Description

DESCRIPTION
MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY CLEANABLE FILTER
Technical Field
The subject of the invention is related to a filter structure developed for the release of the air taken with the garbage while collecting the garbage into the garbage container by the vacuum effect during the cleaning process of the street sweepers. The invention is particularly related to the cleaning of the filter used to clean the recycled air.
Prior Art
Today, each street sweeper has a filter on the part where the air is released so that the air taken with the particles during vacuuming the garbage during the cleaning process can be released back to the outside environment cleanly. During this process, the air is cleaned and made free of dust by the filter that is used to prevent dust from spreading around. The release of clean air to the environment is an important factor for street sweepers.
In the known practices of the present technique, the filter that cleans the air must be cleaned when filled with dust. In the present technique, the cleaning process is carried out manually. Due to the clogging of the filter system in a short time, the desired air cleaning values and the desired air suction values cannot be achieved. Therefore, the suction is stopped frequently, and the filters are cleaned manually. Since the manual cleaning process takes a long time, the cleaning process is disrupted and the desired performance cannot be achieved.
Since manual cleaning of filter systems takes a long time when the technique is known, the cleaning process is considered a waste of time for the operators. This process, which depends on the initiative of the operator, is not carried out periodically, and the process is carried out without any control.
As a result, cleaning the filter systems used in road sweepers has become mandatory to carry out R&D studies and produce suitable cleaning systems for eliminating the disadvantages mentioned above and solving the existing problems.
Purpose of the Invention
The subject of the present invention is related to the filter cleaning system designed to eliminate all the problems of the present technique. The main purpose of the invention is to clean the filters in the street sweepers in a controlled manner and without loss of time and have a suction power with high performance during use. Thus, the air released by the street sweepers can be made free of particles while sweeping with high performance.
Another object of the present invention is to ensure that the cleaning process of the filter system is carried out periodically without depending on the operator's initiative.
Another aim of the invention is to be a cleaning system that works in harmony with all road sweeping vehicles with filter system used in the present technique.

The present invention, which is a filter (9) to be attached to the fan outlet of a street sweeper, ensures the release of the dirty air cleanly to the environment. As shown in Figure 1, the filter chamber (A) comprises of a filter front wall plate (2), filter wall side plate (3), filter floor plate (4), filter rear wall plate (7), and filter chamber floor plate (1) which enables fixing the filter. The filter chamber ceiling plate (6), which makes the upper part of the filter chamber (A), is connected with the filters (9) by using the support profiles (17) positioned in the inner area. The air passage inlet (13) is mounted in a housing placed on the filter rear wall plate (7). The air passage inlet (13) is the area where the dirty air passes into the filter chamber (A) by the use of the centrifugal fan in the street sweeper. Similarly, a housing is mounted on the filter wall side plate (3), which is one of the components of the filter chamber (A), and the cleaning cover (15) is connected with the filter wall side plate (3) by the use of the cover profile (14). The particles cleaned by the filter (9) are taken out of the sweeper by the use of the cleaning cover (15).
The filter chamber side group (8), filter (9), filter connection plate (10), filter centering rod (11), and valve (12) are the main parts of the filter system (5) in the filter chamber (A). (Figure 2) The filter system (5) provides the required filtration system for cleaning the dirty air by the use of the filters (9). The filters (9) are fixed into the filter chamber (A) by the use of the filter centering rod (11). The filter chamber side group (8), which has as many holes as the number of filters (9), is placed vertically to the endpoints of the filters (9) by welding. The filter connection plate (10) which is attached to the filter chamber side group (8) is another element that facilitates fixing of the filters (9). The grill plate (18) is attached to the filter connection plate (10). The filter grill (16) is fixed on the housing mounted on the grill plate (18). The cleaned air is released to the outside by these filter grills (16). The valve (12), which is the most important part of the invention, is placed inside the filter (9). The valve (12), which is placed in the filter (9), helps to clean the dust and particles accumulated by using the reverse pressure effect.
According to the process carried out by the filter system (5), firstly, the dirty air passes from the air passage inlet (13) to the filter chamber (A). Thanks to the filters (5) placed in rows inside the filter chamber (A), the dirty air entering inside is cleaned by the use of the centrifugal fan, and the cleaned air is released to the outside environment through the filter grill (16). The particles are accumulated in the filter (9) during cleaning over time. High pressure is provided to the system through the valve (12) inside the filter (9). The particles accumulated in the filter (9) are removed from the filter (9) thanks to the reverse pressure generated by the valve (12). The particles that are removed from the filter (9) are thrown away through the cleaning cover (15). Thus, the filter system (5) is cleaned automatically. Optionally, the same filter system (5) can also be cleaned manually. (Figure 3)
