技术领域
本申请属于衣物护理技术领域,尤其涉及一种输送管安装结构及衣物护理装置。
背景技术
衣物护理机以其具有除褶皱、除异味、防过敏和轻柔烘干等功能,为衣物的护理带来了方便。为提高使用性能,在衣物护理机的门体中设置有独立的护理腔,可用于对小件衣物进行烘干、熨烫、杀菌等处理。相关技术中,采用在门体中安装有用于向护理腔输送蒸汽的蒸汽发生器,在衣物护理机的柜体中设置水盒,并通过水管连接水盒和蒸汽发生器。而此种设置方式,造成水管直接外露,影响整体的美观性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种输送管安装结构及衣物护理装置。
本申请实施例提供的输送管安装结构,用于柜体与门体之间输送管的安装,所述输送管安装结构包括:第一铰链,用于所述柜体与所述门体之间的活动连接,所述第一铰链包括与所述柜体固定连接的第一安装板和与 所述门体活动连接的第一连接轴,所述第一连接轴一端固定连接在所述第一安装板上,另一端向上延伸;所述第一连接轴上开设有供所述输送管穿过的通孔,所述通孔沿所述第一连接轴的轴向方向贯穿所述第一连接轴的上下两端。
本申请实施例中,所述第一铰链设置在所述柜体和所述门体的底部。
本申请实施例中,所述第一安装板的底部设置有卡槽,所述输送管卡设在所述卡槽内。
本申请实施例中,所述输送管安装结构还包括:管套,套设在所述输送管上;位于所述卡槽处的所述管套卡设在所述卡槽内。
本申请实施例中还提供了一种衣物护理装置,包括:上述的输送管安装结构;柜体,内部形成有用于容纳待处理衣物的柜体护理腔;门体,内部形成有用于容纳待处理衣物的门体护理腔,所述门体通过所述第一铰链与所述柜体活动连接,用于将所述柜体护理腔密封或打开;前封门,通过第二铰链与所述门体活动连接,用于将所述门体护理腔密封或打开;第一蒸汽发生器,安装在所述门体内,用于向所述门体护理腔内输入蒸汽;输送管,用于将所述第一蒸汽发生器输送产生蒸汽所需的介质;所述输送管自所述通孔中穿过,一端与所述第一蒸汽发生器连接。
本申请实施例中,所述衣物护理装置还包括:存储盒,安装在所述柜体内,用于存储产生蒸汽所需的介质,所述输送管的两端分别与所述第一蒸汽发生器和所述存储盒连接;第一输送泵,串联在所述输送管上,用于将所述存储盒内的介质输送至所述第一蒸汽发生器。
本申请实施例中,所述第二铰链包括第二安装板和第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴一端固定连接在所述第二安装板上,另一端向上延伸,所述第二安装板与所述门体固定连接,所述前封门与所述第二连接轴的延伸端活动连接。
本申请实施例中,所述衣物护理装置还包括:第二蒸汽发生器,安装在柜体上,用于向所述柜体护理腔内输送蒸汽;进水管,一端与所述存储盒连接,另一端与所述第二蒸汽发生器连接;第二输送泵,串联在所述进水管上,用于将所述存储盒内的介质输送至所述第二蒸汽发生器。
本申请实施例中,所述衣物护理装置还包括转换器和输出管,所述输送管连接在所述转换器和所述第一蒸汽发生器之间,所述进水管连接在所述转换器和所述第二蒸汽发生器之间,所述输出管连接在所述存储盒和所述转换器之间。
本申请实施例中,所述输送管和所述进水管上均串联有单向阀。
本申请实施例所提供的输送管安装结构,包括第一铰链,该第一铰链用于柜体与门体之间的活动连接。通过采用将第一铰链设置成包括与柜体固定连接的第一安装板和与门体活动连接的第一连接轴,并在第一连接轴上开设有供输送管穿过的通孔。这样,设置在柜体与门体之间的输送管便可以从该通孔穿过,不仅满足了输送管的安装连接需求,而且输送管的安装位置通过第一连接轴限定,能够避免输送管直接外露,便能够防止外露的输送管影响整体的美观性的情况发生。

具体实施方式
为了能够更加详尽地了解本申请实施例的特点与技术内容,下面结合附图对本申请实施例的实现进行详细阐述,所附附图仅供参考说明之用,并非用来限定本申请实施例。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的输送管安装结构,用于柜体31与门体32之间输送管30的安装。该柜体31和门体32分别为衣物护理装置上的部件,而且柜体31中设置有存储盒37,门体32中设置有蒸汽发生器,通过输送管30来将存储盒37与蒸汽发生器相连,使存储在存储盒37内用 于产生蒸汽所需的介质能够被输送至蒸汽发生器内被使用。该输送管安装结构用于该输送管30的安装,以防止输送管30直接外露而影响整体的美观性。
如图1和图2所示,该输送管安装结构包括第一铰链11。该第一铰链11用于柜体31与门体32之间的活动连接。而第一铰链11包括与柜体31固定连接的第一安装板111和与门体32活动连接的第一连接轴112,第一连接轴112一端固定连接在第一安装板111上,另一端向上延伸,用于穿入到门体32内而实现与门体32之间的活动连接。在本申请实施例中,为了实现输送管30的可靠安装,采用在第一连接轴112上开设有供输送管30穿过的通孔,该通孔沿第一连接轴112的轴向方向贯穿第一连接轴112的上下两端。这样设置,使输送管30能够从第一连接轴112上的通孔穿过,然后两端分别与存储盒37和蒸汽发生器连接。该输送管30的安装位置在第一连接轴112的通孔内被限定,能够避免输送管30直接外露,有利于保证外观面的一体性,便能够防止外露的输送管30影响整体的美观性的情况发生。并且,在该第一铰链11的连接作用下,也可靠实现了门体32与柜体31之间的活动连接,从而该输送管安装结构的设计,巧妙性好。
如图2和图3所示,在本申请实施例中,采用将第一铰链11设置在柜体31和门体32的底部。这样,使第一安装板111在与柜体31固定连接后,便主要通过第一安装板111来为门体32提供向上的支撑力,而第一连接轴112只需承受门体32转动时的扭转力,即门体32活动连接在柜体31上需需要的支撑力大部分由第一安装板111提供。因而,将第一连接轴112设置成空心轴,不仅能满足门体32转动支撑的使用需求,而且也能够满足输送管30穿过连接,使输送管30在柜体31和门体32的底部之间穿设,很好地避免了输送管30的外露,有利于提升外观的美观性。
本实施例中,第一铰链11为两个,设于门体32的上下两端,另外, 申请人发现,位于下端的第一铰链11主要承受向上支撑力,因此,本实施例中,仅将位于门体32下端的第一铰链11的第一连接轴112设置为具有通孔的空心轴,这对整体强度影响较小;位于门体32上端的第一铰链11可以采用实心结构,从而可以降低制造难度;在本申请的一些实施例中,位于门体32上端的铰链也可以采用其他形式,在此不做限制。
如1和图2所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,为进一步对输送管30安装位置进行限定,还可采用在第一安装板111的底部设置有卡槽113,然后将输送管30卡设在卡槽113内。即,从通孔内穿过并用于与存储盒37相连的一部分输送管30能够被固定在卡槽113内,通过卡槽113来限定输送管30穿出后的位置,能够防止该部分的输送管30直接外露,进一步提升了外观的美观性。
如图1和图2所示,输送管安装结构还包括管套12。管套12套设在输送管30上,并且,位于卡槽113处的管套12卡设在卡槽113内。具体地,由于门体32相对柜体31能够在一定角度方位内往复转动,因而设置在门体32和柜体31之间的输送管30也需要承受一定的扭转运动,便将输送管30设置成为柔性软管,柔性性好,以能够承受使用过程中产生的作用力。而为了便于对输送管30的安装位置进行固定,便在输送管30上套设有管套12,以能够对输送管30所需要被固定的部位处的形状进行限定,进而确保安装位置的稳定性。在具体设置时,卡槽113的深度优选设置为至少大于管套12的直径,同时,卡槽113的宽度略小于或等于管套12的直径。从而,使管套12能够稳定卡设在卡槽113内,并且卡槽113的深度能够满足将管套12隐藏安装。
如图2和图4所示,本申请实施例中还提供了一种衣物护理装置3,可用于对衣物进行日常护理,如用于对衣物进行烘干、蒸汽熨烫除皱、杀菌和香薰等处理,提高了人们日常生活中对衣物护理的方便性。该衣物护理 装置3包括:上述的输送管安装结构、柜体31、门体32、前封门33、第一蒸汽发生器35和输送管30。柜体31的内部形成有用于容纳待处理衣物的柜体护理腔311;门体32内部形成有用于容纳待处理衣物的门体护理腔321,而且门体32通过输送管安装结构中的第一铰链11与柜体31活动连接,用于将柜体护理腔311密封或打开;前封门33通过第二铰链34与门体32活动连接,用于将门体护理腔321密封或打开;第一蒸汽发生器35安装在门体32内,用于向门体护理腔321内输入蒸汽;输送管30用于向第一蒸汽发生器35输送产生蒸汽所需的介质。具体地,输送管30自通孔中穿过,一端与第一蒸汽发生器35连接,另一端则与能够提供介质的装置连接。该衣物护理装置3通过设置有上述的输送管安装结构,不仅实现了门体32与柜体31之间的活动连接,而且能够对输送管30的安装位置进行可靠限定,便能够防止输送管30外露,确保了外观整体的一致,美观性好。
采用上述设置的衣物护理装置3,便至少实现了能够通过输送管30将介质输送至第一蒸汽发生器35内被加热成蒸汽,然后将蒸汽喷射至门体护理腔321内的衣物上,实现对衣物进行如蒸汽熨烫除皱、蒸汽杀菌或香薰等护理功能。
如图2和图5所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,该衣物护理装置3还包括存储盒37和第一输送泵38。存储盒37安装在柜体31内,用于存储产生蒸汽所需的介质;输送管30的两端分别与第一蒸汽发生器35和存储盒37连接。而第一输送泵38则串联在输送管30上,用于将存储盒37内的介质输送至第一蒸汽发生器35内。这样,将产生蒸汽时所需的介质存储在存储盒37内,便可在需要产生蒸汽时,通过第一输送泵38来按需自动抽吸存储在存储盒37内介质,再通过输送管30而被输送至第一输送泵38内被使用。这样设置,提高了衣物护理装置3使用的智能化,便于用户操作使用。
如图1至图3所示,第二铰链34包括第二安装板341和第二连接轴342,第二连接轴342一端固定连接在第二安装板341上,另一端向上延伸,第二安装板341与门体32固定连接,前封门33与第二连接轴342的延伸端活动连接。这样,通过第二安装板341为前封门33提供向上的支撑力,而前封门33活动连接在第二连接轴342的延伸端上,整个前封门33便以第二连接轴342为旋转中心而相对于门体32转动,当盖设在门体32上时,便实现了将门体护理腔321密封,而前封门33与门体32分离时,便实现了门体护理腔321的打开。
如图4和图6所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,该衣物护理装置3还包括第二蒸汽发生器39、进水管40和第二输送泵41。第二蒸汽发生器39安装在柜体31上,用于向柜体护理腔311内输送蒸汽;进水管40的一端与存储盒37连接,另一端与第二蒸汽发生器39连接;而第二输送泵41串联在进水管40上,用于将存储盒37内的介质输送至第二蒸汽发生器39。这样,通过设置第二蒸汽发生器39,便实现了可向柜体护理腔311内输送蒸汽,从而能够在柜体护理腔311内进行如蒸汽熨烫除皱、蒸汽杀菌和香薰等护理功能。而且,在此种设置方式下,实现了第一蒸汽发生器35和第二蒸汽发生器39共用一个存储盒37,即多个蒸汽发生器能够共用一个存储盒37,从而无需分别单独设置存储盒37,不仅降低了产品结构的复杂度,还能使产品的生产成本得到降低。同时,便于用户操作使用,改善了用户的实际使用体验感。
如图4和图6所示,在一种可能的实施方案中,衣物护理装置3还包括转换器42和输出管43,输送管30连接在转换器42和第一蒸汽发生器35之间,进水管40连接在转换器42和第二蒸汽发生器39之间,输出管43连接在存储盒37和转换器42之间。这样设置,使第一输送泵38和第二输送泵41在抽吸存储盒37内的介质时,介质在由存储盒37流向至转换器 42之间的过程中,两者共用一个输出管43,而抽吸到的介质在进入到转换器42之后,再根据实际的工作方式,使介质流向第一蒸汽发生器35和/或第二蒸汽发生器39内使用。采用此时设置方式,能够减少介质由存储盒37内输出的管路,提升了整体管路的简洁性。
在一种可能的实施方案中,采用在输送管30和进水管40上均串联有单向阀。这样,通过单向阀,能够分别对输送管30和进水管40内的介质流动方向进行控制,使输送管30中的介质只能流向第一蒸汽发生器35,进水管40中的介质只能流向第二蒸汽发生器39,能够可靠防止介质发生倒流,使介质流动的方向保持准确、稳定。
如图2所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,为了提高当门体32盖设在柜体31上时,能够可靠将柜体护理腔311密封,还可采用在将门体32设置成包括第一密封圈320。该第一密封圈320连接在门体32朝向柜体31的一面上,并根据柜体护理腔311的形状环绕柜体护理腔311的边缘设置,用于将柜体护理腔311边缘密封。
如图4所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,前封门33还包括第二密封圈331。该第二密封圈331连接在前封门33朝向门体32的一侧上,并根据门体护理腔321的形状而环绕门体护理腔321的边缘设置,用于将门体护理腔321边缘密封,这样,能够提高当前封门33盖设在门体32上时,将门体护理腔321密封的可靠性。
如图4所示,在本申请实施例中,衣物护理装置3还包括护理组件36,护理组件36安装在门体32内,能够在工作时产生护理介质,并将该护理介质输入到门体护理腔321内用于对衣物进行相应的护理。如在烘干护理时,便能产生干燥的热气作为护理介质来对衣物进行烘干护理;而在香薰时,便能产生含有香味的气体作为护理介质来对衣物进行熏蒸,衣物护理功能多样,能够满足不同的衣物护理需求。
如图3和图7所示,在一些可能的实施方案中,门体32包括第一门框322、第一凸起部323、第二门框324和第二凸起部325。第一凸起部323设置在第一门框322上,用于凹陷形成门体护理腔321,第一门框322设置有与门体护理腔321连通的排风口3221;第二门框324与第一门框322相连,而且第二凸起部325设置在第二门框324上,用于形成容纳第一凸起部323的凹腔3251。具体地,第一门框322和第二门框324在进行装配时,第一凸起部323便装入到第二凸起部325的凹腔3251内,不会出现干涉,使第一门框322和第二门框324之间能够可靠实现装配。而且,在第一门框322和第二门框324之间形成有用于容纳护理组件36的安装空间326,便可将护理组件36安装在该安装空间326内,达到隐藏安装的目的,有利于第一门体32整体的美观性。同时,在第二门框324上开设有供护理组件36吸入的空气通过的吸风口3241。这样所形成的第一门体32,当用于进行衣物烘干护理工作时,护理组件36抽吸空气,该抽吸空气从吸风口3241进入,并被处理成为热且干燥的气体,然后将该气体输入到门体护理腔321内,并使气体在门体护理腔321内流动,从而能够带走衣物上的水分,然后从排风口3221排空。如此,通过气体的持续作用,实现对衣物烘干护理。由于门体32设置成包括第一门框322和第二门框324,因而,第一连接轴112活动穿设在第一门框322上,同时,第二安装板341也固定连接在第一门框322上。
如图3和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,将第一蒸汽发生器35安装在门体32(参照图6)内,用于向门体护理腔321内输入蒸汽,而由于门体32设置成包括第一门框322和第二门框324。为了便于第一蒸汽发生器35所产生的蒸汽能够进入到门体护理腔321内。在本申请实施例中,在第一凸起部323上开设有供蒸汽输入到门体护理腔321内的蒸汽输入口3231。这样,通过设置有第一蒸汽发生器35,便可以产生蒸汽,从而可以通过将 蒸汽吹向衣物,能够对衣物进行蒸汽熨烫除皱、杀菌或是香薰等护理,实现了多种衣物护理的功能。
如图3和图5所示,第二凸起部325的底壁低于第一凸起部323的底壁,护理组件36(参照图4)的至少部分设于第一凸起部323的底壁与第二凸起部325的底壁之间的空间3261内,该空间3261为安装空间326的一部分。这样设置,在第一门框322和第二门框324装配后,护理组件36便位于第一凸起部323的底壁下方,靠近于门体护理腔321,缩短了气体路径,从而便于将护理组件36所产生的护理介质输入到门体护理腔321内,降低热量损失。
如图3和图5所示,护理组件36(参照图4)包括风扇和加热组件361及风扇。风扇设置在安装空间326内,并与第一门框322和/或第二门框324连接,用于将空气由吸风口3241吸入;而加热组件361设于第一凸起部323的底壁与第二凸起部325的底壁之间所存在的空间3261内,并在第一凸起部323的底壁开设有与门体护理腔321连通的进气口3232(参照图7),加热组件132的排气端的至少部分位于进气口3232内。这样,风机将空气由吸风口3241吸入,并输送到加热组件361内加热成热风,热风再从进气口3232吹入到门体护理腔321中,使加热后的气体能够对门体护理腔321内的衣物进行护理,如对衣物进行烘干。而且,此种设置方式,在第一门框322与第二门框324装配后,门体护理腔321的底壁以及凹腔3251的底壁即可实现对加热组件361等部件的限位,这使得本实施例不需要额外设置较多的固定件(如螺钉)来对加热组件361等进行固定,从而有利于成本的降低以及装配方便。
如图3和图5所示,衣物护理装置3还包括过滤盒44和过滤器45。过滤盒44安装在第一凸起部323的顶部,而过滤器45可拆卸设置在过滤盒44的内腔中,用于对通过的气体进行过滤,并且,过滤盒44的内腔分别与 门体护理腔321和排风口3221相连通。这样,便通过过滤器45对排出的气体进行过滤,以能够实现对气体进行如毛发、皮屑或异味进行滤除,使排出的气体保持洁净,达到空气净化的效果。而且,设置的过滤器45能够降低气体排出的速度,在进行衣物烘干、蒸汽熨烫或是香薰等护理时,能够延长气体与衣物之间接触的时间,增强相应处理的效果。优选地,该过滤器45为HEPA过滤器45(指高效空气过滤器45),主要用于捕集0.5um以下的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物,达到空气净化的目的。
如图3和图5所示,第一凸起部323的顶部开设有过风口3233,门体32组件1还包括用于调节过风口3233开口大小的排风切换组件46,排风切换组件46相邻过风口3233安装在第一凸起部323的顶部。这样设置,便实现了门体护理腔321内的气体可从过滤盒44内腔以及过风口3233向排风口3221流动而实现排出,而过滤盒44内腔的开口大小是固定不可变动的,便可通过排风切换组件46的调节作用,用于对过风口3233的开口大小进行调节。从而,可以根据不同的护理需求而实现对门体护理腔321内的气体流动速度和流向进行控制。如在烘干中期,可以通过排风切换组件16将过风口3233的开口开大,从而有利于湿热气体的快速排出,从而提高烘干效率,而在烘干初期(需要尽快的升高温度)或后期,可通过切换组件16将过风口3233调小或关闭,可使得气体经由过滤盒44排出以达到净化排出空气的目的。在烘干功能不使用时,如关闭加热组件时,通过切换组件16将过风口3233关闭,使得衣物护理装置3可以作为空气净化器使用。
本申请实施例所记载的技术方案之间,在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合。

工业实用性
本申请实施例的技术方案,输送管安装结构包括第一铰链,该第一铰链用于柜体与门体之间的活动连接。通过采用将第一铰链设置成包括与柜体固定连接的第一安装板和与门体活动连接的第一连接轴,并在第一连接轴上开设有供输送管穿过的通孔。这样,设置在柜体与门体之间的输送管便可以从该通孔穿过,不仅满足了输送管的安装连接需求,而且输送管的安装位置通过第一连接轴限定,能够避免输送管直接外露,便能够防止外露的输送管影响整体的美观性的情况发生。

  1. 一种输送管安装结构,用于柜体与门体之间输送管的安装,其中,所述输送管安装结构包括:
    第一铰链,用于所述柜体与所述门体之间的活动连接,所述第一铰链包括与所述柜体固定连接的第一安装板和与所述门体活动连接的第一连接轴,所述第一连接轴一端固定连接在所述第一安装板上,另一端向上延伸;
    所述第一连接轴上开设有供所述输送管穿过的通孔,所述通孔沿所述第一连接轴的轴向方向贯穿所述第一连接轴的上下两端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的输送管安装结构,其中,所述第一铰链设置在所述柜体和所述门体的底部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的输送管安装结构,其中,所述第一安装板的底部设置有卡槽,所述输送管卡设在所述卡槽内。

    门体,内部形成有用于容纳待处理衣物的门体护理腔,所述门体通过所述第一铰链与所述柜体活动连接,用于将所述柜体护理腔密封或打开;
    前封门,通过第二铰链与所述门体活动连接,用于将所述门体护理腔密封或打开;
    第一蒸汽发生器,安装在所述门体内,用于向所述门体护理腔内输入蒸汽;
    输送管,用于将所述第一蒸汽发生器输送产生蒸汽所需的介质,所述输送管自所述通孔中穿过,一端与所述第一蒸汽发生器连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的衣物护理装置,其中,所述衣物护理装置还包括:
    存储盒,安装在所述柜体内,用于存储产生蒸汽所需的介质,所述输送管的两端分别与所述第一蒸汽发生器和所述存储盒连接;
    第一输送泵,串联在所述输送管上,用于将所述存储盒内的介质输送至所述第一蒸汽发生器。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的衣物护理装置,其中,所述第二铰链包括第二安装板和第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴一端固定连接在所述第二安装板上,另一端向上延伸,所述第二安装板与所述门体固定连接,所述前封门与所述第二连接轴的延伸端活动连接。
  8. 如权利要求5或6所述的衣物护理装置,其中,所述衣物护理装置还包括:
    第二蒸汽发生器,安装在柜体上,用于向所述柜体护理腔内输送蒸汽;
    进水管,一端与所述存储盒连接,另一端与所述第二蒸汽发生器连接;
    第二输送泵,串联在所述进水管上,用于将所述存储盒内的介质输送至所述第二蒸汽发生器。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的衣物护理装置,其中,所述衣物护理装置还包括转换器和输出管,所述输送管连接在所述转换器和所述第一蒸汽发生器之间,所述进水管连接在所述转换器和所述第二蒸汽发生器之间,所述输出管连接在所述存储盒和所述转换器之间。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的衣物护理装置,其中,所述输送管和所述进水管上均串联有单向阀。
