Description

A MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR THE DOMESTIC OVEN
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a mounting assembly for connecting the functional elements to the domestic ovens, having a cavity mounted into an outer casing consisting of side plates and a base plate provided underneath.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the production of domestic oven, a cavity is mounted at a distance into an outer casing bent in a U-form. The outer casing can be obtained by vertically joining the three individual panels, left, right and bottom, to each other from the adjacent edges thereof or by folding a uniform sheet. The cavity delimits a cooking chamber, and it is mounted to the upper and lower wall corresponding to the upper and lower resistor therein used for the cooking operation. In addition to this, particularly in ovens having a cooking fan, the fan is disposed on the rear wall of the cavity. The fan provides the circulation of the hot air in the cooking chamber according to the selected cooking mode during cooking. To be able to mount the fan and the other functional elements on the rear wall of the cavity in an extending way, a connection sheet is provided at a distance from the rear wall of the cavity.
WO2011047845A1 discloses, a fan and a fan engine are arranged on a component plate. For compensating the thermal stresses created during the use of the oven, a carrier extension is located on both ends of the component plate. The component plate and the side panels are mounted to each other by fitting of the form.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is to comprise a mounting assembly for an oven, particularly domestic oven, comprising a first side panel; a second side panel provided at a distance in parallel to the first side panel; a base panel attach the first and second side panel to each other along the lower edges; a cavity mounted between the first side panel, the second side panel and the base panel; a connection plate attached to the first and the second side panel by extending from the opposite ends behind the cavity; a mounting hole opened on the connection plate. The mounting assembly also comprises a connection element which is adapted according to a first step height defined between the base panel of a first oven and the mounting opening and a second step height that is different from the first step height of the first oven and defined between the base panel of the second oven and the mounting opening, and which secures the connection plate to the first side panel and the second side panel by adjusting in the corresponding step height when applied to the first oven or second oven, respectively. The connection plate can be simply used by being secured to both provide the first step height in the first oven and provide the second step height in the second oven. This allows the connection plates of the same structure to be used in ovens with different cavity heights. By being simply rotated 180 degrees, the connection element can change the mounting height between the first and second side panels whether by asymmetrically placing the mounting hole provided thereon and the tabs extending outwards from the edge thereof, or by mounting the connection plate of the same structure at different heights in the first and second side panel, it takes the height of the mounting opening to a distance suitable for the corresponding cavity. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting hole is arranged as the connection housing of the turbo fan engine. In a possible embodiment, there is no turbo fan engine attached to the mounting hole in the first oven or second oven.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection assembly comprises a tab extending such that it fastens onto the corresponding first side panel and the second side panel. The structure of the tab allows the connection assembly to easily engage into the first and second panel by fitting. The tabs can be in the form that extends to the first and second side panel from the corresponding edges by being cut from the connection plate or manufactured by coupling an additional tab to the connection plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first oven and the second oven comprises a mounting hole which is provided in the side panels and adapted to be suitable for passage of the tab. The mounting hole allows the connection plate to be removably mounted between the first and second side panels by ensuring that the tab is simply placed to the corresponding first and second side panels. In a possible embodiment, the first and second mounting hole has a gradually narrowing structure. While the wider part ensures that the tab is easily fitted, the narrower part ensures that the tab is tightly placed. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the first step height and the second step height comprise an auxiliary mounting hole which is provided on the corresponding first side panel and the second side panel at a distance from the mounting as much as the difference of the distance therebetween and adapted according to the passage of the tab. The auxiliary mounting hole allows same first and second side panels to be used in first and second ovens having cavities with different heights. While in the first oven the tab is placed into the mounting hole, in the second oven the tab is placed into the auxiliary mounting hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection plate comprises an auxiliary tab in the middle thereof which is asymmetrically aligned to the tab with respect to a middle axis extending transversely. In this case, the connection plate rotated by 180 degrees on two different side panels having a mounting hole at the same place can be selectively fitted in accordance with the corresponding step height.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection plate comprises a first sign part and a second sign part provided thereon which are provided in mirror symmetry with respect to the axis extending transversely. In this way, for which variant the connection plate is used can be easily understood from the connection panel.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first sign part and the second sign part comprise a visual element providing information on the first oven and the second oven. The visual element may include sign elements such as an upward arrow, as well as alphanumerical characters. Thus, while one of the visual elements stands straight to be readable, the other stands reversed in the first or second sign part. Operator ensures that the functional elements on the connection plate to be mounted according to the first or second sign part standing in a readable manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection plate is made of a rectangular-like flat metal plate. The connection plate and all of the functional elements thereon can be easily obtained by simply cutting the metal plate to form for example the tabs and forming the mounting hole by pressing. Also, metal plate provides enough strength for example for the connection of the turbo fan engine.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the mounting opening includes a through-hole located at the center of the connection plate in a transverse direction. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection plate comprises thereon an auxiliary mounting form which is formed as a cut on the connection plate and is spaced from the mounting opening. The auxiliary support form helps the mechanical or electrical functional elements to the connection plate by forming basis or increasing the strength. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection plate extends transversely in parallel to the base panel. In this way, it extends between the first and second side panels vertically thereto such that it occupies the less space.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the mounting opening is aligned symmetrically with respect to an axis extending transversely on the connection plate. When the mounting opening is reversed from the center with respect to the axis of the base plate, the distance of the mounting opening from the base plate is easily changed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the development of the invention has been described without any limitation and only with reference to the examples for a better explanation of the subject.
In figure 1, a domestic oven having a turbo fan (not shown) is shown in rear perspective. The turbo fan is seated from a cavity (10) of the oven into the cavity (10) by means of a connection plate (30). The cavity (10) has a port (11) that can be open and closed by a door (not shown) hinged to be accessible from the front. There is resistor, which is switched on during the cooking operation, under an upper wall (12) of the cavity (10). A rear wall (13) extending vertically from the rear part of the upper wall (12) features various functional elements. One of these is a turbo fan extending such that it provides air circulation within the cavity (10). The turbo fan is generally secured to the connection plate (30) over a mounting opening (33) in proximity to the rear part by being aligned in the center of the rear wall (13). An outer casing (20) made of a sheet having a U-form surrounds the cavity (10) at a distance from the sides and below. The outer casing (20) includes a first side panel (21) facing the corresponding side parts of the cavity (10), a second side panel (23) parallel thereto, and a base panel (22) coupling the lower edges of the side panels (21, 23) to each other. The base panel (22) is spaced from the lower part of the cavity (10) such that there is provided a gap therebetween. A connection assembly (40) allows the connection plate (30) to be removably mounted to the outer casing (20). The connection assembly (40) has components belonging to the outer casing (20) from one side and to the connection plate (30) adjacent thereto from the other side and demountably engaged to each other. The outer casing (20) includes a mounting hole (42) thereon belonging to the connection assembly (40) and provided mutually in the first side panel (21) and second side panel (23) and a pair of auxiliary mounting holes (44) thereover located to be aligned in vertical. On the other hand, on the connection plate (30), there is provided a tab (46) and a second tab (48) of L-form the outer end of which faces outwards, which is placed into the mounting hole (42) and the auxiliary mounting hole (44) by extending from the opposite side parts.
In Figure 2a, a first oven (1) in which the height of the cavity (10) is shorter with respect to the second oven (2) is shown from the back. There is provided a mounting opening (33) in the middle of the rear wall (13) of the cavity (10). The connection plate (30) is placed into the mounting hole (42) by means of the tab (46) and into an opposite auxiliary mounting hole (44) by means of the second tab (48) such that a first step height (H1) is defined by the distance between the mounting hole (33) and the base panel (22). In this case, the mounting opening (33) in the middle of the connection plate (30) is aligned to the rear wall (13) of the cavity (10) from the center. Thus, a turbo fan engine adapted to the mounting opening (33) is centered within the cavity (10). In Figure 2b, a second oven (2) with a higher cavity (10) is shown from the back. The connection plate (30) in the second oven (2) has a distance of base plate (22) with the mounting opening (33) defining a second step height (H2) greater than the first step height (H1). Thus, the mounting cavity (33) on the connection plate (30) is aligned to be centered in the rear wall (13) of the cavity (10). The connection plate (30) is engaged to the opposite first side panel (21) and second side panel (23) by the corresponding tab (46) and the second tab (48), respectively through the mounting hole (42) and auxiliary mounting hole (44). The mounting hole (42) and the auxiliary mounting hole (44) have equal forms and both have a cut form of a right trapezium geometry in a form narrowing outward in the both first side panel (21) and the second side panel (23) on which they are placed. This form ensures that the tab pair (46) formed opposite to the second tab
(46) can be easily placed into the corresponding mounting hole (42) or the auxiliary mounting hole (44) from the wider part and fit into the narrower part when pulled. Demounting movement will be made by pushing the connection plate (30) in the opposite direction.
In Figure 3a, a representative embodiment of the connection plate (30) for the first oven (1) is shown from the front. The connection plate (30) is in a long rectangular structure obtained by cutting from a metal plate. A first sign part (35) is formed at a distance under a flat upper edge of the connection plate (30). The first sign part (35) includes the typefaces and the model information of the first oven (1), together with an upward arrow. On the other hand, a second sign part (36) in mirror symmetry with respect to an imaginary middle axis (x) transversely passing through the middle of the connection plate (30) is provided in proximity to a flat lower edge (34). Here, the model information of the second oven (2) is provided such that it is unreadable downwards, along with the downward arrow sign, as well as a reversed character form. An auxiliary support form (37) is provided in proximity to the second sign part
(36) next to the mounting opening (33) for the fan engine. Since the height of the cavity (10) of the first oven (1) is short, the height of the first step (H1) between the base panel (22) and the mounting opening (33) is also kept short compared to the second oven (2). The tab (46) and the second tab (48) extends as a pair of tabs with an adjacent other auxiliary tab (47) and auxiliary second tab (49) in each edge at the opposite ends in an opposite but aligned manner. Upper adjusting distance (hi) of the tab (46) to the adjacent upper edge (31) is different from the lower adjusting distance (h2) of the auxiliary tab (47) to the lower edge (34). Similarly, the upper adjusting distance (hi) of the second tab (48) to the upper edge (31) is different from the lower adjusting distance (h2) of the adjacent second tab (49) and the lower edge (34). The tab (46) and the second tab (48), and the underlying auxiliary tab
(47) and the second auxiliary tab (49) extend coaxial to each other and parallel to each other as a pair. The difference between the lower and upper distance (hi , h2) is equal to the first and second step heights (H1, H2). In Figure 3b, the connection plate (30) shown in Figure 3a is illustrated as rotated 180°. In this case, the first sign part (35) extends downward in an unreadable manner in proximity to the lower edge (34). The second sign part (36) is in a straight state and provided in proximity to the upper edge (31). The auxiliary support form
(37) is also in proximity to the upper edge (31) and provides a supporting form suitable for the cassette structure of the engine such that the mounting opening (33) remains thereon. By means of the asymmetrical position of the first and second tabs (46, 48) to the auxiliary tab and the second auxiliary tab (47, 49) with respect to an imaginary axis (x) extending longitudinally from the center of the connection plate (30), the second step height (H2) between the base panel (22) and the mounting opening (33) is arranged to be greater than the first step height (H1) as much as the difference between the upper and lower adjusting distance (hi , h2). Thereby, the mounting opening (33) is aligned to the middle part of the cavity (10) of the second oven (2). Since the mounting holes (42, 44) are arranged at equal distance at the edges in both variants in the connection plate (30), the connection plate (30) becomes raised when the connection plate (30) is rotated.
