在相对封闭的环境中,可以采用紫外线杀菌消毒,紫外线杀菌消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线能够剖怀微生物机体细胞中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构,造成生长性细胞死亡和(或)再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。紫外线消毒技术是基于现代防疫学、医学和光动力学的基础上,利用特殊设计的高效率、高强度和长寿命的UVC波段紫外光照射,将空气中、被照物体表面、水中各种细菌、病毒、寄生虫、水藻以及其他病原体直接杀死。相对于氯气杀菌消毒,紫外线杀菌消毒具有不需要添加化学药剂,无二次污染,无混合设备,可大大减少设备运行成本的优势。
紫外线和臭氧由于本身对很多种物体和材料都有强氧化作用,作为大功率紫外线杀菌灯载体的选材和造型是一大难题。要考虑材料本身能够耐紫外线辐射和臭氧的强氧化作用、要考虑紫外线辐射源最大可能性不被遮挡等。

本实施例中,防护网罩3的顶部设有顶盖5,吊环6穿过顶盖5与灯管支架2连接,吊环6与顶盖5之间设有齿形垫片7,即吊环6与防护网罩3的顶盖5之间有一个不锈钢齿形垫片7,作为防松作用。顶盖5由不锈钢板四面折弯,四个对称R角处预留四个小片用来固定不锈钢网罩。
本实施例中,电器箱10上安装有红外感应器8,可以选择1个120度感应角度、2个240度感应角度或者3个360度感应角度,感应器用来防止在杀菌过程中有人员或者动物误闯入杀菌场所而造成伤害;红外感应器8与杀菌设备电路系统中的主控板连接,红外感应器8根据一旦感应到有人或动物,就会将信息传递给主控板,主控板接收信息后控制电源开,使紫外线发生器停止工作,从而起到保护的作用,提高装置的安全性。
本实施例中,红外感应器8朝向紫外线灯管1的一面设有不锈钢防护盖9,保护感应器不会直接受到紫外线辐射而影响工作寿命。
本实施例中,电器箱10的底部设有带刹车的万向轮18,便于移动。电器箱10的上盖板11采用不锈钢材质,主要是支撑杀菌车灯管支架2的安装和感应器的安装,电器箱10的上盖板11向下折弯,用来固定电器箱10的侧板14和面板13;电器箱10的侧板14采用不锈钢材料制作,冲压成型,采用铝制铆钉或者螺丝固定的电器箱10的上盖板11和下盖板12上,不锈钢面板13采用不锈钢制作,面板13上安装品字尾接线插和开关15;电器箱10的下盖板12采用不锈钢材料制作,一面用来安装镇流器17、接线端等电器配件,另一面用 来安装万向滑轮;底部采用3个或者4个万向轮18作为杀菌车/设备的支撑和移动时的转轮。
本实施例的紫外线杀菌车/设备,使用时,只要插上电源,在红外感应器8上设置好需要杀菌的时间(本实施例红外感应器8具有定时模块),打开杀菌车上电源开关15,可以设定人员离开工作现场后一定时间内(如30秒)开始工作,达到设置的工作时间后自动关闭,完成消毒杀菌工作。在工作中如果有人员或者动物误闯入杀菌场所,杀菌车会自动切断电源,关闭杀菌车,人员离开后不会自动开启,需要操作人员重新开关15杀菌车开关15后才会重新进入工作模式。
本实施例采用不锈钢或铝材料作为装置的主材,因为不锈钢或铝能够满足抗紫外线辐射和臭氧的强氧化作用不损坏,包括电器箱10材料、防护网罩3材料、固定装置材料、网罩顶盖5材料、吊环6材料、紫外线发生器紫外线辐射区域的所有螺丝、螺帽、垫片和齿形垫片7等全部为不锈钢材料。
本实施例紫外线杀菌设备的制作方法主要包括如下步骤:不锈钢板冲压或者激光切割下料---冲孔---攻牙---拉铆螺母-折弯---除表面毛刺---紫外线灯管安装在支架上---镇流器和浪涌雷击保护器安装在电器箱下盖板的上面---万向轮安装的电气箱下盖板下面---红外感应器安装在电器箱上盖板上方-电器箱侧板和电器箱上下盖板用铆钉或者金属螺丝固定组成电器箱---安装好紫外线灯管的灯管支架和装饰板安装在电器箱上盖板的正中间---安装红外感应器侧板---杀菌车不锈钢网罩顶盖激光喷码或者印刷标识日期和规格型号---不锈钢防护网罩和顶盖固定-不锈钢防护网罩套入杀菌车---齿轮垫片套入吊环---吊环旋紧至杀菌车灯管支架顶部压紧不锈钢防护网罩---杀菌车电器箱面板安装插座和开关---接线连接开关至红外感应器---红外感应器接线至雷击浪涌保护器---雷击浪涌保护器接线至镇流器---镇流器接线至紫外线灯管---盖上电器箱面板---通电测试杀菌车性能---组装完成。
本实施例的紫外线杀菌车经测试:安装不同功率的紫外线发生器或者紫外线灯管,在15平方米-300平方米空间内测试,杀菌消毒效果明显,移动方面,使用安全可靠。
另外,本发明中所采用的紫外线发生器和紫外线灯管为本申请人先前申请并已经得到授权的名称为“一种紫外线发生器”申请号为“201310541497.3”的专利中的紫外线发射器。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种移动、固定两用的紫外线杀菌设备,其特征在于:包括电器箱、安装于电器箱上的灯管支架、安装于灯管支架上的紫外线灯管和紫外线发生器、罩于紫外线灯管和灯管支架外并固定电器箱上的防护网罩、以及位于防护网罩顶部并与灯管支架固定的吊装组件;所述电器箱、灯管支架、防护网罩和吊装组件均采用不锈钢或铝材质;所述吊装组件包括吊环,所述吊环与灯管支架螺纹连接;所述电器箱上安装有红外感应器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动、固定两用的紫外线杀菌设备,其特征在于:所述防护网罩的顶部设有顶盖,所述吊环穿过顶盖与灯管支架连接,吊环与顶盖之间设有齿形垫片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动、固定两用的紫外线杀菌设备,其特征在于:所述红外感应器朝向紫外线灯管的一面设有不锈钢防护盖。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动、固定两用的紫外线杀菌设备,其特征在于:所述电器箱的底部设有带刹车的万向轮。
  5. 一种移动、固定两用的紫外线杀菌设备的制作方法,包括如下步骤:不锈钢板冲压或者激光切割下料,冲孔,攻牙,拉铆螺母,折弯,除表面毛刺,以及紫外线灯管、镇流器、浪涌雷击保护器、万向轮的、红外感应器的安装、电器箱的组装,灯管支架、顶盖、防护网罩、齿轮垫片、吊环的安装,电路接线安装,通电测试。
