请参阅图1、图3和图4,安装板1顶部外壁与伸缩装置14固定连接,伸缩装置14包括与安装板1顶部外壁固定连接的支撑杆141,支撑杆141内腔滑动安装有移动杆142,移动杆142可以在支撑杆141的内腔中上下移动, 但不会完全从支撑杆141的内腔中移出,移动杆142顶端贯穿伺服电机7左侧输出端,移动杆142顶端贯穿伺服电机7的输出轴,使伺服电机7输出轴不会自动转动,保证螺杆6不会自动转动,使基站设备本体4的位置不会自动发生移动,使基站设备本体4安装稳定,伺服电机7停止工作后,移动杆142与伺服电机7的输出轴不对应时,可以转动输出轴,使移动杆142向上可以穿过输出轴,支撑杆141与移动杆142之间固定安装有弹簧143,弹簧143保证移动杆142不会自动发生移动,保证移动杆142的使用效果,移动杆142左右两侧外壁均固定安装有拉杆144,拉杆144远离移动杆142的一端贯穿支撑杆141,支撑杆141与拉杆144的连接部位开有导向槽,拉动拉杆144可以带移动杆142上下移动,移动杆142左右两侧外壁均固定安装有固定块145,支撑杆141左右两侧内壁均开设有与固定块145相匹配的固定槽,固定块145与固定槽的截面都呈弧形,使固定块145方便进出固定槽,向下拉动拉杆144,使移动杆142向下移动从伺服电机7的输出轴中移出,使伺服电机7可以正常工作转动,且移动杆142下移,使固定块145进入到固定槽的内腔中,对移动杆142进行固定,使移动杆142不会自动复位与伺服电机7的输出轴接触,确保伺服电机7正常工作;
请参阅图2和图5,基站设备本体4右侧外壁固定安装有连接块10,安装套3顶部左侧外壁开设有与连接块10相匹配的连接槽11,连接块10插接在连接槽11的内腔中,连接块10横截面的宽度从左到右逐渐增加,连接块10只能向上从连接槽11的内腔中移出,将基站设备本体4靠到安装套3的左侧,向下将连接块10插入到连接槽11的内腔中,使基站设备本体4与安装套3连接,从而方便安装基站设备本体4,并且向上移动基站设备本体4,使连接块10从连接槽11的内腔中移出,使基站设备本体4也方便拆下来,安装套3顶部外壁与挡板17滑动连接,挡板17可以在安装套3顶部壁处水平滑动,挡板17底部外壁与连接块10顶部外壁相贴合,使连接块10不会在连 接槽11的内腔中自动上下移动,避免基站设备本体4安装时发生较大的震动,使基站设备本体4安装稳定。
实施例2:
请参阅图5,在实施例1的基础上,安装套3包括左分块31与右分块33,左分块31右侧外壁固定安装有两组螺栓32,螺栓32右端贯穿右分块33,螺栓32外壁套接有螺母,将螺母从螺栓32的外壁上取下来,使左分块31与右分块33连接断开,使安装套3可以分成左分块31与右分块33,用于将安装套3从安装杆2的外壁上取下来,使盖板22失去固定的力,使盖板22可以从安装口的内腔中移出,用于安装槽5的内腔打开,并且也将开孔的内腔中打开,使螺杆6向前可以从安装槽5的内腔中移出,方便对发生损坏的螺杆6进行更换,保证基站设备本体4的支撑安装装置可以继续使用,增加支撑安装装置的使用寿命,且螺母左侧外壁与右分块33右侧外壁相贴合,安装杆2包括杆体21,杆体21前侧外壁开设有安装口,且安装口内腔设置有盖板22,安装套3套在杆体21与盖板22的外壁上;
请参阅图6,盖板22后部上下两侧外壁均固定安装有定位块18,且安装口后侧内壁开设有与定位块18相匹配的定位槽,且定位块18插接在定位槽的内腔中,保证盖板22不会在安装口的内腔中自动发生移动,使杆体21与盖板22之间连接稳定;
相对于实施例1增加了左分块31、右分块33与盖板22等部件,使螺杆6可以从安装槽5的内腔中取出来,可以对长期使用发生损坏的螺杆6进行更换,保证基站设备本体4的支撑安装装置可以继续使用,保证装置的使用寿命。
一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将基站设备本体4靠到安装套3的左侧,向下移动基站设备本体4,将连接块10插入到连接槽11的内腔中,将基站设备本体4安装到安装套3 的左侧,方便将基站设备本体4安装在安装杆2的外壁上,并且将挡板17滑到连接块10的上方,对连接块10进行固定,使基站设备本体4安装稳定;
S2:通过伺服电机7工作转动,使变向齿轮13带着齿轮12与螺杆6转动,使螺套8向上移动,带着滑块9与基站设备本体4向上移动,基站设备本体4移到预定高度后,伺服电机7停止工作,使安装基站设备本体4时不需要工作人员攀爬到安装杆2的顶部,方便安装基站设备本体4;
S3:检修时,伺服电机7工作,带着变向齿轮13按照安装时相反的方向转动,使螺套8带着滑块9与基站设备本体4向下移动,将基站设备本体4移到安装杆2的左侧下方,对基站设备本体4进行检修,使检修基站设备本体4时,不需要工作人员攀爬到安装杆2的顶部,增加检修的安全性,完成检修后,按照安装的方式,将基站设备本体4移到安装杆2的左侧上方。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,包括安装板(1),其特征在于:所述安装板(1)顶部左侧外壁与安装杆(2)固定连接,所述安装杆(2)右侧底部外壁与安装板(1)顶部右侧外壁之间固定安装有加强杆,所述安装杆(2)外壁顶端滑动安装有安装套(3),所述安装套(3)左侧外壁设置有基站设备本体(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装杆(2)内腔开设有安装槽(5),所述安装槽(5)上下两侧内壁之间设置有螺杆(6),所述螺杆(6)外壁顶端套接有螺套(8),所述螺套(8)左侧外壁与安装套(3)左侧内壁之间固定安装有滑块(9),所述安装杆(2)与滑块(9)的连接部位开设有滑槽,所述螺杆(6)外壁底端套接有齿轮(12),所述安装板(1)顶部外壁固定安装有伺服电机(7),所述伺服电机(7)左侧输出端与变向齿轮(13)固定连接,且变向齿轮(13)左侧外壁与齿轮(12)右侧外壁相啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(1)顶部外壁与伸缩装置(14)固定连接,所述伸缩装置(14)包括与安装板(1)顶部外壁固定连接的支撑杆(141),所述支撑杆(141)内腔滑动安装有移动杆(142),所述移动杆(142)顶端贯穿伺服电机(7)左侧输出端,所述支撑杆(141)与移动杆(142)之间固定安装有弹簧(143),所述移动杆(142)左右两侧外壁均固定安装有拉杆(144),所述拉杆(144)远离移动杆(142)的一端贯穿支撑杆(141),所述移动杆(142)左右两侧外壁均固定安装有固定块(145),所述支撑杆(141)左右两侧内壁均开设有与固定块(145)相匹配的固定槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述基站设备本体(4)右侧外壁固定安装有连接块(10),所述安装套(3)顶部左侧外壁开设有与连接块(10)相匹配的连接槽(11), 所述连接块(10)插接在连接槽(11)的内腔中,所述连接块(10)横截面的宽度从左到右逐渐增加,所述安装套(3)顶部外壁与挡板(17)滑动连接,所述挡板(17)底部外壁与连接块(10)顶部外壁相贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装套(3)包括左分块(31)与右分块(33),所述左分块(31)右侧外壁固定安装有两组螺栓(32),所述螺栓(32)右端贯穿右分块(33),所述螺栓(32)外壁套接有螺母,且螺母左侧外壁与右分块(33)右侧外壁相贴合,所述安装杆(2)包括杆体(21),所述杆体(21)前侧外壁开设有安装口,且安装口内腔设置有盖板(22),所述安装套(3)套在杆体(21)与盖板(22)的外壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(22)后部上下两侧外壁均固定安装有定位块(18),且安装口后侧内壁开设有与定位块(18)相匹配的定位槽,且定位块(18)插接在定位槽的内腔中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(1)右侧外壁开设有开槽(15),所述开槽(15)内腔右侧滑动安装有收放箱(16)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种便于5g基站快速安装的支撑安装装置的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1:将基站设备本体(4)靠到安装套(3)的左侧,向下移动基站设备本体(4),将连接块(10)插入到连接槽(11)的内腔中,将基站设备本体(4)安装到安装套(3)的左侧;
    S2:通过伺服电机(7)工作转动,使变向齿轮(13)带着齿轮(12)与螺杆(6)转动,使螺套(8)向上移动,带着滑块(9)与基站设备本体(4)向上移动,基站设备本体(4)移到预定高度后,伺服电机(7)停止工作;
    S3:检修时,伺服电机(7)工作,带着变向齿轮(13)按照安装时相反的方向转动,使螺套(8)带着滑块(9)与基站设备本体(4)向下移动,将基站设备本体(4)移到安装杆(2)的左侧下方,对基站设备本体(4)进行检修,完成检修后,按照安装的方式,将基站设备本体(4)移到安装杆(2)的左侧上方。
