下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图7描述根据本申请实施例的蒸汽发生器安装组件100,该蒸汽发生器安装组件100包括蒸汽发生器1,蒸汽发生器1适于安装于吸油烟机1000的蜗壳101。
需要说明的是,如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例的蒸汽发生器安装组件100用于与水泵组件103共同安装于吸油烟机1000,且与水泵组件103共同作用以产生蒸汽和/或热水对吸油烟机1000的蜗壳101进行冲洗。如在具体的执行中,通过水泵组件103中的水泵将水泵送至蒸汽发生器1中进行加热,以产生蒸汽或热水,且蒸汽发生器1设有排气管3,排气管3贯穿蜗壳101,且伸至蜗壳101的内腔中,且排气管3可通过密封件4与蜗壳101进行密封。这样,蒸汽发生器1中产生的蒸汽或热水通过排气管3排出至蜗壳101的内腔中,以使高温高压的蒸汽可以喷洒至待清洗位置,进而利于提高蜗壳101的清洗效果。且蜗壳101内设有用于驱动清洗液流动的风机102。
蒸汽发生器安装组件100还包括安装支架2,如图3所示,蒸汽发生器1通过安装支架2安装于蜗壳101,如安装支架2采用螺钉、铆接、焊接或粘接的方式固定于蒸汽发生器1。其中,安装支架2与蜗壳101固定相连,以使安装支架2与蜗壳101连接为一个整体,这样,用户在拆装或更换蒸汽发生器1时不需将安装支架2从蜗壳101上拆下,只需对蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2之间的连接结构进行拆卸即可。
如图6所示,蒸汽发生器1具有第一限位部和安装部,第一限位部与安装部间隔开布置,如第一限位部可与安装部沿蒸汽发生器1的长度方向间隔开,或者第一限位部可与安装部沿蒸汽发生器1的宽度方向间隔开。第一限位部和安装部可设于蒸汽发生器1朝向安装支架2的表面,以使第一限位部和安装部更便于与安装支架2配合,如第一限位部和安装部可分别设于蒸汽发生器1的两端的端面,或者第一限位部和安装部均设于蒸汽发生器1的底面且在底面上间隔开,再或者第一限位部和安装部可分别设于蒸汽发生器1的两侧的侧面,均可实现与安装支架2的安装配合,结构设计灵活,第一限位部和安装部的布置位置可根据实际的使用需求进行灵活选择,以满足不同的使用需求。
其中,第一限位部与安装支架2限位配合,如第一限位部和安装支架2可通过卡接限位的配合方式实现限位配合,且在通过限位配合后,可使得蒸汽发生器1不易与安装支架2发生脱离,即安装支架2对第一限位部的限位作用可使得蒸汽发生器1沿限位方向保持在安装支架2上,安装部与安装支架2通过连接件固定。
可以理解的是,第一限位部与安装支架2的限位配合可使得蒸汽发生器1在限位的方向不会与安装支架2脱离,但并未完全实现蒸汽发生器1的固定,因此,本申请通过连接件再将安装部与安装支架2进行固定,可使得蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2完全固定,进而将蒸汽发生器1保持在安装支架2上。
需要说明的是,第一限位部与安装支架2的限位配合方式可包括第一限位部抵压于安装支架2朝向蜗壳101的侧面,以使安装支架2能够起到对蒸汽发生器1朝向蜗壳101的限位作用,这样,再通过连接件将安装部与安装支架2进行固定,保证第一限位部与安装支架2的限位配合面始终正对,进而保证限位作用可靠、稳定,且安装部不仅实现连接固定,还可与第一限位部共同起到限位的作用,以保证蒸汽发生器1稳定地安装于安装支架2,且连接件拆卸后,用户可手动将第一限位部与安装支架2的限位配合面分离,以使蒸汽发生器1可快速拆下。
由此,本申请中的蒸汽发生器1通过限位和固定组合的方式实现与安装支架2及蜗壳101的固定,其中,限位配合不需设置单独的连接部件,通过自身结构的配合即可实现。这样,在将蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2安装配合时只需在安装部设置连接件即可,且在拆装或更换蒸汽发生器1时,只需对该连接件进行拆卸,即可将蒸汽发生器1拆下。也就是 说,本申请的安装结构,不仅极大地减少了连接件的使用数量,降低了产品成本,且减少了安装步骤,利于实现蒸汽发生器1的拆装和更换,节省安装空间,使得蒸汽发生器1的管路布置得以简化。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,第一限位部和安装部分别设于蒸汽发生器1的两端。也就是说,蒸汽发生器1的第一端通过第一限位部与安装支架2进行限位配合,蒸汽发生器1的第二端通过安装部与安装支架2进行固定。由此,可使得蒸汽发生器1的限位结构和固定结构布置的较为分散,保证蒸汽发生器1受到的束缚力更为均衡,同时也避免蒸汽发生器1的局部应力过于集中,提高蒸汽发生器1的结构稳定性和可靠性。
其中,需要说明的是,蒸汽发生器1的排气管3设于蒸汽发生器1的底面,这样,将第一限位部和安装部分别设于蒸汽发生器1的两端,可避免第一限位部和安装部分与排气管3及排气管3的密封件4发生干涉,提高蒸汽发生器1的结构设置的合理性。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,第一限位部包括限位板11,限位板11朝背离安装部的方向凸出,如图7所示,安装支架2设有限位开口211,限位板11的至少部分通过限位开口211伸至安装支架2和蜗壳101之间。这样,在将蒸汽发生器1安装于安装支架2时,可将限位板11的至少部分通过限位开口211伸至安装支架2和蜗壳101之间,以使限位板11的至少部分与安装支架2朝向蜗壳101的侧面正对设置,这样,在限位板11朝远离蜗壳101的方向运动时,安装支架2能够对限位板11的至少部分起到限位作用,以使蒸汽发生器1束缚在安装支架2上。
也就是说,操作人员在对蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2限位配合时,将限位板11的至少部分通过限位开口211伸至安装支架2和蜗壳101之间即可实现二者的限位作用,且在拆卸时,将限位板11的至少部分通过限位开口211从安装支架2和蜗壳101之间抽出即可使解锁二者的限位作用,限位结构简单,拆装和更换方便。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,限位板11的端部设有尾钩111,尾钩111伸至安装支架2与蜗壳101之间,且尾钩111背离蜗壳101的一侧具有限位面112,限位面112抵压于安装支架2背离蒸汽发生器1的侧面,以使尾钩111与安装支架2之间具有较大的接触面,从而保证安装支架2能够与蒸汽发生器1进行有效地限位。
如图6所示,限位板11的本体从与蒸汽发生器1相连的一端到自由端朝靠近安装支架2的方向倾斜延伸,且尾钩111与限位板11的本体形成弯折结构,限位面112与安装支架2背离蒸汽发生器1的侧面平行,以便于限位面112与安装支架2背离蒸汽发生器1的侧面有效地贴合,从而保证限位作用的可靠性。
也就是说,尾钩111与限位板11的本体相连,且限位板11的本体倾斜设置,使得尾钩111在蒸汽发生器1的端部朝向蜗壳101伸出,由此,便于将尾钩111伸至于安装支架 2和蜗壳101之间,减小装配的难度,提高装配效率。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,安装支架2具有避让腔21,避让腔21构造为矩形,且在避让腔21的拐角位置处具有弧形过渡圆角,以使避让腔21整体呈长圆孔状,避让腔21沿安装支架2的厚度方向贯通安装支架2,蒸汽发生器1的底部伸至避让腔21内,且蒸汽发生器1的底部贯穿避让腔21以与蜗壳101相连,实现蒸汽发生器1与蜗壳101的连接,且便于排气管3的穿设。
其中,安装支架2在靠近避让腔21的第一端的位置处设有连接部,连接部用于与安装部固定,连接部可为连接孔221,安装部可为安装孔13,这样,蒸汽发生器1和安装支架2可通过依次贯穿连接孔221和安装孔13的连接件固定相连,连接件可为螺栓。
避让腔21沿安装支架2的长度方向延伸,且避让腔21内的第二端具有限位开口211,限位开口211可为避让腔21在第二端收缩形成,即避让腔21与限位开口211连通,限位板11从避让腔21伸至限位开口211处。也就是说,在将蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2限位配合时,可将尾钩111伸至避让腔21内,且沿着避让腔21移动至限位开口211处,利于尾钩111伸至安装支架2和蜗壳101之间。
需要说明的是,如图7所示,限位开口211的宽度明显小于避让腔21的宽度。且尾钩111的宽度小于限位开口211的宽度。这样,极大地降低了尾钩111伸至限位开口211处的难度,便于操作人员实现快速安装,提高安装效率。
可以理解的是,在将蒸汽发生器1安装于避让腔21后,避让腔21的内壁可对蒸汽发生器1起到限位作用,以避免蒸汽发生器1在避让腔21内晃动,这样,蒸汽发生器1不会沿安装支架2的长度方向或宽度方向运动,由此,再通过尾钩111与安装支架2限位配合并通过连接件固定,可使得蒸汽发生器1稳定地固定于避让腔21内,保证蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2的安装稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,蒸汽发生器1还具有第二限位部,第二限位部与安装部位于蒸汽发生器1的同一端,第二限位部与安装支架2限位配合。也就是说,本申请的蒸汽发生器1的两端分别通过第一限位部和第二限位部与安装支架2限位配合,以使蒸汽发生器1束缚于安装支架2。
其中,第一限位部和第二限位部分别从蒸汽发生器1的两端的端面凸出,以在与安装支架2限位配合后,可限制蒸汽发生器1从安装支架2上朝远离蜗壳101的方向运动,进而保证蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2的安全稳定性。
如图6所示,第二限位部包括朝背离安装部的方向凸出的限位凸台12,如图7所示,安装支架2具有限位孔222,限位凸台12沿背离第一限位部的方向伸至限位孔222内。需要说明的是,限位板11在蒸汽发生器1的端部凸出的长度大于限位凸台12在蒸汽发生器 1的端部凸出的长度。这样,在将蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2限位配合时,可先将限位板11从限位开口211处伸至于安装支架2与蜗壳101之间,再对蒸汽发生器1朝向限位开口211稍微推动,即可使得限位凸台12伸至限位孔222内,从而实现蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2的限位配合。
且如图6所示,限位凸台12具有导向斜面121,导向斜面121倾斜设置,且在限位凸台12伸至限位孔222的过程中,导向斜面121能够对限位凸台12的移动起到导向作用,以使限位凸台12更加快速的伸至限位孔222内。且如图6所示,限位凸台12在背离导向斜面121的一侧设有抵压面122,限位凸台12伸至限位孔222后,抵压面122可止抵于限位孔222的内周壁,以使安装支架2能够对蒸汽发生器1进行有效地束缚。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,安装支架2具有朝向背离蜗壳101的方向延伸的安装板22,其中,安装板22可与安装支架2垂直设置,且安装板22位于避让腔21的第一端,其中,安装板22设有连接孔221和限位孔222,连接孔221用于与安装部通过连接件相连,安装部包括形成于蒸汽发生器1端部的安装孔13。
也就是说,设于蒸汽发生器1的端部的限位凸台12和安装孔13均与安装板22配合,如限位凸台12伸至安装板22的限位孔222内以与安装支架2实现限位,且安装孔13可与安装板22上的连接孔221正对,以使安装板22与蒸汽发生器1的端部通过依次贯穿连接孔221和安装孔13的连接件相连,从而实现蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2的安装和固定。
如图5所示,通过设置上述结构的安装板22,在将蒸汽发生器1安装于避让腔21后,安装板22与蒸汽发生器1的端部正对,利于实现蒸汽发生器1与安装支架2的快速连接。
在一些实施例中,安装部包括安装孔13,安装孔13与连接孔221正对设置,如图4所示,安装孔13的轴线与蜗壳101的轴线平行。需要说明的是,如图4所示,蒸汽发生器1的长度方向与蜗壳101的轴向相同,且蜗壳101的轴向两端开阔,且无其他部件的设置,由此,安装孔13在蒸汽发生器1的端部沿蜗壳101的轴向敞开,这样,在将安装板22上的连接孔221与安装孔13通过连接件配合时,连接件为螺钉,可将螺钉从蒸汽发生器1的端部以与平行于蜗壳101轴线的方向插接至安装孔13内,以使安装板22与蒸汽发生器1固定连接。
这样,在螺钉伸至安装孔13的过程中,不会与蜗壳101上的其他结构干涉,且用户具有较大的操作空间,利于提升用户对螺钉操作的舒适性和便利性。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,连接孔221与限位孔222沿安装板22的高度方向间隔开设置,以使安装板22在沿高度方向的两个位置处分别与蒸汽发生器1限位和固定,避免安装应力过于集中,且限位凸台12不会与连接件发生干涉,结构设置合理。且在蒸汽发生器1和安装支架2固定完成后,限位凸台12和连接件可对蒸汽发生器1在沿背离蜗壳101 的方向上起到双重限位的作用,更加有效地提高了蒸汽发生器1的安装稳定性。
本申请中还提出了一种吸油烟机1000。
根据本申请实施例的吸油烟机1000,设置有上述任一种实施例的蒸汽发生器安装组件100,蒸汽发生器1中产生的蒸汽或热水通过排气管3排出至蜗壳101的内腔中,以使高温高压的蒸汽可以喷洒至待清洗位置,进而利于提高蜗壳101的清洗效果。且在蒸汽发生器1拆装时,极大地减少了连接件的使用数量,降低了产品成本,且减少了安装步骤,利于实现蒸汽发生器1的拆装和更换,节省安装空间,使得蒸汽发生器1的管路布置得以简化。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,包括:
    安装支架(2),所述安装支架(2)适于安装于吸油烟机(1000)的蜗壳(101);
    蒸汽发生器(1),所述蒸汽发生器(1)具有第一限位部和安装部,所述第一限位部与所述安装部间隔开布置,所述第一限位部与所述安装支架(2)限位配合,所述安装部与所述安装支架(2)通过连接件固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一限位部和所述安装部分别设于所述蒸汽发生器(1)的两端。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一限位部包括朝背离所述安装部的方向凸出的限位板(11),所述安装支架(2)设有限位开口(211),所述限位板(11)的至少部分通过所述限位开口(211)伸至所述安装支架(2)和所述蜗壳(101)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述限位板(11)的端部设有尾钩(111),所述尾钩(111)伸至所述安装支架(2)与所述蜗壳(101)之间,且所述尾钩(111)背离所述蜗壳(101)的一侧具有限位面(112),所述限位面(112)抵压于所述安装支架(2)背离所述蒸汽发生器(1)的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述限位板(11)的本体从与所述蒸汽发生器(1)相连的一端到自由端朝靠近所述安装支架(2)的方向倾斜延伸,且所述尾钩(111)与所述限位板(11)的本体形成弯折结构,所述限位面(112)与所述安装支架(2)背离所述蒸汽发生器(1)的侧面平行。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述安装支架(2)具有避让腔(21),所述蒸汽发生器(1)的底部伸至所述避让腔(21)内且与所述蜗壳(101)相连,所述安装支架(2)在靠近所述避让腔(21)的第一端的位置处设有与所述安装部固定的连接部,所述避让腔(21)内的第二端具有所述限位开口(211),所述限位板(11)从所述避让腔(21)伸至所述限位开口(211)处。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述蒸汽发生器(1)还具有第二限位部,所述第二限位部与所述安装部位于所述蒸汽发生器(1)的同一端,所述第二限位部与所述安装支架(2)限位配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述第二限位部包括朝背离所述安装部的方向凸出的限位凸台(12),所述安装支架(2)具有限位孔(222),所述限位凸台(12)沿背离所述第一限位部的方向伸至所述限位孔(222)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述安装支架(2)具有朝向背离所述蜗壳(101)的方向延伸的安装板(22),所述安装板(22)设有连接孔(221)和所述限位孔(222),所述连接孔(221)用于与所述安装部通过连接件相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述安装部包括与所述连接孔(221)正对设置的安装孔(13),所述安装孔(13)的轴线与所述蜗壳(101)的轴线平行。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100),其特征在于,所述连接孔(221)与所述限位孔(222)沿所述安装板(22)的高度方向间隔开设置。
  12. 一种吸油烟机(1000),其特征在于,设置有权利要求1-11中任一项所述的蒸汽发生器安装组件(100)。
