Abstract

在磁悬浮系统中,主轴依靠电磁轴承实现悬浮运行。当悬浮失效时主轴撞击电磁轴承造成整个磁悬浮系统损坏,为了实现对电磁轴承的保护,通常磁悬浮系统均会设计辅助轴承对其进行保护。
辅助轴承的形式有很多种,例如滚珠轴承、滑动轴承等可以自由平滑转动的轴承。当高速运行的主轴因为某种原因悬浮失效时,主轴会自由下落撞击到辅助轴承上,辅助轴承随主轴高速旋转,缓冲减小主轴撞击力,避免磁悬浮系统损坏。然而辅助轴承也可能因为一些原因导致失效,无法自由平滑转动,出现辅助轴承卡顿,甚至卡死,使辅助轴承的作用降低或彻底失去作用。这将大大降低磁悬浮系统可靠性,降低使用寿命,甚至导致系统损坏。
目前辅助轴承装配到复杂密封的磁悬浮系统后,无法观察、检测辅助轴承状态。本公开的发明人已知的做法是定期进行辅助轴承拆检、更换,而辅助轴承的拆检工程量大,费用高,影响用户设备正常使用,效率低下。

上述检测方法中,首先检测上述电磁轴承是否停止工作,以确定主轴是否落在辅助轴承上;然后在检测到上述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制主轴以预定转速旋转,即控制主轴在辅助轴承上以预定转速旋转;之后检测电机的工作电流;最后根据工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态。由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致电机的工作电流增大,从而根据电机的工作电流的大小确定辅助轴承的状态,进而提高了辅助轴承的状态检测的效率。这样可以实现实时检测辅助轴承状态,进行精确维护,减小了辅助轴承的检修和维护成本。而且,这还可以尽量避免因未及时更换失效的辅助轴承而导致磁悬浮系统寿命降低甚至损坏的问题,从而间接提高了磁悬浮系统寿命及可靠性。
需要说明的是,如图1所示,上述电机20包括电机转子21和电机定子22。上述电机转子21套设在上述主轴10上。上述电机转子21、上述电磁轴承30和上述辅助轴承40在上述主轴10的轴向上间隔设置。上述电机转子21穿过上述电机定子22的定子膛。上述电机20工作驱动上述主轴10旋转。具体的工作过程如下,上述电机定子22上电工作,驱动上述电机转子21转动,上述电机转子21转动带动上述主轴10旋转。
本公开的一些实施例中,如图1所示,上述磁悬浮系统还包括轴承控制器50和电机控制器60。所述控制上述主轴10以预定转速旋转的步骤包括:在检测到上述电磁轴承30停止工作的情况下,上述轴承控制器50向上述电机控制器60发送检测指令;以及上述电机控制器60根据上述检测指令控制上述电机20的工作电流,以使得上述主轴10以上述预定转速旋转。具体地,在检测到电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,确定主轴落在辅助轴承上,然后轴承控制器向电机控制器发送检测指令,电机控制器控制电机的工作电流使得主轴以预定转速旋转,以便于检测电机的工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态。
需要说明的是,如图3所示,在检测到电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,即在主轴不起浮,落在辅助轴承上的情况下,才可以进行辅助轴承状态检测例如,在磁悬浮系统停机后,或者在磁悬浮系统启动前。更为具体地,状态检测可以定期检查,例如,半年一次或者一年一次;也可以是在特定情况下进行检测,例如,在磁悬浮系统发生故障后进行检测。
本公开的一些实施例中,根据上述工作电流确定上述辅助轴承的状态的步骤包括:比较上述工作电流和电机的电流阈值以得到比较结果;以及根据上述比较结果确定上述辅助轴承的状态。具体地,由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致主轴旋转的摩擦力增大,进而导致电机的工作电流增大,因此,根据工作电流和电机的电流阈值的比较结果,即可确定辅助轴承的状态。另外,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择合适的电机的电流阈值。
本公开的一些实施例中,上述电流阈值包括第一电流阈值和第二电流阈值。比较上述工作电流和电机的电流阈值以得到比较结果的步骤包括:比较上述工作电流和上述第一电流阈值以得到第一比较结果;以及比较上述工作电流和上述第二电流阈值以得到第二比较结果。具体地,将工作电流与第一电流阈值以及第二电流阈值进行比较,分别得到第一比较结果和第二比较结果,从而确定工作电流对应的电流范围,进而根据工作电流对应的电流范围确定相应的辅助轴承的状态。上述第一电流阈值与第二电流阈值均为电机的电流阈值。例如,第一电流阈值为30安培。例如,第二电流阈值为100安培。这两个阈值仅为举例说明,具体阈值可以根据实际压缩机型号确定。
本公开的一些实施例中,根据上述比较结果确定上述辅助轴承的状态的步骤包括:在上述第一比较结果为上述工作电流小于等于上述第一电流阈值且上述第二比较结果为上述工作电流小于上述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定上述辅助轴承的状态为良好;在上述第一比较结果为上述工作电流大于上述第一电流阈值且上述第二比较结果为上述工作电流小于等于上述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定上述辅助轴承的状态为卡顿;以及在上述第一比较结果为上述工作电流大于上述第一电流阈值且上述第二比较结果为上述工作电流大于上述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定上述辅助轴承的状态为卡死。具体地,上述三种电流范围对应三种辅助轴承的状态,确定工作电流对应的电流范围即可确定辅助轴承的状态。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择合适的第一电流阈值和第二电流阈值,以进一步保证检测结果的准确性。
本公开的一些实施例中,上述检测方法还包括:在上述辅助轴承的状态为卡顿的情况下,发出预警信号;以及在上述辅助轴承的状态为卡死的情况下,发出报警信号。在一些实施例中,如图4所示,磁悬浮系统还包括状态监测装置90。状态监测装置90可以显示 辅助轴承的状态,并且在辅助轴承40的状态为卡顿的情况下,状态监测装置90发出预警信号,在辅助轴承40的状态为卡死的情况下,状态监测装置90发出报警信号。

还需要说明的是,根据磁悬浮系统的设备型号不同,上述预定转速取值范围也不同。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况确定合适的预定转速,例如,5r/s~10r/s。将预定转速设置在上述范围内,既可以避免转速过高导致辅助轴承卡死,造成机械损伤,又进一步可以避免转速过低,导致电流变化不明显使得检测不准确。
本公开实施例还提供了一种磁悬浮系统的检测装置。如图1所示,上述磁悬浮系统包括主轴10、电机20、电磁轴承30和辅助轴承40。上述电机20工作驱动上述主轴10旋转。上述电磁轴承30和上述辅助轴承40分别设置在上述主轴10上。上述电磁轴承30的半径大于上述辅助轴承40的半径。需要说明的是,本公开实施例的磁悬浮系统的检测装置可以用于执行本公开实施例所提供的磁悬浮系统的检测方法。以下对本公开实施例提供的磁悬浮系统的检测装置进行介绍。
图5是根据本公开实施例的磁悬浮系统的检测装置的示意图。上述检测装置包括第一控制单元100、第二控制单元200、检测单元300和确定单元400。
第一控制单元100用于控制上述电磁轴承停止工作,以使得上述主轴落在上述辅助轴承上。

需要说明的是,在实际的应用过程中,在一些实施例中,该确定子单元也可以没有,技术人员可以根据比较子单元的比较结果来确定对应的辅助轴承的状态。在另外一些实施 例中,上述确定子单元还可以为一些间接的确定设备。例如,该确定子单元由硬件电路来实现。例如,该确定子单元可以包括几个不同颜色的指示灯。不同的比较结果会触发不同的指示灯亮。这样工作人员可以通过不同指示灯的亮暗来确定辅助轴承的状态。以下的确定模块也是同样的道理,可有可无,并且可以通过硬件电路来实现。

这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
存储器可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。存储器是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存 储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本公开上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果。
1)、本公开的检测方法中,首先检测上述电磁轴承是否停止工作,以确定主轴是否落在辅助轴承上,然后在检测到上述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制主轴以预定转速旋转,即控制主轴在辅助轴承上以预定转速旋转,之后检测电机的工作电流,最后根据工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态。由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致电机的工作电流增大,从而根据电机的工作电流的大小确定辅助轴承的状态,进而提高了辅助轴承的状态检测的效率。这样可以实现实时检测辅助轴承状态,进行精确维护,减小了辅助轴承的检修和维护成本。而且这样还可以尽量避免因未及时更换失效的辅助轴承而导致磁悬浮系统寿命降低甚至损坏的问题,从而间接提高了磁悬浮系统寿命及可靠性。
2)、本公开的检测装置中,第一控制单元检测上述电磁轴承是否停止工作,以确定主轴是否落在辅助轴承上,第二控制单元在检测到上述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制主轴以预定转速旋转,即控制主轴在辅助轴承上以预定转速旋转,检测单元检测电机的工作电流,确定单元根据工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态,。由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致电机的工作电流增大,从而根据电机的工作电流的大小确定辅助轴承的状态,进而提高了辅助轴承的状态检测的效率。这样可以实现实时检测辅助轴承状态,进行精确维护,减小了辅助轴承的检修和维护成本。而且这样还可以尽量避免因未及时更换失效的辅助轴承而导致磁悬浮系统寿命降低甚至损坏的问题,从而间接提高了磁悬浮系统寿命及可靠性。
3)、本公开的磁悬浮压缩机中,程序执行过程中,首先检测上述电磁轴承是否停止工作,以确定主轴是否落在辅助轴承上,然后在检测到上述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制主轴以预定转速旋转,即控制主轴在辅助轴承上以预定转速旋转,之后检测电机的工作电流,最后根据工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态。由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致电机的工作电流增大,从而根据电机的工作电流的大小确定辅助轴承的状态,进而提高了辅助轴 承的状态检测的效率。这样可以实现实时检测辅助轴承状态,进行精确维护,减小了辅助轴承的检修和维护成本。而且这样还可以尽量避免因未及时更换失效的辅助轴承而导致磁悬浮系统寿命降低甚至损坏的问题,从而间接提高了磁悬浮系统寿命及可靠性。
4)、本公开的磁悬浮压缩机中,包括磁悬浮系统的检测装置,检测装置的第一控制单元检测上述电磁轴承是否停止工作,以确定主轴是否落在辅助轴承上,检测装置的第二控制单元在检测到上述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制主轴以预定转速旋转,即控制主轴在辅助轴承上以预定转速旋转,检测单元检测电机的工作电流,检测装置的确定单元根据工作电流确定辅助轴承的状态。由于辅助轴承卡顿或者卡死会导致电机的工作电流增大,从而根据电机的工作电流的大小确定辅助轴承的状态,进而提高了辅助轴承的状态检测的效率。这样可以实现实时检测辅助轴承状态,进行精确维护,减小了辅助轴承的检修和维护成本。而且这样还可以尽量避免因未及时更换失效的辅助轴承而导致磁悬浮系统寿命降低甚至损坏的问题,从而间接提高了磁悬浮系统寿命及可靠性。

Claims (17)
- 一种磁悬浮系统的检测方法,其中,所述磁悬浮系统包括主轴、电机、电磁轴承和辅助轴承,所述电机工作驱动所述主轴旋转,所述电磁轴承和所述辅助轴承分别设置在所述主轴上,所述电磁轴承的半径大于所述辅助轴承的半径,所述检测方法包括:检测所述电磁轴承是否停止工作;在检测到所述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,控制所述主轴以预定转速旋转;检测所述电机的工作电流;以及根据所述工作电流确定所述辅助轴承的状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的检测方法,其中,所述磁悬浮系统还包括轴承控制器和电机控制器;所述控制所述主轴以预定转速旋转的步骤包括:在检测到所述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,所述轴承控制器向所述电机控制器发送检测指令;以及所述电机控制器根据所述检测指令控制所述电机的工作电流,以使得所述主轴以所述预定转速旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的检测方法,其中,所述根据所述工作电流确定所述辅助轴承的状态的步骤包括:比较所述工作电流和电机的电流阈值以得到比较结果;以及根据所述比较结果确定所述辅助轴承的状态。
- 根据权利要求3所述的检测方法,其中,所述电流阈值包括第一电流阈值和第二电流阈值;所述比较所述工作电流和电流阈值以得到比较结果的步骤包括:比较所述工作电流和所述第一电流阈值以得到第一比较结果;以及比较所述工作电流和所述第二电流阈值以得到第二比较结果。
- 根据权利要求4所述的检测方法,其中,所述根据所述比较结果确定所述辅助轴承的状态的步骤包括:在所述第一比较结果为所述工作电流小于等于所述第一电流阈值且所述第二比较结果为所述工作电流小于所述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定所述辅助轴承的状态为良好;在所述第一比较结果为所述工作电流大于所述第一电流阈值且所述第二比较结果为所述工作电流小于等于所述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定所述辅助轴承的状态为卡顿;以及在所述第一比较结果为所述工作电流大于所述第一电流阈值且所述第二比较结果为所述工作电流大于所述第二电流阈值的情况下,确定所述辅助轴承的状态为卡死。
- 根据权利要求5所述的检测方法,还包括:在所述辅助轴承的状态为卡顿的情况下,发出预警信号;以及在所述辅助轴承的状态为卡死的情况下,发出报警信号。
- 根据权利要求4所述的检测方法,其中,所述磁悬浮系统还包括比较电路;所述比较所述工作电流和电机的电流阈值以得到比较结果的步骤包括:采用所述比较电路比较所述工作电流和所述电流阈值以得到所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求7所述的检测方法,其中,所述比较电路包括第一比较器和第二比较器,所述电流阈值包括第一电流阈值和第二电流阈值;所述采用比较电路比较所述工作电流和所述电流阈值以得到所述比较结果的步骤包括:所述第一比较器将所述工作电流与所述第一电流阈值进行比较以输出第一比较结果;以及所述第二比较器将所述工作电流与所述第二电流阈值进行比较以输出第二比较结果。
- 一种磁悬浮系统的检测装置,其中,所述磁悬浮系统包括主轴、电机、电磁轴承和辅助轴承,所述电机工作驱动所述主轴旋转,所述电磁轴承和所述辅助轴承分别设置在所述主轴上,所述电磁轴承的半径大于所述辅助轴承的半径,所述检测装置包括:第一控制单元,用于控制所述电磁轴承停止工作,以使得所述主轴落在所述辅助 轴承上;第二控制单元,用于控制所述主轴以预定转速旋转;检测单元,用于检测所述电机的工作电流;以及确定单元,用于根据所述工作电流确定所述辅助轴承的状态。
- 根据权利要求9所述的检测装置,其中,所述第二控制单元包括:轴承控制器,用于在检测到所述电磁轴承停止工作的情况下,向电机控制器发送检测指令;以及电机控制器,用于根据所述检测指令控制所述电机的工作电流,以使得所述主轴以所述预定转速旋转。
- 根据权利要求9所述的检测装置,其中,所述确定单元包括:比较子单元,用于将所述工作电流与电机的电流阈值进行比较以得到比较结果;以及确定子单元,用于根据所述比较结果确定所述辅助轴承的状态。
- 根据权利要求11所述的检测装置,其中,所述比较子单元包括比较电路,所述比较电路用于比较所述工作电流和所述电流阈值以得到所述比较结果。
- 根据权利要求12所述的检测装置,其中,所述电流阈值包括第一电流阈值和第二电流阈值,所述比较电路包括:第一比较器,用于将所述工作电流与所述第一电流阈值进行比较以输出第一比较电信号;以及第二比较器,用于将所述工作电流与所述第二电流阈值进行比较以输出第二比较电信号。
- 一种非瞬时性存储介质,其中,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的检测方法。
- 一种处理器,其中,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行 权利要求1至8中任一项所述的检测方法。
- 一种磁悬浮压缩机,包括:一个或多个处理器、存储器以及一个或多个程序,其中,一个或多个所述程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置为由一个或多个所述处理器执行,一个或多个所述程序包括用于执行权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的检测方法。
- 一种磁悬浮压缩机,包括磁悬浮系统的检测装置,所述检测装置为权利要求9至13中任一项所述检测装置。
