目前市场上的投影屏幕通常包括软幕和硬幕两种。现阶段100寸及以上尺寸的抗光投影屏幕,硬幕通常依靠高硬度的背板来提供支撑,并且需要采用贴合等组装工艺固定安装屏幕。这种屏幕结构可以保证屏幕的平面度,从而确保高质量投影显示的观看效果,但由于背板采用了蜂窝铝等金属材料,整体重量大,屏幕也无法弯折,给安装和运输造成了较大的困难。
而软幕的安装,一种方式是直接安装升降卷轴,悬挂安装,但是这种安装方式屏幕的平整度无法保证;另一种比较成熟的方式是需要把屏幕反向拉伸到内框后方,用弹簧拉紧,固定在内框上,目前安装后弹力、张力固定,无法调节,此方案保持了屏幕的平整性,也考虑了安装、包装运输的问题,但是无法适用于有一定硬度,无法反向弯曲的软屏投影幕,另外采用弹簧安装,配件多,安装繁琐,且无法调节固定张力。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的软屏投影幕安装构件来解决上述技术问题。

与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的软屏投影幕安装构件,其包括软屏投影幕组件、内边框组件。所述软屏投影幕组件包括屏幕主体以及设置于所述屏幕主体周缘的定位件。所述内边框组件包括内边框、滑动件以及调节件,所述滑动件与所述定位件通过可拆卸结构以将所述屏幕主体挂设在所述内边框组件上,所述内边框具有沿其长度方向延伸的安装槽,所述滑动件卡设在所述安装槽内,并可在所述安装槽内沿所述内边框的长度方向滑动,以在所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力;所述安装槽底部设有安装通孔,所述调节件穿设于所述安装通孔并与所述滑动件相抵接,用于使所述滑动件在沿垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上移动,以在垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力。上述结构中,通过滑动件沿着安装槽滑动张紧屏幕,通过使调节件穿设于安装孔并与滑动件抵接的结构带动滑动件在屏幕平面内垂直于所处内边框的方向上移动,从而更大程度地张紧屏幕,得到更高的平整度,同时通过使用张紧力可调的调节件弥补了弹性件拉伸结构拉紧后固定弹力无法调节张力的缺陷,可根据需要灵活调节对屏幕的张紧程度。

请同时参阅图1-2,本实用新型实施例提供的一种软屏投影幕安装构件1,其包括软屏投影幕组件10、内边框组件11,所述软屏投影幕组件10可悬挂固定于所述内边框组件11上。
图2中(a)和(b)分别为软屏投影幕组件10的正视图和侧视图,所述软屏投影幕组件10包括屏幕主体100以及设置于所述屏幕主体100周缘的定位件101,所述屏幕主体100通过所述定位件101与所述内边框组件11配合固定。
所述屏幕主体100与所述定位件101之间可以形成可拆卸连接,也可形成一体设置。在本实施例中,所述定位件101为PC衬板,所述屏幕主体100四周均匀粘接所述PC衬板,使屏幕主体100与所述PC衬板固定成为一体。
请参阅图3,所述内边框组件11包括带有沿其长度方向延伸的安装槽121的内边框12、与所述安装槽121相配合的滑动件13以及调节件14。
所述定位件101与所述滑动件13形成可拆卸连接;所述滑动件13插设于所述安装槽121中,并与所述内边框12形成滑动连接;所述安装槽121底设有与调节件14配位设置的调节通孔1211,所述调节件14从所述内边框12背离容置滑动件13的一侧穿设所述调节通孔1211至与所述滑动件13底部抵接。
所述屏幕主体100通过所述定位件101与所述滑动件13的可拆卸连接来实现与所述内边框组件11的配合固定。请一并参阅图2(a)-图4,在本实施例,所述定位件101上设有定位孔1011,所述滑动件13包括一体设置的限位部130以及位于所述限位部130上方的滑动部131,在滑动部131贴近软屏投影幕组件10的表面对应定位孔1011的位置设置有定位凸轴132,所述定位凸轴132插入对应位置的所述定位孔1011实现所述内边框组件11与所述软屏投影幕组件10的可拆卸连接。
值得注意的是,也可以在定位件101靠近滑动件13的一侧设置定位凸轴,在滑动件13对应位置设置定位孔。即,可选择所述定位件101与所述滑动件13中的任一者设置有定位凸轴,且另一者设置有用于插入所述定位凸轴的定位孔。
请参阅图5,图6,在本实施例中,所述滑动件13插设于所述安装槽121中,沿平行于所处内边框12的延伸方向滑动产生位移。所述安装槽121与所述滑动件13配位设置,使得所述滑动件13可从所述安装槽121的一端插入,与安装槽121形成滑动连接,同时将滑动件13卡设于所述安装槽121内限制其脱离安装槽121。在本实施例中,所述滑动件13包括一体设置的限位部130以及位于所述限位部130上方的滑动部131,所述限位部130的宽度大于所述滑动部131的宽度,相对应地,所述安装槽121大致呈倒“T”型。所述倒“T”型安装槽121包括安装槽内腔121 b和安装槽上口121 a,所述限位部120上侧面与安装槽内腔121 b上表面存在预设的高度间隔,即,所述安装槽内腔121 a的高度大 于限位部120的高度,使得卡设于安装槽121中所述滑动件13不仅可以沿平行于所处内边框12延伸方向滑动产生位移,也可以沿垂直于所处内边框12延伸方向上产生位移。可以理解的,所述倒“T”型安装槽结构,其安装槽内腔121 b宽度大于安装槽上口121 a宽度。所述安装槽上口121 a宽度与所述滑动部131宽度以第一预设间隙配合设置,所述安装槽内腔121 b宽度与所述限位部120宽度以第二预设间隙配合设置,限制滑动件13在垂直于所处内边框12方向上产生过量位移,从而脱离安装槽121。
优选的,所述第一预设间隙与所述第二预设间隙均选择为0.1mm。优选的,所述预设高度间隔为5mm,使得所述滑动件13可在屏幕平面内平行于所处内边框12方向滑动,在屏幕平面内垂直于所处内边框12方向上移动而不脱离安装槽121。
在本实施例中,所述滑动件为长条型,需要说明的,本实用新型的滑动件13和安装槽121可以选用不同的结构形状配位设置,本实用新型并不以此为限。
所述安装槽121底部还设有安装通孔1211,所述调节件14从所述内边框12背离容置滑动件13的一侧穿设所述安装通孔1211至与所述滑动件13抵接。对所述调节件14施加外力,使得所述调节件14在穿设方向上产生位移,从而带动滑动件13在屏幕平面内垂直于所处内边框12延伸方向上移动。
在本实施例中,所述调节件14为调节螺丝,所述调节螺丝一端设有调节手柄141,所述调节螺丝从所述内边框12背离容置滑动件13的一侧穿设所述安装通孔1211至与所述滑动件13抵接,所述调节螺丝与安装通孔1211螺纹连接。旋转调节螺丝的调节手柄141,可以使得调节螺丝上下移动,从而推动滑动件13在穿设方向(图6中Y方向)上产生位移。
请参阅图7,所述内边框组件11包括设置于内边框组件11每个侧边上的内边框12以及用于固定连接相邻内边框12的角连接件15。
所述内边框组件11具有对应于所述屏幕的外轮廓的框架形状,在本实施例中,所述屏幕为矩形,所述内边框组件11也为矩形,由分别相对设置的两条长边框12a和两条短边框12b组成,相邻的长短内边框由角连接件15紧固连接。可以理解的,所述屏幕可以为除矩形外的任意形状,对应的内框架组件也可以 具有除矩形外的任意形状,同时,相邻内边框的紧固连接可以通过角连接件固定或直接利用紧固件接连接,本实用新型并不以此为限。
下面将参照图8详细描述本实用新型实施例的软屏投影幕安装构件1。将软屏投影幕组件10平置于内边框组件11上方,设置于内边框组件11每个侧边上的内边框12上均匀分布设置多个滑动件13,此时,滑动件13的限位部130底面与安装槽121的内腔底壁贴合,即,此时滑动件13在安装槽121中的位置处于最低点。通过将所述滑动件13的定位凸轴132配合插入所述软屏投影幕组件10上对应位置的定位孔1011,可以精确地将软屏投影幕组件10连接并定位到滑动件13上。
在本实施例中,软屏投影幕组件10上的定位孔1011以一定预设间隔均匀分布设置,在每个滑动件13上以相应间隔设置三个定位凸轴122,在同一内边框12上均匀分布设置的多个滑动件13使得软屏投影幕组件10上的任一定位孔都有与之对应连接的定位凸轴132。可以理解的是,在每个滑动件13上可以设置任意数量的定位凸轴132,同一内边框12上的滑动件13数量可以为大于等于2的任意个数,选用数量的滑动件13满足在同一内边框12上均匀分布设置,同时各滑动件13上设置的定位凸轴132都能插入与之对应的定位孔1011。优选的,在同一内边框12上设置两个滑动件13,滑动件13分别设置于内边框12两端,此时滑动件13的数量减少,安装更简便。
值得注意的是,也可以在软屏投影幕组件10靠近内边框12的一侧设置定位凸轴,在滑动部131对应位置设置定位孔。即,所述定位件101与所述滑动件121中的一者设置有定位凸轴,且另一者设置有用于插入所述定位凸轴的定位孔。
当软屏投影幕组件10连接并定位到滑动件13后,调整临近内边框12四个角的滑动件13向更靠近角的方向滑动,以在内边框12的延伸方向上张紧屏幕,同时通过调节设置在屏幕背面的调节件14(图未示)带动滑动件13在屏幕平面内垂直于所处内边框12的方向上移动,从而在垂直于内边框12延伸方向上张紧屏幕,待将屏幕主体张紧到所需平整度,固定调节件14位置即完成安装张紧软屏投影幕,本实施例中的调节件14采用顶升结构来代替常用的弹性件拉伸结 构,弥补了弹性件拉伸结构拉紧后固定弹力无法调节张力的缺陷,可以根据需求调节张力达到所设计的屏幕平整度。之后再以相同方式调节内边框12上其余位置的滑动件13位置,使得整个屏幕各个位置所受的张力均匀,避免因某处所受张力过大造成屏幕损坏。
进一步地,请参阅图9,所述内边框组件11还可以包括加强边框16,通过紧固件将所述加强边框16两端分别与相对设置的两个内边框12连接,进一步增加了内边框12的稳定性。
进一步的,如图10-图11所示,本实用新型的软屏投影幕安装构件还包括外边框组件17,所述外边框组件17包括分别设置于所述内边框组件11的四周侧的外边框18以及用于固定连接相邻外边框18的包角件19。请参阅图12,任一所述外边框18包括第一侧壁181以及由所述第一侧壁181相对的两边缘沿同一方向分别弯折延伸的第二底壁182和第三底壁183,所述第二底壁182、第三底壁183与所述第一侧壁181共同围成一夹槽184,所述第三底壁183远离第一侧壁端向夹槽184内侧弯折,使得所述内边框组件11和所述软屏投影幕组件10的周缘夹设于所述夹槽184内,其中,第二底壁182抵接于所述内边框组件11,第三底壁183抵接固定所述软屏投影幕组件10。请参阅图13,所述包角件19用于包覆连接相邻两个外边框18,为了起到装饰外观的作用,包角件19的外表面与相邻两个外边框的外表面平整附接,即包角件19与任一外边框18附接面191的截面形状与该外边框18的截面形状一致,同时在附接面191上设置定位凸台,用于配位插入外边框18内侧,起到固定连接的作用。
将外边框18装配并包覆内边框12的外围边缘后,利用紧固件分别穿过外边框18第二底壁上的通孔以及内边框12对应位置的通孔,从而紧固缩紧外边框组件17和内边框组件11。
另外,根据本实用新型,调节件14仅设置在位于软屏投影幕的背面,且调节件14的大部分穿设容置于内边框12中,空间设计不占用外边框18的位置,相应地可以减小整个外边框组件17的尺寸,有利于设计窄边框结构。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供一种软屏投影幕安装构件,其包括软屏投影幕组件、内边框组件。所述软屏投影幕组件包括屏幕主体以及设置于所述 屏幕主体周缘的定位件。所述内边框组件包括内边框、滑动件以及调节件,所述滑动件与所述定位件通过可拆卸结构以将所述屏幕主体挂设在所述内边框组件上,所述内边框具有沿其长度方向延伸的安装槽,所述滑动件卡设在所述安装槽内,并可在所述安装槽内沿所述内边框的长度方向滑动,以在所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力;所述安装槽底部设有安装通孔,所述调节件穿设于所述安装通孔并与所述滑动件相抵接,用于使所述滑动件在沿垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上移动,以在垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力。上述结构中,通过滑动件沿着安装槽滑动张紧屏幕,通过调节件顶升结构带动滑动件在屏幕平面内垂直于所处内边框的方向上移动,从而更大程度地张紧屏幕,得到更高的平整度,同时通过使用张紧力可调的调节件弥补了弹性件拉伸结构拉紧后固定弹力无法调节张力的缺陷,可根据需要灵活调节对屏幕的张紧程度。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,包括软屏投影幕组件以及内边框组件,其中:所述软屏投影幕组件包括屏幕主体以及设置于所述屏幕主体周缘的定位件;所述内边框组件包括内边框、滑动件以及调节件;所述滑动件与所述定位件通过可拆卸结构以将所述屏幕主体挂设在所述内边框组件上;所述内边框具有沿其长度方向延伸的安装槽,所述滑动件卡设在所述安装槽内,并可在所述安装槽内沿所述内边框的长度方向滑动,以在所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力;所述安装槽底部设有安装通孔,所述调节件穿设于所述安装通孔并与所述滑动件相抵接,用于使所述滑动件在沿垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上移动,以在垂直于所述内边框的长度方向上对所述屏幕主体提供张紧力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述定位件为与所述屏幕主体固定形成一体的PC衬板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述定位件与所述滑动件中的一者设置有定位凸轴,且另一者设置有用于插入所述定位凸轴的定位孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述安装槽结构与所述滑动件结构配位设置,所述滑动件包括一体设置的限位部以及位于限位部上方的滑动部,所述安装槽包括安装槽内腔和安装槽上口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述限位部宽度大于所述滑动部宽度,所述安装槽内腔宽度大于所述安装槽上口宽度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述安装 槽内腔宽度与所述限位部宽度按第一预设间隙配合设置;所述安装槽上口宽度与所述滑动部宽度按第二预设间隙配合设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述安装槽内腔的高度大于所述限位部的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述内边框组件包括设置于所述屏幕主体侧边上的多个内边框以及用于固定连接相邻内边框的角连接件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,任一所述内边框上均设置两个滑动件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述内边框组件还包括加强边框,所述加强边框两端分别与相对设置的两个内边框固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的软屏投影幕安装构件,其特征在于,所述软屏投影幕安装构件还包括外边框组件,所述外边框组件包括分别设置于所述内边框组件四周侧的外边框以及用于固定连接相邻外边框的包角件;所述外边框包括第一侧壁以及由所述第一侧壁相对的两边缘沿同一方向分别弯折延伸的第二底壁和第三底壁,所述第二底壁、第三底壁与所述第一侧壁共同围成一夹槽,所述第三底壁远离第一侧壁端向夹槽内侧弯折,将所述内边框组件和所述软屏投影幕组件的周缘夹设于所述夹槽内;所述包角件与所述外边框的附接面上设置定位凸台,用于配位插入外边框内侧。
