Description

Elevator pit ladder device
The present invention relates to an elevator pit ladder device installed in a hoistway and used for raising and lowering between a pit surface of the hoistway and a landing.
The elevator pit ladder is stored in the lower part of the landing threshold on the bottom floor when not in use to avoid buffering interference with the cage, and when in use, the ladder is rotated and placed in a position where it can be boarded. A pit ladder has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
特開2008-24409Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-24409
When the operator moves up and down the pit ladder, a load mainly acts in the vertical direction, and this load is supported by the lower end of the pit ladder. However, when the worker goes up and down the pit ladder and is in a stable posture, the vertical load mainly acts on the pit ladder, but it may become an unstable posture such as stepping off, in this case. In addition, a load may be unintentionally applied to the pit ladder in the horizontal direction. Here, in the device of Patent Document 1, a stopper member for holding the lower end portion of the pit ladder is provided. However, since this stopper member is not fixed to the pit surface, if a horizontal load is applied while using the pit ladder, the lower end of the pit ladder is unintentionally exceeded the limit of the holding force of the stopper member. May move horizontally. Therefore, there is a problem that the pit ladder becomes unstable and the worker becomes an unstable posture on the pit ladder.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to cause the operator to be in an unstable posture while using the pit ladder without expanding the installation space of the pit ladder. It is to provide a pit ladder device that can be used safely even if.
The elevator pit ladder device according to the present invention is installed in a hoistway, a guide rail installed in the hoistway to guide the ascending / descending of the hoistway, and a pit surface of the hoistway. In the elevator pit ladder device used for raising and lowering workers between the land and the landing, the lower end is fixed to the pit surface, and the height is such that the lifting body does not collide when it moves to the lowest floor. A lower ladder that is located at least partly on the vertical projection plane of the, and an upper part that is placed on top of the lower ladder and supported by the lower ladder, at least part of which can be moved and connected or separated from the lower ladder. A storage position that is provided between the ladder and the lower ladder and the upper ladder to support the upper ladder and does not overlap the vertical projection surface of the elevating body in the hoistway, and a usage position that is used in connection with the lower ladder. It is characterized by including a rotating mechanism capable of moving the upper ladder between the two, and an engaging portion capable of connecting or separating the lower ladder and the upper ladder from each other at the position of use.

The hoistway 1 includes a pair of car guide rails 4 for guiding the elevating and lowering of the car 2 and a pair of balancing weight guide rails (not shown) for guiding the elevating and lowering of the balancing weight. The car guide rails 4 are arranged on both sides of the car 2 in the width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1).
FIG. 2 is a front view showing a state when the pit ladder device 5 of FIG. 1 is used, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a main part of the pit ladder device 5 of FIG. 2, and FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the state at the time of use.
The pit ladder device 5 has a lower ladder 7 fixed to the pit surface 6 in the hoistway 1 and an upper ladder 8 provided above the lower ladder 7 and movable in the horizontal direction. The lower ladder 7 has a pair of columns 7a and 7b whose lower portion is fixed to the pit surface 6 and a plurality of tread plates 9 are erected in the middle. The upper ladder 8 has a pair of columns 8a and 8b in which a plurality of tread plates 9 are erected in the middle.
When viewed from the vertical direction, the lower ladder 7 is arranged so that the longitudinal direction of the tread plate 9 is parallel to the landing entrance / exit 3. Further, the lower end portion of the lower ladder 7 is anchored to the pit surface 6. The support column 7a of the lower ladder 7 is fixed to the wall side at a position where the pit surface 6 does not overlap the vertical projection surface of the car 2, and the support column 7b overlaps the vertical projection surface of the car 2 on the pit surface 6. It is fixed to the car 2 side of the position.
The upper ladder 8 is located between a storage position arranged on the wall side of the hoistway 1 at a position not overlapping the vertical projection plane of the car 2 and a use position directly above the lower ladder 7 and connected at the time of use. It can be moved horizontally.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view (enlarged view) showing the rotation mechanism of the pit ladder device 5. The support 8a of the upper ladder 8 is arranged directly above the support 7a of the lower ladder 7. The columns 7a and 8a are connected to each other by a connecting portion 10 which is a rotating mechanism. In the figure, the connecting portion 10 is provided with a convex portion 11 formed in the vertical direction at the upper end portion of the support column 7a and a concave portion 12 formed in the vertical direction at the lower end portion of the support column 8a. The convex portion 11 and the concave portion 12 are engaged with each other and are rotatably held by each other.
The guide rail 4 is provided with a mounting arm 13 in which one is fixed and the other is arranged so as to extend laterally toward the landing entrance / exit 3. The upper end of the support column 8a is rotatably held by the mounting arm 13. In the upper ladder 8, the upper end portion of the support column 8a is held by the mounting arm 13, and the lower end portion of the support column 8a is supported by the support column 7a via the connecting portion 10. Therefore, the support column 8b side is horizontal with the support column 8a as the rotation axis. It is possible to move in the direction.
Further, a torsion spring 14 is provided between the lower end portion of the support column 8a and the connecting portion 10. The torsion spring 14 is arranged inside the connecting portion 10, the upper end portion is fixed to the side surface of the convex portion 11, and the lower end portion is fixed to the lower end portion of the support column 8a. Here, when the upper ladder 8 is horizontally moved from the storage position to the use position, the torsion spring 14 is twisted in a predetermined direction, so that the torsion spring 14 has an elastic force in the direction of returning to the original state. Occurs. As a result, the elastic force of the torsion spring 14 acts on the upper ladder 8 via the support column 8a, so that when the hand is released, the upper ladder 8 that has moved to the used position returns to the storage position by itself.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view (enlarged view) showing the joint portion of the pit ladder device (used position), and FIG. 9 is a perspective view (enlarged view) showing the joint portion of the pit ladder device (storage position). At the position where the upper ladder 8 is used, the support 8b of the upper ladder 8 is arranged directly above the support 7b of the lower ladder 7. In the figure, an engaging portion 15 that can be connected or separated in the vertical direction is provided at the upper end portion of the support column 7b and the lower end portion of the support column 8b. The engaging portion 15 is provided with a latch 16 formed in the vertical direction at the upper end portion of the support column 7b and a striker 17 formed in the vertical direction at the lower end portion of the support column 8b.
The latch 16 can move up and down, and a spring 18 is provided inside the upper end portion of the support column 7b. The latch 16 is always urged upward by the spring 18, and is maintained in a state of protruding upward from the upper end portion of the support column 7b. Further, the latch 16 is provided with a handle 19 that projects horizontally from the side surface and can move up and down, and when the handle 19 is moved up and down, the latch 16 can also be moved up and down in synchronization.
The latch 16 and the striker 17 can be engaged with each other, and can be connected to or separated from each other by performing a predetermined operation at the engaging portion 15. That is, when the operator manually pushes the handle 19 downward, aligns the latch 16 and the striker 17 at the same position, and releases the hand from the latch 16, the latch 16 rises by itself and engages with the striker 17. It fits. When the engaging portion 15 is engaged and the strut 7b and the strut 8b are connected, the load acting on the strut 8b is supported by the strut 7b via the engaging portion 15.
Further, when the operator manually pushes down the handle 19 while the engaging portion 15 is engaged, the engagement between the latch 16 and the striker 17 is released. Here, when either the latch 16 or the striker 17 is moved, the engagement portion 15 is disengaged.
The engaging portion 15 is arranged at a height that does not collide when the car 2 moves to the lowest floor, and is within reach when the worker reaches out from the landing entrance 3 in a crouched posture. There is. That is, when the pit work is started and when the work is finished, the engaging portion 15 is manually connected or separated by an operator from the landing entrance / exit 3.
Next, the operation of the first embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, the operator reaches into the hoistway 1 from the landing entrance 3 on the lowest floor, and manually moves the upper ladder 8 arranged at the storage position horizontally to the use position side.
The strut 8b is set on the upper part of the strut 7b fixed at the use position, and the strut 7b and the strut 8b are connected and fixed by connecting and operating the latch 16 of the engaging portion 15 and the striker 17. The worker performs a predetermined work by moving up and down between the landing entrance / exit 3 and the pit surface 6 using the pit ladder device 5 which is connected and fixed.
After the predetermined work is completed, the worker leans out into the hoistway 1 from the landing entrance 3 on the lowest floor, and the latch 16 and the striker 17 of the engaging portion 15 of the pit ladder device 5 arranged at the use position. The support column 7b and the support column 8b are separated by the separation operation. The operator manually horizontally moves the upper ladder 8 from the use position to the storage position. The work is completed by arranging the upper ladder 8 at the storage position.
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the car 2 is installed in the hoistway 1, the guide rail 4 is installed in the hoistway 1, and the guide rail 4 is installed in the hoistway 1. In the elevator pit ladder device 5 used for raising and lowering the operator between the pit surface 6 of the hoistway 1 and the landing entrance / exit 3, the lower end is fixed to the pit surface 6 and the car 2 moves to the lowest floor. A lower ladder 7 arranged at a position where at least a part overlaps the vertical projection plane of the car 2 and a lower ladder 7 arranged above the lower ladder 7 and supported by the lower ladder 7 at a height that does not collide with each other. An upper ladder 8 that is partially movable and can be connected to or separated from the lower ladder 7 and is provided between the lower ladder 7 and the upper ladder 8 to support the upper ladder 8 and to support the upper ladder 8 and to provide a cage 2 in the hoistway 1. A connecting portion 10 that can move the upper ladder 8 between a storage position that does not overlap the vertical projection surface and a use position that is used in connection with the lower ladder 7, and a lower ladder 7 and an upper ladder 8 at the use position. A pit ladder device that can be safely used even if the operator becomes unstable during use without expanding the installation space of the pit ladder by providing the engaging portion 15 that can be connected to or separated from each other. 5 can be provided.
Further, the load acting in the horizontal direction on the upper ladder 8 is propagated from the upper ladder 8 to the lower ladder 7, and can be stably supported by the pit surface 6 via the lower ladder 7.
Further, when the preparation for using the pit ladder device 5 or the work is completed, only the upper ladder 8 needs to be moved, so that the work intensity of the operator is reduced as compared with the case where the entire pit ladder device 5 is moved. .. As a result, the work preparation or work completion of the pit ladder device 5 can be safely performed.
Since the engaging portion 15 is arranged at a height that does not collide when the car 2 moves to the lowest floor, the car 2 may collide with the engaging portion 15 when the upper ladder 8 is in the storage position. No safe pit ladder device 5 can be provided.
Further, since the engaging portion 15 is arranged at a height within reach of the operator from the landing entrance / exit 3, the engaging portion 15 is manually engaged so that the pit ladder device 5 can be used or the work is completed. The upper ladder 8 can be moved from the storage position or the use position by operating.
Further, the engaging portion 15 includes a latch 16 that is always urged in the vertical direction by a spring 18, a handle 19 provided on the latch 16 that can move the latch 16 up and down, and a striker 17 that engages with the latch 16. By providing the above, the engaging portion 15 can be easily set to either the connected state or the separated state by simply moving the handle 19 up and down. Further, when the pit ladder device 5 is used, the engaged portion 15 can be easily maintained in an engaged state, so that the pit ladder device 5 can be used safely.
Further, the lower ladder 7 and the upper ladder 8 have a pair of columns 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b in which a plurality of tread plates 9 are erected in the middle, and the connecting portion 10 has the columns 7a and the upper part of the lower ladder 7. A convex portion 11 provided between the support columns 8a of the ladder 8 and formed in the vertical direction and a concave portion 12 that can be engaged with the convex portion 11 are provided, and the convex portion 11 and the concave portion 12 are engaged with each other. Since they are arranged so as to be rotatable with each other, the conventional ladder can be diverted only by processing a part of the support of the conventional ladder without adding a new device or the like, so that the cost increase can be suppressed. ..
Further, the connecting portion 10 is provided with a torsion spring 14 in which an elastic force acts in the direction of returning the upper ladder 8 from the used position to the stored position, so that the upper ladder 8 is moved to the used position. Even if the engaging portion 15 forgets the connecting operation, the upper ladder 8 returns to the storage position by itself. Therefore, the operator cannot use the pit ladder device 5 without performing the connecting operation at the engaging portion 15. As a result, the operator can safely use the pit ladder device 5.
Further, since one is fixed to the guide rail 4 and the other is provided with a mounting arm 13 for holding the upper ladder 8, the elevator equipment (in the hoistway 1 without depending on the skeleton, beams, etc. on the building side). The pit ladder device 5 can be arranged only by the guide rail 4).
Embodiment 2.

It is a perspective view which shows the main part (storage position). The pit ladder device 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is different in that a hinge portion 24 for supporting the upper ladder 22 is provided as a connecting portion 23 between the support column 21a and the support column 22a at the main part. The same symbols are added to similar parts other than the above, and the description is omitted.
In the figure, the upper end portion of the support column 21a of the lower ladder 21 is formed so as to extend slightly higher than the upper end portion of the support column 22a of the upper ladder 22, and is fixed to the mounting arm 13. That is, the height of the support column 21a is slightly higher than the height of the support column 21b of the lower ladder 21 plus the height of the support column 22b of the upper ladder 22.
A hinge portion 24 is provided on the upper portion of the support column 21a to connect the support column 22a and rotatably hold the upper ladder 22 with the support column 21a as a rotation axis. Further, the support column 22a is arranged at a position separated from the support column 21a by the length of the hinge portion 24 in the horizontal direction on the support column 21b side.
Next, in FIGS. 5 to 6, the operation of the second embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, the operator reaches into the hoistway 1 from the landing entrance 3 on the lowest floor, and manually moves the upper ladder 22 arranged at the storage position horizontally to the use position side. Here, when the upper ladder 22 is moved horizontally, the support column 21a itself does not rotate, but the hinge portion 24 rotates to rotate the upper ladder 22.
The strut 22b is set on the upper part of the strut 21b fixed at the use position, and the strut 21b and the strut 22b are connected and fixed by connecting and operating the latch 16 of the engaging portion 15 and the striker 17. The worker performs a predetermined work by moving up and down between the landing entrance / exit 3 and the pit surface 6 using the pit ladder device 20 which is connected and fixed.
After the predetermined work is completed, the worker reaches into the hoistway 1 from the landing entrance 3 on the lowest floor, and the latch 16 and the striker 17 of the engaging portion 15 of the pit ladder device 20 arranged at the use position. The support column 21b and the support column 22b are separated by the separation operation. The operator manually horizontally moves the upper ladder 22 from the use position to the storage position. The work is completed by arranging the upper ladder 22 at the storage position.
As described above, according to the second embodiment, the lower ladder 21 and the upper ladder 22 have a pair of columns 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b in which a plurality of tread plates 9 are erected in the middle, and the connecting portion 23. Is provided with a support 21a of the lower ladder 21 formed so as to extend to a position equivalent to the upper end of the upper ladder 22 and a hinge portion 24 arranged between the support 22a of the upper ladder 22. The support column 21a is not divided into upper and lower parts, and is composed of a continuous body from the pit surface 6 to the mounting arm 13. Here, in the first embodiment, when increasing the rigidity of the pit ladder device 5, it is necessary to add, for example, a mounting arm 13 in the vicinity of the connecting portion 10. On the other hand, since the support column 21a is not divided into upper and lower parts, the pit ladder device 20 has higher rigidity than the pit ladder device 5 without providing a mounting arm 13 in the vicinity of the connecting portion 23.
Further, since one is fixed to the guide rail 4 and the other is provided with a mounting arm 13 for holding the lower ladder 21, the elevator equipment (in the hoistway 1 without depending on the skeleton or beam on the building side). The pit ladder device 20 can be arranged only by the guide rail 4).
In the first embodiment, the upper ladder 8 does not necessarily have to be moved in the horizontal direction with the support column 8a as the rotation axis. For example, it goes without saying that by providing a mechanism that allows the upper ladder 8 to slide in the horizontal direction, the upper ladder 8 can be moved and moved in the horizontal direction without providing a rotation axis, and the same action and effect can be obtained.
In the first embodiment, the latch 16 of the engaging portion 15 does not necessarily have to be urged in the vertical direction by the spring 18. For example, when the latch 16 is set at a position where it engages with the striker 17, the spring 18 becomes unnecessary by providing the locking mechanism in which the latch 16 is held at that position, and it goes without saying that the same action and effect can be obtained. stomach.
In the first embodiment, the support 7a of the lower ladder 7 and the support 8a of the upper ladder 8 do not have to be connected to each other. For example, the support columns 7a and the support columns 8a are arranged in the hoistway 1 without being connected to each other, and the support columns 8a are rotatably supported by the wall surface in the hoistway 1 to have the same action and effect. Needless to say.
In the first embodiment, the connecting portion 10 is provided with a convex portion 11 at the upper end portion of the support column 8a and a concave portion 12 at the lower end portion of the support column 8a, but it does not have to have this shape. For example, instead of the convex portion 11 and the concave portion 12, a bearing that can connect the upper end portion of the support column 8a and the lower end portion of the support column 8a and can rotatably hold both of them may be provided.
Although one of the mounting arms 13 is fixed to the guide rail 4 in the hoistway 1, it does not necessarily have to be fixed to the guide rail 4. For example, it goes without saying that the same action / effect can be obtained even if it is fixed to the wall surface in the hoistway 1.
The engaging portion 15 does not necessarily have to be manually connected or separated by a worker reaching out from the landing entrance / exit 3. For example, when the distance from the landing entrance 3 to the pit ladder device 5 is large, the worker may indirectly connect or separate the engaging portion 15 by using a dedicated gripping tool or the like.
