一种无人机用破冰锤,包括圆弧推(1) 、矩形板(2)、连接板(3)和推板(4),矩形板(2)与圆弧推(1)的内圆弧面固定连接,且矩形板(2)与圆弧推(1)位于同一水平面,连接板(3)固定连接在矩形板(2)的下端面上,且连接板(3)与矩形板(2)相垂直;推板(4)固定连接在连接板(3)的底端;圆弧推(1)的内圆弧面和外圆弧面上均设有锥刺(11),在矩形板(2)的长度方向的两侧边均设有锥刺(11);推板(4)为圆弧片结构。该破冰锤结构简单、稳定,使用方便、效果好,可破冰和铲除积雪。

一种无人机用破冰锤 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种无人机用破冰锤。
背景技术:
寒冷地区,建筑屋檐上常会有冰锤,冰锤掉落若砸到人,会造成很严重的安全事故,现有的做法是人工用杆敲除,在高度较高的场合,常常会配合无人机去去除冰锤。现在无人机破冰锤多为一个简单的铁片,结构简单,破冰效果不佳,且不能铲除高空积雪,使用存在一定的不便性。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种无人机用破冰锤。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种无人机用破冰锤,包括圆弧推、矩形板、连接板和推板,所述矩形板与圆弧推的内圆弧面固定连接,且矩形板与圆弧推位于同一水平面,连接板固定连接在矩形板的下端面上,且连接板与矩形板相垂直;推板固定连接在连接板的底端;
所述圆弧推的内圆弧面和外圆弧面上均设有锥刺,在矩形板的长度方向的两侧边均设有锥刺;所述推板为圆弧片结构。
进一步地,所述锥刺为三角形结构。
进一步地,所述矩形板的上端面设有若干个相隔一定间隙布置的固定孔。
进一步地,所述连接板为圆弧片结构。
进一步地,所述圆弧推、矩形板、连接板和推板均采用金属材料制成,圆弧推、矩形板、连接板和推板之间相互焊接。
进一步地,所述圆弧推、矩形板和连接板上均设有减重孔。
进一步地,所述连接板和推板之间设有加强筋。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,使用效果好,结构稳定,可以破冰锤和铲除积雪。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1,本发明一种无人机用破冰锤,包括圆弧推1、矩形板2、连接板3和推板4,矩形板2与圆弧推1的内圆弧面固定连接,且矩形板2与圆弧推1位于同一水平面,连接板3固定连接在矩形板2的下端面上,且连接板3与矩形板2相垂直;推板4固定连接在连接板3的底端。
圆弧推1的内圆弧面和外圆弧面上均设有锥刺11,在矩形板2的长度方向的两侧边均设有锥刺11。推板4为圆弧片结构。
本发明中的锥刺11为三角形结构,三角形结构的锥刺11可以保证破冰锤效果。
为便于将破冰锤安装在无人机上,在矩形板2的上端面设有若干个相隔一定间隙布置的固定孔21。固定孔21相隔一定间隙布置,方便调节为位置。
连接板3为圆弧片结构。为保证结构的稳定性和强度,在连接板3和推板4之间设有加强筋。
本发明中的圆弧推1、矩形板2、连接板3和推板4均采用金属材料制成,圆弧推1、矩形板2、连接板3和推板4之间相互焊接。
在圆弧推1、矩形板2和连接板3上均设有减重孔,可以实现结构的轻量化。
本发明在使用时,将破冰锤固定在无人机上,无人机飞行撞击冰锤,圆弧推1和矩形板2可以将冰锤撞断。在铲除高空积雪时,通过推板4实现。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:包括圆弧推(1)、矩形板(2)、连接板(3)和推板(4),所述矩形板(2)与圆弧推(1)的内圆弧面固定连接,且矩形板(2)与圆弧推(1)位于同一水平面,连接板(3)固定连接在矩形板(2)的下端面上,且连接板(3)与矩形板(2)相垂直;推板(4)固定连接在连接板(3)的底端;
    所述圆弧推(1)的内圆弧面和外圆弧面上均设有锥刺(11),在矩形板(2)的长度方向的两侧边均设有锥刺(11);所述推板(4)为圆弧片结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述锥刺(11)为三角形结构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述矩形板(2)的上端面设有若干个相隔一定间隙布置的固定孔(21)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述连接板(3)为圆弧片结构。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述圆弧推(1)、矩形板(2)、连接板(3)和推板(4)均采用金属材料制成,圆弧推(1)、矩形板(2)、连接板(3)和推板(4)之间相互焊接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述圆弧推(1)、矩形板(2)和连接板(3)上均设有减重孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的无人机用破冰锤,其特征在于:所述连接板(3)和推板(4)之间设有加强筋。
