针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种提高过滤效果且防潮的新型口罩。
本发明解决上述问题所采取的方案是:把普通口罩加工成能放入滤芯的袋状结构,滤芯为两片医用滤纸四周密合的袋状结构,在袋状滤芯一面适当位置增加两个吸气孔,吸气孔与吸气管连接,吸气管的另一端伸入鼻腔进行呼吸。

进一步地,如果不对呼吸进行分开过滤,只为提高口罩的密封效果,可在所述滤芯中不设置所述支撑框,所述单向阀组件上不设置所述隔板、插板、单向阀片,只要将所述鼻套和所述滤芯通过所述管体进行连接即可。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
(一)本发明的普通型的新型口罩,通过鼻套、鼻塞管、吸气管以及呼气管等的配合,吸气时外部空气经过抑菌层、滤芯、吸气管以及鼻塞管进入人体;呼气时,空气经过鼻塞管、呼气管、滤芯排出,一方面可以减 少空气从亲肤层与面部的贴合的地方进入,提高了过滤效果,另一方面减少了水蒸气直接在亲肤层与面部之间造成的潮湿,可以使过滤吸入气体的滤纸保持干燥,提高了舒适度,提高了滤芯的医用效果,延长了滤芯的更换时间。
(二)本发明的改进型的新型口罩,通过鼻套、单向阀组件和滤芯的配合,吸气时外部空气经过滤芯、单向阀组件的吸气管腔以及鼻套的呼吸孔进入人体,呼气时,呼出的气体经过鼻套的呼吸孔、单向阀组件的呼气管腔、滤芯排出,一方面可以减少空气从亲肤层与面部的贴合的地方进入,提高了过滤效果,另一方面减少了水蒸气直接在亲肤层与面部之间造成的潮湿,提高了舒适度,可以使过滤吸入气体的滤纸保持干燥,提高了滤芯的医用效果,延长了滤芯的更换时间。同时,该改进型的新型口罩相比设置了鼻塞管、吸气管以及呼气管等结构的口罩,用单向阀组件替代了之前口罩的吸气管、呼气管和单向阀,结构更加简易,避免了繁多的零件设置,携带和收纳均更加便捷。
同时,上述改进型新型口罩由于减少了之前口罩的滤芯和鼻套上的连接接口,使连接更加方便;该改进型新型口罩用支撑框替代了之前口罩滤芯的封实线,使口罩外形更加美观。

本发明的新型口罩,构造上从简单到复杂分为简单型、加阀型和复杂型,款式上分为普通款和夏季款。
实施例1:
如图1至图23所示,本发明的新型口罩,包括口罩本体、滤芯2和口罩带11,所述的口罩本体包括外层1和内层3,所述的内层1和外层3相连形成一个袋式结构,口罩带11连接在口罩本体上,所述的滤芯2为袋状结构,从左到右分成“呼吸呼”三个过滤袋,滤芯2放置在口罩本体内,所述口罩本体内安装有吸气管7、呼气管8和鼻套5的内侧部,所述的吸气管7的一端与鼻套5的内侧部相连,另一端与滤芯2吸气过滤袋相连,所述的呼气管8的一端与鼻套5的内侧部相连,另一端与滤芯2呼气过滤袋相连,所述的鼻套5的外侧部露出口罩本体内层,鼻塞管6位于鼻套5内侧,所述的吸气管7和呼气管8内均安装有单向阀。本发明的新型口罩,通过鼻套5、吸气管7以及呼气管8等的配合,吸气时外部空气经过外层1、滤芯2吸气过滤袋、吸气管7以及鼻套5进入人体;呼气时,空气经过鼻套5、呼气管8、滤芯2呼气过滤袋、外层1排出,一方面可以减少空气从亲肤层与面部的贴合的地方进入,提高了过滤效果,另一方面减少了呼出的水气直接在亲肤层与面部之间造成的潮湿,提高了舒适度,有效的避免了呼出的水气给滤芯造成的潮湿和污染,提高了滤芯的医用效果,延长了滤芯的更换时间。
普通款简单型鼻塞式实施例如下:
普通款简单型鼻塞式过滤口罩由口罩本体、滤芯2、呼吸管31组成。
口罩本体如图2-4所示,制造材料和普通民用口罩一样,通常为棉布,由外层1和内层3组成袋状结构,内层为亲肤层,由上片布23和下片布 24组成,中间交界处可略微重叠,上片布23和下片布24可以上下掀开,放入和更换袋状滤芯2;上片布23和下片布24可以通过毛毡反复撕开和粘合。
袋状的滤芯2如图21-23所示,由正面(如图23)和背面(如图22)两片医用滤纸四周密合组成袋状结构,背面对应袋状外罩的内层3,装入袋状外罩。背面上适当位置开两个吸气连接口9,配合加装上导气件30,吸气连接口9设置位置对应鼻梁与两眼之间的对应位置,导气件30安装在这里,在起到导气的作用的同时与人体接触的顶面可以制作成曲线面,使口罩在佩戴时,还能起到医用口罩鼻夹的作用。用嘴呼吸时,本口罩也能起到医用口罩的防护作用。导气件30底部与吸气连接口9密贴加工连接,属于袋状滤芯2的一部分。
如图20所示,呼吸管31的一端与袋状滤芯导气件30上面的圆口连接,呼吸管31的另一端将从袋状外罩背面的上片布23和下片布24中间交界的略微重叠处露出,可伸入人体鼻腔内进行呼吸。
实施例2:普通款加阀型鼻塞式实施例
普通款加阀型鼻塞式过滤口罩由袋状外罩、滤芯2、单向阀、鼻塞装置、吸气管7、呼气管8组成。袋状外罩和袋状滤芯2同实施例1中简单型一致。
单向阀采用三种方式实现:
如图6、图7所示,活动盖式单向阀,当上方来气时,活动盖12在气流的作用下关闭,气流不能通过,当下方来气时,活动盖12在气流的作用下打开,气流可以通过活动盖12上的凸挡的作用防止活动盖12过渡打开,当上方来气时,活动盖12不能关上,使单向阀的作用不能完成。
如图8、图9所示,软斜膜式单向阀,当上方来气时,软斜膜21受气流压迫,未与管壁固定的一端压实,阻断气流通过,当下方来气时,软斜膜21未与管壁固定的一端被气流冲开,气流通过。
如图10、图11、图14以及图15所示,弹簧阀式单向阀,弹簧阀上盖15与弹簧阀下盖14为有镂孔18和凸丁17结构,能组合在一起,使气流不能通过,两个盖分开的话,气流将从两盖的镂孔18中通过。两盖的圆边都为实体,弹簧阀下盖14固定在管壁上,弹簧阀上盖15靠弹簧16 的力量与下盖组合,关闭气路,弹簧16是弱力弹簧,弱于人体呼吸的力量,靠人体呼吸的气流力量与弱力弹簧互相配合实现单向阀的作用。
单向阀的气路通断吸气时如图12、呼气时如图13所示,呼吸时单向阀进排气开关示意图,通过四个单向阀可以实现吸气和呼气分开路径的作用。吸气时,吸气管7的活动盖12受进气气流的力量而打开,呼气管8的活动盖12关闭。呼气时,吸气管7的活动盖12受呼出气流的力量而关闭,呼气管8的活动盖12则打开,呼出的气体由两侧排出。
如图5和16所示,鼻塞装置(鼻套5)的吸气管7与吸气连接管26连接,吸气连接管26的另一端与吸气管连接口9上的导气件30连接,鼻塞装置(鼻套5)的呼气管8与呼气连接管27连接,呼气连接管27的另一端抵在袋状外罩正面与背面下面的两个夹角处通大气。在吸气连接管26和呼气连接管27上安装单向阀,鼻塞装置从袋状外罩背面上片布23和下片布24中间交界的略微重叠处露出,可伸入人体鼻腔内进行呼吸。
实施例3:普通款复杂型鼻套式实施例
普通款复杂型鼻套式新型过滤口罩由袋状外罩,三袋滤芯,单向阀,软胶鼻塞体(鼻套5),吸气管7、呼气管8组成。
袋状外罩同实施例1简单型一致,单向阀同实施例2中加阀型一致。
三袋滤芯如图21所示,是在封实线处把过滤芯分隔成三个相互不相同的袋状结构,比例为1:2:1,中间为吸气过滤袋,两边为呼气过滤袋,在呼气过滤袋下方开有呼气连接口10。吸气过滤袋中加装一层薄海绵,呼出过滤袋带呼气连接口10这一面可做防湿处理,防止呼出的水汽浸湿。
鼻塞腔体如图16所示,人体的整个鼻端可以塞进软胶鼻塞体的鼻套5,鼻塞管6可以略微伸进人体鼻孔进行呼吸。吸气管7与吸气连接管26连接,吸气连接管26的另一端与三袋滤芯吸气连接口9上的导气件30连接,呼气管8与呼气连接管27连接,呼气连接管27的另一端与三袋滤芯的呼气连接口10上的导气件30连接。在吸气连接管26和呼气连接管27上安装单向阀。鼻塞腔体包裹人体鼻端的部分从袋状外罩背面上片布23和下片布24中间交界略微重叠处露出。
呼气管8和吸气管7除了为实现单向阀的功能外,其余部分可以制造成扁管。
吸气连接管26和呼气连接管27除了为实现单向阀的功能外,其余部分可以制造成扁管。
实施例4:夏季款简单型鼻塞式实施例
夏季款简单型鼻塞式新型过滤口罩,如图17至图20所示,由口罩带11,鼻梁架28,袋状外罩,滤芯2,呼吸管31组成。夏季款鼻塞式新型过滤口罩如图17至图18所示,袋状外罩和袋状滤芯的结构同普通款。袋状外罩的上边可以用拉锁开闭,放入和更换袋状滤芯2,导气件30从呼吸孔22中伸出,呼吸管31的一端与安装在滤芯的呼吸口的导气件30的上端口连接,呼吸管31的另一端伸入人体鼻腔中进行呼吸。
夏季款是为了能在炎热的环境里佩戴,主要为满足防病毒的过滤效果,根据实际需要,在结构组成上也是可以将袋状滤芯分隔出吸气滤袋和呼气滤袋,同时加入吸气管7、呼气管8、单向阀、鼻塞装置、鼻套5。
实施例5:简易款实施例
如图24-37中,简易款口罩主要由滤芯2、单向阀组件32、鼻套5和口罩本体44组成。其中,单向阀组件32设置于滤芯2的内表面,包括管体321、隔板322和单向阀片323,隔板322设置于管体321内,并将管体321沿轴向分隔为吸气管腔324和呼气管腔325,管体321的一端与滤芯2相连,吸气管腔324和呼气管腔325内分别设置一单向阀片323,单向阀片323可为活动盖12,吸气管腔324和呼气管腔325内的活动盖12均连接在隔板322上。其中,吸气管腔324内的活动盖12朝上安装,鼻孔吸气时,吸气管腔324内的活动盖12能够向上翻折,而呼气管腔325内的活动盖12无法向上翻折,直接在吸气流的作用下将呼气管腔325封闭,以控制吸气管腔324单向进气;而呼气管腔325内的活动盖12朝下安装,鼻孔呼气时,呼气管腔325内的活动盖12能够向下翻折,而吸气管腔324内的活动盖12无法向下翻折,直接在呼气流的作用下将吸气管腔324封闭,以控制呼气管腔325单向出气。鼻套5包括中空本体,中空本体的一侧设置两个用于与鼻孔对接的呼吸孔33,中空本体的另一侧设置两个用于与管体321的另一端对接的单向阀连接孔34,呼吸孔33和单向阀连接孔34相互连通。滤芯2包括外滤层35、支撑框36和内滤层37,外滤层35和内滤层37的外周固定形成袋状滤芯,支撑框36设置于袋状 滤芯内,并将袋状滤芯内部分隔为相互隔离的三部分,分别为位于中间的吸气过滤腔38和位于吸气过滤腔38两侧的呼气过滤腔39,吸气管腔324与吸气过滤腔38连通,呼气管腔325与呼气过滤腔39连通。
进一步地,本实施例中,用作单向阀片323的活动盖12优选为半椭圆形的活动软片,吸气管腔324和呼气管腔325内的活动软片直线边均连接在隔板322上,曲线边斜担在所述吸气管腔324和呼气管腔325管腔壁上,与管腔契合密封。其中,吸气管腔324内的活动软片在吸气管腔324底端朝上安装,而呼气管腔325内的活动软片在呼气管腔325顶端朝下安装,鼻孔吸气时,吸气管腔324内的活动软片能够向上翻折,而呼气管腔325内的活动软片无法向上翻折,直接在吸气流的作用下将呼气管腔325封闭,以控制吸气管腔324单向进气;鼻孔呼气时,呼气管腔325内的活动软片能够向下翻折,而吸气管腔324内的活动软片无法向下翻折,直接在呼气流的作用下将吸气管腔324封闭,以控制呼气管腔325单向出气。
进一步地,本实施例中,支撑框36包括支撑外框361和分隔架362,支撑外框361内设置有两根分隔架362,两根分隔架362将支撑外框361分隔为相互隔离的三部分,分别为位于中间的吸气过滤框363和位于吸气过滤框363两侧的呼气过滤框364,其中,吸气过滤框363对应吸气过滤腔38,呼气过滤框364对应呼气过滤腔39。本实施例优选分隔架362将支撑外框361等分,吸气过滤框363的面积和两个呼气过滤框364的面积之和相同,即吸气过滤框和呼气过滤框的面积完全相同,实际制造中支撑外框361和分隔架362为一体。
进一步地,本实施例中,如图26-27所示,分隔架362可为直杆结构或拐角结构,当分隔架362为如图26所示的拐角结构时,两分隔架362对称布置,且两分隔架362的尖端相邻设置。
进一步地,本实施例中,隔板322的一端连接有插板,分隔架362上开设有用于插装插板的插孔40,插孔40为长形孔;内滤层37上对应插孔40的位置处开设有用于安装管体321的安装孔41,安装孔41上安装有用于管体321插接的连接圈42。具体制作滤芯2时,首先将支撑框36与外滤层35粘成一体,再在支撑框36的上表面粘贴内滤层37,然后在内滤层37开设安装孔41,并在安装孔41粘接连接圈42,从而形成完 整的袋状滤芯结构。单向阀组件32通过插板插入插孔40后,其管体321与连接圈42形成插接,起到密封的作用;插板插入到位后,可彻底隔断中间的吸气过滤腔38和两侧的呼气过滤腔39。其中,连接圈42的内孔径优选为38mm,外孔径优选为50mm,厚度优选为6mm;对应的,管体321的内管径优选为35mm,外管径优选为38mm,长优选为15mm。实际制造中插板是隔板322从单向阀组件32的管体中多伸出一小节,插板和隔板322是一体,分隔架362上开设有用于插装插板的插孔40,插孔40为长形孔,两条短边为曲线边,可与安装在单向阀组件32隔板322上的插板契合。
进一步地,可在管体321的外侧固定套设密封圈43,密封圈43应在管体321外粘接牢固,密封圈43可直接与连接圈42和单向阀连接孔34插接,插接后可以将管体321包裹,以用来加强单向阀组件32与滤芯2、鼻套5连接后的密封效果。其中,密封圈43的内孔径优选为38mm,外孔径优选为50mm,厚度优选为3mm。
进一步地,本实施例中,吸气过滤腔38和/或呼气过滤腔39内可设置支撑海绵垫,该支撑海绵垫为片状海绵垫,可以起到支撑、过滤、保暖、吸湿的作用。当然,因为有支撑框36的支撑,考虑到透气性,也可以不加支撑海绵垫。
进一步地,本实施例中,单向阀片323与隔板322可为一体成型结构,也可将单向阀片323粘接在隔板322上。单向阀片323除采用上述的活动盖12和活动软片结构外,还可以为软斜膜21结构,比如最厚处为1mm左右的锥形软胶斜面,最薄处如膜,能起到最佳的密封效果。单向阀组件32的工作原理如下:吸气时因吸力作用,顺向(朝上)安装的单向阀片323向上打开,外界空气依次经吸气过滤腔38、吸气管腔324和鼻套5吸入人体,此时,逆向(朝下)安装的单向阀片323在吸力的作用下关闭,外界空气不会经呼气管腔325进入人体;反之,呼气时因呼力作用,逆向(朝下)安装的单向阀片323向下打开,人体呼气依次经鼻套5、呼气管腔325和呼气过滤腔39排出,此时,顺向(朝上)安装的单向阀片323在呼力的作用下关闭,人体呼气不会经吸气管腔324排出体外。其中,人体在吸气和呼气时,单向阀片323的软硬度决定着呼吸是否顺畅,单向阀 片323的翘动量决定着管体321的长度;实际制做中,单向阀组件32应尽可能完美达到呼吸顺畅,管体321长度最短且能与滤芯2、鼻套5有效密封连接。
进一步地,本实施例中,鼻套5的样子为橡皮泥在人体鼻端处压制而成,使鼻套5设置呼吸孔33的一侧能够与鼻头形状配适,相比鼻塞管的佩戴方式,佩戴舒适度更强。因为大人与孩子的鼻子大小不一样,尺寸也有所不同。鼻套5应为环保亲肤的EVA树脂材料或软胶材料制做,呼吸孔33(小孔)应略小于鼻孔,呼吸孔33四周在配戴口罩时的弯曲力的作用下可以贴合鼻端,达到密封的效果。单向阀连接孔34(大孔)的直径优选为38mm,深度优选为6mm。在确保呼吸孔33(小孔)和单向阀连接孔34(大孔)能达到作用要求的前提下,鼻套5整体外型尺寸上应尽量做到最小。
进一步地,本实施例中,外滤层35和内滤层37可使用厚滤纸作为滤层,比如医用N95滤纸层。医用N95的滤纸强度够硬,可不用外罩,滤芯2中也不用添加海绵垫,直接在滤芯2上粘装口罩挂绳即可直接佩戴使用。
进一步地,本实施例中,外滤层35和内滤层37也可采用医用外科口罩的熔喷布层。因熔喷布较软,形成的滤层较薄,可装于口罩本体44内使用;滤芯2中还可适当添加海绵垫进行支撑,此外,还可在熔喷布外再加一层无纺布进行保护,滤芯2与单向阀管体321、鼻套5连接后,放入普通家用口罩内侧佩戴使用;滤芯2中根据需要看是否需要添加海绵垫进行支撑,也可直接在滤芯2上粘装口罩挂绳直接佩戴使用。
进一步地,本实施例中,若滤芯2的内外层滤纸只使用熔喷布制作的话,滤袋内也可不添加海绵垫,因为硬度不强,可配合口罩本体44使用,滤芯2可通过口罩本体44的兜持作用佩戴于口鼻处。其中,口罩本体44可为现有普通的口罩,也可采用图1-4所示的结构,即包括外层1和内层3,外层1和内层3相连形成一个袋状结构,口罩带11连接在口罩本体44上,滤芯2放置在口罩本体44内。其中,内层3包括上片布23和下片布24,上片布23的上侧连接在外层1的上侧,下片布24的下侧连接在外层1的下侧,所述上片布23的下侧以及所述下片布24的上侧在口罩 中间略微重叠,重叠处通过粘扣或者魔术贴粘接后将外层覆盖,形成袋状结构,滤芯2装填在该袋状结构内。然而为了提高口罩本体44与本实施例中滤芯2的配适度,可将上片布23和下片布24上下纵向分布,而滤芯2横向布置在口罩本体44内,同时在内层3上对应安装孔41的位置开设圆孔,鼻套5安装在口罩本体44的内侧,鼻套5的单向阀连接孔34经过内层3上的圆孔与安装孔41进行连接。
进一步地,本实施例中,支撑框36优选为EVA树脂结构,其整体的厚度优选为3mm。支撑框36、单向阀组件32和鼻套5均应使用对人体无害且轻的材料制作,比如对人体无害的EVA树脂材料,其非常轻,且处型可塑,有利于确保滤芯以及口罩整体与人面部之间的贴合密封性。
本实施例中,吸气过滤腔38和呼气过滤腔39的划分,以及单向阀管径的大小可以根据需要进行改变。
实际操作中,如果不需要口罩过滤人体呼出气体的功能,保留使滤芯2保持干燥的功能,可在滤芯2的呼气过滤腔39外滤层35上适当位置开口,使人体呼出的气体经呼吸孔33、呼气管腔325、呼气过滤腔39后直接通大气,因为少了呼气过滤腔39外滤层35的阻力,为了保持呼吸的气流平衡,可以通过调整支撑框36里的分隔架362,使吸气过滤腔38的面积大于呼气过滤腔39的面积。
进一步地,实际操作中,如果不需要口罩过滤人体呼出气体的功能,和使滤芯保持干燥的功能,可在滤芯2中不设置支撑框36,单向阀组件32上不设置隔板322、插板、单向阀片323,使鼻套5和所述滤2芯通过所述管体321进行连接。
进一步地,实际操作中,本款新型口罩的鼻套5、滤芯2、口罩本体44在实现设置功能外,可以通过外型上的改变和加大,在佩戴时实现对人体口部的遮盖和密封,以达到更好的防护效果。因为人体口腔有时也要参与人体呼吸,为了增加口罩的防护效果和实用性,使口腔的呼吸也经过所述滤芯的过滤。采取的措施是:在上述口罩的基础上,如图41所示,鼻套5的中空本体的底部向下延伸形成能够罩住嘴部的嘴部呼吸部45,嘴部呼吸部45的一侧设置用于与嘴部对接的嘴部呼吸孔46,另一侧设置与嘴部呼吸孔46对应的单向阀连接孔34,嘴部呼吸孔46和单向阀连接 孔34相互连通。此时的鼻套5同时具备鼻部呼吸和口部呼吸功能,可称之为“鼻口套”。
进一步地,实际操作中,可以嘴部呼吸孔46和呼吸孔33共用一个腔体、且共用一组单向阀连接孔34;也可以在中空本体内部设置鼻腔隔板,以将中空本体内部分隔为相互隔离的鼻部呼吸腔47和嘴部呼吸腔。如图38-41所示,鼻部呼吸腔47上设置两个呼吸孔33和两个单向阀连接孔34,嘴部呼吸腔,即嘴部呼吸部45,其上设置两个嘴部呼吸孔46和另外两个单向阀连接孔34,此时嘴部呼吸腔和鼻部呼吸腔47分别设置独立的单向阀连接孔34,且各单向阀连接孔34分别通过一单向阀组件32与滤芯2连接,具体安装方式如下:在上述口罩的基础上,在两根分隔架362的下部剩余位置上再开两个插孔40,新开的插孔40和分隔架362上部的插孔40的大小决定着各自相对应的管体32和单向阀连接孔34的大小,根据实际需要可进行调整。
再进一步地,如图39所示,在内滤层37对应两个新开的插孔40的位置上再开两个安装孔41,在新开出的两个安装孔41上安装相同孔径的连接圈42。
再进一步地,如图40所示,嘴部呼吸腔上新开出的嘴部呼吸孔46比新开出的单向阀连接孔34略小,新开出的嘴部呼吸孔46与新开出的单向阀连接孔34可为同轴设置。
再进一步地,如图41所示,新增加的两个单向阀组件32上均设置密封圈43;新增加的密封圈43与新增加的连接圈42和单向阀连接孔34孔径相同,且可通过新增加的管体321插入连接,嘴部呼吸腔通过新增加的管体321与滤芯2连接,实现过滤口腔呼吸气流的功能。
其中,为更好地实施本发明,鼻部呼吸腔47的设置呼吸孔(33)的一侧设置为能够与鼻头配适的形状;嘴部呼吸腔的设置嘴部呼吸孔46的一侧设置为能够与嘴部配适的形状。上述方案设计使得鼻套5整体加大,其中间内凹,可以包住嘴巴和鼻端,达到四周密封并且佩戴时触碰不到嘴部,且不影响嘴部呼吸和说话,可在内凹里面和内凹的上部分别设置两个安装单向阀组件32的孔,即单向阀连接孔34。此种设计增加嘴部参与呼吸的功能,且嘴部呼吸时,呼出气流和吸进气流,也是通过单向阀组件32进 行分流的,其原理与鼻部呼吸的一致,在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。
Claims (35)
- 新型口罩,包括口罩本体、滤芯(2)和口罩带(11),所述的口罩本体包括外层(1)和内层(3),所述的外层(1)和内层(3)相连形成一个袋状结构,口罩带(11)连接在所述口罩本体上,所述的滤芯(2)放置在所述口罩本体内,其特征在于:所述口罩本体内安装有吸气管(7)、呼气管(8)和鼻套(5),鼻套(5)的内侧部安装在所述口罩本体上,所述的吸气管(7)的一端与鼻套(5)的内侧部相连,另一端与滤芯(2)相连,所述的呼气管(8)的一端与鼻套(5)的内侧部相连,另一端与滤芯(2)相连,所述的鼻套(5)的外侧部露出口罩本体内层,鼻塞管(6)位于鼻套(5)内侧,所述的吸气管(7)和呼气管(8)内均安装有单向阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的吸气管(7)有两根,所述的呼气管(8)有两根,所述鼻套(5)包括本体,本体上设置有两个吸气管接口、两个呼气管接口和两根鼻塞管(6),本体中空,所述的吸气管接口、呼气管接口、鼻塞管(6)均与本体连通,所述的吸气管(7)连接在所述吸气管接口上,所述的呼气管(8)连接在所述呼气管接口上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的内层(3)包括上片布和下片布,所述上片布的上侧连接在外层(1)上,所述下片布的下侧连接在外层(1)上,所述上片布的左右两侧以及所述下片布的左右两侧通过粘扣或者魔术贴粘接在外层(1)上,所述上片布和所述下片布粘接在外层(1)上后将外层(1)覆盖,形成袋状结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的滤芯(2)为四周密合的袋状结构,内安装有薄海绵样的支撑物,滤芯(2)上开有呼气孔和吸气孔,所述呼气孔与呼气管(8)连接,所述吸气孔与吸气管(7)连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述滤芯(2)包括三个部分,分别为位于中间的吸气过滤袋和位于所述吸气过滤袋两侧的呼气过滤袋,所述吸气过滤袋和两个所述呼气过滤袋隔开,所述的呼气管(8)通过呼气连接管(27)与所述呼气过滤袋相连接,所述的吸气管(7)通过吸气连接管(26)与所述吸气过滤袋连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的吸气连接管(26)和所述的呼气连接管(27)为扁管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的滤芯(2)包括左部分和右部分,所述的左部分和右部分之间连接有与鼻梁适配的鼻梁架(28),所述的吸气管(7)的一端与鼻塞管(6)相连,另一端与滤芯(2)接触,所述的呼气管(8)的一端与鼻塞管(6)相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的吸气管(7)的单向阀为设置在吸气管(7)内的活动盖(12),活动盖(12)一侧连接在吸气管(7)内壁上,且在活动盖(12)的外侧设置有锥形挡块;所述的呼气管(8)的单向阀为设置在呼气管(8)末端的活动盖(12),活动盖(12)一侧连接在呼气管(8)内壁,且在活动盖(12)的外侧设置有锥形挡块,所述的吸气管(7)中的活动盖(12)和呼气管(8)的活动盖(12)的方向相反。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的吸气管(7)的单向阀采用一端连接在吸气管(7)内部底壁的软斜膜(21),软斜膜(21)另一端向鼻塞管方向延伸且贴近吸气管(7)内部顶壁;所述的呼气管(8)的单向阀采用一端连接在呼气管(8)内部底壁的软斜膜(21),软斜膜(21)另一端向远离鼻塞管方向延伸且贴近呼气管(8)内部顶壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述单向阀包括吸气单向阀和呼气单向阀,所述吸气单向阀安装在吸气管(7)内,所述呼气单向阀安装在呼气管(8)内,所述吸气单向阀和所述呼气单向阀均包括弹簧阀下盖(14)和弹簧阀上盖(15),所述的弹簧阀下盖(14)固定,所述的弹簧阀上盖(15)通过弹簧(16)连接在管壁上;所述的弹簧阀上盖(15)和弹簧阀下盖(14)上均设置有多个相互配合的镂孔(18)和凸丁(17)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的弹簧阀上盖(15)设置有多个镂孔(18)和凸丁(17),且弹簧阀上盖(15)上的镂孔(18)和凸丁(17)交替布置;所述的弹簧阀下盖(14)设置有多个镂孔(18)和凸丁(17),且弹簧阀下盖(14)上的镂孔(18)和凸丁(17)交替布置;弹簧阀上盖(15)上的镂孔(18)与弹簧阀下盖(14)上的凸丁(17)相互配合,弹簧阀上盖(15)上的凸丁(17)与弹簧阀下盖(14)上的镂孔(18)相互配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述薄海绵样的支撑物设置在所述吸气过滤袋内。
- 新型口罩,包括滤芯(2),其特征在于:还包括鼻套(5)和单向阀组 件(32);所述单向阀组件(32)设置于所述滤芯(2)的内表面,包括管体(321)、隔板(322)和单向阀片(323),所述隔板(322)设置于所述管体(321)内,并将所述管体(321)沿轴向分隔为吸气管腔(324)和呼气管腔(325),所述管体(321)的一端与所述滤芯(2)相连,所述吸气管腔(324)和所述呼气管腔(325)内分别设置一所述单向阀片(323),且所述吸气管腔(324)内的所述单向阀片(323)用于控制所述吸气管腔(324)单向进气,所述呼气管腔(325)内的所述单向阀片(323)用于控制所述呼气管腔(325)单向出气;所述的鼻套(5)包括中空本体,所述中空本体的一侧设置两个用于与鼻孔对接的呼吸孔(33),所述中空本体的另一侧设置两个用于与所述管体(321)的另一端对接的单向阀连接孔(34),所述呼吸孔(33)和所述单向阀连接孔(34)相互连通。
- 根据权利要求13所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述中空本体的底部向下延伸形成能够罩住嘴部的嘴部呼吸部(45),所述嘴部呼吸部(45)的一侧设置用于与嘴部对接的嘴部呼吸孔(46),所述嘴部呼吸孔(46)和所述单向阀连接孔(34)相互连通。
- 根据权利要求14所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述中空本体内设置有鼻腔隔板,以将所述中空本体内部分隔为相互隔离的鼻部呼吸腔(47)和嘴部呼吸腔;所述鼻部呼吸腔(47)上设置两个所述呼吸孔(33)和两个所述单向阀连接孔(34);所述嘴部呼吸腔上设置至少一个所述嘴部呼吸孔(46)和两个所述单向阀连接孔(34);所述鼻部呼吸腔(47)上的两个所述单向阀连接孔(34)分别通过一所述单向阀组件(32)与所述滤芯(2)连接;所述嘴部呼吸腔上的两个所述单向阀连接孔(34)分别通过一所述单向阀组件(32)与所述滤芯(2)连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述滤芯(2)包括外滤层(35)、支撑框(36)和内滤层(37),所述外滤层(35)和所述内滤层(37)的外周固定形成袋状滤芯,所述支撑框(36)设置于所述袋状滤芯内,并将所述袋状滤芯内部分隔为相互隔离的三部分,分别为位于中间的吸气过滤腔(38)和位于所述吸气过滤腔(38)两侧的呼气过滤腔(39),所述吸气管腔(324)与所述吸气过滤腔(38)连通,所述呼气管腔(325)与所述呼气过滤腔(39)连通;所述滤芯(2)能够直接通过挂绳佩戴于口鼻处。
- 根据权利要求16所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述支撑框(36) 包括支撑外框(361)和分隔架(362),所述支撑外框(361)内设置有两根所述分隔架(362),两根所述分隔架(362)将所述支撑外框(361)分隔为相互隔离的三部分,分别为位于中间的吸气过滤框(363)和位于所述吸气过滤框(363)两侧的呼气过滤框(364)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述分隔架(362)为直杆结构或拐角结构。
- 根据权利要求17所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述隔板(322)的一端连接有插板,所述分隔架(362)上开设有用于插装所述插板的插孔(40),所述内滤层(37)上对应所述插孔(40)的位置处开设有用于安装所述管体(321)的安装孔(41)。
- 根据权利要求19所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述安装孔(41)上安装有用于所述管体(321)插接的连接圈(42)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述吸气过滤框(363)的面积和两个所述呼气过滤框(364)的面积之和相同。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述管体(321)的外侧套设有密封圈(43)。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述外滤层(35)和/或所述内滤层(37)为医用N95滤纸层。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述外滤层(35)和/或所述内滤层(37)为熔喷布层。
- 根据权利要求16-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述吸气过滤腔(38)和/或所述呼气过滤腔(39)内设置有支撑海绵垫。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:还包括口罩本体(44),所述滤芯(2)通过所述口罩本体(44)佩戴于口鼻处。
- 根据权利要求26所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述口罩本体(44)包括外层(1)和内层(3),所述的外层(1)和内层(3)相连形成一个袋状结构,口罩带(11)连接在所述口罩本体(44)上,所述的滤芯(2)放置在所述口罩本体(44)内。
- 根据权利要求27所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述的内层(3)包括上片布(23)和下片布(24),所述上片布(23)的上侧连接在外层(1)上, 所述下片布(24)的下侧连接在外层(1)上,所述上片布(23)的左右两侧以及所述下片布(24)的左右两侧通过粘扣或者魔术贴粘接在外层(1)上,所述上片布(23)和所述下片布(24)粘接在外层(1)上后将外层(1)覆盖,形成袋状结构。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述单向阀片(323)为活动盖(12),所述吸气管腔(324)和所述呼气管腔(325)内的活动盖(12)均连接在所述隔板(322)上;鼻孔吸气时,所述吸气管腔(324)内的活动盖(12)能够向上翻折,而所述呼气管腔(325)内的活动盖(12)将所述呼气管腔(325)封闭;鼻孔呼气时,所述呼气管腔(325)内的活动盖(12)能够向下翻折,而所述吸气管腔(324)内的活动盖(12)将所述吸气管腔(324)封闭。
- 根据权利要求29所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述单向阀片(323)与所述隔板(322)为一体结构。
- 根据权利要求29所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:作为所述单向阀片(323)的活动盖(12)为活动软片;所述活动软片连接于所述隔板(322)上,所述活动软片的外周能够与所述吸气管腔(324)或所述呼气管腔(325)的内壁契合密封,以实现所述活动软片对所述吸气管腔(324)或所述呼气管腔(325)的封闭。
- 根据权利要求16-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述支撑框(36)为EVA树脂结构。
- 根据权利要求13-21任意一项所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述鼻套(5)为EVA树脂结构;且所述鼻套(5)设置所述呼吸孔(33)的一侧设置为能够与鼻头配适的形状。
- 根据权利要求15所述的新型口罩,其特征在于:所述鼻部呼吸腔的设置所述呼吸孔(33)的一侧设置为能够与鼻头配适的形状。
