优选的,所述安装架经过所述纵向缝隙向所述路灯柱外侧穿出后分叉形成第一杆件和第二杆件,所述第一杆件末端固定控制器和所述LED灯,所述第二杆件末端固定所述光伏电池板,所述第一杆件折弯使控制器和所述LED灯位于所述路灯柱正前方;所述第二杆件折弯使所述光伏电池板位于所述路灯柱正后方;所述安装架为中空结构,所述安装架内部设置有用于连接所述蓄电池、光伏电池板控制器和LED灯的导线。
采用上述优选技术方案的有益效果是:使得将蓄电池光伏电池板、控制 器和LED灯以及安装架的重心靠近路灯柱中心,减少路灯柱的弯矩,结构简单合理。

以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,借此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
请参阅图1、图2、以及图4至图8,本发明提供一种实施例,一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,包括路灯柱,以及相互电连接的蓄电池2、光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4;
所述路灯柱内部设置一个导轨,并且所述路灯柱侧壁开有一个与所述导轨连通的纵向缝隙122;
所述蓄电池2滑动连接在所述导轨内,所述蓄电池2上固定连接一个安装架5,所述安装架5经过所述纵向缝隙122向路灯柱外侧穿出,所述光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4安装在所述安装架5上;
所述蓄电池2连接一个升降机构。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过升降机构控制相互电连接的蓄电池2、光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4的升降,便于检修。
所述升降机构包括滑轮一61和绳索,所述滑轮一61设置在所述路灯柱顶端,所述绳索绕过所述滑轮一61;并且所述绳索一端伸入到所述导轨内与所述蓄电池2连接,另一端与所述路灯柱固定;并且所述绳索与所述路灯柱的固定位置距离所述路灯柱底端小于2m。
通过滑轮一61和绳索控制相互电连接的蓄电池2、光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4升降,结构简单合理。
所述路灯柱包括底座11、立柱12和柱帽13,所述底座11用于与地面固定,所述底座11上设置有适配所述立柱12嵌入的安装位,所述柱帽13适配的安装在所述立柱12顶端。
在安装过程中,先将底座11与地面固定,再将立柱12安装到底座11上,避免了在与地面固定的同时还需要维持路灯柱的平衡;具有安装方便的技术效果。
所述立柱12由一块板材折弯而成;由所述板材中间部分形成圆型开口管121,所述板材两侧折弯呈平行状并向所述圆型开口管121内侧延伸形成所述纵向缝隙122;进入到所述圆型开口管121内部后,所述板材两侧各自折弯形成一个矩形槽123,两个所述矩形槽123槽口相对形成所述导轨。
如图3所示:立柱12由一块板材折弯而成整体结构简单,稳定性高,在立柱12生产时,先将板材两侧折弯成预设状态,再将板材中间折弯成圆型开口管121状,具有便于生产的技术效果。
所述底座11包括底板111、支撑结构112和固定套筒113;
所述底板111用于与地面固定,所述支撑结构112固定在所述底板111上表面;
所述支撑结构112由一个圆柱开一个安装槽形成,所述圆柱与所述立柱12外径相同,所述安装槽的高度大于所述蓄电池2的高度,并且所述安装槽的宽度大于所述蓄电池2的宽度;
所述固定套筒113围绕并固定在所述支撑结构112外侧,并且所述固定套筒113上开有与所述安装槽适配的开口一;所述固定套筒113高度高于所述支撑结构112,高出部分形成适配所述立柱12嵌入的安装位。
在将路灯柱安装好之后,蓄电池2与绳索连接,然后将蓄电池2从所述安装槽嵌入,进而引导进入导轨内,使用升降机构将相互电连接的蓄电池2、光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4提升到路灯柱顶端,避免了提前将蓄电池2光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4固定在路灯柱上,再将路灯柱立起来,产生的不便,具有安装方便的技术效果。
所述柱帽13内固定有转轴,所述转轴上安装有所述滑轮一61,所述绳索经过所述滑轮一61后从所述矩形槽123外侧、圆型开口管121内侧向下垂落;并且所述圆型开口管121上开有通孔。
避免绳索置于路灯柱外侧,如果绳索置于路灯外侧,容易产生风化及其他不确定因素导致绳索断裂引发事故;本技术方案具有安全和使用寿命长的技术效果。
所述圆型开口管121的通孔处固定有控制箱63,所述控制箱63内设置有滑轮二631、绳索固定组件和绳索容纳空间。使用控制箱将升降机构的控制处保护起来,避免他人破坏。
所述绳索固定组件包括阻挡件632和偏心转块633;
所述偏心转块633设置在所述滑轮二631的斜上方,所述偏心转块633 与所述控制箱63旋转连接;
所述阻挡件632设置在所述偏心转块633正下方,所述阻挡件632与所述控制箱63固定;
所述偏心转块633远离旋转中心的一侧竖直下垂时,所述偏心转块633最下端到所述阻挡件632的最上端之间的距离小于所述绳索的直径。
将蓄电池2光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4提升到路灯柱顶端后,将绳索依次从滑轮二631下侧、偏心转块633上侧和阻挡件632上侧穿过,完成锁定,结构简单合理。
所述阻挡件632和所述偏心转块633外表分布有棘齿。避免绳索滑脱。
所述安装架5经过所述纵向缝隙122向所述路灯柱外侧穿出后分叉形成第一杆件1221和第二杆件1222,所述第一杆件1221末端固定控制器和所述LED灯4,所述第二杆件1222末端固定所述光伏电池板3,所述第一杆件1221折弯使控制器和所述LED灯4位于所述路灯柱正前方;所述第二杆件1222折弯使所述光伏电池板3位于所述路灯柱正后方;所述安装架5为中空结构,所述安装架5内部设置有用于连接所述蓄电池2、光伏电池板3控制器和LED灯4的导线。
使得将蓄电池2光伏电池板3、控制器和LED灯4以及安装架5的重心靠近路灯柱中心,减少路灯柱的弯矩,结构简单合理。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明所做出的创造性技术方案的范围之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,包括路灯柱,以及相互电连接的蓄电池(2)、光伏电池板(3)、控制器和LED灯(4);其特征在于:所述路灯柱内部设置一个导轨,并且所述路灯柱侧壁开有一个与所述导轨连通的纵向缝隙(122);所述蓄电池(2)滑动连接在所述导轨内,所述蓄电池(2)上固定连接一个安装架(5),所述安装架(5)经过所述纵向缝隙(122)向路灯柱外侧穿出,所述光伏电池板(3)、控制器和LED灯(4)安装在所述安装架(5)上;所述蓄电池(2)或所述安装架(5)连接一个升降机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括滑轮一(61)和绳索,所述滑轮一(61)设置在所述路灯柱顶端,所述绳索绕过所述滑轮一(61);并且所述绳索一端伸入到所述导轨内与所述蓄电池(2)连接,另一端与所述路灯柱固定;并且所述绳索与所述路灯柱的固定位置距离所述路灯柱底端小于2m。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述路灯柱包括底座(11)、立柱(12)和柱帽(13),所述底座(11)用于与地面固定,所述底座(11)上设置有适配所述立柱(12)嵌入的安装位,所述柱帽(13)适配的安装在所述立柱(12)顶端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述立柱(12)由一块板材折弯而成;由所述板材中间部分形成圆型开口管(121),所述板材两侧折弯呈平行状并向所述圆型开口管(121)内侧延伸形成所述纵向缝隙(122);进入到所述圆型开口管(121)内部后,所述板材两侧各自折弯形成一个矩形槽(123),两个所述矩形槽(123)槽口 相对形成所述导轨。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述底座(11)包括底板(111)、支撑结构(112)和固定套筒(113);所述底板(111)用于与地面固定,所述支撑结构(112)固定在所述底板(111)上表面;所述支撑结构(112)由一个圆柱开一个安装槽形成,所述圆柱与所述立柱(12)外径相同,所述安装槽的高度大于所述蓄电池(2)的高度,并且所述安装槽的宽度大于所述蓄电池(2)的宽度;所述固定套筒(113)围绕并固定在所述支撑结构(112)外侧,并且所述固定套筒(113)上开有与所述安装槽适配的开口一;所述固定套筒(113)高度高于所述支撑结构(112),高出部分形成适配所述立柱(12)嵌入的安装位。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述柱帽(13)内固定有转轴,所述转轴上安装有所述滑轮一(61),所述绳索经过所述滑轮一(61)后从所述矩形槽(123)外侧、圆型开口管(121)内侧向下垂落;并且所述圆型开口管(121)上开有通孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述圆型开口管(121)的通孔处固定有控制箱(63),所述控制箱(63)内设置有滑轮二(631)、绳索固定组件和绳索容纳空间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述绳索固定组件包括阻挡件(632)和偏心转块(633);所述偏心转块(633)设置在所述滑轮二(631)的斜上方,所述偏心转块(633)与所述控制箱(63)旋转连接;所述阻挡件(632)设置在所述偏心转块(633)正下方,所述阻挡件(632)与所述控制箱(63)固定;所述偏心转块(633)远离旋转中心的一侧竖直下垂时,所述偏心转块(633)最下端到所述阻挡件(632)的最上端之间的距离小于所述绳索的直径。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述阻挡件(632)和所述偏心转块(633)外表分布有棘齿。
- 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种便于检修的升降式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述安装架(5)经过所述纵向缝隙(122)向所述路灯柱外侧穿出后分叉形成第一杆件(1221)和第二杆件(1222),所述第一杆件(1221)末端固定控制器和所述LED灯(4),所述第二杆件(1222)末端固定所述光伏电池板(3),所述第一杆件(1221)折弯使控制器和所述LED灯(4)位于所述路灯柱正前方;所述第二杆件(1222)折弯使所述光伏电池板(3)位于所述路灯柱正后方;所述安装架(5)为中空结构,所述安装架(5)内部设置有用于连接所述蓄电池(2)、光伏电池板(3)控制器和LED灯(4)的导线。
