优选地,所述第三驱动装置包括固定连接在电机活动轴侧壁的第一锥齿轮,所述底座下端通过固定板转动连接有横杆,所述横杆一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮啮合的第二锥齿轮,所述竖杆下端贯穿底座下端并延伸至其下方,所述横杆远离第二锥齿轮的一端固定连接有与竖杆下端配合的凸轮。
优选地,所述吸液管内安装有仅允许浆液从集液框流入滑塞室内的第一单向阀,所述通孔内安装有进允许浆液从滑塞室流入储液室内的第二单向阀。
优选地,所述上浆室内底部通过电动推杆转动连接有挤压辊,且所述上浆室内壁通过连接杆与挤压辊转动连接,所述上浆室相对内壁固定连接有斜板。
有益效果
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置电机、负压叶轮、固定框、吸尘腔、吸尘孔和吸尘管,电机带动负压叶轮转动使得清理室下方存在负压,由于固定连接在传送带侧壁的刷毛与固定框内壁贴合,使得清理室下方通过吸尘管、吸尘腔和吸尘孔对刷毛上的毛边和杂质进行吸附,避免刷毛对纱线清理后刷毛脏污,影响对纱线上毛边和杂质的清理;
2、通过设置滑塞室、储液室、滑塞、竖杆、弹簧、横杆、凸轮、吸液管和通孔,横杆带动凸轮转动使得凸轮间歇式的与竖杆下端碰撞,使得竖杆在凸轮和弹簧的作用下,滑塞在滑塞室内壁上下往复移动,在安装在吸液管和通孔内的第一单向阀和第二单向阀的作用下,将集液框内的浆液泵入储液室内,可以对集液框内的浆液进行循坏利用,降低工人对浆液收集的劳动强度;
3、通过固定连接在转轴上端的两个蜗杆侧壁的螺纹对称设置,使得转轴转动时两个蜗杆带动与其啮合的蜗轮的转动反向相反,进而使得第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊的转动反向相反,使得第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊侧壁的传送带的移动方向均与纱线的移动方向相反,使得刷毛始终背对纱线的移动方向对纱线上的杂质进行清理,确保对纱线上杂质的清洁度;
4、通过设置电动推杆和挤压辊,可以对纱线进行挤压,避免纱线上的浆液过多,延长对纱线的烘干时间,增加能源损耗。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

参照图1-5,一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,包括固定连接在底座1上端的箱体2,箱体2内壁固定连接有隔板3,且隔板3将箱体2内分为清理室4和上浆室5,箱体2侧壁和隔板3侧壁均布开设有框口,清理室4内壁沿同一水平方向转动连接有两个第一驱动辊6和两个第二驱动辊7,且两个第一驱动辊6和两个第二驱动辊7沿框口对称设置,两个第一驱动辊6和两个第二驱动辊7侧壁连接有传送带8,传送带8侧壁均布固定连接有刷毛9,底座1下端通过支架固定连接有电机11,电机11上安装有对刷毛9上的毛絮进行吸收的吸收装置,底座1上安装有驱动第一驱动辊6和第二驱动辊7转动的第一驱动装置,底座1上端固定连接有密封箱12,密封箱12内壁固定连接有竖板13,竖板13将密封箱12内壁分为滑塞室14和储液室15,储液室15上端开设有进液口,便于对浆液的添加,上浆室5内顶部固定连接有排液箱16,且排液箱16内壁嵌设有加热管46,便于对浆液进行加热,提高对纱线的上浆效率,储液室15内底部固定连接有水泵17,且水泵17通过进液管18与排液箱16内顶部连通,排液箱16下端固定连接有中空板19,且排液箱16下端与中空板19内顶部连通,中空板19下端均布固定连接有雾化喷头20,上浆室5内底部固定连接有集液框21,集液框21内壁固定连接有第一滤网22,滑塞室14内安装有将集液框21内的浆液泵入到储液室15内的泵液装置。
吸收装置包括固定连接在电机11活动轴侧壁的负压叶轮23,清理室4内壁下方固定连接有第二滤网24,清理室4内壁对称固定连接有两个固定框10,且两个固定框10内壁与刷毛9贴合,固定框10内开设有吸尘腔25,且吸尘腔25内壁开设有多个吸尘孔26,清理室4内壁下方通过吸尘管27与吸尘腔25内壁连通。
第一驱动装置包括转动连接在底座1上端的转轴39,转轴39上端依次固定连接有两个蜗杆41,且两个蜗杆41侧壁的螺纹对称设置,箱体2侧壁固定连接有与第一驱动辊6和第二驱动辊7同轴转动连接的蜗轮42,且蜗轮42与蜗杆41啮合连接,电机11上固定连接有驱动转轴39转动的第二驱动装置。
泵液装置包括滑动连接在滑塞室14内壁的滑塞28,滑塞28下端固定连接有竖杆29,且竖杆29侧壁套设有拉簧30,拉簧30两端分别与滑塞28下端和滑塞室14内底部固定连接,滑塞室14内壁上方通过吸液管31与集液框21内底部连通,竖板13侧壁上方开设有与滑塞室14和储液室15连通的通孔,吸液管31内安装有仅允许浆液从集液框21流入滑塞室14内的第一单向阀32,通孔内安装有进允许浆液从滑塞室14流入储液室15内的第二单向阀33,电机11上安装有驱动滑塞28在滑塞室14内壁上下滑动的第三驱动装置。
第二驱动装置包括固定连接在电机11活动轴侧壁的主动轮38,转轴39下端贯穿底座1上端并固定连接有从动轮40,且主动轮38通过同步带与从动轮40连接。
第三驱动装置包括固定连接在电机11活动轴侧壁的第一锥齿轮34,底座1下端通过固定板转动连接有横杆35,横杆35一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮34啮合的第二锥齿轮36,竖杆29下端贯穿底座1下端并延伸至其下方,横杆35远离第二锥齿轮36的一端固定连接有与竖杆29下端配合的凸轮37,进一步的,滑塞室14内底部开设有与外界连通的圆孔,用于平衡滑塞28在滑塞室14内壁上下移动时产生的压强。
上浆室5内底部通过电动推杆43转动连接有挤压辊44,且上浆室5内壁通过连接杆与挤压辊44转动连接,上浆室5相对内壁固定连接有斜板45。
本发明中,将纺织纱线依次穿过箱体2和隔板3侧壁,驱动电机11转动,电机11转动通过固定连接在其活动轴侧壁的主动轮38带动从动轮40转动,带动与从动轮40上端固定连接的转轴39转动,使得固定连接在转轴39上端的蜗杆41带动与蜗杆41啮合的蜗轮42转动,带动与蜗轮42同轴转动连接的第一驱动辊6和第二驱动辊7相互反向转动,带动连接在第一驱动辊6和第二驱动辊7侧壁的传送带8移动,带动均布固定连接在传送带8侧壁的刷毛9对纱线上的杂质进行清理,同时,电机11转动带动与电机11活动轴侧壁固定连接的负压叶轮23转动,使得清理室4内壁下方存在负压,进而通过连接在清理室4内壁和吸尘腔25内壁连接的吸尘管27和开设在吸尘腔25内壁的吸尘孔26对刷毛上的杂质进行吸收,并在第二滤网24上进行对杂质的隔离;
启动水泵17,使得储液室15内的浆液通过进液管18进入固定连接在上浆室5内顶部的排液箱16内,并在嵌设在排液箱16内壁的加热管46的作用下对浆液进行加热,加热后的浆液流入固定连接在排液箱16下端的中空板19内,并从固定连接在中空板19下端的雾化喷头20喷出,对纱线进行均匀的上浆,多余的浆液会经过固定连接在集液框21内壁的第一滤网22进入集液框21内,调节电动推杆43,带动与电动推杆43活动端转动连接的挤压辊44对纱线上多余的水分进行挤压,加快对纱线的烘干效率,同时,电机11转动使得固定连接在电机11活动轴侧壁的第一锥齿轮34带动与其啮合的第二锥齿轮36转动,带动与第二锥齿轮36侧壁固定连接的横杆35转动,带动与横杆35另一端固定连接的凸轮37转动,使得凸轮37间隙式的与竖杆29碰撞,当凸轮37与竖杆29碰撞时,滑塞28在滑塞室14内壁向上移动,在安装在吸液管31和通孔内的第一单向阀32和第二单向阀33的作用下,滑塞室14内的浆液通过第二单向阀33进入储液室15内,当凸轮37与竖杆29分离时,滑塞28在套设在竖杆29侧壁拉簧30的作用下向下滑动,集液框21内的浆液通过吸液管31进入滑塞室14内,使得可以对多余的浆液进行循坏利用。

  1. 在一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,包括固定连接在底座(1)上端的箱体(2),其特征在于,所述箱体(2)内壁固定连接有隔板(3),且所述隔板(3)将箱体(2)内分为清理室(4)和上浆室(5),所述箱体(2)侧壁和隔板(3)侧壁均布开设有框口,所述清理室(4)内壁沿同一水平方向转动连接有两个第一驱动辊(6)和两个第二驱动辊(7),且两个所述第一驱动辊(6)和两个所述第二驱动辊(7)沿框口对称设置,两个所述第一驱动辊(6)和两个所述第二驱动辊(7)侧壁连接有传送带(8),所述传送带(8)侧壁均布固定连接有刷毛(9),所述底座(1)下端通过支架固定连接有电机(11),所述电机(11)上安装有对刷毛(9)上的毛絮进行吸收的吸收装置,所述底座(1)上安装有驱动第一驱动辊(6)和第二驱动辊(7)转动的第一驱动装置,所述底座(1)上端固定连接有密封箱(12),所述密封箱(12)内壁固定连接有竖板(13),所述竖板(13)将密封箱(12)内壁分为滑塞室(14)和储液室(15),所述上浆室(5)内顶部固定连接有排液箱(16),且所述排液箱(16)内壁嵌设有加热管(46),所述储液室(15)内底部固定连接有水泵(17),且所述水泵(17)通过进液管(18)与排液箱(16)内顶部连通,所述排液箱(16)下端固定连接有中空板(19),且所述排液箱(16)下端与中空板(19)内顶部连通,所述中空板(19)下端均布固定连接有雾化喷头(20),所述上浆室(5)内底部固定连接有集液框(21),所述集液框(21)内壁固定连接有第一滤网(22),所述滑塞室(14)内安装有将集液框(21)内的浆液泵入到储液室(15)内的泵液装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述吸收装置包括固定连接在电机(11)活动轴侧壁的负压叶轮(23),所述清理室(4)内壁下方固定连接有第二滤网(24),所述清理室(4)内壁对称固定连接有两个固定框(10),且两个所述固定框(10)内壁与刷毛(9)贴合,所述固定框(10)内开设有吸尘腔(25),且所述吸尘腔(25)内壁开设有多个吸尘孔(26),所述清理室(4)内壁下方通过吸尘管(27)与吸尘腔(25)内壁连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置包括转动连接在底座(1)上端的转轴(39),所述转轴(39)上端依次固定连接有两个蜗杆(41),且两个所述蜗杆(41)侧壁的螺纹对称设置,所述箱体(2)侧壁固定连接有与第一驱动辊(6)和第二驱动辊(7)同轴转动连接的蜗轮(42),且所述蜗轮(42)与蜗杆(41)啮合连接,所述电机(11)上固定连接有驱动转轴(39)转动的第二驱动装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述泵液装置包括滑动连接在滑塞室(14)内壁的滑塞(28),所述滑塞(28)下端固定连接有竖杆(29),且所述竖杆(29)侧壁套设有拉簧(30),所述拉簧(30)两端分别与滑塞(28)下端和滑塞室(14)内底部固定连接,所述滑塞室(14)内壁上方通过吸液管(31)与集液框(21)内底部连通,所述竖板(13)侧壁上方开设有与滑塞室(14)和储液室(15)连通的通孔,所述电机(11)上安装有驱动滑塞(28)在滑塞室(14)内壁上下滑动的第三驱动装置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述第二驱动装置包括固定连接在电机(11)活动轴侧壁的主动轮(38),所述转轴(39)下端贯穿底座(1)上端并固定连接有从动轮(40),且所述主动轮(38)通过同步带与从动轮(40)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述第三驱动装置包括固定连接在电机(11)活动轴侧壁的第一锥齿轮(34),所述底座(1)下端通过固定板转动连接有横杆(35),所述横杆(35)一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮(34)啮合的第二锥齿轮(36),所述竖杆(29)下端贯穿底座(1)下端并延伸至其下方,所述横杆(35)远离第二锥齿轮(36)的一端固定连接有与竖杆(29)下端配合的凸轮(37)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述吸液管(31)内安装有仅允许浆液从集液框(21)流入滑塞室(14)内的第一单向阀(32),所述通孔内安装有进允许浆液从滑塞室(14)流入储液室(15)内的第二单向阀(33)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纱线均匀上浆定型设备,其特征在于,所述上浆室(5)内底部通过电动推杆(43)转动连接有挤压辊(44),且所述上浆室(5)内壁通过连接杆与挤压辊(44)转动连接,所述上浆室(5)相对内壁固定连接有斜板(45)。
