具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如附图1,2,3和4所示,本实施例提供的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,它包括外壳1,接线模块2,机构模块3,触头系统4,熔芯模块5和插接模块6,如附图6所示,所述外壳1的两侧面设有下沉的凹面槽1e。所述接线模块2和所述机构模块3装在所述外壳1内位于所述外壳1的同一侧呈上下布置,所述插接模块6装在所述外壳1内位于与所述接线模块2和所述机构模块3相对的的另一侧,所述熔芯模块5装在所述外壳1内位于所述接线模块2和插接模块6之间,所述触头系统4装在所述外壳1内位于所述机构模块3和所述插接模块6之间,所述触头系统4和所述熔芯模块5上下布置安装。所述触头系统4中的静触头401与所述插接模块6电连接。如附图15所示,所述熔芯模块5包括熔芯501,所述熔芯501两端被导电板502包覆后嵌装在所述外壳1内的安装槽内,所述导电板502和熔芯501铆接连接。所述熔芯501两端的导电板502分别与相应的接线模块2和插接模块6电连接。如附图16所示,所述插接模块6包括信号端601和电源端602,所述信号端601和电源端602的设置不同的插接深度用以避免反向错装。
具体地讲就是如附图5所示,所述机构模块3包括操作件3a,所述操作件3a通过连杆3b与触头支撑件3c相连接,所述操作件3a能够在所述外壳1内转 动,所述操作件3a在所述外壳1内转动过程中能够通过连杆3b带动所述触头支撑件3c上的动触头402与对应的静触头401接触或分离实现所述开关装置的通断;
所述连杆3b与所述操作件3a连接的一端还联动有固定扣3d,所述固定扣3d装在所述外壳1内能够转动,本实施例中,所述固定扣3d装在所述外壳1内与所述操作件3a同轴转动。所述固定扣3d装在所述外壳1内转动过程中,所述固定扣3d上的锁定凸台3d01能够从所述外壳1上的缺口1a伸出或退回;所述固定扣3d上的锁定凸台3d01从所述外壳3a上的缺口1a伸出与开关安装柜体上的槽口相对应实现对所述开关装置的锁定安装。
所述操作件3a在通过所述连杆3b带动所述触头支撑件3c运动从而带动所述动触头402和静触头401进行分合闸操作过程中,所述固定扣3d不被联动,所述操作件3a位于分闸位置后继续逆时针转动能够通过所述连杆3b带动所述固定扣3d逆时针转动从而让所述锁定凸台3d01从所述外壳1上的缺口1a退回;
所述固定扣3d连接有复位弹簧3e能够使所述固定扣3d具有顺时针转动趋势从而复位,本实施例中,所述复位弹簧3e为压簧,所述复位弹簧3e一端挂装在所述弹簧安装凸台3d0201上,另一端挂装在所述触头支撑本体3c01上的弹簧安装凸柱3c0104上。
更进一步地讲就是如附图7和8所示,所述操作件3a包括操作本体3a01,所述操作本体3a01上设有转动中心孔一3a0101,所述操作本体3a01通过所述转动中心孔一3a0101安装在所述外壳1内的轴一1b上并能绕所述轴一1b转动,所述操作本体3a01一端设有连杆安装孔3a0102,所述连杆3b一端从所述连杆安装孔3a0102上穿过伸入所述固定扣3d上的联动槽3d0202内,本实施例中所述联动槽3d020202为弧形联动槽。所述操作本体3a01另一端为手柄端3a0103,所述手柄端3a0103受力能够带动所述操作本体3a01绕所述轴一1b转动实现所述开关装置的分合闸控制,所述手柄端3a0103上设置有拔出特征部3a0103a用于将开关装置从开关安装柜体中拔出。本实施例中,所述拔出特征部3a0103a 为所述手柄端3a0103上设置的突起。
如附图1,2,3和9所示,所述固定扣3d包括固定扣本体3d02,所述固定扣本体3d02底部设置有锁定凸台3d01,所述锁定凸台3d01随所述固定扣本体3d02转动过程中能够从所述外壳3a上的缺口1a伸出或退回,所述固定扣本体3d02上端设置有弹簧安装凸台3d0201用于挂装所述复位弹簧3e,所述固定扣本体3d02上设有联动槽3d020202用于容置从连杆安装孔3a0102穿过的连杆3b一端或联动柱3a0102a’,所述固定扣本体3d02上端设有位置限位凸台3d0203用于限制所述连杆3b的运动行程。所述固定扣本体3d02上设有转动中心孔二3d0204,所述固定扣本体3d02通过转动中心孔二3d0204安装在所述外壳1内的轴二1c上并能绕所述轴二1c转动。轴一1b和轴二1c同轴心。
如附图1,2,3,10,11,12,13和14所示,所述触头支撑件3c包括触头支撑本体3c01,所述触头支撑件3c01上设有转动中心孔三3c02,所述触头支撑本体3c01利用所述转动中心孔三3c02安装在所述外壳1内的轴三1d上,所述触头支撑本体3c01上设有连杆孔3c0101,所述连杆3b另一端装在所述连杆孔3c0101内,所述触头支撑本体3c01上安装有动触头容纳槽3c0102,扭簧3c0103装在所述触头支撑本体3c01上抵住动触头402使所述动触头402置于所述动触头安装槽3c0102内,所述动触头402的触头端伸出所述动触头安装槽3c0102,所述动触头402和静触头401接触后能够在所述扭簧3c0103力作用下在所述动触头安装槽3c0102内相对于所述触头支撑本体3c01转动。所述扭簧3c0103套装在所述触头支撑本体3c01的扭簧轴3c0104上一端抵压住所述动触头402。
本实施例中操作件顺时针运动使动触头朝如附图18所示的合闸状态运动,操作件转动的力通过连杆3b传递至触头支撑件3c,从而带动触头402与静触头401合闸;待到动触头402与静触头401接触后,机构模块会继续运动,这时动触头402不会再跟随触头支撑件3c运动,而是会绕着动触头402靠住触头支撑件3c的两个圆弧边,在所述动触头安装槽3c0102内做旋转运动,扭簧3c0103这时提供动触头402所需的触头压力,同时用于给动触头402施加向左的力, 以保持在合闸状态力的平衡;如附图17所示,在分闸时,触头支撑件3c靠复位弹簧3e的回复力,直到触头支撑件3c靠住外壳1的限位凸台,这时为触头系统4的分闸最远点,同时动触头402也恢复到初始位置;
本实施例中,如附图4所示,外壳1的两侧面都下沉出一个凹面槽1e,使得不同开关产品装入柜体A后,下沉的凹面槽1e不会接触,使得产品面与面之间存在的空隙能让更多热气流扩散出开关,使得开关产品的温升得到降低;
产品在合闸和分闸时能够利用手柄端向上或向下操作实现分合闸转换,当转换到需要利用操作件将开关产品拔出开关安装柜体时,手柄端的拔出特征部3a0103a可以同时作为手部的着力点,使手部施力将开关拔出开关安装柜体;
如附图5,17,18,19和20所示,开关在分合闸状态时,固定扣3d与机构无任何配合联系,分闸时操作件3a带动连杆3b停留在联动槽3d0202的上端,合闸时停留在下端,连杆3能够在联动槽3d0202内运动,当固定扣3d不运动时,复位弹簧3e对触头支撑件3c施力,使其朝分闸方向运动,待到需要拔出产品时,将操作件3a拨到分闸位置,再施力将操作件3a朝逆时针运动,这时操作件3a带动的连杆3b停留在固定扣3d的上部,操作件3a继续逆时针运动则会带动连3b杆随其运动,这时连杆3b就会带动固定扣3d一起逆时针运动,这时锁定凸台3d01就会旋向外壳内部旋转退回,解除开关装置与外1壳的锁定功能,这时可以利用手柄端的拔出特征部3a0103a将产品拔出,一旦操作件3a上的作用力去除,则固定扣3d会在复位弹簧3e的作用下顺时针运动至伸出外壳1上的的缺口1a;
当开关装配入开关安装柜体到位时,需要经历固定扣3d被柜体压入外壳1的阶段,这阶段就是开关未安装到位的时候,所述固定扣本体3d02上端设有位置限位凸台3d0203与连杆3b配合,阻碍机构模块传动的角到达死点位置,以此来保证产品不能装配到位,产品无法合闸,产品合闸装配会被固定扣3d带动到分闸位置,只有开关装配到位后,锁定凸台3d01才能到达柜体预留的槽口位置,从而再次伸出柜体将开关装置与柜体锁定;
实施例2
如附图21所示,本发明还提供的一个实施例中所述操作本体3a01一端设有连杆安装槽3a0102’,所述连杆3b一端装在所述连杆安装槽3a0102’内,所述操作本体3a01背面设有联动柱3a0102a’,所述联动柱3a0102a’伸入所述联动槽3d0202内。其它结构和工作原理与实施例1相同,在此不再进一步详细说明。
实施例3
如附图22所示,所述复位弹簧3e竖直设置,一端抵住所述固定扣3d,另一端位于所述外壳1内的弹簧槽1f内。其它结构和工作原理与实施例1相同,在此不再进一步详细说明。
实施例4
如附图23所示,所述复位弹簧3e为扭簧,所述扭簧套装在所述外壳1内的扭簧安装柱1g上,一端抵住所述固定扣3d。其它结构和工作原理与实施例1相同,在此不再进一步详细说明。

Claims (8)

  1. 插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述固定扣(3d)包括固定扣本体(3d02),所述固定扣本体(3d02)底部设置有锁定凸台(3d01),所述锁定凸台(3d01)随所述固定扣本体(3d02)转动过程中能够从所述外壳(3a)上的缺口(1a)伸出或退回,所述固定扣本体(3d02)上端设置有弹簧安装凸台(3d0201)用于挂装所述复位弹簧(3e),所述固定扣本体(3d02)上设有联动槽(3d0202)用于容置从连杆安装孔(3a0102)穿过的连杆(3b)一端或联动柱(3a0102a’),所述固定扣本体(3d02)上端设有位置限位凸台(3d0203)用于限制所述连杆(3b)的运动行程。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述固定扣本体(3d02)上设有转动中心孔二(3d0204),所述固定扣本体(3d02)通过转动中心孔二(3d0204)安装在所述外壳(1)内的轴二(1c)上并能绕所述轴二(1c)转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:轴一(1b)和轴二(1c)同轴心。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述联动槽(3d0202)为弧形联动槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(3e)一端挂装在所述弹簧安装凸台(3d0201)上,另一端挂装在所述触头支撑本体(3c01)上的弹簧安装凸柱(3c0105)上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(3e)竖直设置,一端抵住所述固定扣(3d),另一端位于所述外壳(1)内的弹簧槽(1f)内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(3e)为扭簧,所述扭簧套装在所述外壳(1)内的扭簧安装柱(1g)上,一端抵住所述固定扣(3d)。
  8. 如权利要求1或6所述的插拔式小型熔断器式开关装置的固定扣,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(3e)为压簧。
