实施方式一
如图1-3所示,本实用新型的吸顶灯,包括灯座1和支架2,灯座1的外顶部上设有用于容纳支架2的容腔11,容腔11的一端为敞口,该敞口用于供支架2进出容腔11;支架2与灯座1滑动式连接,支架2与灯座1之间设置有锁合结构。
支架2的两侧外壁上均设置有向外弯折的第一折弯边211,第一折弯边211沿支架2的长度方向延伸,容腔11的两侧内壁上均设置有分别供支架2其中一侧的第一折弯边211滑入的第一滑槽111;通过采用这种结构后,当第一折弯边滑入到第一滑槽中后,支架即可装配到容腔中。
锁合结构包括设置在支架2前端的至少一个第一锁钩212,容腔11的内端部上嵌装有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与对应的第一锁钩212锁合的第一按压式锁扣3;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在支架装配到容腔中后,只需要顶推下灯座,即可使得第一锁钩与第一按压式锁扣锁合,这样一来,灯座即可实现与支架的锁紧;当需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要再次顶推下灯座,即可使得第一锁钩与第一按压式锁扣脱离,这样一来,灯座即可从支架上拆卸下来。
支架2上安装有导电插座7,灯座1上安装有导电插头8,支架2装配到容腔11中后导电插头8与导电插座7配合插接;通过采用这种结构后,当灯座与支架装配后,导电插头即可与导电插座配合插接,这样一来,导电插座即可实现对吸顶灯的供电。
在安装本实用新型时,首先将电源线与支架上的导电插座连接,接着将支架固定到吊顶上,然后将灯座安装到支架上即可,即使得支架滑入到灯座上的空腔中并与灯座锁合即可,在支架与灯座装配后,导电插头即可与导电插座配合插接,这样一来,导电插座即可实现对吸顶灯的供电;当吸顶灯损坏而需要更换时(吸顶灯的发光单元安装在灯座中),只需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来,并将新的灯座安装到支架上即可,其与传统的吸顶灯相比,具有吸顶灯更换方便的优点。
实施方式二
如图4-5所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
锁合结构包括设置在支架2前端的至少一个折弯架213,灯座1的内部安装有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与对应的折弯架213磁性吸合的磁铁4;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在支架完全装配到容腔中后,磁铁即可与折弯架磁性吸合,这样一来,即可实现对灯座和支架的锁紧,当需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要顶推灯座使得支架从容腔中脱出即可。
实施方式三
如图6和图9所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
锁合结构包括设置在容腔11两侧内壁上的第一蘑菇钉112,支架2的两侧壁上均设置有在支架2装配到容腔11中时用于第一蘑菇钉112滑动配合的第一长形槽214,第一长形槽214的尾端设置有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与第一蘑菇钉112锁合的第一锁槽215;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在灯座与支架装配的过程中,第一蘑菇钉能够滑入到第一长形槽中并最终与第一锁槽配合卡紧,在第一蘑菇钉与第一锁槽配合卡紧后即可使得灯座与支架锁紧;当需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要顶推灯座使得支架从容腔中脱出即可。
实施方式四
如图7、图8和图10所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
支架2两个侧壁的端部上均设置有向外弯折的第二折弯边221,第二折弯 边221沿支架2的长度方向延伸,容腔11的两侧内壁上均设置有分别供支架2其中一侧的第二折弯边221滑入的第二滑槽113;通过采用这种结构后,当第二折弯边滑入到第二滑槽中后,支架即可装配到容腔中。
锁合结构包括设置在容腔11开口端的底部上的凸起114,第二折弯边221的底面上设置有在支架2装配到容腔11中时用于供凸起114滑入的第二长形槽222,第二长形槽222的尾端设置有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与凸起114锁合的第二锁槽223;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在灯座与支架装配的过程中,凸起能够滑入到第二长形槽中,并最终与第二锁槽锁合,凸起与第二锁槽锁合后,灯座即可与支架锁紧;当灯座需要从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要顶推灯座使得支架从容腔中脱出即可。
实施方式五
如图11-12所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
支架2的两侧壁上均设置有前端开口的第三长形槽231,第三长形槽231沿支架2的长度方向延伸,容腔11的两侧内壁上均设置有至少两个在支架2装配到容腔11中时用于与对应侧的第三长形槽231滑动配合的第二蘑菇钉115;通过采用这种结构后,在灯座与支架装配时,当每个第二蘑菇钉滑入到对应侧的第三长形槽中后,支架即可装配到容腔中。
锁合结构包括设置在每个第三长形槽231的尾端的第三锁槽232,支架2装配到容腔11中后靠近容腔11敞口侧的第二蘑菇钉115与第三锁槽232锁合;通过采用这种锁合结构后,当靠近容腔敞口侧的第二蘑菇钉与第三锁槽锁合后,灯座即可与支架锁紧;当灯座需要从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要顶推顶推灯座使得支架从容腔中脱出即可。
实施方式六
如图13-14所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
支架2两个侧壁的端部上均设置有向外弯折的第三折弯边241,第三折弯边241沿支架2的长度方向延伸,每个第三折弯边241上均设置有前端开口的第三滑槽242,位于每个第三折弯边241所在位置处的容腔11的底部上均设置有至少一个在支架2装配到容腔11中时用于对应侧的第三滑槽242滑动配合的第三蘑菇钉116;通过采用这种结构后,在灯座与支架装配时,当每个第三蘑菇钉滑入到对应侧的第三滑槽中后,支架即可装配到容腔中。
锁合结构包括设置在支架2前端的至少一个第二锁钩243,容腔11的内 端部上嵌装有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与对应的第二锁钩243锁合的第二按压式锁扣5;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在支架装配到容腔中后,只需要顶推下灯座,即可使得第二锁钩与第二按压式锁扣锁合,这样一来,灯座即可实现与支架的锁紧;当需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要再次顶推下灯座,即可使得第二锁钩与第二按压式锁扣脱离,这样一来,灯座即可从支架上拆卸下来。
实施方式七
如图15-16所示,与实施方式一不同的是:
支架2的两侧外壁上均设置有前端开口的第四滑槽251,容腔11的两侧内壁上均设置有在支架2装配到容腔11中时用于对应侧的第四滑槽251滑动配合的凸筋117;通过采用这种结构后,当凸筋滑入到第四滑槽中后,支架即可装配到容腔中。
锁合结构包括设置在支架2前端的至少一个第三锁钩252,容腔11的内端部上嵌装有在支架2装配到容腔11中后用于与对应的第三锁钩252锁合的第三按压式锁扣6;通过采用这种锁合结构后,在支架装配到容腔中后,只需要顶推下灯座,即可使得第三锁钩与第三按压式锁扣锁合,这样一来,灯座即可实现与支架的锁紧;当需要将灯座从支架上拆卸下来时,只需要再次顶推下灯座,即可使得第三锁钩与第三按压式锁扣脱离,这样一来,灯座即可从支架上拆卸下来。

- 一种吸顶灯,包括灯座(1)和支架(2),所述灯座(1)的外顶部上设有用于容纳支架(2)的容腔(11),所述容腔(11)的一端为敞口,该敞口用于供支架(2)进出容腔(11);其特征在于:所述支架(2)与灯座(1)滑动式连接,所述支架(2)与灯座(1)之间设置有锁合结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述支架(2)的两侧外壁上均设置有向外弯折的第一折弯边(211),所述第一折弯边(211)沿支架(2)的长度方向延伸,所述容腔(11)的两侧内壁上均设置有分别供支架(2)其中一侧的第一折弯边(211)滑入的第一滑槽(111)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在支架(2)前端的至少一个第一锁钩(212),所述容腔(11)的内端部上嵌装有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后用于与对应的第一锁钩(212)锁合的第一按压式锁扣(3)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在支架(2)前端的至少一个折弯架(213),所述灯座(1)的内部安装有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后用于与对应的折弯架(213)磁性吸合的磁铁(4)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在容腔(11)两侧内壁上的第一蘑菇钉(112),所述支架(2)的两侧壁上均设置有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中时用于第一蘑菇钉(112)滑动配合的第一长形槽(214),所述第一长形槽(214)的尾端设置有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后用于与第一蘑菇钉(112)锁合的第一锁槽(215)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述支架(2)两个侧壁的端部上均设置有向外弯折的第二折弯边(221),所述第二折弯边(221)沿支架(2)的长度方向延伸,所述容腔(11)的两侧内壁上均设置有分别供支架(2)其中一侧的第二折弯边(221)滑入的第二滑槽(113)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在容腔(11)开口端的底部上的凸起(114),所述第二折弯边(221)的底面上设置有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中时用于供凸起(114)滑入的第二长形槽(222),所述第二长形槽(222)的尾端设置有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后用于与凸起(114)锁合的第二锁槽(223)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述支架(2)的两侧壁上均设置有前端开口的第三长形槽(231),所述第三长形槽(231)沿支架(2)的长度方向延伸,所述容腔(11)的两侧内壁上均设置有至少两个在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中时用于与对应侧的第三长形槽(231)滑动配合的第二蘑菇钉(115)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在每个第三长形槽(231)的尾端的第三锁槽(232),所述支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后靠近容腔(11)敞口侧的第二蘑菇钉(115)与第三锁槽(232)锁合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述支架(2)两个侧壁的端部上均设置有向外弯折的第三折弯边(241),所述第三折弯边(241)沿支架(2)的长度方向延伸,每个第三折弯边(241)上均设置有前端开口的第三滑槽(242),位于每个第三折弯边(241)所在位置处的容腔(11)的底部上均设置有至少一个在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中时用于对应侧的第三滑槽(242)滑动配合的第三蘑菇钉(116)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述锁合结构包括设置在支架(2)前端的至少一个第二锁钩(243),所述容腔(11)的内端部上嵌装有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中后用于与对应的第二锁钩(243)锁合的第二按压式锁扣(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述支架(2)的两侧外壁上均设置有前端开口的第四滑槽(251),所述容腔(11)的两侧内壁上均设置有在支架(2)装配到容腔(11)中时用于对应侧的第四滑槽(251)滑动配合的凸筋(117)。
