本实用新型提供的技术方案中,指套本体的头端为片状结构,可以将指套本体套设在手指上,然后通过片状的头端完成对果壳的剥离,片状结构上设置 “V”字形槽,“V”字形槽的槽壁设置成刃口以此便可以实现瓜蒂的切割,实现单手采摘葡萄等需要切断瓜蒂的果实,“V”字形槽的两端顶部为弧形,弧形结构的外延壁部分避免对人的划伤,指套本体尾部设置的盖板,可以实现对削皮刀片的遮盖,避免其在不使用的情况下存在安全隐患的问题,削皮刀片的可以实现对果皮的切削。
本实用新型优选技术方案至少还可以产生如下技术效果:指背以及侧壁的长度均大于指腹的长度,指背、指腹以及侧壁围绕成中空锥形的指洞腔,手指在深入指洞腔内时,较短的指腹部分可以使手指关节自由弯曲从而方便使用;
指背尾端处向去皮剥壳器外部翻折,翻折形成的翻折面以及铰接筒,翻折面避免手指向后翻折时指背对手指的损伤,铰接筒通过铰接件与盖板之间铰接;
铰接筒相对的端面设置尖锥形凸起,铰接件为“几”字形钢丝,在铰接件的两端分别设置在铰接筒内时,可以通过扳动铰接件来实现盖板的转动,此时尖锥形凸起便会在铰接件转动到一定位置后限制其自由转动,需要施加外力来使盖板发生扳动;
侧壁为两个,侧壁之间设置弹簧,弹簧位于指洞腔的开口处,此种设置在手指深入指洞腔后弹簧限制去皮剥壳器的自主脱离,需要通过人抻拉去皮剥壳器才可以从指洞腔内部脱离出来;
削皮刀片的一侧设置条形孔,对应的盖板上设置条形凸起,盖板盖设到削皮刀片上时条形凸起位于条形孔内,避免盖板受到外部推挤出现前后左右移动,从而引起碰坏削皮刀片,同时也避免外部推挤力超出铰接件的承受强度导致变形损坏;
指背上设置耳片来实现打开夏威夷果,耳片深入夏威夷果开口缝里然后通过扭转去皮剥壳器便可以打开,耳片根部处的通孔可以通过伸入扭转来实现葵花籽剥壳;
指背与侧壁连接处设置开瓶孔,且连接处设置朝向开瓶孔内部的凸起,凸起用于卡在瓶盖的齿纹下端,便于瓶盖的开启;
侧壁上设置锯齿结构、翘片以及切绳口,分别实现开启包装、对坚果果壳 的剥离、切断绳子的功能。

为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本实用新型所保护的范围。
本实用新型的具体实施例提供了一种去皮剥壳器,包括指套本体1以及铰接在指套本体1尾端的盖板2;盖板2的作用在于遮盖住指套本体1上的削皮刀片4,其中如附图1以及附图2所示,包含了盖板2的两种状态,图1中盖板2为打开状态,图2中盖板2为闭合状态,削皮刀片4的设置实现去皮剥壳器对于苹果、黄瓜等蔬菜果皮的剥离;指套本体1的头端为片状结构且设置“V”字形槽3,可以在人手佩戴上指套本体1以后通过片状的指套本体1头端来实现对果皮等的剥离,把大拇指穿套进该去皮剥壳器的指洞腔8中,直接用该去 皮剥壳器的头端片体的仿生指甲剥桔子、柚子等果皮,或者掰开毛蚶等贝壳类。还可以开启易拉罐,此类型食物的去皮剥壳均通过去皮剥壳器的仿生指甲来完成避免指甲的损伤;同时在此仿生指甲的上设置的“V”字形槽3的槽壁设置成刃口,来实现对瓜蒂的截断,“V”字形槽3起到导向作用使瓜蒂能顺利进入槽中,把水果的果蒂或者细绳导向进入“V”字形槽3内的刀锋处,然后使手指用力一顶可折断或切断蒂细的果蔬或绳子等。“V”字形槽3刀锋适合果蔬采摘,例如葡萄的采摘,只需将去皮剥壳器佩戴到大拇指上,然后其余四指抓住葡萄或者带瓜蒂的果实,然后让去皮剥壳器的“V”字形槽3顶紧瓜蒂,大拇指用力前顶便可切断瓜蒂,实现单手采摘果实的功能。“V”字形槽3的两端顶部为弧形,如附图2所示,顶端整体呈“m”形,槽内刃口的设置可以避免意外对人体造成损伤。
削皮刀片4设置在靠近指套本体1的尾端处,盖板2可以遮盖在削皮刀片4上,当不需要使用削皮刀片4时以及常态下盖板2均遮盖在削皮刀片4上。且盖板2翻折到指套本体1的背部进行遮盖。
如附图1所示,指套本体1包括指背5、指腹6以及侧壁7,在使用时指背5和指腹6分别对应人手指的指背与指腹处,为了方便使用以及耳片等部件的设置,将指背5以及侧壁7的长度设计成大于指腹6的长度,此种方式在手指佩戴上去皮剥壳器时能自由的弯曲,因为指腹6的不会抵住手指的第二关节,指背5处设置弧型隆起,指背5内壁形成内凹,符合人体力学,能在使用中,比如剥柚子的时候,大拇指弯曲是指关节处不至于与指背直接硬接触,避免手指的损伤。同时为了能使去皮剥壳器可以稳定的佩戴不至于任意脱落,因此还需要限制装置来实现如下:侧壁7为两个且相对设置,指背5、指腹6以及侧壁7围绕成中空锥形的指洞腔8,手指便是穿入指洞腔8内进行佩戴,两个侧壁7之间连接弹簧9,弹簧9位于指洞腔8开口处,弹簧9便可以限制手指的任意脱出,在两个侧壁7上且靠近指洞腔8开口处设置弹簧勾口13,弹簧9的两端连接在两个侧壁7的弹簧勾口13上,为实现弹簧9位置的调节以适应不同人手大拇指长度,可以设置在侧壁7长度方向上多个弹簧勾口13;还可以在一 个较长的弹簧勾口13内设置多个槽位,多个槽位在弹簧勾口13长度方向(侧壁7长度方向)上设置,将弹簧9钩挂在不同的槽位上来实现弹簧9位置的调节。在大拇指穿入指洞腔8内时,指肚经过弹簧9撑起弹簧9继续伸入指洞腔8,这个过程中弹簧9始终是保持着轻轻抱紧指肚或指关节状态,然后便能实现对指肚的限制避免其脱出,当需要摘下时只需要施加外力稍用力抻拉便可使弹簧9撑起,从而手指脱离;值得说明的是此处的弹簧9可以采用皮筋等具备弹性的条形物体替换。
为了方便削皮刀片4的使用,削皮刀片4设置在指背5上,如附图1所示,位于指背5尾端位置刃口朝向去皮剥壳器的外侧,且刃口长度方向可以与去皮剥壳器的轴线方向(附图2的竖直方向)垂直,在使用时需要用左手或右手的食指,该指头的指背朝该去皮剥壳器的指背5内壁插进指洞腔8里,大拇指护着该去皮剥壳器的其中侧壁7,中指呈弯曲状,也护着该去皮剥壳器的另外一侧壁7,如此稳定好该去皮剥壳器后,打开盖板2,露出削皮刀片4,就可以对苹果,蒲瓜,梨子等果蔬削皮了。还需要将指背5的尾端向指套本体1的外部方向翻折形成翻折部如附图2所示,翻折部包括两侧的铰接筒10以及中部的翻折面11,铰接筒10用于实现与盖板2之间的铰接,可以通过铰接件23连接铰接筒10以及盖板2连接;翻折部弧形在指套本体1的尾端处弧形可以避免手指在伸入指洞腔8后,指套本体1的尾端与手指背部接触面更大,避免对手指背面造成损伤。
值得说明的是,削皮刀片4与指背5为一体式结构,削皮刀片4与指背5平滑弧形连接,避免碎屑卡在削皮刀片4与指背5的连接处。
为了实现盖板2与铰接筒10的有效连接,同时还能避免盖板2在遮盖状态下的任意脱离,可以在两个铰接筒10相对的端面设置尖锥形凸起12,如附图2所示,铰接件23为“几”字形钢丝,且具备一定的弹性可以两端向内部略微变形,铰接件23的“几”字形两端分别伸入两端的铰接筒10内,“几”字形的竖边可以与尖锥形凸起12接触,铰接件23的中部与盖板2连接,此种方式与燕尾夹的连接结构类似,其具体功能是尖锥形凸起12限制“几”字形铰接 件23的任意转动,同时还可以通过人手扳动以及弹性的铰接件23来实现盖板2的打开,在扳动过程中铰接件23会在经过尖锥形凸起12时挤压形变,当转动过后便会恢复,继续限制盖板2任意向闭合处转动。
同时为了进一步的使盖板更好的遮盖在削皮刀片4,还可以在削皮刀片4的一侧设置与削皮刀片4长度方向平行的条形孔14,对应的盖板2上设置条形凸起15,盖板2扣设在削皮刀片4上时条形凸起15位于条形孔14内,如附图1所示,条形孔14与削皮刀片4上方的孔为连通,而盖板2上的条形凸起15能嵌入条形孔14内,实现对削皮刀片4保护性遮盖。
为了增加去皮剥壳器的功能,还可以在指背5上靠近两侧侧壁7处设置耳片16,如附图1以及附图2所示,耳片16为片体结构,耳片16根部设置通孔17,耳片16朝向去皮剥壳器的外侧,耳片为可以半圆形片体,耳片16可以开夏威夷果类,将耳片16插进夏威夷坚果的开口缝里,扭动去皮剥壳器便可以开启;而通孔17可以将葵花籽伸入通过扭动来打开葵花籽壳;耳片16可以为两个对称的设置在指背5上,使结构更对称外观更美观。
指背5与侧壁7连接处设置开瓶孔18,开瓶孔18可以起到开启啤酒等开瓶器的作用,需要设置在指背5与侧壁7连接的处,同时还需要在指背5与侧壁7连接处设置朝向开瓶孔18内部的凸起19,凸起19可以抵紧啤酒盖或者类似盖子的齿纹下方,通过扳动去皮剥壳器便可以打开啤酒等。
还可以在侧壁7上设置锯齿结构20、翘片21以及切绳口22等结构,来实现更多的功用,例如在其中一个侧壁7远离指背5的一端设置的锯齿结构20,可以使锯齿结构20来锯断略粗的果蔬瓜蒂以及捆扎带等,从而可以实现一定的切断能力,同时还可以开启快递箱等;另一个侧壁7远离指背5的一端设置翘片21以及切绳口22,翘片21为凸出于侧壁7的片体结构,且与侧壁7之间平滑弧形连接,通过翘片21来卡住坚果果壳,通过扳动来使果壳破碎取出果仁,切绳口22为“V”字形刀口,“V”字形刀口旁边还可以设置半圆形凸起可以防止手错滑进刀锋,同时又起到对细线有导向作用。细绳放置到切绳口22内部,通过抻拉绳体来实现截断绳子的目的。
指套本体1以及盖板2的材质均选用不锈钢材质,具备防锈、容易清洁结实耐用、可高温消毒等优点;结构强度较大使用寿命较长;指套本体1可由一片金属板经裁剪,镂刻,开锋,扳折,卷曲,合并焊接等工艺制作而成。本实用新型的具体实施例提供的去皮剥壳器可以设计为多种型号以适应不同拇指大小的人群使用。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,包括指套本体(1)以及铰接在所述指套本体(1)尾端的盖板(2);其中所述指套本体(1)的头端为片状结构且设置“V”字形槽(3),所述“V”字形槽(3)的槽壁设置成刃口,所述“V”字形槽(3)的两端顶部为弧形;靠近所述指套本体(1)的尾端处设置削皮刀片(4),所述盖板(2)可以遮盖在所述削皮刀片(4)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述指套本体(1)包括指背(5)、指腹(6)以及侧壁(7),所述指背(5)以及所述侧壁(7)的长度均大于所述指腹(6)的长度,所述侧壁(7)为两个且相对设置,所述指背(5)、所述指腹(6)以及所述侧壁(7)围绕成中空锥形的指洞腔(8),两个所述侧壁(7)之间连接弹簧(9),所述弹簧(9)位于所述指洞腔(8)开口处。
- 根据权利要求2所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述削皮刀片(4)设置在所述指背(5)上,所述指背(5)的尾端向所述指套本体(1)的外部方向翻折形成翻折部,所述翻折部包括两侧的铰接筒(10)以及中部的翻折面(11),所述铰接筒(10)与所述盖板(2)之间通过铰接件(23)连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,两个所述铰接筒(10)相对的端面设置尖锥形凸起(12),所述铰接件(23)为“几”字形钢丝,所述铰接件(23)的两端分别伸入两端的所述铰接筒(10)内,所述铰接件(23)的中部与所述盖板(2)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,两个所述侧壁(7)上且靠近所述指洞腔(8)开口处设置弹簧勾口(13),所述弹簧(9)的两端连接在两个所述侧壁(7)的所述弹簧勾口(13)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述削皮刀片(4)的一侧设置与所述削皮刀片(4)长度方向平行的条形孔(14),对应的所述盖板(2)上设置条形凸起(15),所述盖板(2)扣设在所述削皮刀片(4)上时所述条形凸起(15)位于所述条形孔(14)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述指背(5)上靠近两侧所述侧壁(7)处设置耳片(16),所述耳片(16)为片体结构,所述耳片(16)根部设置通孔(17),所述耳片(16)朝向所述去皮剥壳器的外侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述指背(5)与所述侧壁(7)连接处设置开瓶孔(18),所述指背(5)与所述侧壁(7)连接处设置朝向所述开瓶孔(18)内部的凸起(19)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,其中一个所述侧壁(7)远离所述指背(5)的一端设置锯齿结构(20),另一个所述侧壁(7)远离所述指背(5)的一端设置翘片(21)以及切绳口(22)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的去皮剥壳器,其特征在于,所述翘片(21)为突出于所述侧壁(7)外侧面的片体结构,所述切绳口(22)为“V”字形刀口。
