具体地,本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,用于消毒的紫外波段为UVC波段,波长为200~280nm。相对于市面上对用于消毒的紫外波长无限定的紫外消毒器,仅使用200~280纳米的UVC-LED灯珠进行紫外消毒,可以在节能的同时达到更高效的消毒效果。
具体地,本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,使用贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,压缩了深紫外灯的体积,进一步缩小了便携式紫外线消毒器的体积。且UVC-LED灯珠的波长集中在200~280nm,优选波长集中在260~280nm,紫外能量强,杀菌快,60秒就能达到99.99%杀菌率,且LED灯还具备节能环保的优势。
具体地,本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,当所述深紫外线灯2与所述柱形罩1分离且所述柱形罩1呈折叠状态时,所述柱形罩1呈圆环结构,方便悬挂收纳。
进一步的,所述柱形罩1呈展开状态时,所述柱形罩1的口径从上往下依次等间距增加。
具体地,所述柱形罩1的口径从上往下依次等间距增加,可以进一步增加柱形罩1的稳定性,且外形美观,加工简单。
进一步的,所述柱形罩1为硅胶罩,所述下开口结构的边缘设置不锈钢包边。
具体地,所述柱形罩1可选择塑料材料或者硅胶材料制成。本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,需要经常用于对餐具进行消毒的场景,极易粘上油污,塑料材料或者硅胶材料若是粘上油污,不便于清洗,那么在所述柱形罩1的下边设置不锈钢包边,更方便清洁。
进一步的,所述圆片型外壳的底部设置通孔结构,所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠设置于正对所述通孔结构的位置。
具体地,所述通孔结构有利于最大限度的透射深紫外线光。
进一步的,所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠为0.5W的UVC-LED灯珠。
具体地,所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠为大功率0.5W的贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,可以达到60秒快速消毒的效果,使用更方便,用户体验度好。
进一步的,所述电路结构包括MCU主控电路、MOC控制电路、升压恒流电路、按键控制电路、灯光控制电路、电量检测电路和所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,所述MCU主控电路分别与所述MOC控制电路、所述按键控制电路和所述灯光控制电路电性电路,所述MOC控制电路还与所述升压恒流电路的一端电性连接,所述灯光控制电路还和所述电量检测电路电性连接,所述升压恒流电路的另一端和所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠电性连接。
进一步的,所述灯光控制电路包括用于指示开关状态的蓝色指示灯、用于指示欠压状态的红色指示灯和用于指示充电状态的绿色指示灯。
进一步的,所述电路结构还包括倾斜传感器,所述倾斜传感器和所述MCU 主控电路电性连接。
具体地,所述便携式紫外线消毒器的待机状态的电流<50uA。所述升压恒流电路为贴片式UVC-LED灯珠的驱动电路,升压5V输出。所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠的负载为5V和100mA。所述灯光控制电路包括6颗灯珠,具体为4颗蓝色指示灯、1颗红色指示灯和1颗绿色指示灯。所述按键控制电路包括一个按键,所述按键设置于所述深紫外线灯2的上端,方便用户操作。所述MCU主控电路控制贴片式UVC-LED灯珠、6颗灯珠和一个按键。
当所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于关机状态,双击按键或长按按键后可以开启贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,蓝色指示灯开启,所述便携式紫外线消毒器进入开机状态;
当所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于开机状态,双击按键或长按按键后可以关闭贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,蓝色指示灯关闭,所述便携式紫外线消毒器进入关机状态;
当所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于欠压状态,所述红色指示灯闪烁,提示用户对所述便携式紫外线消毒器充电;
当所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于充电状态,所述绿色指示灯点亮,当充电器拔下,所述绿色指示灯关闭;
当所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于开机状态,且检测到所述深紫外线灯2处于倾斜状态,即所述深紫外线灯2的倾斜角度超过预先设定的倾斜角度,则直接关机。所述便携式紫外线消毒器处于护眼保护模式。
进一步的,所述电路结构还包括充电电路和锂电池输入电路,所述锂电池输入电路的一端和所述MCU主控电路电性连接,所述锂电池输入电路的另一端和所述充电电路连接。
具体地,所述充电电路即为锂电池充电电路,充电电流为500mA。所述充电电路包括充电电池,该充电电池为3.7V带过充过放保护的锂电池。
进一步的,所述充电电路包括USB充电口21,所述上开口结构的边缘设置缺口,所述缺口的大小大于所述USB充电口21的端面大小。
具体地,所述USB充电口21包括Micro USB接口,Type-C接口和Lightning接口。充电时,所述深紫外线灯2除了可以取出单独充电之外,还可以搁置于所述上开口结构让所述USB充电口21的端面暴露于所述缺口,方便所述便携式紫外线消毒器在需要持续消毒的应用环境下,一边充电一边对物品进行消毒,使所述便携式紫外线消毒器的使用时间不限于充电电池的容量,大大延长了所述便携式紫外线消毒器的连续使用时间。缺口的设置,方便深紫外线灯2的充电。
具体地,本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,通过UVC-LED灯珠发出波长200~280nm(纳米)的紫外光线来杀灭病菌。UVC紫外线杀菌消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线能够破坏微生物机体细胞中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构,造成生长性细胞死亡和(或)再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。在深紫外线灯2中内置一颗0.5W大功率UVC-LED消毒灯珠,并通过配合可折叠的柱形罩1一起使用,一键启动,60秒就可将餐具上的细菌通通消灭,随时随地都能将消毒进行到底,无需等待,简单方便。使用时将柱形罩1从折叠状态展开罩住碗筷等餐具,或小物件。采用精心巧妙的折叠结构设计,单手就可完成折叠收纳,更方便使用,采用模块化消毒方式设计,不仅可以通过配合柱形罩1进行消毒,更可将深紫外线灯2取出后手持使用,对各种需要消毒的物品进行60秒照射消毒,便携使用。
本实用新型实施例中的便携式紫外线消毒器,体型小巧便携,无需插电安 装,60秒杀菌消灭病毒,可以对各种需要消毒的物品进行消毒。

  1. 一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,包括可折叠的柱形罩(1)和深紫外线灯(2),所述柱形罩(1)和所述深紫外线灯(2)可拆卸连接,所述柱形罩(1)的口径从上往下逐渐变大,所述柱形罩(1)的上端部设置用于搁置所述深紫外线灯(2)的上开口结构,所述上开口结构的大小与所述深紫外线灯(2)的外部轮廓相匹配,所述柱形罩(1)的下端部设置下开口结构;当所述深紫外线灯(2)搁置于所述上开口结构且所述柱形罩(1)呈展开状态时,所述深紫外线灯(2)和所述柱形罩(1)围成底部开口的空腔;当所述深紫外线灯(2)搁置于所述上开口结构且所述柱形罩(1)呈折叠状态时,所述深紫外线灯(2)和所述柱形罩(1)形成圆片结构;当所述深紫外线灯(2)与所述柱形罩(1)分离且所述柱形罩(1)呈折叠状态时,所述柱形罩(1)呈圆环结构;其中,所述深紫外线灯(2)包括圆片型外壳和设置于所述圆片型外壳内部的电路结构,所述电路结构包括波长为200~280纳米的贴片式UVC-LED灯珠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述柱形罩(1)呈展开状态时,所述柱形罩(1)的口径从上往下依次等间距增加。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述柱形罩(1)为硅胶罩,所述下开口结构的边缘设置不锈钢包边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述圆片型外壳的底部设置通孔结构,所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠设置于正对所述通孔结构的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠为0.5W的UVC-LED灯珠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述电路结构包括MCU主控电路、MOC控制电路、升压恒流电路、按键控制电路、灯光 控制电路、电量检测电路和所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠,所述MCU主控电路分别与所述MOC控制电路、所述按键控制电路和所述灯光控制电路电性电路,所述MOC控制电路还与所述升压恒流电路的一端电性连接,所述灯光控制电路还和所述电量检测电路电性连接,所述升压恒流电路的另一端和所述贴片式UVC-LED灯珠电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述电路结构还包括充电电路和锂电池输入电路,所述锂电池输入电路的一端和所述MCU主控电路电性连接,所述锂电池输入电路的另一端和所述充电电路连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述充电电路包括USB充电口(21),所述上开口结构的边缘设置缺口,所述缺口的大小大于所述USB充电口(21)的端面大小。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述灯光控制电路包括用于指示开关状态的蓝色指示灯、用于指示欠压状态的红色指示灯和用于指示充电状态的绿色指示灯。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式紫外线消毒器,其特征在于,所述电路结构还包括倾斜传感器,所述倾斜传感器和所述MCU主控电路电性连接。
