T形结构,参见图13,所述压轮15和转接件13分别设置在固定座12的相对两侧,即所述压轮15和转接件13不在固定座12的同一侧。或所述固定座12为L形结构,参见图14,所述压轮15和转接件13位于固定座12的同一侧。所述压轮15和转接件13设置在固定座12的同一侧,或者不在固定座12的同一侧,根据位置需求进行设置,且均可实现。
所述固定座12的底部与转接件13远离压轮15的侧面均设置有紧固件19,紧固件优选为螺栓螺母组件,所述紧固件用于固定连接弹性件,一个紧固件设置在固定座12的底部,另一个紧固件设置在转接件13远离压轮15的侧面。
本发明还提供一种输送装置,其包括输送轨道1、正反双面清洁装置,所述 压轮机构设置在输送轨道1长度方向的边沿。为保证皮带上待输送件(PCB板)的清洁效果,传输皮带需要低速传送且清洁毛刷滚轮具有较高转速,在增加了压轮机构后,相对降低了PCB的传输速度,使得清洁时间更长,清洁效果得到大大改善;且压轮机构不会卡在间隙不会出现卡板现象,在有限长度空间内平稳传送待输送件,不会对待输送件造成伤害。
本发明提供的正反双面清洁装置,通过设置压轮机构,可相对降低待输送件的传输速度,延长清洁时间,同时结合模块化的清洁机构,全面清除待输送件表面灰尘,大大改善清洁效果。本发明提供的压轮机构,待输送件不会卡在间隙不会出现卡板现象,在有限长度空间内平稳传送待输送件,不会对待输送件造成伤害。

  1. 一种正反双面清洁装置,其用于清扫输送轨道(1)上待清洁件的上表面和下表面的杂质,其特征在于,包括两个分别设置在输送轨道(1)上方和下方的清洁机构以及固定设置在输送轨道(1)长度方向的边沿的压轮机构,
    所述清洁机构包括设置在输送轨道(1)上方的驱动座(2)以及设置在驱动座(2)一侧的清洁组件,所述清洁组件包括设置在驱动座(2)下的支撑机构(3)、设置在支撑机构(3)上且具有吸尘口(41)和出尘口(42)的除尘机构(4)、设置在除尘机构(4)下的毛刷滚筒(5)、设置在毛刷滚筒(5)长度方向两端部且与毛刷滚筒(5)固定连接的固定件(6)、设置在毛刷滚筒(5)长度方向侧边的风刀(7)以及用于驱动毛刷滚筒(5)沿自身轴线转动的第一驱动机构(8);
    所述支撑机构(3)包括相对设置的第一支撑板(31)和第二支撑板(32),所述第二支撑板(32)下部的两端分别设置有与其固定连接的固定板(33),所述固定件(6)可拆卸地设置在对应的固定板(33)上,使得所述毛刷滚筒(5)可拆卸地设置在两个固定板(33)之间;
    所述吸尘口(41)设置在毛刷滚筒(5)远离风刀(7)的一侧且吸尘口(41)设置在出尘口(42)下,所述吸尘口(41)至出尘口(42)之间形成出尘通道,所述毛刷滚筒(5)包括滚筒以及植毛在滚筒外周向面上的多个毛刷,所述毛刷滚筒(5)用于与待清洁件抵触时清扫其表面的杂质,所述风刀(7)用于向待清洁件表面吹风,以使得其表面杂质通过吸尘口(41)进入出尘风道;
    所述清洁装置还包括两个分别设置在输送轨道(1)上方和下方的离子风棒(11),且所述离子风棒(11)设置在待清洁件输送方向的末端;
    所述清洁组件还包括传动机构(9),所述传动机构(9)包括与第一驱动机构(8)连接的第一齿轮(91)、通过传送带与第一齿轮(91)连接的第二齿轮、与第二齿轮同轴设置的第三齿轮(92)以及套设在毛刷滚筒(5)一端部的第四齿轮(93),所述第三齿轮(92)与第四齿轮(93)传动配合;
    所述压轮机构包括固定设置在输送轨道(1)长度方向的边沿的固定座(12)、与固定座(12)连接的转接件(13)、通过连接轴(14)与转接件(13)连接的压轮(15)以及用于限制压轮(15)脱离轴承的卡紧件(16),所述压轮(15) 相对连接轴(14)转动,所述转接件(13)的第一端与固定座(12)转动连接,其第二端与连接轴(14)固定连接,所述转接件(13)的第一端部与固定座(12)的底部保持间距,所述转接件(13)远离压轮(15)的侧面与固定座(12)之间设置有弹性件,当所述压轮(15)抵触输送轨道(1)上的待输送件(18)时,所述压轮(15)相对连接轴(14)转动且所述弹性件处于拉伸状态;所述压轮(15)和转接件(13)位于固定座(1)的同一侧,或所述压轮(15)和转接件(13)分别设置在固定座(1)的相对两侧;

    所述压轮(15)的外周向面设置有环形皮带(17),所述环形皮带(17)由橡胶材质制成;
    所述压轮(15)与连接轴(14)之间设置有轴承,使得所述压轮(15)能够相对连接轴(14)转动;
    所述弹性件为拉簧;
    所述固定座(12)为L形结构或倒T形结构;
    所述固定座(12)的底部与转接件(13)远离压轮(15)的侧面均设置有紧固件(19),所述紧固件(19)用于固定弹性件;所述转接件(13)与所述固定座(12)通过枢轴转动连接。
  2. 一种输送装置,其特征在于,包括输送轨道(1)及权利要求1所述的正反双面清洁装置。
