HARQ ACK信息反馈方法及装置、存储介质、用户设备、基站
本申请要求2020年7月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010699753.1、发明名称为“HARQ ACK信息反馈方法及装置、存储介质、用户设备、基站”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法及装置、存储介质、用户设备、基站。
背景技术
新无线技术(New Radio,NR)中,类型3的混合式自动重传请求(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request,HARQ)确认(ACKnowledge,ACK)码本(也称为one-shot HARQ ACK反馈),是指UE收到触发one-shot HARQ ACK的指令后,将所有配置小区的HARQ进程(process)的HARQ ACK同时反馈给基站。同时若当前小区配置为码块组(Code Block Group,CBG),则反馈的HARQ ACK是每个CBG的HARQ ACK信令。若配置为新数据指示(New Data Indicator,NDI)上报,则将每个HARQ process的HARQ ACK及NDI一起进行上报,且HARQ ACK在先,NDI在后。若没有配置NDI上报,则UE会根据是否上报过对应服务小区某HARQ process一个TB的HARQ ACK来确定HARQ ACK信息。具体地,如果上报过且后续没有检测到一个DCI格式调度对应服务小区某HARQ process一个传输块(Transmission Block,TB)的物理下行共享信道(Physical Downlink Shared Channel,PDSCH)或接收过半永久调度(Persistent Scheduling,SPS)PDSCH,则反馈NACK;否则上报对应的HARQ ACK信息。
但是,目前type 3 HARQ ACK码本不支持存在不同优先级的 HARQ ACK情况下生成type 3 HARQ ACK码本(Code Book,CB)。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是如何在存在不同优先级的HARQ ACK情况下生成HARQ ACK信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,HARQ ACK信息反馈方法包括:接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
可选的,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值;按照所述最大值确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,并向基站反馈所述HARQ ACK信息。

本发明实施例还公开了一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置,HARQ ACK信息反馈装置包括:下行控制信令接收模块,用以接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;HARQ ACK优先级指示信息确定模块,用以确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;HARQ ACK信息反馈模块,用以至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
本发明实施例还公开了一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置,HARQ ACK信息反馈装置包括:HARQ ACK优先级指示信息配置模块,用以确定HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;下行控制信令发送模块,用以发送触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,以供用户设备至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
本发明实施例还公开了一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法的步骤。
本发明实施例还公开了一种用户设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法的步骤。

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本发明技术方案中,用户设备接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的 下行控制信令;确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。本发明技术方案中,HARQ进程具备不同优先级,而通过HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,能够使得用户设备确定反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,还是仅反馈指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,提升HARQ ACK信息反馈的灵活性。
进一步地,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值;按照所述最大值确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,并向基站反馈所述HARQ ACK信息。本实施例中使用所需的比特数中的最大值来确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,能够保证所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息均能够准确完整地反馈给基站,实现所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息反馈的精准性。
进一步地,对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,则根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置以及所述第一比特数确定第二HARQ ACK信息,所述第一比特数为所述第二HARQ ACK信息实际使用的比特数。本实施例中将下行控制信令中指示的指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数来作为所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息实际使用的比特数,并结合HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置确定实际发送的HARQ ACK信息所包含的内容,可以在保证HARQ ACK信息完整性的基础上,减小实际传输数据量。
进一步地,优先反馈所述第五HARQ ACK信息,再反馈所述第六HARQ ACK信息。本发明实施例在保证反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息的基础上,还能够保证指定优先级的HARQ  ACK信息能够优先被反馈给基站,使得基站能够优先解码该HARQ ACK信息,提升HARQ ACK信息的可靠性。

如背景技术中所述,目前type 3 HARQ ACK码本不支持存在不同优先级的HARQ ACK情况下生成type 3 HARQ ACK CB。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
图1是本发明实施例一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法的流程图。
所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法可以用于用户设备(User Equipment,UE)侧,也即可以由用户设备执行上述方法的各个步骤。
所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;
步骤S102:确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;
步骤S103:至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反 馈HARQ ACK信息。
需要指出的是,本实施例中各个步骤的序号并不代表对各个步骤的执行顺序的限定。
本实施例中,下行控制信令可以是由基站配置并发送给用户设备的,下行控制信令中包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息。所述下行控制信令能够触发UE生成type 3 HARQ ACK信息。通过HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用户设备可以获知生成的HARQ ACK信息是针对所有优先级的HARQ进程的还是针对特定优先级的HARQ进程的。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,基站可以在下行控制信令携带上述特定优先级的相关信息,例如下行控制信令包括优先级0。
具体实施中,UE接收下行控制信令,触发生成type 3 HARQ ACK CB。type 3 HARQ ACK CB所包含的HARQ ACK信息是由UE根据HARQ ACK优先级指示信息确定的。具体可以包含所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,或者特定优先级的HARQ ACK信息。
本发明实施例中,HARQ ACK信息具备不同优先级,而通过HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,能够使得用户设备确定反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,还是仅反馈指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,提升HARQ ACK信息反馈的灵活性。
在一个非限制性的实施方式中,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息。一并参照图1和图2,步骤S103具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值;
步骤S202:按照所述最大值确定每个HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,并向基站反馈所述HARQ ACK信息。
由于UE需要反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,并且不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置可能不同,导致其HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数也不同,因此需要确定一个比特数值,以同时满足不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息的需求。本实施例中,是将所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值作为统一的比特数值,供不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息来使用。
具体而言,HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置是指针对HARQ进程传输PDSCH的HARQ ACK的优先级所对应的HARQ ACK反馈的配置,例如HARQ ACK信息是否配置码块组(Code Block Group,CBG)、新数据指示(New Data Indicator,NDI)、空分绑定(SpatialBundling)等。
在一个具体实施例中,步骤S201可以包括以下步骤:确定配置CBG时CBG个数与未配置CBG时传输块个数的最大值。
本实施例中,不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息的CBG配置不同,如优先级(Priority)0配置CBG,优先级1未配置CBG。这种情况下,可以将配置CBG时CBG个数与未配置CBG时传输块(Transmission Block,TB)个数的最大值作为统一的比特数值,用于承载不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息。
在一个具体的例子中,如下表1所示,共有4个HARQ process,其中针对HARQ process 0和2的HARQ ACK信息是高优先级,针对HARQ process 1和3的HARQ ACK信息是低优先级。具体配置为只有一个TB,不上报NDI,高优先级的HARQ ACK信息没有配置CBG,低优先级的HARQ ACK信息配置的CBG个数为4。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为1110/0000/1110/0000。

在一个具体实施例中,步骤S201可以包括以下步骤:确定配置HARQ ACK空分绑定(HARQ ACK SpatialBundling)时所需的比特数与未配置HARQ ACK空分绑定时所需的比特数的最大值。其中,HARQ ACK空分绑定是指将两个传输块(Transmission Block,TB)的HARQ ACK做异或操作。
本实施例中,各个优先级是否配置HARQ ACK空分绑定不同。这种情况下,可以将配置HARQ ACK空分绑定的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数与未配置HARQ ACK空分绑定的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数的最大值作为统一的比特数值,用于承载不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息。具体而言,配置bundling的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数为1bit,没有配置bundling的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数为2bit,统一的比特数值为2,也即max(2,1)。
在一个具体的例子中,如下表2所示,共有4个HARQ process,其中针对HARQ process 0和2的HARQ ACK信息是高优先级,针对HARQ process 1和3的HARQ ACK信息是低优先级。具体配置为有2个TB,不上报NDI,高优先级HARQ ACK信息没有配置bundle,低优先级HARQ ACK信息配置了bundle。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为00100010。

在一个具体实施例中,步骤S201还可以包括以下步骤:确定配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息的所需的比特数与未配置NDI的HARQ  ACK信息的所需的比特数的最大值。
本实施例中,各个优先级是否配置NDI不同。这种情况下,可以将配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数与未配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数的最大值作为统一的比特数值,用于承载不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息。具体而言,配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数为2bit,没有配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数为1bit,统一的比特数值为2,也即max(1,2)。
在一个具体的例子中,如下表3所示,共有4个HARQ process,其中针对HARQ process 0和2的HARQ ACK信息是高优先级,针对HARQ process 1和3的HARQ ACK信息是低优先级。具体配置为没有配置CBG,只有一个TB,高优先级上报NDI,低优先级不上报NDI。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为00/00/00/00。

在本发明一个非限制性的实施例中,下行控制信令还指示指定优先级,所述指定优先级为需要反馈的HARQ ACK信息的优先级。如DCI中指示指定优先级为优先级p。
在一个非限制性的实施例中,请参照图3,图1所示步骤S103还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:确定优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息所需的第一比特数;
步骤S302:对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述第一比特数确定第一HARQ ACK信息;
步骤S303:对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,则根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置以及所述第一比特数确定第二HARQ ACK信息,所述第一比特数为所述第二HARQ ACK信息实际使用的比特数;
步骤S304:将所述第一HARQ ACK信息和所述第二HARQ ACK信息合并为所述HARQ ACK信息,并反馈至所述基站。
本实施例中,第一比特数是指供不同优先级的HARQ ACK信息共同使用的比特数。
在一个具体实施例中,请参照图4,图3所示步骤S303可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S401:根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置确定所述HARQ ACK信息所需的第二比特数;
步骤S402:如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置CBG,则仅根据传输块确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息。
本实施例中,对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照其具体配置可以确定其所需的比特数,并与实际使用的比特数,也即第一比特数进行比较,可以确定最终反馈的数据内容,也即第二HARQ ACK信息。也就是说,以触发生成type 3 HARQ ACK的DCI信令中优先级p指示的比特个数N为准,N的大小取决于优先级p的HARQ ACK信息的CBG配置。而不同于优先级p的HARQ ACK信息同样放置有用HARQ ACK信息。当所需要bit大于N时,只反馈TB级信息;当小于N时,多的bit填充NACK。例如,触发的优先级为高优先级,则HARQ ACK CB比特个数(也即第一比特数)决取于高优先级的CBG配置;如触发的优先级为低优先级,则HARQ ACK CB比特个数决取于低优先级的CBG配置。
在一个具体的例子中,请继续参照表1,DCI中指示的指定优先 级为高优先级,也即触发的优先级为高优先级。高优先级的HARQ ACK信息没有配置CBG,第一比特数为1。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为0000。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为00,第二HARQ ACK信息为00。
或者,触发的优先级为低优先级,低优先级的HARQ ACK信息配置的CBG个数为4。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为1110/0000/1110/0000。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为1100/1100,第二HARQ ACK信息为0000/0000。
在另一个具体实施例中,步骤S402可以替换为以下步骤:如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置HARQ ACK空分绑定,则仅根据所述HARQ ACK空分绑定确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息。
与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例中是根据是否配置HARQ ACK空分绑定确定第二HARQ ACK信息。
在一个具体的例子中,请继续参照表2,触发的优先级为高优先级,高优先级没有配置bundle,第一比特数为2。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为00100010。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为00/00,第二HARQ ACK信息为10/10。
或者,触发的优先级为低优先级,低优先级配置了bundle,第一比特数为1。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为0000。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为00,第二HARQ ACK信息为00。
在又一个具体实施例中,步骤S402还可以替换为以下步骤:如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置NDI,则仅根据所述HARQ进程的HARQ ACK确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息。
与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例中是根据是否配置NDI确定 第二HARQ ACK信息。
在一个具体的例子中,请继续参照表3,触发的优先级为高优先级,高优先级上报NDI,第一比特数为2。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为00/00/00/00。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为00/00,第二HARQ ACK信息为00/00。
或者,触发的优先级为低优先级,优先级不上报NDI,第一比特数为1。UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为0/0/0/0。其中,第一HARQ ACK信息为00,第二HARQ ACK信息为00。
在一个非限制性的实施例中,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示不反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息。请参照图5,图1所示步骤S103可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S501:对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述需要反馈HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数确定第三HARQ ACK信息;
步骤S502:对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述需要反馈HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数填充固定值,以得到第四HARQ ACK信息;
步骤S503:将所述第三HARQ ACK信息和所述第四HARQ ACK信息合并为所述HARQ ACK信息,并反馈至所述基站。
本实施例中,对于支持特定优先级的type 3 HARQ ACK CB,一次触发生成type 3 HARQ ACK信令可以仅生成此DCI中指示对应优先级的HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息,而不同于指示优先级的HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息填充NACK,若同时上报NDI则不同与指示优先级的HARQ process的NDI信息填充固定值(如0或1)。
在一个具体的例子中,请参照表4,共有4个HARQ process,其 中HARQ process 0和2是高优先级,HARQ process 1和3是低优先级。假设UE全部正确译码(ACK,用0表示)。具体配置为没有配置CBG,则只有一个TB,不上报NDI,UE上报的对应服务小区全部HARQ process的HARQ ACK信息为0101。

在本发明一个非限制性的实施例中,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息。图1所示步骤S103可以包括以下步骤:
对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,生成对应的第五HARQ ACK信息;
对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,生成对应的第六HARQ ACK信息;
优先反馈所述第五HARQ ACK信息,再反馈所述第六HARQ ACK信息。
本实施例中,当所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息都反馈时,可以生成多个子码本,例如,存在高优先级和低优先级两个优先级的情况下,可以分别生成一个高优先级子码本和一个低优先级子码本。关于两个子码本的放置顺序,可以是将优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息的子码本放置在前,也即优先反馈所述第五HARQ ACK信息。
在一个可选实施例中,关于两个子码本的放置顺序,可以是按高优先级的配置生成高优先级的type 3 HARQ ACK信息且放置在先;按低优先级的配置生成低优先级的type 3 HARQ ACK信息且放置在后。或,当都反馈时,type 3 HARQ ACK的顺序是低优先级的子码本在先,高优先级的子码本在后。
本发明实施例还公开了另一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,用于基站侧,所述反馈方法具体可以包括以下步骤:确定HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;发送触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,以供用户设备至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
本实施例中,基站能够配置DCI,以指示UE是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息。
请参照图6,本发明实施例还公开了一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置60,用于用户设备侧。HARQ ACK信息反馈装置60具体可以包括下行控制信令接收模块601、优先级指示信息确定模块602和HARQ ACK信息反馈模块603。
其中,下行控制信令接收模块601用以接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;优先级指示信息确定模块602用以确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;HARQ ACK信息反馈模块603用以至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
本发明实施例还公开了另一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置,用于基站侧。HARQ ACK信息反馈装置可以包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息配置模块(图未示),用以确定HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的 HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;下行控制信令发送模块(图未示),用以发送触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,以供用户设备至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
关于所述HARQ ACK信息反馈装置的工作原理、工作方式的更多内容,可以参照图1至图5中的相关描述,这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例还公开了一种存储介质,所述存储介质为计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序运行时可以执行图1至图5中所示方法的步骤。所述存储介质可以包括ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。所述存储介质还可以包括非挥发性存储器(non-volatile)或者非瞬态(non-transitory)存储器等。
本发明实施例还公开了一种用户设备,所述用户设备可以包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序。所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时可以执行图1至图5中所示方法的步骤。所述用户设备包括但不限于手机、计算机、平板电脑等终端设备。
本发明实施例还公开了一种基站,所述基站可以包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序。所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时可以执行在基站侧执行的上述反馈方法的步骤。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;
    确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;
    至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:
    确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值;
    按照所述最大值确定每个HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息,并向基站反馈所述HARQ ACK信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,按照所述最大值确定每个HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息包括:
    根据所述最大值确定实际比特个数;
    如果所述实际比特个数大于HARQ ACK信息的有效比特个数,则在实际比特的剩余比特位置填充预设信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,各个优先级是否配置不同的CBG传输或重传信息,所述确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值包括:
    确定配置CBG时CBG个数与未配置CBG时传输块个数的最大 值。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,各个优先级是否配置HARQ ACK空分绑定不同,所述确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值包括:
    确定配置HARQ ACK空分绑定的HARQ ACK信息的所需的比特数与未配置HARQ ACK空分绑定的HARQ ACK信息的所需的比特数的最大值。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,各个优先级是否配置NDI不同,所述确定所有HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数中的最大值包括:
    确定配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息的所需的比特数与未配置NDI的HARQ ACK信息的所需的比特数的最大值。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述下行控制信令还指示指定优先级,所述指定优先级为需要反馈的HARQ ACK信息的优先级。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:
    确定优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息所需的第一比特数;
    对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述第一比特数确定第一HARQ ACK信息;
    对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,则根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置以及所述第一比特数确定第二HARQ ACK信息,所述第一比特数为所述第二HARQ ACK信息实际使 用的比特数;
    将所述第一HARQ ACK信息和所述第二HARQ ACK信息合并为所述HARQ ACK信息,并反馈至所述基站。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置以及所述第一比特数确定第二HARQ ACK信息包括:
    根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置确定所述HARQ ACK信息所需的第二比特数;
    如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置CBG,则仅根据传输块确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息;
    或者,如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置HARQ ACK空分绑定,则仅根据所述HARQ ACK空分绑定确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息;
    或者,如果所述第二比特数大于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置NDI,则仅根据所述HARQ进程的HARQ ACK确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置以及所述第一比特数确定第二HARQ ACK信息包括:
    根据所述HARQ ACK信息的反馈配置确定所述HARQ ACK信息所需的第二比特数;
    如果所述第二比特数小于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信息配置CBG或HARQ ACK空分绑定,则确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息包括所述HARQ进程的HARQ ACK,剩余比特为NACK;
    如果所述第二比特数小于所述第一比特数,且所述HARQ ACK信 息配置NDI,则确定所述第二HARQ ACK信息包括所述HARQ进程的HARQ ACK,剩余比特为固定值。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示不反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:
    对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述需要反馈HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数确定第三HARQ ACK信息;
    对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,按照所述需要反馈HARQ ACK信息所需的比特数填充固定值,以得到第四HARQ ACK信息;
    将所述第三HARQ ACK信息和所述第四HARQ ACK信息合并为所述HARQ ACK信息,并反馈至所述基站。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息指示反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;所述至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息包括:
    对于优先级为所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,生成对应的第五HARQ ACK信息;
    对于优先级不是所述指定优先级的HARQ ACK信息,生成对应的第六HARQ ACK信息;
    优先反馈所述第五HARQ ACK信息,再反馈所述第六HARQ ACK信息。
  13. 一种HARQ ACK信息反馈方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK 信息;
    发送触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,以供用户设备至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
  14. 一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置,其特征在于,包括:
    下行控制信令接收模块,用以接收触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令;
    优先级指示信息确定模块,用以确定所述下行控制信令中的HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;
    HARQ ACK信息反馈模块,用以至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
  15. 一种HARQ ACK信息反馈装置,其特征在于,包括:
    优先级指示信息配置模块,用以确定HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息用于指示是否反馈所有优先级的HARQ进程的HARQ ACK信息;
    下行控制信令发送模块,用以发送触发生成HARQ ACK信息的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括HARQ ACK优先级指示信息,以供用户设备至少根据所述HARQ ACK优先级指示信息向基站反馈HARQ ACK信息。
  16. 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行权利要求1至13中任一项所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法的步骤。
  17. 一种用户设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求1至12中任一项所述HARQ ACK 信息反馈方法的步骤。
  18. 一种基站,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求13中所述HARQ ACK信息反馈方法的步骤。
