Description
本实用新型属于交流电机领域,具体涉及一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机。
交流电机是用于实现机械能和交流电能相互转换的机械。由于交流电机功率的覆盖范围很大,因此常用于各种不同场合。在潮湿环境或者在雨水多的室外使用交流电机时,若交流电机未做防水处理,则水容易进入交流电机内部导致交流电机的损坏,因此需要对交流电机作防水处理。
现有的防水交流电机将外表的各个部件进行静密封处理,前后电机端盖和外壳均为无缝隙结构,缝隙处通过密封胶密封,具有较好的防水性能。但是这种防水交流电机若内部出现问题,修理较为麻烦,安装和拆卸都较为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,防水保护罩拆卸和安装方便,同时防水性能好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,交流电机安装在防水保护罩内,其特征在于:防水保护罩包括保护壳体、前遮板和后遮板,保护壳体固定于前遮板和后遮板内。防水保护罩分为三个部分围住整个交流电机,可避免外界的液体进入交流电机内,便于安装和拆卸。
进一步,保护壳体由上壳体和下壳体构成,上壳体设有凸起条,下壳体设有安装槽,凸起条与安装槽相匹配。上壳体和下壳体的设置便于交流电机的放入和取出,凸起条和安装槽便于上壳体和下壳体之间的安装。
进一步,安装槽周围设有防水条。防水条可以防止上壳体和下壳体之间的 间隙渗水,提高防水性能。
进一步,上壳体和下壳体的侧边均设有固定块,上壳体的固定块与下壳体的固定块之间通过螺杆和螺母固定。由于防水条在长时间使用后可能会发生形变,固定块可以压紧上壳体和下壳体,防止防水条出现缝隙。
进一步,下壳体的底部设有固定座,固定座包括底板和支撑板,下壳体固定在支撑板上。固定座用于支撑交流电机,提高交流电机的稳定性。
进一步,前遮板和后遮板之间固定有连接杆。连接杆加强前遮板和后遮板的稳定性,防止交流电机工作时由于震动导致前遮板和后遮板产生缝隙。
进一步,前遮板呈圆台状,前遮板的中心设有轴孔。交流电机工作时转轴转动,若有水喷射到前遮板时,水向外侧流动,防止水渗入交流电机内。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
防水保护罩分为保护壳体、前遮板和后遮板三个部分围住整个交流电机,可避免外界的液体进入交流电机内,便于安装和拆卸。保护壳体分为上壳体和下壳体的设置便于交流电机的放入和取出,凸起条和安装槽便于上壳体和下壳体之间的安装。安装槽围有的防水条可以防止上壳体和下壳体之间的间隙渗水,提高防水性能。由于防水条在长时间使用后可能会发生形变,上壳体和下壳体设有的固定块可以压紧上壳体和下壳体,防止防水条出现缝隙。下壳体底部的固定座用于支撑交流电机,提高交流电机的稳定性。前遮板和后遮板之间的连接杆加强前遮板和后遮板的稳定性,防止交流电机工作时由于震动导致前遮板和后遮板产生缝隙。交流电机工作时转轴转动,若有水喷射到前遮板时,由于前遮板为圆台形,水向外侧流动,防止水渗入交流电机内。

如图1至图3所示的一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机1,交流电机1安装在防水保护罩内,防水保护罩包括保护壳体、前遮板2和后遮板3,保护壳体固定于前遮板2和后遮板3内。前遮板2和后遮板3可以螺纹固定于保护壳体。防水保护罩分为三个部分围住整个交流电机1,可避免外界的液体进入交流电机1内,便于安装和拆卸。前遮板2和后遮板3与保护壳体之间的缝隙可以使用密封胶密封。
保护壳体由上壳体4和下壳体5构成,上壳体4设有凸起条6,下壳体5设有安装槽7,凸起条6与安装槽7相匹配。上壳体4和下壳体5的设置便于交流电机1的放入和取出,凸起条6和安装槽7便于上壳体4和下壳体5之间的安装。安装槽7周围设有防水条8。防水条8可以防止上壳体4和下壳体5之间的间隙渗水,提高防水性能。
上壳体4和下壳体5的侧边均设有固定块9,上壳体4的固定块9与下壳体5的固定块9之间通过螺杆和螺母固定。由于防水条8在长时间使用后可能会发生形变,固定块9可以压紧上壳体4和下壳体5,防止防水条8出现缝隙。下壳体5的底部设有固定座,固定座包括底板10和支撑板11,下壳体5固定在支撑板11上。固定座用于支撑交流电机1,提高交流电机1的稳定性。
前遮板2和后遮板3之间固定有连接杆12。连接杆12加强前遮板2和后遮板3的稳定性,防止交流电机1工作时由于震动导致前遮板2和后遮板3产生缝隙。前遮板2呈圆台状,前遮板2的中心设有轴孔13,交流电机1的转轴14贯穿轴孔13。交流电机1工作时转轴14转动,若有水喷射到前遮板2时,水向外侧流动,防止水渗入交流电机1内。
安装防水保护罩时,先将交流电机1放在下壳体5上,将上壳体4的凸起条6对准下壳体5的安装槽7,用螺杆和螺母固定上壳体4和下壳体5的固定块9。将前遮板2和后遮板3安装在保护壳体的前端和后端,最后将连接杆12螺栓固定于前遮板2和后遮板3之间,完成安装。
以上仅为本实用新型的具体实施例,但本实用新型的技术特征并不局限于 此。任何以本实用新型为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出地简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之中。

- 一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,所述交流电机安装在所述防水保护罩内,其特征在于:所述防水保护罩包括保护壳体、前遮板和后遮板,所述保护壳体固定于所述前遮板和所述后遮板内。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述保护壳体由上壳体和下壳体构成,所述上壳体设有凸起条,所述下壳体设有安装槽,所述凸起条与所述安装槽相匹配。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述安装槽周围设有防水条。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述上壳体和所述下壳体的侧边均设有固定块,所述上壳体的所述固定块与所述下壳体的所述固定块之间通过螺杆和螺母固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述下壳体的底部设有固定座,所述固定座包括底板和支撑板,所述下壳体固定在所述支撑板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述前遮板和所述后遮板之间固定有连接杆。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种装配有防水保护罩的交流电机,其特征在于:所述前遮板呈圆台状,所述前遮板的中心设有轴孔。
